Abstract

A series of 2-methylpropan-2-aminium methyl 1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy) alkylphosphonates were selectively synthesized by reacting the corresponding dimethyl 1-(substitutedphenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonates with an excess of 2-methylpropan-2-amine. All the title compounds were identified by IR, 1H NMR, and 31P NMR, some of them were further analyzed by 19F NMR and 13C NMR. Their herbicidal activity was investigated and the results showed that most of the demethylated aminium salts exhibited notable herbicidal activities against Brassica napus L. and Echinochloa crusgalli.

In order to find novel pyrimidinyl carboxylic acid analogs with high activity and low toxicity, a series of novel pyrimidinyl derivatives containing an α-amino phosphonate moiety 5 was synthesized by the condensation of 4-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yloxy)phenoxyacetic 3a or propionic acids 3b with dialkyl α-amino substitutedbenzyl phosphonates 4. Their structures were characterized by spectroscopic data (IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, MS) and elemental analyses. The results of preliminary herbicidal activities (in vitro) showed that most of these compounds exhibited higher herbicidal activities against dicotyledonous weeds (Brassica campestris L) than monocotyledonous weeds (Echinochloa crus-galli). Further bioassays (in vivo) indicated that some of compounds 5 possessed selective herbicidal activity against amaranth pigweed (A. retroflexus) in post-emergence treatment.

Abstract

Thirteen novel cyclic phosphates were rationally designed and synthesized by introducing diary ethers containing pyrimidine. All the target compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and HRMS. The test of herbicidal activity indicated that most of the compounds showed good herbicidal activities against Amaranthus retroflexus. The compounds IA-2 (1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-oxido-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinan-2-yl)propyl-2-((4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)oxy)benzoate) and IA-3 ((5,5-dimethyl-2-oxido-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinan-2-yl)(phenyl)methyl-2-((4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)oxy)benzoate) exhibited remarkable post-emergency herbicidal activity against the tested monocotyledonous weed at the dosage of 112.5?g ai/ha.  相似文献

Target compounds 3 were synthesized by the condensation of O,O-diethyl α-amino substitutedbenzyl phosphonates 1 and 4-methyl-[1,2,3]thiadiazole-5-carboxylic acid 2 in the presence of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) as a dehydration reagent. Their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic data (IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, MS) and elemental analysis. The results of a preliminary bioassay (in vitro) indicated that some of the title compounds 3 possessed moderate to good herbicidal activities against dicotyledonous plants (Brassica campestris L) at the concentration of 100 mg/L, and most of these compounds exhibited higher herbicidal activities against dicotyledonous plants (Brassica campestris L) than monocotyledonous plants (Echinochloa crus-galli).

Abstract

A series of [(substituted phenoxyacetoxy)(substituted phenyl)methyl](methyl)phos- phinates containing fluorine were designed and synthesized. All the synthesized compounds were identified by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, mass spectrometry. O-methyl [(2-fluorophenoxyacetoxy)(2,4-dichlorophenyl)methyl](methyl)phosphinate was further analyzed by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Their herbicidal activity against a set of weed species was examined. Some of the compounds showed potential herbicidal activity, which provided some indications for further studies on structure modification.

Abstract

A series of novel α-amino phosphonate derivatives containing both pyridine and 1,2,3-triazole moieties 4 were synthesized via a multi-step reaction. First, the condensation of 5-amino-1-[(6-chloropyridin-3-yl) methyl]-4-cyano-1H-1,2,3-triazole with various aromatic aldehydes in the presence of magnesium perchlorate afforded imines 3 in moderate yields; second, imines 3 reacted with dialkyl phosphites or triphenyl phosphite to give the title compounds 4 in moderate to good yields. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data (IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, ESI-MS) and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay (in vitro) indicated that some of the title compounds 4 possessed moderate herbicidal activities against dicotyledonous plants (Brassica campestris L) at a concentration of 100 mg/L. However, compounds 4 did not exhibit herbicidal activities against Brassica campestris L at a concentration of 10 mg/L.

A series of novel α-amino phosphonate derivatives containing the thiazole and pyrazole moieties 3 were synthesized by the Mannich-type reaction of substituted pyrazole-aldehyde 1, 2-amino-5-ethoxycarbonyl-4-methyl-thiazole 2, and dialkyl phosphites or triphenyl phosphite in the presence of a Lewis acid such as magnesium perchlorate as the catalyst under solvent-free conditions. Their structures were clearly confirmed by spectroscopy data (IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, MS) and elemental analysis. 为了寻找高效、安全、经济的除草活性化合物, 设计并合成了9个新的2-[2-(烷氧羰基苯氧羰基)苯氧基]-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶类化合物, 其化学结构经IR, 1H NMR, LC/MS和元素分析确证. 初步生物活性测定结果表明, 该类化合物在有效成份2250 g/ha剂量时, 对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)、稗草(Echinochloa crus-galli)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis)等都具有良好的除草活性, 抑制率达90%以上. 其中5b, 5e, 5h在187.5 g/ha剂量时, 仍具有良好的除草活性, 抑制率达90%以上.  相似文献

乙酰羟基酸合成酶(Acetohydroxyacid synthase, AHAS, EC 4.1.3.18)是植物和微生物中亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸合成途径的一个关键酶, 以AHAS为靶标的磺酰脲类除草剂具有高效、高选择性和对环境友好的特点. 通过2-氨基-4-甲基嘧啶溴代反应以及进一步的衍生、磺酰基异氰酸酯的胺解, 合成了一系列含有5-溴嘧啶基的新磺酰脲. 其结构经1H NMR、质谱和元素分析确定. 生物活性测试表明目标化合物在离体水平对大肠杆菌乙酰羟基酸合成酶同工酶AHASII表现出了与市售除草剂苯磺隆相当甚至更优的抑制活性, 而盆栽除草活性低于苯磺隆.  相似文献

Abstract

O-Ethyl-N-alkylphosphoro(thioureido)thioates(II) were synthesized by the addition of O-ethyl-N-alkylphosphor-isothiocyanatidothioates(I) with corresponding alkyl or aryl amines, in which R=C1, -C3, R1, R2=H, alkyl or aryl. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The results of bioassay showed that they had fairly good fungicidal and herbicidal activities. When II(R1=H,R2=i-Pr,Ph,aryl etc.) reacted with chloroacetyl chloride, the compounds III were given.  相似文献

酰基硫脲衍生物的合成、结构表征及生物活性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在超声波辐射下, 以PEG-400为固-液相转移催化剂, 用芳胺与双酰基异硫氰酸酯反应, 合成出了15种新的结构不对称的双酰基硫脲类化合物(66')和9种新的分子中含酰胺基团的单酰基硫脲类化合物(77'). 利用元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, APT, 1D NOE及2D NMR技术确定了所合成化合物66'及77'的结构, 并对它们NMR谱中低场C, H进行了归属. 杀菌、杀虫和除草活性筛选测定实验结果表明, 所测试化合物对瓜炭疽病菌均具有抑制作用, 其中6e抑制率最高, 达到62.4%; 目标化合物7a对黄瓜白粉病菌有一定的抑制作用. 单胺氧化酶活性测定实验表明:大部分目标化合物对单胺氧化酶具有一定的抑制活性, 其中浓度在1×10-3 molL-1时目标化合物6'c6'd的抑制活性较强, 明显高于其它化合物. 目标化合物没有抗惊厥活性.  相似文献

A series of novel ethyl 2-(5-methyl-3-arylisoxazole-4-carboxamido)-4-alkylthiazole-5-carboxylates I-1-6 were synthesized. The structures of all target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS and elemental analyses. Their fungicidal and herbicidal activities were evaluated. The results of preliminary bioassays show that the title compounds I-4 possess 20–50% inhibition against most of the tested plants at the dosage of 150 g ai/ha, while the title compounds I-1-5 possess 32–58% inhibition against FusaHum graminearum, Thanatephorus cucumeris, Botrytis cinereapers and Fusarium oxysporum in vitro at the concentration of 100 mg/L.  相似文献

为了发现具有高除草活性的对羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶抑制剂(简称HPPD, EC 1.13. 11.27), 利用由不同的芳香羧酸和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料得到的不同的β-酮酸酯与N-苄基甘氨酸乙酯反应得到12个未见文献报道的1-苄基-3-[α-羟基-(未)取代苄基叶立德]吡咯啉-2,4-二酮化合物, 其结构均经过1H NMR, IR和元素分析确证. 在活性测定方面, 采用了对不同的作用机制敏感的油菜平皿法和稗草小杯法. 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 其生长抑制活性高于对照药HPPD抑制剂磺草酮. 但磺草酮所表现出来的明显白化作用, 在这一类化合物只显示出微弱的缺绿现象, 这也许说明所合成的化合物除显示出较弱的HPPD抑制剂的特征外, 可能还具有生长抑制作用, 而且活性与结构之间存在着一定的构效关系.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of sodium hydrogen 1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy) alkylphosphonates was designed and synthesized. The test for herbicidal activity indicated that most of the phosphonates (8) possessed excellent postemergence herbicidal activities against broadleaf weeds. Especially, 8f and 8g showed the best herbicidal activity against rape and amaranth with more than 95% inhibitory rate.

设计合成了一系列未见文献报道的4-乙氧羰基-1,7-二氢-1-取代苯基-5-(未)取代吡唑啉[5,1-d][1,2,3,5]四嗪-7-酮衍生物, 其结构均经过1H NMR、IR和元素分析表征. 生测结果显示, 与已报道的化合物相比, 它们表现出较好的除草活性. 定量的结构与活性关系研究表明, 它们的除草活性与取代基的立体效应参数和疏水性参数呈现很好的相关性, 相关系数r大于0.8. 当作用对象为油菜时, 化合物的活性可能主要与取代基R1的摩尔分子折射和取代基R2的疏水性参数有关. 当取代基R1的摩尔分子折射参数为1.452时, 相应化合物可能具有对油菜最高的除草活性; 当作用对象为稗草时, 化合物的活性主要与取代基R2疏水性参数和Taft (Es)参数有关.  相似文献

Twelve angular oxazole-fused coumarin derivatives were designed, synthesised and characterised by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The structure of compound 4a was further confirmed by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The bioassay experiment results indicated that compounds 4f and 4l have high antifungal activity on the mycelium growth of 4 plant disease fungi. Especially, compound 4l has a stronger antifungal activity compare to the commercial fungicide, Carbendazim. The herbicidal activity experiment showed that 4a and 4b can significantly inhibit the taproot and caulis development of Chenopodium album seedling and have better activities than the commercial herbicide, Acetochlor.  相似文献

以2,4-二氯嘧啶为起始原料, 利用两个氯原子的活性差异, 经4-吡唑基-2-氯嘧啶合成了一系列4-吡唑基-2-芳氧基嘧啶类化合物, 通过1H NMR和元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步生物活性测定结果表明, 所合成的化合物都表现出一定的除草活性. 当嘧啶环2位的氯原子被芳氧基取代后, 化合物的除草活性均有不同程度的提高, 例如5c4a相比, 100 μg•mL-1时化合物对油菜的抑制率由15.7%提高到85.4%, 对稗草的抑制率由原来的11.6%提高到84.0%.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel (4′-tosyl) piperidin-4-yl containing α-aminophosphonates were synthesized by a one-pot reaction, efficiently catalyzed by magnesium perchlorate, under solvent-free conditions from 1-tosylpiperidin-4-one, substituted aromatic amines, and diethyl phosphite (DEP). The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR, and HRMS spectroscopy. A single-crystal X-ray structure of diethyl 4-(2-chlorophenyl) amino-1-(4’-methylbezenesulfonyl) piperidin-4-yl-phosphonate (2a) was obtained, and some of the title compounds displayed insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella.
