Two new nano-dimensional square grid metal–organic polymers, {[Cd(1,3-bix)2(H2O)2](NO3)2} n (1) and [Cd(1,3-bix)2(NO3)2] n (2) (1,3–bix?=?1,3-bis(imidazol-1-yl-methyl)benzene), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography and FT-IR spectroscopy. Polymers 1 and 2 are 2-D layer structures consisting of nano-dimensional square grid units. The photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 were investigated.  相似文献

(E)-1-Iodo-2-arylselenoethylenes 1 underwent the Sonogashira coupling reactions with terminal alkynes 2 to afford (E)-1-arylseleno-substituted 1,3-enynes 3 in high yields. (E)-1-Arylseleno-substituted 1,3-enynes 3 were coupled with alkynylmagnesium bromides 4 in the presence of a catalytic amount of NiCl2(PPh3)2 to give stereoselectively (E)-enediynes 5 in good yields.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 1,3-dicyanobenzene, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and Pb(CH3COO)2 yields a new 1D coordination polymer, {Pb[C6H4(COO)2][phen]} n . The 1,3-benzenecarboxylate anion found in the final product was generated in situ during the synthesis by hydrolysis of 1,3-dicyanobenzene. X-ray diffraction shows that complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P 1, a?=?7.5442(2)?Å, b?=?9.7962(3)?Å, c?=?13.1505(4)?Å, α?=?69.739(2)?Å, β?=?80.597(2)?Å, γ?=?71.377(2)?Å, v?=?862.48(4)?Å3, Z?=?2, D c?=?2.124 Mg?m?3. Complex 1 emits strong blue fluorescent light (λem(max)?=?482.4?nm) when excited by UV light in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Abstract

The complex ion [Co(1,3-pd3a)NO2]? (pd3a=trimethylenediamine-N,N,N′-triacetate ion) was prepared from equatorial-skew-[Co(1,3-pd3a)H2 O]. The absorption spectrum and the 13C NMR spectrum show the nitro product to be a polar isomer. The diamine backbone ring is believed to have the chair conformation.  相似文献

Two pyrazole-based polydentate ligands, 1,3-bis(5-methyl-3-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol (Hmppzpo) and 1,3-bis(5-methyl-3-p-isopropylphenylpyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol (Hmcpzpo), have been synthesized. A third ligand, 1,3-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol (Hdmpzpo), has been synthetically modified. Seven new M(II) coordination compounds of general formula M2L2X2 (M?=?Zn, Ni; X?=?NO3 or ClO4; L?=?dmpzpo, mppzpo or mcpzpo) or MLX (M?=?Pd; L?=?dmpzpo; X?=?Cl) were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR analysis. The crystal structures of [Zn2(μ-dmpzpo-O,N,N′)2(NO3)2]?·?2H2O (1?·?2H2O), [Ni2(μ-dmpzpo-O,N,N′)2(CH3CN)2](ClO4)2 (2) and Pd(μ-dmpzpo-N,N′)Cl2 (4) were determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The crystal structures show that complexes 1?·?2H2O and 2 are center-symmetric dinuclear compounds, with two metal ions bridged by two alkoxo groups and each metal ion with a distorted square-pyramidal environment. The palladium complex, 4, displayed square-planar coordination geometry around the Pd(II) ion with trans arrangement.  相似文献

Two Cd(II) coordination polymers have been synthesized with derivatives of pyrazine-1,4-dioxide and thiocyanate anion as bridging ligands and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1, [Cd(μ1,3-SCN?)21,6-L1)] n (L1?=?2,5-dimethylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide), belongs to the triclinic, space group P 1 with a?=?5.7627(18)?Å, b?=?7.182(2)?Å, c?=?7.509(2)?Å, α?=?74.042(3)°, β?=?84.766(4)°, γ?=?88.162(4)°; complex 2, [Cd21,3-SCN?)44-L2)] n (L2?=?2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide), crystallizes in a monoclinic system with space group C2/m with a?=?10.194(4)?Å, b?=?13.491(6)?Å, c?=?8.140(3)?Å, β?=?120.372(4)°. Complex 1 shows a two-dimensional sheet structure, and in a direction the Cd(II) ions were coordinated by μ1,3-SCN? forming the one-dimensional chain and the L1 bridging ligand made the chains connect in the c direction leading to formation of a two-dimensional sheet on the ac plane. For 2 the one-dimensional chains in the a axis were constructed by coordination of μ1,3-SCN? bridging ligands with the Cd(II) ions, and in b and c directions the chains were joined by L2 bridging ligands leading to a three-dimensional structure. In 2 L2 displays a μ4-bridging coordination mode. Both complexes exhibit strong fluorescence emission.  相似文献

Abstract

Infrared spectra of the coordination compounds [MG2(py)2], M(II)=Co, Ni, Cu and Zn; G=glycolato, py=pyridine, have been fully assigned by means of py and py-d 5 and glycolato α—OH and α—OD (G-d) labelling as well as metal ion substitution in the 4000–70cm?1 region. The crystal structure of the Ni(II) compound is presented and the spectra of the compounds are discussed on the basis of their structure and their bonding to the glycolato and pyridine ligands. Vibrational frequencies obtained for the Ni(II) compound are compared to those obtained by calculations carried out using the Gaussian 94 program package.  相似文献

Two ligands, 2-{5,5-dimethyl-3-[2-(pyridin-3-yl)-ethenyl]cyclohex-2-enylidene}propanedinitrile (L1) and 2-{5,5-dimethyl-3-[2-(pyridin-2-yl)-ethenyl]cyclohex-2-enylidene}propanedinitrile (L2), were synthesized. By reaction of mercury thiocyanate with L1 and L2, respectively, coordination polymers [Hg(L1)(μ1,3-SCN)2]n (1), [Hg(L1)2(μ1,3-SCN)2]n (2), and [Hg(L2)(μ1,3-SCN)(SCN)]n (3) with different structures and topologies were obtained. In 1, the thiocyanate shows μ1,3-SCN bridging coordination, and adjacent Hg(II) ions are bridged by two μ1,3-SCN ions to form an infinite chain with the remaining position of five-coordinate Hg(II) occupied by L1. In 2, the thiocyanate has the same coordination as 1. However, Hg(II) has octahedral coordination with two L1 involved in coordination. An unusual feature of 3 is the presence of two types of thiocyanates, one has a S-terminal ligand and the other has a μ1,3-SCN bridge. The mercury(II) in 3 is four-coordinated by L2 and three thiocyanates. Luminescent properties and thermal stabilities of 1–3 were studied.  相似文献

Abstract

Several 2-hydroximino-1,3-thiazolidine-4-ones have been prepared by reaction of the respective α-thiocyanatocarbonic acid esters with hydroxylamine. They have been characterized by ir, uv and 1H-nmr. The chemical structure was determined unequivocally by the crystal structure analysis of 5-ethyl-2-hydroximino-1,3-thiazolidine-4-one, space-group: P21/c, a = 10.0382(7), b = 5.2903(4), c = 19.305(1) Å, β = 134.233(4) at T = 24(1)°C. The structural model was refined with 3196 data to give R = 0.044. Analysis of the bonding geometry has lead to characterization of the 2-amino-1,3-thiazolidine-4-ones as cyclic N-thiaiminoamides.  相似文献

以4-(2-(4-咪唑)苯乙烯基)吡啶(ISPE)为配体,分别与间苯二甲酸(1,3-H_2BDC)、4,4′-联苯二甲酸(4,4′-H_2BPDC)和4,4′-二苯乙烯二甲酸(4,4′-H_2STDC)及过渡金属盐Cd(NO3)2·4H_2O通过溶剂热自组装形成了3种配位聚合物晶体{[Cd_2(ISPE)_2(1,3-BDC)_2]·DMF}_n(1)、[Cd(ISPE)(4,4′-BPDC)]_n(2)和[Cd(ISPE)_2(4,4′-STDC)(H_2O)_2]_n(3)。并用单晶X射线衍射、PXRD、红外光谱、元素分析、热重等对其进行了表征。单晶解析结果表明:配位聚合物1是二维层状网格结构,配位聚合物2是一个六重穿插的类金刚烷三维网格结构,配位聚合物3是由一维网格结构通过氢键和分子间作用力堆积形成的三维网格结构。另外还研究了它们的室温固态荧光性能。  相似文献

Synthesis, characterization and thermal behavior of four compounds that have the general formula [Cu{Pd(CN)4}(L)x]n, in which en=1,2-diaminoethane and pn=1,3-diaminopropane (L=en, x=1 (I); L=pn, x=1 (II); L=en, x=2 (III); L=pn, x=2 (IV)) were described in this work. The complexes were studied by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetry (TG) and the residues of the thermal decomposition were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and found as a mixture of CuO and PdO. The stoichiometry of the compounds was established via thermogravimetric and elemental analyses and their structures were proposed as coordination polymers based on their infrared spectra. The following thermal stability sequence was found: IV<I=II<III.  相似文献

Heteronuclear complexes containing oxorhenium(V), with Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Cd(II) and UO2(VI) ions were prepared by the reaction of the complex ligands [ReO(HL1)(PPh3)(OH2)Cl]Cl (a) and/or [ReO(H2L2)(PPh3)(OH2)Cl]Cl (b), where H2L1?=?1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)butane-1,3-dione-3-(5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine-3-ylhydrazone) and H3L2?=?1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)butane-1,3-dione-3-(1H-benzimidazol-2-ylhydrazone), with transition and actinide salts. Heterodinuclear complexes of ReO(V) with Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Cd(II) were obtained using a 1?:?1 mole ratio of the complex ligand and the metal salt. Heterotrinuclear complexes were obtained containing ReO(V) with UO2(VI) and Cu(II) using 2?:?1 mole ratios of the complex ligand and the metal salts. The complex ligands a and b coordinate with the heterometal ion via a nitrogen of the heterocyclic ring and the nitrogen atom of the C=N7 group. All transition metal cations in the heteronuclear complexes have octahedral configurations, while UO2(VI)?complexes have distorted dodecahedral geometry. The structures of the complexes were elucidated by IR, ESR, electronic and 1H NMR spectra, magnetic moments, conductance and TG-DSC measurements. The antifungal activities of the complex ligands and their heteronuclear complexes towards Alternaria alternata and Aspergillus niger showed comparable behavior with some well-known antibiotics.  相似文献

Dihydridocarbonyltris(triphenylphosphine)ruthenium catalyzes the regiospecific anti‐Markovnikov addition of an ortho C? H bond of benzophenone across the C? C double bonds of α,ω‐bis(trimethylsilyloxy)copoly(dimethylsiloxane/vinylmethylsiloxane) (99:1), α,ω‐bis(vinyldimethylsilyloxy)poly(dimethylsiloxane), and 1,3‐divinyltetramethyldisiloxane to yield α,ω‐bis(trimethylsilyloxy)copoly[dimethylsiloxane/2‐(2′‐benzophenonyl)ethylmethylsiloxane]), α,ω‐bis[2‐(2′‐benzophenonyl)ethyldimethylsilyloxy]poly(dimethylsiloxane), and 1,3‐bis[2‐(2′‐benzophenonyl)ethyl]tetramethyldisiloxane, respectively. These materials have been characterized with 1H, 13C, and 29Si NMR and IR spectroscopy. Their molecular weight distributions have been determined by gel permeation chromatography. The thermal stability of the polymers has been measured by thermogravimetric analysis, and their glass‐transition temperatures (Tg's) have been determined by differential scanning calorimetry. The molecular weight distribution, thermal stability, and Tg's of the modified polysiloxanes are similar to those of the precursor polymers. The molecular weights of these materials can be significantly increased via heating to 300 °C for 1 h. This may be due to crosslinking, by pyrocondensation, of pendant anthracene groups, which are produced by the pyrolysis of the attached ortho‐alkyl benzophenones. UV spectroscopy of the pyrolysate of 1,3‐bis[2‐(2′‐benzophenonyl)ethyl]tetramethyldisiloxane has confirmed the presence of pendant anthracene groups. Thermal crosslinking by the pyrocondensation of pendant anthracene groups has been verified by the pyrolysis of α,ω‐bis(trimethylsilyloxy)copoly[dimethylsiloxane/2‐(9′‐anthracenyl)ethylmethylsiloxane] (97:3). © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. [Cu(H2O)(PzTz)2](NO3)2 (1), [Cu(μ-NO3)(NO3)(DMPzTz)] n (2), and [{Cu(NO3)(DPhPzTz)}2(μ-NO3)2] (3) [PzTz?=?2-(1-pyrazolyl)-1,3-thiazine, DMPzTz?=?2-(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)-1,3-thiazine, DPhPzTz?=?2-(3,5-diphenyl-1-pyrazolyl)-1,3-thiazine] have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, electronic spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility measurements, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Influence of ligand size on coordination to Cu(II) has been analyzed. The three complexes are five-coordinate and the coordination geometry can be described as a distorted trigonal bipyramid for 1 or a distorted square pyramid for 2 and 3. As a consequence of the strain induced by the ligands, 1 is a monomeric complex cation whereas 2 is a polymer and 3 is a dimer.  相似文献

Mononuclear molybdenum(VI) citrates with variable degrees of protonation, (NH4)2[MoO2(H2cit)2]·H2O (1), (NH4)3[MoO2(H2cit)(Hcit)]·H2O (2) and (NH4)5[MoO2(Hcit)(cit)]·2.5H2O (3) (H4cit = citric acid), have been well characterized, where the citrate ligands in 13 coordinate bidentate with Mo, while the free carboxylates form very strong hydrogen bonds with α-alkoxy and β-carboxylic acid groups. The chelation of α-alkoxy and α-carboxy groups in citrate are compared with that of FeMo-cofactor in NifV Klebsiella pneumoniae nitrogenase. Solution 13C NMR spectra show that 13 dissociated partly in D2O. The equilibria are calculated based on 1H NMR spectra in solution.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis of some novel chromonyl and pyrazolyl α-aminophosphonates containing a quinazolinone ring was carried out by applying Pudovik and Kabachnik-Fields reactions under solvent- and catalyst-free conditions. The anticancer activities of these compounds were evaluated against five cancer cell lines. 3-{[(3-Phenyl/1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)methylidene]amino}-2-phenyl-quinazolin-4(3H)-ones (3d,e) and diethyl {[3-phenyl/1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl][(4-oxo-2-phenyl-quinazolin-3(4H) yl)amino] methyl}phosphonates (4d,e) displayed the potent anticancer activities against HCT116, MCF-7 and HepG2 cell lines in comparison with the standard drug.  相似文献

New square-planar bis(macrocyclic)dicopper(II) complexes containing phenylene bridges between 16-membered pentaaza macrocyclic subunits have been synthesized via in-situ one pot template condensation reaction (IOPTCR) of aromatic nitrogen-nitrogen linker (R = 1,4-phenylenediamine; benzidine; 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane; 4,4′-diaminodiphenylether; 4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfone), formaldehyde, bis(1,3-diaminopropane)copper(II) perchlorate and 1,3-dibromopropane in a 1:4:2:2 molar ratio results in the formation of new series of binuclear copper(II) complexes; 1-phenyl- (1); 1,1′-phenyl- (2); 1,1′-diphenylmethan- (3); 1,1′-diphenylether- (4); 1,1′-diphenylsulfone- (5) bis(1,3,7,11,15-pentaazacyclohexadecane)copper(II)), {[Cu([16]aneN5)]2R}(ClO4)4″. The formation of the macrocyclic framework and the mode of bonding of the complexes have been confirmed by data obtained from elemental analyses, UV-visible, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, electronic spectral studies, conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. These bis(macrocyclic) complexes catalyzed efficiently the selective oxidation of tetrahydrofuran into tetrahydrofuran-2-one and a small amount of tetrahydrofuran-2-ol and 4-hydroxybutyraldehyde using dil. The copolymerization of tetraoxane with various olefins by BF3·O(C2H5)2 in ethylene dichloride at 30°C has been studied. The gas chromatographic technique was employed for the determination of concentration of each compound. The rate of tetraoxane consumption was decreased by the addition of olefins in the order of; no addition > trans-stilbene > styrene > 1,1-diphenylethylene > 2-chloroethyl vinyl ether > cyclohexene ≥ indene ≥ α-methylstyrene. The formation of the methanol-insoluble copolymer of tetraoxane and olefin was not confirmed. However, 4-methyl-4-phenyl-1,3-dioxane and 4,4-diphenyl-1,3-dioxane were formed in the reaction of tetraoxane with α-methylstyrene and 1,1-diphenylethylene, respectively. 4,4-Diphenyl-1,3-dioxane was identified on the basis of the molecular weight measurement, elemental analysis and NMR and infrared spectroscopy. On the other hand, 1,3-dioxane derivatives were not formed in the reaction of tetraoxane with α,β-disubstituted olefins. Monomer composition dependence of the copolymerization of tetraoxane with 1,1-diphenylethylene or α-methylstyrene has been studied. The amount of 4,4-diphenyl-1,3-dioxane formed reached a maximum at a monomer composition of 1:1 in the reaction of tetraoxane with 1,1-diphenylethylene. The formation of cyclic dimer of α-methylstyrene was suppressed by tetraoxane.  相似文献

Three zinc(II) coordination polymers {[Zn(btp)(1,2-bdc)(H2O)]?·?H2O} n (1), {[Zn(btp)(1,3-bdc)(H2O)]?·?1.5H2O} n (2), and {[Zn(btp)(NO2-1,3-bdc)(H2O)]?·?2H2O} n (3) were synthesized by 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane (btp) and bis-carboxylate. Compound 1 is a thick 2-D network; 2 and 3 are undulated 2-D (4,4) networks. In 2 and 3, two adjacent networks interpenetrate to form a new 2-D double-layer network, which is sustained by hydrogen-bonding interactions. Compounds 1 and 2 reveal blue emission maximum at 351 and 403, respectively, in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献
