2-(4-Oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolinyl)acetonitriles have been obtained by the interaction of -cyanoethylthioiminoacetate with substituted anthranilic acids. Prototropy became apparent in the series of synthesized compounds. Reactions of the 2-(4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolinyl)acetonitriles have been carried out with (hetero)aromatic aldehydes leading to the formation of 3-aryl-2-(4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolinyl)acrylonitriles. 相似文献

Abstract of 1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carbohydrazide (4) with substituted phenyl isothiocyanates (5) in ethanol under reflux for 30 min gave thiosemicarbazide derivatives 6, which on cyclization in 2N NaOH under refluxing conditions for 1 h resulted in 3-(5-mercapto- 4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (7). Alternatively, 7 could also be prepared from following sequence of reactions, i.e., 4 → 8 → 7. In another sequence of reactions, condensation of 7 with chloroacetic acid in dimethylformamide (DMF) and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h resulted in 2-((5-(1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridin-3-yl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)sulfanyl)acetic acid (10). The latter, on reaction with substituted o-phenylenediamine (11) in 6N HCl for 4 h yielded 3-(5-((1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methylthio)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (12). Alternatively, 12 could also be prepared by reacting 7 with 13 in DMF and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h, followed by oxidation with H2O2 resulting in the corresponding sulfonyl derivatives 14. 相似文献

Stereoselective diazotization of (S)-2-amino-2-phenyl acetic acid (L-phenyl glycine) (4) with NaNO2 in 6% H2SO4 in a mixture of acetone and water gave optically pure (S)-2-hydroxy-2-phenyl acetic acid (L-mandelic acid) (5). Esterification, gave (S)-2-hydroxy-2-phenyl acetic acid esters (6). The latter was treated with chloroacetyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine (TEA) in dichloromethane (DCM) to yield (S)-2-chloroacetyloxy phenyl acetic acid ester (2). In another sequence, the reaction of 2-(chloromethyl)-3-arylquinazolin-4(3H)-one (9) treated with N-Boc piperazine, followed by deprotection of the Boc group, to obtain 3-aryl-2-((piperazin-1-yl)methyl) quinazolin-4(3H)-one (3). Reaction of 2 with 3 in the presence of K2CO3 and KI gave the title compound, 2-(2-(4-((3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3-arylquinazolin-2-yl)methyl)piperazin-1-yl) acetoyloxy)-2-phenyl acetic acid esters (1). The structures of all the new compounds obtained in the present work are supported by spectral and analytical data. 相似文献

Treatment of 2-aminopyridine ( 1 ) with chloroacetyl chloride in dry benzene gave 2-chloro-N-(pyridin-2-yl)acetamide ( 3 ), which on further reaction with potassium thiocyanate gave 2-imino-3-(pyridin-2-yl)thiazolidin-4-one ( 4 ) as an intermediate compound for the synthesis of pyridin-2-yl substituted 2-imino-thiazolidine-4-one derivatives. Cyclocondensation reaction of ( 4 ) with a series of aromatic aldehydes gave 5-arylidene derivatives of pyridin-2-yl substituted 2-imino-thiazolidine-4-ones 5a–j . 1 H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, as well as elemental analyses, were used for the identification of these new compounds. 相似文献

The new title compound 2-methoxy-benzoic acid 2-oxo-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-4-yl ester(3,C25H26O5) has been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-hydroxy-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-2-one(2) with 2-methoxylben-zoyl chloride,and characterized by 1H NMR and MS spectra.Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 10.6945(7),b = 12.8176(7),c = 16.4223(10) ,β = 103.5665(17)o,V = 2188.3(2) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.234 g/cm3,F(000) = 864.000,μ = 0.085 mm-1,the final R = 0.0520 and wR = 0.1132 for 2732 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).In the crystal structure,the C(1)-C(2)(1.478 ) bond is significantly shorter than the normal single C-C bond(1.53 ),suggesting that the carbonyl group on C(1) has formed a conjugated system with a double bond on C(2) and C(12). 相似文献

采用生物活性基团拼接的分子设计方法, 将活性基团2-氧吡咯烷引入到2H-[1,4]苯并噁嗪-3(4H)-酮分子结构的苯环上, 设计并合成了16个未见文献报道的N-取代-6-(3-氯-4-氯甲基-2-氧吡咯烷-1-基)-7-氟-3,4-二氢-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪-3-酮衍生物6a~6p, 其结构经IR, 1H NMR, LC/MS和元素分析确证. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有较高的除草和杀虫活性, 如6c~6f等化合物在用量为150 g/hm2时对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)、刺苋(Amaranthus spinosus)和藜(Chenopodium album L)等阔叶杂草具有90%以上的抑制率, 6l和6o在500 mg/L浓度下对蚕豆蚜(Aphis fabae)具有90%以上的致死率, 个别化合物还兼具除草及杀虫活性. 相似文献

The condensation of 4-nitrobenzaldehyde with 3-cyano-4,6,6-trimethyl-5,6-dihydropyran-2-one leads to the formation of a crotonization product and a compound of the Michael adduct type. The main product of the photochemical conversion of (E)-3-cyano-6,6-dimethyl-4-(4-nitrophenylvinyl)-5,6-dihydropyran-2-one is the Z-isomer. Investigation of the photoisomerization of 3-cyano-6,6-dimethyl-4-(4-nitrophenylvinyl)-5,6-dihydropyran-2-one by the semiempirical AM1 method showed that in the ground state the E-isomer was thermodynamically more stable than the E-isomer. E-Z-photoisomerization is effected most probably through the lowest excited singlet state S1. 相似文献

3, 3-Dimethyl-1-(1,2,4-triazol)-2-butanone was treated with aqueous formaldehyde to give an additional product, and subsequent elimination by acetic anhydride yielded 4,4-dimethyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol)-1-penten-3-one. Further addition with substituted amines provideda series of (1,2,4-triazol)-4,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone, which were then reduced by KBH4 to obtaina series of (1,2,4-triazol)-4,4-dimethyl-3-pentanol. Their structures were confirmed by ^1HNMR and elemental analysis. The results of bioassay showed that the title products possess good fungicidal activities. 相似文献
