Abstract

The crystal structures of four phosphorus-containing polyoxamacrocycles 2,4, 6,11,13-Pentachloro-dibenzo[d,g][1,3,9,2]trioxaphosphacycloundecan-2-thione (1),2,4,9,14, 16-Pentachloro-dibenzo[g,j][1,3,6,12,2]tetraoxaphosphacyclotetra-decan-2-thione (2), 2,4, 10,16,18-Pentachloro-dibenzo[h,k][1,3,7,12,2]tetraoxa-phosphacyclohexadecan-2-thione (3) and 2,4,6,12,14,18,20,28,30—Nona-chloro-tetrabenzo[d,g,p,s] [1,3,9,13,15,21,2,14]hexaoxa diphosphacyclotetracosan-2,14-dithione (4) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The result shows that compound 4 has a center of symmetry, and compounds 1, 2, and 3 have no elements of symmetry. The molecules of compounds 2 and 4 form inclusion complex with neutral molecule guest (CHCl3) which is outside of the phosphorus-containing macrocycle in the ratio of 1:1, and compounds 1 and 3 do not form inclusion complexes with CHCl3. The result obtained in this paper lays a foundation for further research on the complexing properties of phosphorus-containing polyoxamacrocycles.

A new Mn2Ni2 cubane complex has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,FT IR spectra and elemental analysis.The title compound [MnIII2NiII2(hmp)4(N3)4(O2CR)2](hmp-is the anion of 2-pyridinemethanol and O2CR-is α-na-phthaleneacetate)crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a = 10.519(5),b = 22.109(10),c = 23.235(9),β = 106.096(17)o,C48H42Mn2N16Ni2O8,Mr = 1198.28,V = 5192(4)3,Dc = 1.533 g/cm3,F(000)= 2448,μ = 1.258 cm1,Z = 4,the final R = 0.0875 and wR = 0.2020 for 3398 reflections with I > 2σ(I).X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that each Mn(III)center is octahedrally coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of azide anions and three oxygen atoms from three 2-pyridinemethanol anion ligands together with one oxygen atom from naphthaleneacetate.Each Ni(II)is octahedrally coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of 2-pyridinemethanol anion ligands as well as three oxygen atoms from three 2-pyridinemethanol anion ligands and one oxygen atom from naphthaleneacetate.  相似文献

A new diiron complex has been synthesized and characterized by X‐ray single crystal structural analysis: [FeII(phen)3][FeIII2OCl6]·2CH3CN. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with lattice parameters a = 21.162(4) Å, b = 15.168(3) Å, c = 14.812(3) Å, β= 112.71 (3)°, V = 4385.8(15) Å3, Dx = 1.543 Mg/m3, Z = 4. The corresponding variable temperature susceptibility measurement shows that there exists an antiferromagnetic interaction in the complex.  相似文献

The title complex, [CuL][CuCl2(NO3)2] [L=N,N,N′,N′,N″,N″-Hexaisopropyl-2, 2′, 2″-Nitrilotris(2,1-ethoxy)triacetamide], has been synthesized by using an amide-type tripodal ligand with Cu(NO3)2 and then characterized by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. It belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=1.522 7(2) nm,b=1.277 8(2) nm, c=2.184 5(4) nm, β=93.680(10)°, V=4.241 6(12) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.401 Mg·m-3, μ=1.189 mm-1F(000)=1 880, and final R1=0.050 9, wR2=0.125 3. The results show a Cu(Ⅱ) ion was encapsulated by the three chains of the cup-like heptadentate ligand and four-coordinated by the central nitrogen atom and three oxygen atoms from the ligand. A new clathrate inclusion compound of 2,3:11,12:20,21:29,30-tetrabenzo-1,13,16,19,31,34-hexaoxa-5,6,8,9,23,24,26,27- octaaza-7,25-dithioketone-2,3:4,5:9,10:11,12:22,23:27,28:29,30-cyclo-[36]ene([ 36]eneO6N8), which contains THF, has been prepared and crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 9.829(5)Å, b = 24.23(1)Å, c = 10.181(9)Å, = 92.93(5)-. Each unit cell contains two [36]ene-O6N8 molecules and four THF molecules. The [36]ene-O6N8 molecule lies on the crystallographic centre of symmetry and a pair of the THF molecules with half-chair conformation are located within rectangular channels formed by the macrocycle molecules.  相似文献

用X射线单晶衍射分析法研究主体分子六次甲基四胺与客体分子二氯化六水合钴(Ⅱ)和结晶水包结物晶体结构。其分子式为[(CH2)6N4]2·[(Co(H2O)6]Cl2·4H2O,Mr=59038。晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P1。晶胞参数:3341个衍射点,其中3148个独立衍射点,2754(F0>6σ(F0))为可观察反射点。在晶胞内,客体分子和结晶水形成氢键:,客体分子与主体分子形成氢键晶胞之间形成氢键晶胞之内和晶胞之间主体分子和客体分子以及结晶水以氢键和范德华力相联系形成稳定的晶格。  相似文献

The new complex formulated [CU(HDPC)2]·(HOx)2·6H2O(HDPC- is pyridine-2,6-dicarb-oxylate,Hoxis 8-Hydroxyquindine) has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction .The crystal structure of the complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group C2/c. a=18.423(3)Å, b=10.384(2)Å,c=19.139(2)Å, α=γ=90°, β=111.050(10)°, V=3417.0(9)Å3, Z=4, Dc=1.544Mg·m-3, μ=0.722mm-1. 用凝胶法生长了标题配合物[NH_4(B15C5)_2][Cd(SCN)_3]的晶体,并对其进行了红外光谱,元素分析等各项物理性质的测试。经X射线单晶结构分析得到了配合物的全部晶体学数据:M_r=841.31,正交晶系,空间群P2_12_12_1,晶胞常数a=10.970(3),b=21.834(3),c=15.563(4),V=3727(3),Z=4,D_x=1.50g/cm ̄3,F(000)=1736,μ=7.09cm ̄(-1),R=0.070,R_w=0.063。结构分析结果表明,配阳离子[NH_4(B15C5)_2] ̄+和配阴离子[Cd(SCN)_3] ̄-间靠静电力结合成配合物。  相似文献

The title complex was synthesized by reaction of taurine salicylic schiff base(TSSB), O-phenanthroline(phen) and cupric acetate in water-ethanol solution. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method and the chemical formula weight of the complex is 498.00. And the crystal structure belongs to orthorhombic system with space group Pbcn and cell parameters: a=31.072(4)?, b=12.8909(18)?, c=10.3478(14)?; V=4144.7(10)?3,Z=8,Dc=1.596Mg·m-3,μ=1.197mm-1 and F(000)=2048. The compound is an one-dimensional chain complex of infinite length connecting with hydrogen bonds. The Cu(Ⅱ) was coordinated by two oxygen atoms and three nitrogen while the O atoms of Ac- groups did not coordinate. At the same time the Cu(Ⅱ)formed a distorted tragonal cone. Besides the capacities of coordination to Cu(Ⅱ) of atoms were discussed.  相似文献

以吡啶-2,6-二甲酸(H2DPC)和1,10-邻菲咯啉(Phen)为原料,首次合成了配合物[Ni(Phen)3][Ni(DPC)2].11.5H2O(1,C50H53N8Ni2O19.5),其结构经元素分析和X-射线表征。结果表明,1属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数为:a=29.863(3),b=14.971(2),c=24.638(3),β=104.800(10)°,V=10650(2)3,Z=8,S=0.883,Dc=1.491g.cm-3,μ=0.792mm-1,F(000)=4968。1由配阳离子和配阴离子通过静电引力结合而成,两个中心镍离子的配位多面体都是变形的八面体构型。  相似文献
