This paper deals with a simplified multi-element profiling of inorganic arsenic, antimony, selenium and tellurium in the form of 75As, 82Se, 121Sb and 125Te by ICP-MS for amounts less than 10?µg?L?1. Internal standards such as 72Ge and 209Bi were successfully used for the suppression of both influence of macro elements Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ or Al3+, and interference of limited concentrations of heavy metal ions. Modified silica sorbents Separon? SGX C18, C8, CN, NH2, RPS and Phenyl were tested for the preconcentration of As, Sb, Se and Te (0.25–5?µg?L?1) in the form of ion associates with cationic surfactants from 50–250?mL sample volume. 1-etoxycarbonyl-pentadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (Septonex®, 0.005?mol?L?1) was suitable for this purpose in the presence of 4-(2-pyridylazo) resorcinol, 2-pyrrolidinecarbodithioate and 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid. The quantitative retention occurred at pH 7?±?0.2 and the mixture of acetone with ethanol in ratio 1?:?1 in the presence of 0.1?mol?L?1 HCl was used for the quantitative elution. Organic solvents and the excess of acid were removed by evaporation prior to the determination by ICP-MS. The determination of the above trace metalloids in various kinds of water with enrichment factor till 50 times on silica Separon? SGX C18 and the above reagents were compared with the standard addition method.  相似文献

Summary Arsenic in marine samples was determined by gas chromatography with electron capture detection after derivatization with 2,3-dimercaptopropanol. Biological tissues and sediments were analyzed after acid decomposition. For sea water, arsenic was preconcentrated by coprecipitation with hydrous iron (III) oxide. The results obtained by this approach compare favourably with the certified values of the reference materials analyzed. On‐line UV photooxidation by peroxodisulfate was coupled to ion chromatography hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (IC‐UV‐HG‐AFS) for the speciation of inorganic antimony [Sb(III) and Sb(V)] and methylated species. Several parameters (UV lamp, irradiation time and peroxodisulfate concentration) that greatly influence the sensitivity of these three antimony species were investigated in depth. Under optimized conditions, photodecomposition resulted in an improvement in methylantimony species sensitivity. Dilution in di‐ammonium tartrate medium was necessary in order to ensure short‐term stability of Sb(III) at the µg l?1 concentration level. Furthermore, the efficiency of irradiation was strongly dependent on the chemical composition of the measured solution. Detection limits of 0.04 µg l?1 for Sb(V), 0.03 µg l?1 for Me3SbCl2 and 0.03 µg l?1 for Sb(III) as well as repeatability and reproducibility better than 4 and 8% RSD, respectively, were obtained. 采用三毛细管微型在线氢化发生技术和装置, 建立了氢化物发生-电热石英管原子吸收法测定纺织品中痕量As、 Sb的分析方法. 研究了共存离子对As、 Sb检测的干扰及消除方法. 结果表明: 该方法除Co、 Sn对As和Ni对Sb有干扰外, 其它干扰元素允许量都较大. 采用酒石酸和KI混合掩蔽剂可抑制Co、 Sn对As和Ni对 Sb的干扰. As和Sb的检出限分别为0.7和0.4 ng/L, 已用于测定纺织品中痕量As和Sb的分析.  相似文献

The article presents the application of in-situ extraction from a solid sample in order to determine metalloids: arsenic and antimony. The reaction vessel, in which hydride generation followed the extraction, was connected with the atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS) in a fast sequential mode. Deionised water, phosphatic buffer (pH?=?6) and hydrochloric acid (2?mol?L?1) were used as the extractants to determine the concentration of metalloids in the following fractions: easily (water) leachable, exchangeable, and acid leachable. Two different types of sediments were used while developing the application: lake bottom sediments and tsunami deposits. Both types of the sediments samples (5–20?mg) were placed directly in the reaction vessel and after in-situ extraction the determination of the metalloids was conducted, what allowed to assess concentration of arsenic and antimony during single analysis. The results obtained from the analyses of both sediments types were compared with the results from traditional off-line extraction. As a result a good correspondence with both hydrochloric acid and phosphatic buffer was found. The methodology of solid samples analysis was developed with detection limits of 50?ng?g?1 (for As) and 30?ng?g?1 (for Sb) for 10?mg of a solid sample.  相似文献

The analysis of ultraviolet (UV)-irradiated and untreated seawater samples has shown that the dissolved arsenic content of marine waters cannot be completely determined by hydride generation–atomic absorption spectrophotometry without sample pretreatment. Irradiation of water samples obtained during a survey of arsenic species in coastal waters during the summer of 1988 gave large increases in the measured speciation. Average increases in the measured speciation. Average increases in total arsenic, monomethylarsenic and dimethylarsenic were 0.29 μg As dm?3 (25%), 0.03 μg As dm?3 (47%) and 0.12 μg As dm?3 (79%), respectively. Overall, an average 25% increase in the concentration of dissolved arsenic was observed following irradiation. This additional arsenic may be derived from compounds related to algal arsenosugars or to their breakdown products. These do not readily yield volatile hydrides when treated with borohydride and are not therefore detected by the normal hydride generation technique. This has important repercussions as for many years this procedure, and other analytical procedures which are equally unlikely to respond to such compounds, have been accepted as giving a true representation of the dissolved arsenic speciation in estuarine and coastal waters. A gross underestimate may therefore have been made of biological involvement in arsenic cycling in the aquatic environment.  相似文献

Size exclusion chromatography was used in order to characterize organically bound aluminium in natural water samples. A Superose column was used, with 0.1 M acetate buffer (pH 4.6) as mobile phase. Three detection systems were used; graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, post-column reaction with pyrocatechol violet and UV spectrometry at 254 nm. A single peak was obtained for organic aluminium in natural waters. The results indicated that aluminium binds with a broad size range of humic substances, and that the inorganic aluminium was present in polymeric form.  相似文献

通过考察提取溶剂、毛细管柱、净化条件及共溶出干扰物等因素对十氯酮测定的影响,建立了二氯甲烷液-液富集萃取、硫酸净化分离、气相色谱法(GC)-电子捕获检测器(ECD)测定海水介质中有机氯农药类持久性有机污染物十氯酮残留分析方法。1 L海水经50 mL二氯甲烷萃取富集,浓缩后采用硫酸净化,以1%(体积分数)甲醇/正己烷混合溶液转移定容后,采用DB-5非极性毛细管柱进行GC分离,电子捕获检测器可测定其中十氯酮的含量;该方法采用外标法定量,在5~100 μg/L范围内呈线性,线性相关系数为0.9989。低、中、高3个浓度水平的平均加标回收率为81%~108%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~5.1%(n=6)。方法的检出限为0.6 ng/L。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高,线性关系好,可以满足简便、快速、准确测定海水中十氯酮的要求。  相似文献

Fluorinated analogs of compounds typical of those found in metabolic and other biological studies are detected with high selectivity using a gas chromatograph/microwave-induced plasma detector (GC-MIPD), which permits fluorine-selective detection by monitoring the emission at 685.6 nm. Using the described atmospheric pressure helium-sustained plasma detector, the minimum detectable level, fluorine selectivity (relative to carbon), and linear dynamic range of this GC-MIPD system were determined to be 4.8 pg-F/s, 1060, and 5000, respectively. The utility of this GC-MIPD system for the selective detection of organofluorine compounds is demonstrated by its application in the analysis of the metabolic fate of a fluorinated substrate administered to a mixture of wheat germ phosphatase and potato apyrase, as well as by analysis of synthetic mixtures.  相似文献

In this paper, a direct immersion solid-phase microextraction procedure for the simultaneous analyses of four primary riot control agents: 2-chloroacetophenone, o-chlorobenzylidene malonitrile, dibenz(b,f)-1,4-oxazepine, and oleoresin capsicum at μg/L concentration from environmental water was developed. Several parameters that influence the extraction effectiveness were investigated, including fiber type, extraction temperature, extraction time, starring rate, and salinity. Under the recommended conditions, the optimized method had reasonable linearity and accuracy. The average recovery of this method ranged from 84 to 108.1%. The limit of detection for all the analytes ranged from 0.2 to 3 μg/L and the limit of quantification ranged from 1 to 10 μg/L, respectively. A relative standard deviation from 3.0 to 4.3% can be achieved depending on the compounds. The procedure was applied to analyze all the four riot control agents simultaneously in several environmental samples.  相似文献

Liquid-liquid extraction preconcentration technique which allows the achievement of extremely high ratio between the aqueous and organic phase was specified as semi-microextraction. A modified highly effective liquid phase semi-microextraction (LSME) procedure was developed for preconcentration and determination of ultra trace levels of inorganic antimony species in environmental waters using electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) for quantification. Antimony(III) species were selectively extracted as dithiocarbamate complexes from 100 mL aqueous phase into 250 μL xylene at pH range of 5-8. Total Sb was determined using the same extraction system over a sample acidity range of pH 0-1.2 without the need for pre-reduction of Sb(V) to Sb(III). The concentration of Sb(V) was obtained as the difference between that of total antimony and Sb(III). With an 8 min extraction an enrichment factor of 400 was achieved. The limit of detection (3 s) was 2 ng L−1 Sb. The method was not affected by the presence of up to 0.01% humic acid, 0.025 mol L−1 EDTA, 0.01 mol L−1 tartaric acid and 0.001 mol L−1 F. Recoveries of spiked Sb(III) and Sb(V) in river, tap, and sea water samples ranged from 93 to 108%. The results for total antimony concentration in the river water reference material SLRS-5 were in good agreement with the information value. The procedure was applied to the determination and quantification of dissolved antimony species in natural waters.  相似文献

A method has been developed for highly sensitive determination of haloperidol in human serum involving a simple extraction procedure followed by gas chromatographic separation. Target components were separated from the extracting solvents with a Van den Berg type solventless sample injector before introduction Into a DB-1 capillary separation column. A surface ionization detector (SID), which has highly selective sensitivity for Substituted amines, was employed for quantitation using bromperidol as an internal standard. Chloroform proved to be the best extracting solvent, yielding a quantitative detection limit of 5 ng/ml (S/N = 2). Comparison of the response to target compounds obtained by the SID, FTD (flame thermionic detector), and FID (flame ionization detector) showed the SID to be superior.  相似文献

为明确家蝇对马拉硫磷的水解代谢能力及相关代谢抗性,在用常规模式底物α-萘乙酯表征了敏感及抗性家蝇的水解酶活性的基础上,使用气相色谱-氮磷检测器(GC-NPD)法比较了抗性及敏感家蝇水解酶对马拉硫磷的水解代谢能力的差异。结果表明,用2:1(v/v)的乙酸乙酯与正己烷混合物萃取后,GC-NPD可成功测定家蝇酶制备液与马拉硫磷温育后的马拉硫磷含量变化,从而可以表征家蝇酶制备液对马拉硫磷的代谢能力。马拉硫磷抗性家蝇水解酶代谢α-萘乙酯的能力是敏感家蝇的1.39倍,代谢马拉硫磷的能力是敏感家蝇的6.68倍,表明家蝇对马拉硫磷的抗性与其对马拉硫磷代谢能力增强有关。该法可用于家蝇等昆虫对马拉硫磷的代谢能力及相关抗性机制研究。  相似文献

A new and sample technique for the simultaneous determination of trace arsenic, antimony, bismuth and selenium in biologic samples by hydride generation-four-channel nondispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry was development. The conditions of instrumentation and hydride generation of arsenic, antimony, bismuth and selenium were optimized. For reducing hexavalent Se to the tetravalent state was to heat the sample with 6 mol l−1 HCl, and then pre-reducing pentavalent As and Sb to the trivalent state was achieved by the addition of 0.05 mol l−1 thiourea. The interferences of coexisting ions were evaluated. Under optimal conditions, the detection limits for As, Sb, Bi and Se were determined to be 0.03, 0.04, 0.04 and 0.03 ng ml−1, respectively. The precision for seven replicate determinations at the 5 ng ml−1 of As, Sb, Bi and Se were 0.9, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.5% (R.S.D.), respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of As, Sb, Bi and Se in a series of Chinese certified biological reference materials using simple aqueous standard calibration technique, the results obtained are in good agreement with the certified values.  相似文献

A gas chromatographie method with electron capture detection is described for the simultaneous determination of bromide and iodide in biological matrices such as serum and urine. Samples are purified by passing them through a disposable C-18 reversed phase silica cartridge; bromide and iodide are derivatized in acid medium to 2-bromoethanol and 2-iodoethanol by ethylene oxide and the derivatives are extraced into ethyl acetate. We have studied the generation of arsenic hydride on a fly ash slurry from a thermal power plant burning lignite. The conditions for the formation of the slurry were optimized and the influence of the presence of various surfactants on the formation and stability of slurry (particle size-analytical signal ratio) were investigated.The As content in the ash was 78.7 g/g, with an rsd of 5.6% and a detection limit of 2.8 ng. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of arsenic in a certified ash sample (BCR-38). This method was applied to fly ash from a thermal power plant burning anthracite.  相似文献

A novel absorbent was prepared by dimercaptosuccinic acid chemically modifying mesoporous titanium dioxide and was employed as the micro-column packing material for simultaneous separation/preconcentration of inorganic arsenic and antimony species. It was found that both trivalent and pentavalent of inorganic As and Sb species could be adsorbed quantitatively on dimercaptosuccinic acid modified TiO2 within a pH range of 4–7, and only As(III) and Sb(III) could be quantitatively retained on the micro-column within a pH range of 10–11 while As(V) and Sb(V) were passed through the micro-column without the retention. Based on this fact, a new method of flow injection on-line micro-column separation/preconcentration coupled to inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry was developed for simultaneous speciation of trace inorganic arsenic and antimony in natural waters. Under the optimized conditions, an enrichment factor of 10 and sampling frequency of 10 h− 1 were obtained with on-line mode. The detection limits of As(III), As(V), Sb(III), and Sb(V) are 0.53, 0.49, 0.77 and 0.71 ng mL− 1 for on-line mode and as low as 0.11, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.13 ng mL− 1 for off-line mode due to its higher enrichment factor (50), respectively. The relative standard deviations of two modes are less than 6.7% (C = 20 ng mL− 1, n = 7). The concentration ratio of lower oxidation states/higher oxidation states changing from 1:10 to 10:1 has no obvious effect on the recoveries of As(III) and Sb(III). In order to validate the developed method, two certified reference materials of GSBZ5004-88 and GBW(E)080545 water sample were analyzed and the determined values are in good agreement with the certified values. The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous speciation of inorganic arsenic and antimony in natural waters.  相似文献
