The delamination of unidirectional composite materials takes place under compression along the reinforcing elements and often occurs near the free surfaces or planes of these materials. The first investigation in this field was made in 1976 and since then numerous studies have been carried out. However, the approaches developed in these investigations are applicable only to time-independent composite materials. In the present paper, an approach for investigating unidirectional viscoelastic composite materials is proposed, with a particular problem as an example. The investigations are performed within the framework of exact three-dimensional geometrically nonlinear equations of viscoelasticity theory.  相似文献

The problem of buckling instability of cylindrical shells under axial compression is considered. The shells consist of cylindrical sections of smaller radius. The geometrical parameters of the shells are approximated by Fourier series on a discrete point set. A Timoshenko-type shell theory is used. The solution is obtained in the form of trigonometric series. It is shown that shells consisting of cylindrical sections have considerable advantages over circular ones. At a constant shell weight, the choice of suitable parameters of shell sections leads to a significant increase in the critical load. The composite shells considered possess higher efficiency indices in comparison with isotropic ones.  相似文献

本文利用变分原理和平均筋条刚度法,建立了在任意载荷作用下纵向和环向密加筋复合材料圆锥壳体有限变形的Donnell型理论.考虑了面板最一般的弯曲拉伸耦合关系和加筋筋条的偏心效应的影响.导出了平衡条件、边界条件和变形协调方程.给出了以应力函数和挠度函数表示的耦合形式的非性性变系数偏微分方程组.对于一些特殊情况,给出了相应的简化方程.  相似文献

在王震鸣等人提出的各向异性多层扁壳的大挠度方程的基础上,提出了复合材料多层板壳大挠度非线性问题的迭代解法。分析了四边简支的复合材料多层矩形扁壳,与小挠度线性理论解析解及有限元非线性解进行了对比。结果表明,载荷较小并发生小挠度时,所得的大挠度解和小挠度解析解非常接近,载荷较大时,所得解和有限元非线性解非常接近。  相似文献

The buckling instability of a thick rectangular plate made of a viscoelastic composite material is studied. The investigation is carried out within the framework of the three-dimensional linearized theory of stability. The plate edges are clamped and the plate is compressed through the clamps. Moreover, it is assumed that the plate has an initial infinitesimal imperfection, and, as a buckling criterion, the state is taken where this imperfection starts to increase indefinitely at fixed finite values of external compressive forces. From this criterion, the critical time is determined. The corresponding boundary-value problems are solved by employing the three-dimensional FEM and the Laplace transform. The material of the plate is assumed orthotropic, viscoelastic, and homogeneous. Numerical results related to the critical time are presented.  相似文献

Within the framework of the three-dimensional linearized theory of stability, an approach for investigating fiber buckling in the structure of unidirectional fibrous viscoelastic composites is developed. For simplicity, a small fiber concentration is considered, and the buckling problem for a single elastic fiber in an infinite viscoelastic matrix is investigated. In this case, it is assumed that the fiber has an insignificant initial periodical imperfection, and the growth of this imperfection with time is studied. The state where this imperfection starts to grow indefinitely is taken as a fiber-buckling criterion, and the critical time is determined from this criterion.  相似文献

The stability problem is solved for cylindrical shells made of a laminated composite whose directions of layer reinforcement are not aligned with coordinate axes of the shell midsurface. Each layer of the composite is modeled by an anisotropic material with one plane of symmetry. The resolving functions of the mixed variant of shell theory are approximated by trigonometric series satisfying boundary conditions. The stability of the shells under axial compression, external pressure, and torsion is investigated. A comparison with calculation data obtained within the framework of an orthotropic body model is carried out. 用连续化法建立了正三角形网格的三向单层扁柱面网壳的非线性动力学方程和协调方程.在两对边简支条件下用分离变量函数法给出扁柱面网壳的横向位移.由协调方程求出张力,通过Galerkin作用得到了一个含二次、三次的非线性动力学微分方程.通过求Floquet指数讨论平衡点邻域的稳定性,用复变函数留数理论求出Melnikov函数,可得到该动力学系统发生混沌运动的临界条件.通过数值计算模拟和Poincaré映射也证明了混沌运动存在.  相似文献

根据修正的Timoshenko理论,在几何非线性中考虑了剪切变形和转动惯量,对黏弹性圆柱壳的动力稳定性进行了研究.根据Bubnov-Galerkin法,结合基于求积公式的数值方法,将问题简化为求解具有松弛奇异核的非线性积分-微分方程的问题.针对物理-力学和几何参数在大范围内的变化,研究壳体的动力特性,显示了材料的黏弹性对圆柱壳动力稳定性的影响.最后,比较了通过不同的理论得到的结果.  相似文献

本文采用Donnell型扁壳理论,在文献[1]的基础上,应用能量变分法分析了在均布外压作用下复合材料叠层圆锥壳体的稳定性问题,得到了临界载荷的近似表达式.数值结果表明,临界载荷的理论预示值与实验结果非常吻合.最后,讨论了材料弹性常数、铺层参数等因素对临界载荷的影响.本文所得结果对航空航天结构设计具有重要参考价值.  相似文献

本文采用Donnell型扁壳理论,首先利用最小势能原理和广义平均筋条刚度法推导出用位移分量表示的复合材料三角形网格加筋叠层圆锥壳体的稳定性方程,考虑了蒙皮最一般的拉弯与拉扭耦合关系和加筋筋条的偏心效应,并讨论了该方程的基本性质.根据外压实验观察结果,通过选取适当的位移分量表达式,并运用Galerkin法分析了在均布外压作用下复合材料三角形网格加筋叠层圆锥壳体总体稳定性,得到了临界载荷的解析表达式,并对某一类C/E复合材料三角形内网格加筋圆锥壳体的临界外压进行了计算,所得理论值与实验结果很好地吻合.最后,讨论了有关参数对临界载荷的影响.本文所建立的新方程和所得结果对于航空航天结构非常有用.  相似文献

Buckling around an interfacial crack in a clamped sandwich plate is studied. The layers of the plate are assumed to be linearly viscoelastic, isotropic, and homogeneous. The investigations are carried out within the framework of a piecewise homogeneous body model with the use of a three-dimensional linearized theory of stability. The corresponding boundary value problems are solved numerically by employing the FEM and the Laplace transform. The calculated critical times are presented for various problem parameters. In this case, the upper and lower layers are assumed to be viscoelastic and are described by Rabotnov operators, whereas the midlayer is regarded as purely elastic. The influence of rheological parameters on the critical time is also analyzed.  相似文献

聚合物材料通常表现为粘弹性性质.为了改进聚合物材料的力学性能,通常将某种无机材料以颗粒或纤维的形式填充到聚合物中,从而得到增强、增韧的聚合物基复合材料.提出了一个新的细观力学模型,用于预测颗粒增强聚合物复合材料的有效粘弹性性质,尤其针对高体积百分比的颗粒夹杂复合材料,该方法基于Laplace变换和双夹杂相互作用的弹性模型.计算了玻璃微珠/ED-6复合材料的有效松弛模量以及恒应变率下的应力应变关系.计算结果表明在高体积百分比下该文方法比基于Mori Tanaka方法预测的粘弹性效应明显减弱.  相似文献

Multiobjective optimization of the structure and geometry of a laminated anisotropic composite shell with an elastic core under thermal action is considered. The thermoelastic properties of the laminated composite are determined from the known properties of the monolayer and the given values of the variable structural and geometric parameters. The properties to be optimized - the critical load and thermal stresses - depend on two variable parameters, the stochastic properties of the composite, and the temperature. In the space of the properties being optimized, the domain of allowable solutions and the property scatter ellipses for the optimum compromise project are found. The reliability of the project is determined with regard for the correlation between the critical and thermal stresses.  相似文献

提出了参数估计的一种新方法——E-Bayes估计法.对Pascal分布,给出了可靠度的E-Bayes估计的定义(在先验分布中有一个超参数情形),在此基础上给出了可靠度的E-Bayes估计,并给出了可靠度的E-Bayes估计性质——E-Bayes估计和多层Bayes估计的关系.最后,给出了模拟算例,结果表明本文提出的E-Bayes估计法可行且便于工程应用.  相似文献

The studies on the long-term stability of composite plates and shells under limited creep carried out mainly by the research associates of the Institute of Polymer Mechanics are reviewed. The statement of the stability problems is discussed, according to which a viscoelastic structural member can be regarded as stable if a disturbance in the form of a small initial deflection asymptotically tends with time to a small constant value. In the case of stability, as evidenced by experiments, the increase in the axisymmetric components of the initial deflection, dominating in the early stage, die down with time. On the contrary, the amplitudes of nonaxisymmetric initial imperfections grow at an increasing velocity. Analytical investigations show that the initial imperfections, when expanded into Fourier series, have a spectrum of short- and long-term critical forces. The deflection components having a critical force exceeding the external load are damped out, whereas those having a smaller critical force increase infinitely. The accelerated growth in the deflection, after a time, leads to transient buckling of the shell into a new stable equilibrium form. The problems of optimization of the structure and geometry of thin-walled composite constructions, with constraints on their long-term stability and critical time, are discussed.  相似文献

对蠕变不可压幂律非线性粘弹性材料中裂纹的蠕变扩展进行了分析,为描述银纹带中的力学行为,假设在裂纹尖端邻域中断裂过程区中分布着阻抗裂纹张开的粘聚应力бf,.通过对均匀应力参考状态平凡解的摄动,将非线性粘弹性问题化成线性问题处理.对于幂指数.n≌1的弱非线性情况得到了应力与位移表达式.提出断裂过程区局域能量判据,导出了裂纹孕育时间t*与蠕变扩展率a的预测公式.  相似文献
