An efficient and facile method for the synthesis of novel spiro[indole-2,2′-pyrroles] from N-methyl-3-isatin imines, t-butyl isocyanide, and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate has been achieved by [3 + 2] cyclo addition reaction. All the products were purified by column chromatography as yellow solids and confirmed with 1H NMR, 13C NMR, fast atom bombardment, mass, and infrared. Compound 11 was further confirmed with x-ray analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of 1H‐indol‐2,3‐diones with 1,6‐dibromohexane has resulted in the formation of new 1H‐indol‐2,3‐diones‐1,1′‐(1,6‐hexanediyl)bis in quantitative yields. These compounds have been used for the synthesis of novel [3′‐(2,3‐dimethyl‐5‐oxo‐1‐phenyl‐3‐pyrazolin‐4‐yl)spiro[3H‐indol‐3,2′‐thiazolidine]‐2,4′‐dione]‐1,1′‐(1,6‐hexanediyl)bis via bis Schiff's bases, [3‐(2,3‐dimethyl‐5‐oxo‐1‐phenyl‐3‐pyrazolin‐4‐yl) imino‐1H‐indol‐2‐one]‐1,1′‐(1,6‐hexanediyl)bis.  相似文献

Our studies of the conjugative properties of cyclopropanes required the synthesis of large quantities of spiro [cyclopropane-1,9′- [9H] fluorene] (1) and its derivatives.1 The method of Corey2 is suited for the preparation of modest (1–5 g) amounts of 1 in one step. An efficient catalyst-free synthesis of 3′-benzoyl-4′,5′-diphenyl-2H-spiro[acenaphthylene-1,2′-pyrrolidin]-2-one derivatives via one-pot 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of acenaphthenequinone, arylmethyl amines, and chalcones with high regioselectivity is described. The structure of the cycloadducts were characterized by infrared, high-resolution mass spectrometry (electrospray ionization), 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectra, and the structure of 4a was confirmed using x-ray single-crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

Abstract

Besides the common cyclisation reactions between divalent electrophiles such as Soc12, SC12, etc. and 2,2′-alkylidene-bisphenols 1 with selective attack by the two oxygens yielding dibenzo[d,g][1,3,2]dioxathiocines [1] we observed previously an unusual cyclisation of 1 with S2CI2 with a nucleophilic attack by the ortho- and para-carbon atoms (C(2) and C(4)) of bisphenol 1 [2]. We now report a new type of cyclocondensation reaction of 4,4′,6,6′-tetrasubstituted 2,2′-alkylidene-bisphenols 1 with ClSCOCl affording spiro[1,3-benzoxathiepin-4(5H),1′-cyclohexa[2,4]dien]-2,2′-diones 2 together with the cyclic carbonates 3. The structures of the products were elucidated mainly by l3C-NMR- and 1H-NMR-spectroscopy. The mode of formation of the novel spiro thiocarbonates 2 resp. the known carbonates 3 [3] is discussed.  相似文献

Reaction of 5‐amino‐3‐substituted pyrazoles (1ac) and 5‐amino‐1,3‐disubstituted pyrazoles (1d–i) with fluorinated‐β‐diketones (2) results in the formation of the single isomer of pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridines (4a–h). A one‐pot procedure for the synthesis of title compounds starting from α‐cyanoacetophenones along with a possible mechanistic pathway for the formation of the title compounds is described.  相似文献

An efficient, four-component reaction of isatin, 1,3-indanedione, ethyl acetoacetate, and ammonium acetate in ethanol/water (9:1) system furnished spiro[4H-indeno[1,2-b]pyridine-4,3′-[3H]indoles] at room temperature. Merits of the method are mild reaction conditions, simple workup procedure, and ambient temperature. The synthesized compounds exhibit excellent fluorescence properties.  相似文献

In order to find new urea cytokinins, a series of novel fluorinated heteroaromatic ureas have been designed and synthesized. The crystal structure of 3g was further determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction to obtain the structural feature of this class of urea compounds. The preliminary bioassay showed that some title compounds have good cytokinin activity.  相似文献
