3,3′-Diacetyloxy (2), 3,3′-dihydroxy (3), 4,4′-diamino (4), and 4-amino (5) diphenylselenide derivatives were prepared as new precursors for the title studies. Compound 6 was obtained by condensation of 4 with an appropriate aromatic aldehyde. Unsymmetrical diphenylselenides 7 and 8 were obtained by condensation of 4 and/or 5 with an aromatic aldehyde. Compound 7 undergoes facile condensation with the same aldehyde present in its arylidene moiety to yield 6, while condensation with another different aromatic aldehyde yielded unsymmetrical 4-arylideneamino diphenylselenide derivative 9. Oxidation of 6, 8, and 9 using lead tetra acetate and/or N-bromosuccinimide yielded symmetrical bis-(2-aryl benzoxazol-6-yl) (10), unsymmetrical 3′-hydroxy, 2-aryl benzoxazol-6-yl selenides (11), and 2-aryl benzoxazol-6-yl, 2′-aryl′ benzoxazol-6′-yl selenide derivatives (12), respectively. Compound 10 was prepared in one-pot unequivocal synthesis by fusion of 4 with the appropriate aromatic aldehyde, while 12 was prepared by fusion of 4 with two different aromatic aldehydes. In certain cases, 6 and 9 were heated on a direct flame until complete homogeneity afforded the corresponding 10 and 12. The structures of the synthesized compounds are based on physical data, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, chemical means, and mass spectral data. Some of the synthesized compounds were biologically tested.

为了合成和研究具有薁类结构物质的新的生物活性, 以1-薁类羧酸甲酯为起始原料, 经过酰肼化、与芳香醛及酮类化合物的缩合, 合成了含有酰腙类结构的薁类衍生物, 其结构经1H NMR, IR和元素分析确证. 对所得化合物进行了抗菌活性测试, 初步表明它们具有一定的活性.  相似文献

2-Phenylamino-6,8-dibromo-4H-3,1-benzoxazinone has been reacted with nitrogen nucleophiles, such as hydrazine hydrate, amines, and formamide, yielding 4(3H)quinazolinone derivatives; and with sulfur nucleophiles producing the corresponding thioesters. The two compounds 1-[1-(2',4'-dichlorobenzoyl)-1-(3-phenylthiazoidin-2-ylidene)methyl]-1,2,4-triazole (3a) and 1-[1-(4'-fluorobenzoyl)-1-(3-phenylthiazolidin-2-ylidene)methyl]-1,2,4-triazole (3b) were prepared by reaction of phenyl isothiocyanate, 1,2-dibromoethane with a-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-substituted-acetylbenzene. Their structures were identified by means of elemental analysis, IR, and ^1H NMR spectra. The single crystal of compound 3b was also obtained. It crystallizes in triclinic system with space group P1 and a=0.9390(2) nm, b=0.9661(2) nm, c= 1.0929(2) nm, α=111.53(3)°, β= 100.46(3)°, γ= 102.08(3)°, Z=2, V=0.8647(3) nm^3, Dc= 1.407 g/cm^3,μ =0.213 mm^-1, F(000)=380, final R1=0.073. There is obvious potentially weak C-H…Y (Y=N, F, O) intermolecular interaction between the molecules in the crystal lattice, which stabilizes the crystal structure. The result of the biological test showed that the two compounds have certain fungicidal activities.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-chloropyridazine 1 with N –(un)Substituted 4-aminosulfonamides 3 gave the 3-substituted aminopyridazines 4 . Also In addition, pyridazine-3-sulfonamides 7 were prepared from the reaction of pyridazine-3-sulfonylchloride 6 with different amines. All of these derivatives have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopic studies, and also were tested for their in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activity against a variety of microorganisms.  相似文献

Some novel thiophenes (4a,b, 5, and 9a,b) were obtained from the cycloalkylation of the thiocarbamoyl group in the cyanothioacetanilide derivative (1) with α-halocarbonyl compounds. Also, the reaction of cyanothioacetanilide derivative with phenyl isothiocyanate in the presence of potassium hydroxide followed by in situ heterocyclization of the resulting adduct with α-halocarbonyl compounds furnished the corresponding thiazole (12, 14, and 15), pyrazole (19), and pyraozlo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (22, 25, and 26) derivatives. Compounds (4b, 5, 9a, 12, 13, 18, 22, 25, and 26) were tested to evaluate their antimicrobial activity.

以3, 4, 5-三甲氧苯甲酸为原料,将具有优良生物活性的1,2,4-三唑与酰胺结构有机结合,通过酯化、肼解、环化、醚化、水解、缩合等反应合成1, 2, 4-三唑硫醚乙酰胺类化合物6a-6m,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,MS和元素分析进行了结构确证。初步生物活性测试表明:化合物浓度在50 μg/mL时,化合物6a-6m对猕猴桃软腐病中的葡萄座腔菌、拟茎点霉菌(Phomopsis sp.)和灰霉菌(B. cinerea)表现一定的抑制活性,其中化合物6k和6l对葡萄座腔菌、拟茎点霉菌和灰霉菌的抑制活性在83.4%至91.3 %;化合物6k对葡萄座腔菌和拟茎点霉菌的EC50值为46.6 μg/mL和30.8 μg/mL,均优于对照药剂嘧霉胺(57.6 μg/mL 和 32.1 μg/mL)。以上生物活性表明,1, 2, 4-三唑硫醚乙酰胺类化合物具有较好的抑菌活性,为进一步开发高活性化合物奠定一定基础。  相似文献

Abstract

3-Chloro-1-benzothiophene-2-carbonylchloride 1 was made to reacts with hydrazine hydrate afforded 3-chloro-1-benothiophene-2-carbohydrazide 2 in good yield. 5-(3-chloro-1-benzothiophen-2-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol 4 was synthesized from 3-chloro-1-benzothiophene-2-carbohydrazide 2. Mannich bases, alkyl halide, and acid chlorides derivatives were then prepared. Compound 4 on condensation with chloroacetone in the presence of NaOH as base and ethanol as solvent gave 1-{[5-(3-chloro-1-benzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl]sulfanyl}propan-2-on 6. Condensation of compound 6 with various aromatic aldehydes afforded a series of chalcones 7a–h. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral data and have been screened for antibacterial activity.

1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxaldehyde (1) reacted with ethyl cyanoacetate and thiourea to give the pyrimidinethione derivative 2. The reaction of 2 with some alkylating agents gave the corresponding thioethers 3a–e and 7. Thione 2 was cyclized to 5 and 6 upon a reaction with chloroacetic acid and with benzaldehyde, respectively. Thioether 3c was cyclized to 4 upon boiling with sodium acetate in ethanol, and 7 was cyclized to 8 upon boiling in an acetic anhydride-pyridine mixture. The hydrazino derivative 9 was prepared either by boiling 2 and/or 3a with hydrazine. The reaction of 9 with nitrous acid, acetylacetone, triethyl orthoformate, acetic anhydride, and carbon disulfide gave 10–14. The alkylation of 14 with ethyl iodide, phenacyl bromide, and ethyl chloroacetate afforded the alkythiotriazolo pyrimidinone derivatives 15a–c. The dialkyl derivative 16 was produced upon the treatment of 2 with two equivalents of ethyl iodide. Boiling 16 with hydrazine afforded the hydrazino 17. The reaction of 17 with nitrous acid, carbon disulfide, ethyl cyanoacetate, ethyl acetoacetae, and phenacyl bromide gave 18–22, respectively. Some of the newly obtained compounds were tested for their antibacterial and antifungal activities.  相似文献

The key intermediate diisothiocyanate 2 was allowed to react with 5-amino-3-methyl-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile 3, ethyl 5-amino-1-phenyl-pyrazole-4-carboxylate 6, 2-amino-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-car-bonitrile 9, ethyl-2-amino-tetra-hydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylate 12, and/or 1,2,4-triazole 15 to give the corresponding biscompounds 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, and 16, respectively. The structure of the synthesized compounds was elucidated by elemental analyses and spectral data. Thiazolidin‐4‐one derivative 3 was synthesized by the transformation of chloroacetamide derivative 2 with NH4SCN.The condensation of 3 with p‐anisaldehyde afforded the corresponding arylidene derivative 4 . Also, the alkylation of chloroacetamide derivative 2 with different heterocyclic compounds was investigated. Annulation of 5‐amino‐3‐methylisoxazole ( 1 ) with α‐halocarbonyl compounds 12 and 14 furnished pyrrolo[3,2‐d]isoxazole and isoxazolo[5,4‐b]azepin‐6‐one derivatives 13 and 15 , respectively, while reaction of 1 with 1‐chloro‐4‐(chloromethyl)benzene gave the monoalkylated product 17 . The newly synthesized compounds were screened for their antitumor activity, and the geometry optimizations are in a good agreement with the experimentally observed data.  相似文献

Thiophosgenation of sulfonamides 1a‐c in the presence of dilute HCl at room temperature furnished the isothiocyanatosulfonamides 2a‐c and treatment with aromatic amines gave 1,3‐disubstituted thioureas 3a,b . Also, interaction of two molecules of 2c with 1,4‐phenylenediamine yielded the novel bisthiourea 4 . Cyclocondensation of 2 with ortho amino carboxylic acid compounds such as anthranilic acids 8 , 5‐amino‐1‐phenyl‐pyrazol‐4‐carboxylic acid 9 and 4,5,6,7‐tetrahydro‐2‐amino‐benzo[b]thiophene‐3‐carboxylic acid 10 furnished the fused thiopyrimidines 11a‐d, 12 and 13 , respectively. 2‐Anilinobenzoazole derivatives 15a‐c, 16a, b and 17a,b were obtained through cyclocondensation of 2 with 1,2‐dinucleophiles.  相似文献

Some new 2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazoles containing pyrazol-3-yl, indolin-2-one-2-yl and indan-1,3-dione-2-yl moieties in a good yields obtained from the reaction of hydrazonoyl halides with thiocarbamate and carbodithioate in ethanolic triethylamine respectively. In contrast, pyrazolylthiourea reacts with hydrazonoyl halides under the same condition afford corresponding hydrazonoyl sulfide derivatives.  相似文献

A series of strobilurin-1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing a furan or thiophen ring was designed and synthesized. The structures of the compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra. The bi-oassays indicated that the fungicidal activities of compounds 10b(EC50=14.82 mg/L) and 10c(EC50=18.72 mg/L) against Cercospora arachidicola Hori in vitro were much higher than that of Azoxystrobin as control(EC50=40.54 mg/L) and the fungicidal activities of compounds 10u(EC50=8.66 mg/L) and 10n(EC50=9.89 mg/L) against Rhizotonia cerealis in vitro were higher than that of the same control(EC50=10.86 mg/L). Compounds 10b, 10c, 10n and 10k could be considered as the leading compounds for further investigation.  相似文献

A simple and mild synthesis for pyrrolyl and pyrrolo[2, 3]pyrimidinyl diphenyl selenides is described based on the reaction of active methylene compounds with 4′-nitro-4-acetylaminodiphenyl selenide. The sensitivity of 77Se NMR spectra allowed differentiating the rather similar pyrrole compounds. The synthesized compounds were screened for their antifungal and antibacterial activities.  相似文献

The synthesis of the titled amino-ester 3 is described and its hydrolysis and chloroacetylation led to the acid 5 and acetamide 7 , which were cyclized to the pyrazolopyridones 6 and 8 , respectively. Condensation of 3 with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran afforded the pyrrolylpyrazole 9 , which underwent cyclization by action of PPA to give pyrazolopyrrolizine 10 . Treating 3 with thiophosgene gave the pyrazolyl isothiocyanate 11 , which added aniline to yield the thiourea derivative 12 , and cyclized to give pyrazolopyrimidinethiones 13-15 . Condensation of 3 with formamide furnished pyrazolopyrimidine 16 , while with triethyl orthoformate produced the ethoxymethyleneaminopyrazole 18 , which condensed with hydrazine to give the aminopyrazoloprimidine 19 . Reaction of 3 with Lawesson's reagent resulted in the pyrazolothiazaphosphinine 21 . Also the cyclization reaction of the compound 3 with malononitrile and its mixtures with carbon disulfide, phenyl isothiocyanate, or benzaldehyde led to the formation of a variety of polyfunctional substituted pyrazolopyrimidines 23 and 26 , pyrazolothiazine 24 and pyrazolopyridine 28 .  相似文献
