X-ray amorphous samarium(II) sulfide was prepared by the reaction of H2S with samarium(II) bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amide] (1) in THF at 10–2 Torr. Compound1 was prepared by two methods: 1) the reaction of SmI2 with lithium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide and 2) the reaction of samarium naphthalide with bis(trimethylsilyl)amine. SmS was transformed to the polycrystalline state with the lattice parametera = 5.92 Å by annealing at 400–500 °C.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The reaction of bis(hydroxymethyl)phenylphosphine with 4,4"-diaminodiphenylmethane in DMF afforded 1,1",5,5"-bis[methylenedi(p-phenylene)]di(3,7-diphenyl-1,5-diaza-3,7-diphosphacyclooctane) (1) whose structure was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. Sulfurization and oxidation of macrocyclic tetraphosphine 1 gave rise to products 2 and 3, respectively, compound 3 being obtained as a stable hexahydrate. The reaction of bis(hydroxymethyl)phenylphosphine with bis(4-N-methylaminophenyl)methane in DMF followed by sulfurization yielded monocyclic bis{methylenedi[p-phenylene(N-methyl)aminomethyl]}di(P-phenyl)phosphine sulfide (4).  相似文献

Oxidative acetylation of tetramethyl bisphenol‐F (2) using two different reagents is described. The reaction of (2) with NaIO4 in acetic anhydride furnished a novel triacetate (3) and its reaction with lead tetraacetate (LTA) in dry benzene resulted in the formation of a novel bis‐cyclohexadienone (4).  相似文献

(Chromon-3-yl)bis(indol-3-yl)methanes and E-2-hydroxy-3-(1-methylpyrrol-2-ylmethylene)chroman-4-ones have been obtained in good yields from 3-formylchromones on reaction with indoles and N-methylpyrrole under solvent-free conditions. Reactions of (chromon-3-yl)bis(indol-3-yl)methanes with guanidine carbonate and hydrazine hydrate proceed with the participation of the chromone ring system and lead to the formation of the corresponding pyrimidines and pyrazoles bearing the bis(indol-3-yl)methyl moiety.  相似文献

N-4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinylimidazole 1 and its hydroxyethyl derivative 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-(4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl)imidazolium chloride 2 have been synthesized and characterized. The attempted synthesis of bis(N-heterocyclic carbene)palladium complexes via the direct reaction of 2 with Pd(OAc)2 results in the unexpected formation of a bis(N-arylimidazole) palladium complex 3. Additionally, the analogous bis(N-methylimidazole) palladium complex 4 has also been synthesized by the above method. Compounds 14 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and 1H NMR. Additionally, their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Complexes 3 and 4 were found to be efficient catalysts for the Suzuki reaction.  相似文献

Abstract

3,4-Diamino-2,5-dicarbethoxythieno(2.3-b)thiophene 1 reacted with malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate to afford bis(thienopyrimidin-4-one) derivatives 2a.b The reaction of compound 1 with o-aminothiophenol, o-aminophenol or o-phenylenediamine gave benzothiazolyl-, benzoxazolyl-, benzoimidazolylthienothiophene 3a-c, Chloroacetylation of compound 1 and reacting the resulting compound 4 with malononitrile furnished thienopyrolopyrimidine 6. Fusion of compound 1 with formamide yielded bis(thienopyrimidine) 7 which reacted with POCI3/PCl5 to yield the corresponding chloro derivative 8 which was converted into the corresponding hydrazine derivative 9. Treatment of compound 1 with CS2, NaOH and 1,2 dibromoethane produced the corresponding 1.3 dithiolane 11 which also treated with chloroacetyl chloride or ethyl mercaptoacetate to get the corresponding β-lactame 12 or thiazolidinone 13. On reacting compound 1 with CS2, NaOH and (CH3)2S04 produced the corresponding bi(dithiocarbamate methyl ester) 14 which treated with hydrazine hydrate to yield the corresponding bis(thienopyrimidine) derivative 15. This compound reacted with Lawesson's reagent (LR) to give the desired compounds 16 and 17. While its reaction with (CH3)2 SO4 and NaOH furnished the corresponding methyl derivative 18. Fusion of compound 18 with aniline afforded compound 19. Compound 19 was allowed to react with ethyl acetoacetate, acetylacetone, α-oxoketene dithioacetal, ethoxymethylene malononitrile or LR to get the described compounds 2Oa.b-24 respectively.  相似文献

New square-planar bis(macrocyclic)dicopper(II) complexes containing phenylene bridges between 16-membered pentaaza macrocyclic subunits have been synthesized via in-situ one pot template condensation reaction (IOPTCR) of aromatic nitrogen-nitrogen linker (R = 1,4-phenylenediamine; benzidine; 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane; 4,4′-diaminodiphenylether; 4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfone), formaldehyde, bis(1,3-diaminopropane)copper(II) perchlorate and 1,3-dibromopropane in a 1:4:2:2 molar ratio results in the formation of new series of binuclear copper(II) complexes; 1-phenyl- (1); 1,1′-phenyl- (2); 1,1′-diphenylmethan- (3); 1,1′-diphenylether- (4); 1,1′-diphenylsulfone- (5) bis(1,3,7,11,15-pentaazacyclohexadecane)copper(II)), {[Cu([16]aneN5)]2R}(ClO4)4″. The formation of the macrocyclic framework and the mode of bonding of the complexes have been confirmed by data obtained from elemental analyses, UV-visible, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, electronic spectral studies, conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. These bis(macrocyclic) complexes catalyzed efficiently the selective oxidation of tetrahydrofuran into tetrahydrofuran-2-one and a small amount of tetrahydrofuran-2-ol and 4-hydroxybutyraldehyde using dil. The crystal structure of 2-[N,N-dimethylamino)methyl]benzenetel-lurenyl chloride (2), a compound previously formulated as bis[[2-(N,N-dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl] ditelluride bis hydrochloride (1a), was determined. In the molecule 2, tellurium is bonded to the carbon of the phenyl group [2.120(3) Å], the nitrogen of the ortho dimethylamino substituent [2.362(3) Å], and the chlorine atom [2.536(1) Å]. There also is an intermolecular interaction of the tellurium atom with the phenyl ring of a neighbouring molecule [3.655(1) Å], resulting in the formation of zigzag chains along the b axis. The noncentrosymmetric space group of the crystal can be explained by the chiral surrounding of tellurium.  相似文献

Abstract

Isobutylidenebutylamine reacts with phosphorus trichloride in the presence of organic bases to give N-butyl-N-isobutenylamidodichloro-or bis(N-butyl-N-isobutenylamido)chlorophosphites depending on the ratio of reagents. Reasons are given in Eavour of the reaction beginning with the nucleophilic attack of the nitrogen atom of the imine on the electrondeficient phosphorus atom of the chloride. Reactions of ethyldichloro- and diethylchlorophosphites with benzylidenmethylamine produce 2-chloro- and 2-ethyl-2-oxo-1,4,2-diazaphospholanes respectively. Interaction of diethylchlorophosphite with benzylidenmethylamine in the presence of triethyphosphite results in the formation of diethyl. (N-methyl-N-α-diethylphosphonobenzylamido)phosphite. As a result of interaction of bis(diethylamino)chlorophosphine with NIN-dibutyl-2,3-butandiimine in the presence of triethylamine new compounds (2-diethylamino-1,3-dibutyl-4,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-diazaphospholane and 4,8-dibutyl-3,7-bis(diethylamino)-[3.3.01-bicyclooctadiene-l15) are obtained. The structure of the latter is proved by means of 1H, 31 p NMR-spectroscopy, and a complete X-ray analysis. Alkyldichlorophosphines form phosphonium salts of 1,3,2-diazaphospholene structure with a-diimines and 2-chloro-1,3-dicyclohexyl-4-chloro-1,3,2-diazaphospholene resulting from the reaction of N,N-dicyclohexylethylenediimine with PCl3. In this product the P-C1 bond is unusually long, which is confirmed by X-ray analysis. In the course of the interaction of tervalent phosphorus halides with α,β-unsaturated imines a new reaction has been discovered with the formation of 1,2-dihydro-1,2-azaphosphorines.  相似文献

Abstract

The 1:1 molar ratio reaction of p-phenylenediamine with isonitrosoacetylacetone in chloroform led to the formation of the half unit ligand (HL); (1). Two types of the trans octahedral (L)2Ni 2H2O complex were characterized; the green molecular complex (2) and the associated supramolecular dark brown complex (3). Molecular association in (3) took place via inter-molecular hydrogen bonding between the amino group of a molecule and the oxygen sites of an adjacent molecule. The 1:1 molar ratio reactions of (2) with the metal acetates M(OAc)2 (M = divalent nickel, copper or cobalt) produced the self-assembly structure (4) whereby the metal acetate is coordinated to the amino groups of the nickel(II) complex. Reaction of the dinuclear (4) with another metal acetate (1:1 molar ratio) gave the trinuclear terminated structure (5). Similar reactions of (3) with nickel acetate (1:1 or 1:2) led to formation of complexes with metallosupramolecular structures. An antiferromagnetic interaction between the peripheral and central paramagnetic units was observed from those complexes with copper(II) at the peripheral location. In all these cases the metal ions are bridged via the aromatic Schiff-base moiety. The suggested structures of the mono-, di- and trinuclear coordination compounds are in accordance with the analytical, spectral and magnetic moment data.  相似文献

2-(2-Alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxanes (1) were prepared by ap-toluenesulfonic acid-catalyzed, one-step reaction of propenal with a mixture of aliphatic alcohol and trimethylene glycol in good yields. The transacetalization reaction of 1,1,3-trialkoxypropanes (3) with ethylene glycol or propylene-(1,2)glycol afforded good yields of pure 2-(2-alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxolanes (5 or6), respectively. This reaction proceeds through an intermediate 1,3-dialkoxy-1-(2-hydroxyalkoxy)-propane.

Zusammenfassung In der durchp-Toluolsulfonsäure — katalysierten, direkten Reaktion von Propenal mit einem Gemisch von aliphatischem Alkohol und Trimethylenglykol wurden die entsprechenden 2-(2-Alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxane (1) in guten Ausbeuten erhalten. Die Umacetalisierung von 1,1,3-Trialkoxypropanen (3) mit Ethylenglykol oder 1,2-Propylenglykol lieferte 2-(2-Alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxolane (5 oder6) in guten Ausbeuten. Die Umacetalisierungsreaktion von 1,1,3-Trialkoxypropanen verläuft über 1,3-Dialkoxy-1-(2-hydroxyalkoxy)-propane als Zwischenprodukte.

The reaction of [2-(dimethylaminomethyl)]cymantrenyl]lithium with ytterbium diiodide affords [2-(dimethylaminomethyl)cymantrenyl]ytterbium iodide or bis[2-(dimethylaminomethyl)cymantrenyl]ytterbium depending on the ratio of the starting reactants. [Bis(3-(2-pyridyl)-5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine)(2,2′-bipyridine)iron(II)], [Fe(PDT)2(bpy)]2+ (1), [bis(3-(4-phenyl-2-pyridyl)-5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine)(2,2′-bipyridine)iron(II)], [Fe(PPDT)2(bpy)]2+ (2), [bis(2,2′-bipyridine)(3-(2-pyridyl)-5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine)iron(II)], [Fe(PDT)(bpy)2]2+ (3), and [bis(2,2′-bipyridine)(3-(4-phenyl-2-pyridyl)-5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine)iron(II)], [Fe(PPDT)(bpy)2]2+ (4) have been synthesized and characterized. Substitution of the triazine and bipyridine ligands from the complexes by nucleophiles (nu), namely 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and 2,2′,6,2″-terpyridine (terpy) was studied in a sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer over the pH range 3–6 at 25, 35, and 45°C under pseudo-first order conditions. Reactions are first order in the concentration of complexes 14. The reaction rates increase with increasing [nu] and pH whereas ionic strength has no effect on the rate. Straight-line plots with positive slopes are observed when the kobs values are plotted against [nu] or 1/[H+]. The substitution reactions proceed by dissociative as well as associative paths and the latter path is predominant. Observed low Ea values and negative ΔS# values support the dominance of the associative path. Phenyl groups on the triazine ring modulate the reactivity of the complexes. The π-electron cloud on the phenyl rings stabilizes the charge on metal center by inductive donation of electrons toward the metal center, resulting in a decrease in reactivity of the complex and the order is 1 < 2 < 3 < 4. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations also support the interpretations drawn from the kinetic data.  相似文献

A convenient, efficient and stereoselective synthesis of a range of bis(alk-3-en-1-ynyl)benzenes with E- and Z-configuration is described. The protocol involves Cu-mediated cross-coupling reaction of (E)- and (Z)-alk-1-enyldisiamylboranes with (trimethylsilyl)ethynyl bromide and Pd/Cu-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction with diiodobenzene. The sequential cross-coupling reaction proceeds readily under extremely mild conditions in a one-pot manner to afford bis(alk-3-en-1-ynyl)benzenes in good to excellent yields. Abstract

The reaction of 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-(p-tert-butyl)phenyl-2-propanol with n-butyl-lithium/N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA) provides dilithioderivative 1b, which, upon reaction with thionyl chloride, gave cyclic and acyclic sulfites 3 and 4 as precursors of the sulfurane 2b with simultaneous formation of cyclic sulfinate 5. This ester was utilized for the preparation of asymmetrical spirosulfuranes 7 or ortho-perfluorocumylaryl(alkyl) sulfoxides 8. Attempts to obtain it as an optically active species are also mentioned.  相似文献

Two ruthenium(II) complexes of newly designed pyrrol-azo ligands(L) and bipyridine(bpy) formulated as [Ru(L)(bpy)2]ClO4, where HL1?=?(4-chloro-phenyl)-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-diazene (1) complex 1 and HL2?=?(4-nitro-phenyl)-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-diazene for 2, were isolated in pure form. The complexes were characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The electrochemical behavior of the complexes showed the Ru(III)/Ru(II) couple at different potentials with quasi-reversible voltammograms. The study of cytotoxicity effects of 1 and 2 on human breast cancer cells (MCF 7, MDA-MB 231) and cervical cancer cell (HeLa) taking Cisplatin as a positive reference showed that 1 exhibited higher cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines than 2, but less activity than Cisplatin. The interaction of 1 with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) using absorption, emission spectral studies, viscosity-measurement, and electrochemical techniques has been used to determine the binding constant K b and the linear Stern–Volmer quenching constant K SV. The results indicate that 1 strongly interacts with CT-DNA in groove binding mode. The interaction of bovine serum albumin (BSA) with 1 was also investigated with the help of spectroscopic tools. Absorption spectroscopy proved the formation of a BSA-[Ru(L1)(bpy)2]ClO4 complex.  相似文献

Synthesis and Characterization of Hetero-bimetallic Bis(trimethylsilyl)phosphanides of Barium and Tin The reaction of barium bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amide] with one equivalent of bis(trimethylsilyl)phosphane in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (dme) yields the heteroleptic dimeric (dme)barium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide bis(trimethylsilyl)phosphanide. This colorless compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 1 259.1(3), b = 1 822.7(4), c = 1 516.1(3) pm, β = 110.54(3)° and Z = 4. The central moiety of the centrosymmetric molecule is the planar Ba2P2-cycle with Ba? P-bond lengths of 329 and 334 pm. In the presence of bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amino]stannylene hetero-bimetallic bis(trimethylsilyl)phosphanides of tin(II) and barium are isolated. If the reaction of Ba[N(SiMe3)2]2 and Sn[N(SiMe3)2]2 in the molar ratio of 1:2 with six equivalents of HP(SiMe3)2 is performed in toluene, barium bis{tin(II)-tris[bis(trimethylsilyl)phosphanide]} can be isolated. This compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with a = 1 265.1(1), b = 2 290.1(3), c = 2 731.9(3) pm and Z = 4. The anions {Sn[P(SiMe3)2]3}? bind as two-dentate ligands to the barium atom which shows the extraordinary low coordination number of four. The addition of tetrahydrofuran (thf) to the above mentioned reaction solution leads to the elimination of tris(trimethylsilyl)phosphane and the formation of thf complexes of barium bis{tin(II)-bis(trimethylsilyl)phosphanide-trimethylsilylphosphandiide}. The derivative crystallizes from toluene in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 1 301.9(2), b = 2 316.3(3), c = 3 968.7(5) pm, β = 99.29(1)° and Z = 8.  相似文献

Novel bis(2-oxo-2H-chromene) as well as bis(2-imino-2H-chromene) derivatives incorporating piperazine moiety were prepared by the cyclocondensation reaction of bis(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) with two equivalents of each of the appropriate β-ketoesters or acetonitrile derivatives. The bis(2-imino-2H-chromene-3-carbothioamide) derivative was used as a key synthon for construction of novel bis(3-(4-substituted thiazol-2-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one) derivatives via its cyclocondensation with a series of the appropriate α-halocarbonyl derivatives. Moreover, the bis(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) reacted with four equivalents of the appropriate acetonitrile derivatives to afford the corresponding bis(3H-chromeno[3,4-c]pyridine) derivatives. Elucidation of the structure of the novel bis(chromenes) bearing piperazine nucleus was established by the spectral data and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Abstract

A set of bis(arylthio) substituted 5,8-quinolinedione derivatives were synthesized and investigated for their in vitro antimicrobial effect. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of 6,7-bis(arylthio)-5,8-quinolinedione (4a–f) and 6,7-bis(arylthio)-2-methyl-5,8-quinolinedione (5a–f) were evaluated against four gram-negative bacteria, three gram-positive bacteria, and three fungi strains. The bis(methoxyarylthio) 5,8-quinolinedione analogs presented better activity against especially gram-positive bacteria compared to bis(halogenarylthio) 5,8-quinolinedione analogs. Bis(3-methoxyarylthio) 5,8-quinolinedione (4e) had the same activity of the reference drug against Staphylococcus aureus. Bis(2-methoxyarylthio) 5,8-quinolinedione (4f) showed two-and-a half-fold better activity with 89.69?μM against Enterococcus faecalis, and two-fold better activity with 11.20?μM against Staphylococcus epidermidis. Bis(2-methoxyarylthio)-2-methyl-5,8-quinolinedione 5f exhibited five-fold higher antibacterial activity with 43.44?μM against E. faecalis and also eight-fold activity of the reference drug with 2.71?μM against S. epidermidis.  相似文献
