Herein, we report an efficient and convenient method for synthesis of benzofuran-3-acetic acids and naphthafuran-acetic acids 5ap by the reaction of substituted-4-bromomethylcoumarins with aqueous sodium hydroxide at refluxing temperature. The obtained products are characterized by infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. Structures 5a and 5e are confirmed by their single x-ray diffraction studies. The advantages of this method are good yields, easy workup, and no chromatographic purifications.  相似文献

The AlCl3-catalyzed alkylation of pyrrole (2) with chalcone (1a–i) at a ratio of 8:1 in the presence of 10 mol% AlCl3 gave the solely 2-alkyl pyrroles (3a–i) at room temperature for 12 in good yields. The same reaction was performed with pyrrole (2) and chalcone at a ratio of 1:3 in CH3CN at rt for 3 h to achieve 2,5-dialkyl pyrroles (4a–f). In addition, the reaction of the pyrrole (2) and indole (7) on 1,4-phenylene bis-chalcones (5a–g) at the ratio of 8:1 at rt for 24 h gave the double-addition products 6a–g and 8a–g in good yields, respectively. The structure of the products was confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Abstract

A simple, efficient and eco-friendly protocol has been described for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonates via Kabachnik-Fields reaction, catalyzed by H6P2W18O62·14H2O as a reusable catalyst. The reaction was realized by condensation of amino acids, various aromatic aldehydes and triethylphosphite under solvent-free conditions, the corresponding α-aminophosphonates were formed in good yields. All the new products were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C and 31P-NMR analyses. This method offers advantages such as simplicity workup with the green aspects, good yields and short reaction times.  相似文献

Abstract

1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate ([BMIM][HSO4]) as a non-halogenated ionic liquid (IL) was used for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones and thiones or 2-selenoxo DHPMs in a Biginelli type multi-component reaction. By using this ionic liquid, the reaction time was significantly reduced and the products were obtained in good to high yields. Also, in this method, the synthesis of novel 2-selenoxo DHPMs is introduced in the presence of this ionic liquid and their structures were determined by 1H and 13C NMR, FT-IR, and Elemental analysis.  相似文献

Abstract

In an earlier communication we reported GC-MS studies on the reaction products of secondary amino tricyclics and dimethylformamide.1 The diethyl acetal reaction products were identified as N-ethyl derivatives on the basis of mass spectroscopic analysis. In a follow-up study, we reported the same reaction products were formed from other DMF -dialkyl acetals, such as dimethyl and dipropyl acetals.2 In view of this unusual reaction we reinvestigated the structure of the reaction products utilizing alternative spectroscopic methods, viz. Arylsulfonylnitromethanes were obtained by a nucleophilic substitution reaction. The suggested method of obtaining arylsulfonylnitromethanes has some important advantages over the methods known so far: It is a relatively short, one-stage process; no byproducts are obtained, so there is no need for further procedures to separate the main products from the reaction mixture; and the final compounds possess a good degree of purity. The structure of the new products were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, and elemental analysis. The solid state structure of 6 was established by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

A practical copper-catalyzed I-substitutions of alkyl-2-iodobenzoates with alkynes have been developed using Cu powder as a catalyst under solvent, cocatalyst, and base-free conditions. This reaction system is new, facile, efficient, and economical that gives Sonogashira coupling products in excellent yields (up to 97%). The coupled products (A–J) were characterized by CHNS, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR and are found soluble in ethyl acetate and dichloromethane. In addition, simulation studies of A–J were performed with aspulvinone dimethylallyltransferase enzyme and observe good binding affinity. The reported compounds may act as anti-cizmatics, anti-fobic in future and also have the inhibition of aspulvinone dimethylallyltransferase properties to control Alzheimer’s, Schizophrenia, etc. diseases.  相似文献

Abstract

Direct addition of organolithium to 1-alkynylphosphonates (1) afforded vinylphosphonates and enamine phosphonates (2) in good to excellent yields. The reaction was carried out in dry THF at low temperature and proved to be completely stereoselective (syn addition). Alkyl, aryl, and haloalkyl groups were attached to the alkynyl entity, so the resulting vinylphosphonates contained various functional groups. The stereochemistry of the products as well as mechanism of the reaction were determined based on 1H and 13C NMR. The synthesis of enamine phosphonates in the absence of complicated, highly expensive organometallic catalysis has not been previously reported.  相似文献

以芳醛、麦氏酸和3-甲基-1-苯基-5-氨基吡唑为原料, 经微波辐射一步得到4-芳基-3-甲基-6-氧代-1-苯基-4,5,6,7-四氢吡啶并[2,3-c]吡唑衍生物, 反应2~6 min完成, 产率高. 产物结构通过红外、核磁共振、元素分析及单晶X射线分析确证.  相似文献

The reaction of 4-aminodiphenylamine or 2-aminofluorene with two equivalents of PPh2Cl in the presence of Et3N gives new bis(diphenylphosphino)amines N,N-bis(diphenylphosphino)-4-aminodiphenylamine 1 and N,N-bis(diphenylphosphino)-2-aminofluorene 2 in good yields. Oxidation of 1 or 2 with hydrogen peroxide, elemental sulfur or gray selenium affords the corresponding chalcogen derivatives. The palladium and platinum complexes of these P–N–P donor ligands were prepared by the reaction of the bis(phosphino)amines with MCl2(cod) (M = Pd or Pt, cod = cycloocta-1,5-diene). All the new compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopic methods, including 1H-31P NMR, 1H-13C HETCOR, or 1H-1H COSY correlation experiments. The Pd(II) complexes were investigated as catalysts in the Suzuki and Heck reactions; both showed good catalytic activity affording high yields of the desired products.  相似文献

Abstract

Cycloaddition of the adduct between Bun 3P and CS2 to strained double bonds such as in norbornene gives novel zwitterionic products such as 5. This dissociates to the ylide 4 so that carrying out the reaction in the presence of an aldehyde leads to a Wittig reaction to give 2-alkylidene-1,3-dithiolanes. The compound 5 reacts with acetylenic dipolarophiles by cycloaddition accompanied by loss of Bun 3P to give dihydro-TTF derivatives. Both these reaction types also occur for norbornadiene and by using this together with dialdehydes or diacetylenes a range of new sulfur-rich extended and polymeric structures have been obtained.  相似文献

An expeditious, simple, and green method was developed for the synthesis of privileged aryl/heterocyclicphosphonates, 8(a–c) to 13(a–c) through Michaelis–Arbuzov reaction of aryl/heterocyclic halides (Br), 1–6, and trialkylphosphites, 7(a–c), in room-temperature ionic liquid [bbim]Br using heterogeneous Lewis catalyst, nano-silica-supported boron trifluoride (BF3-SiO2). The advantages of this protocol are simplicity, good yield of the products, less reaction time (20–38 min), mild reaction conditions, easy workup, and reusability of the catalyst and ionic liquid. It is demonstrated that nano-BF3-SiO2 is a recoverable and easy accessible catalyst for the formation of C(sp2)-P bond in an ionic liquid.  相似文献

Abstract

The laboratory preparation of chemically pure, 3H-labelled β-propionylampicillin suitable for studies of the mode of action of β-lactam antibiotics has been investigated. The chemical purity of the labelled antibiotic is a crucial factor for the quantitative determination of penicillin-binding proteins. Ampicillin (D-α-aminobenzylpenicillin) was N-[3H]propionylated by N-succinimidyl [3H]propionate, the labelled reaction products were analyzed by thin-layer chromatography followed by fluorography. The synthesis and the purification of the resulting N-[3H]propionylampicillin have been optimized, the best conditions for the acylation reaction were at pH 8.25 for 2 h, giving both a high yield of the labelled antibiotic and minimal amounts of unwanted by-products. The reaction mixture was fractionated by a two-step procedure, the purified radioactive antibiotic did not contain any residual reactant, especially free ampicillin, or degradation products such as D-α.-[3H]propionamidobenzylpenicilloic acid. This improved procedure allows an easy, fast and rather inexpensive preparation of a good quality radiolabeled antibiotic for studies of penicillin-interacting proteins.  相似文献

An effective, mild, and convenient method for the synthesis of 10 new substituted 9-methyl-6-aryl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,8]naphthyridines (5a–j) by the oxidation of the corresponding 2-(2-ethylidenehydrazinyl)-3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridines (4a–j) using chloranil under conventional method has been described. The structures of synthesized compounds (5a–j) were established on the basis of their elemental analysis and spectral (IR, Mass, 13C- and1H-NMR) data. The new compounds were synthesized with the objective of studying their antibacterial activity. The reaction will be characterized by easy workup, good efficacy, simple purification of the products, and availability of catalyst.  相似文献

熊果酸与氯乙酸乙酯反应制得熊果酸乙氧甲酰基甲酯(2), 2与水合肼反应得到熊果酸甲酰肼甲酯(3), 3与羰基化合物反应得到一系列酰腙4a4g, 再将4a4g与乙酸酐作用, 环合得到3-O-乙酰基熊果酸3-乙酰基-2-[(未)取代苯基]-2,3-二氢-1,3,4-噁二唑-5-甲酯(5a5g). 15个新化合物均未见文献报道, 其结构经1H NMR, IR, MS加以确证, 并进行了药理结果筛选. 结果表明, 部分化合物具有良好的抗炎活性. 其中, 化合物5a (40 mg•kg-1), 5d (40 mg•kg-1), 5g (40 mg•kg-1)与熊果酸相比, 具有更强的疗效.  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction of triethylphosphite 1 with diethyltrichloromethylphosphonate 2b in the absence of solvents and catalysts yields mainly diethyl(1,1-dichloropropyl)phosphonate 4 and diethyldichloromethylphosphonate 7. These main products are accompanied by a variety of by-products which differ considerably from those obtained in the reaction between triethyl phosphite and CCl4. Both reactions would begin by a halophilic substitution of triethylphosphite on the positive halogen. For diethyltrichloromethylphosphonate 2b the formed carbanion would then attack preferentially the carbon β to P+ and the hydrogen γ to P+ on heterophosphonium cation. In contrast, the less sterically hindered trichloromethyl carbanion formed by the halophilic attack of triethylphosphite on carbon tetrachloride would rather attack mainly the positive P+ of this cation. The tetraethyl(dichloromethylene)bisphosphonate 8 previously reported by Kukhar and Sagina to be the main product formed in the thermal reaction between triethylphosphite and diethyltrichloromethylphosphonate was not found under our conditions. We observed its formation only under photochemical irradiation.  相似文献

The reaction of compounds 3 with sulfur under basic conditions leads to the new 2-amino-4-phosphonothiophenes 4 . The reaction of β-keto-δ-carbethoxyphosphonates and phosphineoxides 1 with active cyanoarylidenes 2 in basic conditions provides a convenient access to the new 2-amino-6-(phosphonomethyl)-4H-pyranes 3. The reaction is found to be highly regioselective. The structure of all obtained products is confirmed by NMR ( 1 H, 31 P, 13 C), IR spectroscopy, and in some cases by mass spectrometry.  相似文献

In the course of our investigations on the synthesis of enantiomerically pure anthracycline antibiotics by incorporation of chiral building blocks we prepared the O-methyl 3-deoxy-2-C-ethylribopyranoside 1.1 The further synthetic plan required the conversion of 1 to the dithioacetal 2 followed by glycol cleavage to a partially protected 1,4-dialdehyde for coupling experiments to leucoquinizarine in a Marschalk reaction. However, the reaction sequence failed1 and optically active rhodomycinone had to be synthezised in a different way.2 A reinvestigation of the synthesis revealed that the thioacetalization of 1 using the acidic conditions recommended by Corey et al.3 did not yield the usual open chain dithioacetal 2 but rather three new unexpected products. The less polar fraction was identified by 1H and 13C NMR as tetrahydrofuran derivative 3a with the dithiane ring in a ß-orientation. The solid polar fraction (12%) consisted of a nonseparable 1:2.2 mixture of the epimeric deoxygenation products 4/5.  相似文献
