[n]Helicenes with helically twisted structures have attracted increasing interest owing to their unique properties. Therefore, it has been an important issue to develop facile synthetic methodologies which allow access to a variety of [n]helicenes. Here we report the synthesis of [7]helicenes and [7]helicene-like compounds from the thia[7]helicene as a common starting material. Desulfurative dilithiation of the thia[7]helicene and the subsequent reaction with silicon and phosphorus electrophiles afforded the silole- and phosphole-fused [7]helicene-like compounds, respectively. The cyclopentadiene-fused [7]helicene-like compound and the pyrrole-fused aza[7]helicenes were also successfully synthesized via twofold SNAr reactions of the thia[7]helicene S,S-dioxide with the carbon and nitrogen nucleophiles, respectively. The thia[7]helicene S,S-dioxide showed a slightly red-shifted absorption spectrum than the parent thia[7]helicene, which was well demonstrated by the theoretical calculations. The substituents on the silicon atom of silole-fused [7]helicene-like compounds have little impact on the longest absorption maximum. Such little effect of the substituents on absorption properties was also observed for cyclopentadiene-fused [7]helicene-like compounds and aza[7]helicenes and was well demonstrated by the theoretical calculations. The thia[7]helicene S,S-dioxide and the silole-fused [7]helicene-like compound exhibited bright blue emission, and the cyclopentadiene-fused [7]helicene-like compound and the aza[7]helicenes showed strong violet emission. Each single enantiomer of the aza[7]helicenes showed circularly-polarized luminescence with the dissymmetry factors of 4.2~4.4 × 10−3.  相似文献

While in [3.3]metacyclophane (19) the aromatic rings preferentially adopt the syn arrangement, its lower and higher homologues, i.e. [2,2]-, [3.2]-, [4.2], and [4.3]-metacyclophane (1, 6, 26 and 30), adopt the anti conformation. Substituted [m,n]metacyclophanes do not necessarily behave similarly to the parent hydrocarbons. Substituted compounds exhibiting a different conformation are [3.2]metacyclophane-1,11-dione (7) (syn), [3.3]metacyclophane-2,11-dione (24) and the corresponding bis[propylene thioacetal] (25) (anti), [4.2]metacyclophane-2,12-dione (27) (syn), and [4.3]metacyclophane-2,13-dione (31) (syn). Thus, the solution conformation of an [m.n]metacyclophane is sensitive both to chain length [m.n.] of the bridges and substitution. The ring inversion barriers determined by variable temperature 1H NMR decrease with increasing length of the bridges and qualitatively correlate with the transanular strain present in the pertinent system.  相似文献

In this work, we described an easy preparation of substituted 4-amino-5-cyano-1,3-thiazoles. These compounds have been used as starting materials to obtain two classes of compounds. New substituted [1,3]thiazolo[4,5-e]pyridines were synthesized in one step via Friedländer reaction. Diazotation of 4-amino-5-cyano-1,3-thiazoles afforded 4-chloro[1,3]thiazolo[4,5-d][1,2,3]triazines in one step. The later was substituted by a secondary amine to obtain substituted 4-amino[1,3]thiazolo[4,5-d][1,2,3]triazines.  相似文献

p-TsOH catalyzed Diels-Alder reaction of 3-(indol-3-yl)maleimides with 3-phenacylideneoxindoles in toluene at 80 °C for two hours afforded cis/trans isomers of 3a',4′,6′,10c'-tetrahydrospiro[indoline-3,5′-pyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazoles] in nearly comparable yields, which could be easily converted to the corresponding 4′,6′-dihydrospiro[indoline-3,5′-pyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazole] in high yields and with high diastereoselectivity by further DDQ oxidation. Additionally, the similar reaction of 3-(indol-3-yl)maleimides with 2-arylidene-1,3-indanediones in toluene 80 °C and sequential DDQ oxidation afforded functionalized dihydrospiro[indene-2,5′-pyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazoles] as major products.  相似文献

Derivatives of 5H-thiazolo[3.2?a]thieno[2.3?d]pyrimidine(A), 5H-[1]benzothieno[2.3?d]thiazolo[3.2?a]pyrimidine (B), 4H-thiazolo[3.2?a]thieno[3.2?e]pyrimidine (C) and 5H-[1]benzo-thieno[3.2?e]thiazolo[3.2?a]pyrimidine (D) were synthesized by various methods. Similar reactions are leading to derivatives of thieno[2′.3′∶4.5]pyrimido[2.1?b][1.3]thiazine (E) and [1]benzothieno[2′.3′∶4.5]pyrimido[2.1?b][1.3]thiazine (F).C, D, E, andF are new heterocyclic ring systems. The chemical reactivity of the [1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]- and [1,5-c]-pyrimidinium salts towards morpholine, water and sodium methoxide have been studied. Among others, new 1-aza and 2-azabutadienes substituted by a [1,2,3]-triazole ring were obtained in the course of the opening of the positively charged pyrimidine ring.  相似文献

The reaction between 2 equiv of [60]fullerene and 6,8,15,17-tetraphenylheptacene-7,16-quinone leads to both cis and trans-bis[60]fullerene adducts. This result contrasts sharply with the highly diastereoselective syn additions of [60]fullerenes across 6,13-diphenylpentacene and 6,8,15,17-tetraphenylheptacene. The importance of spatially dependent [60]fullerene-[60]fullerene π-stacking interactions in promoting a syn addition of [60]fullerenes is discussed.  相似文献

A twin-axial hetero[5]pseudorotaxane was constructed based on 1-hexyl-4,40-bipyridinium guest 1 and cucurbit[8]uril(CB[8])and a-cyclodextrin(a-CD).In its structure,CB[8]included two bipyridinium units to realize the twin-axial mode,and the hexyl chain was threaded into the cavity of a-CD.The[5]pseudorotaxane contains two types of macrocyclic hosts while the single axial and twin axial modes co-exist in its structure.The transformation of[5]pseudorotaxane could be realized by the addition of acid and 2,6-dihydroxynaphthalene(HN).  相似文献

New methods were developed for the synthesis of [1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-e][1,2,3,4]tetrazine 4,6-dioxide from 4-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)-N-nitro-1,2,5-oxadiazol-3-amine or its alkali metal salts and acid anhydrides (or chlorides) in the presence of strong acids. The yield of [1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-e][1,2,3,4]tetrazine 4,6-dioxide in acetic anhydride in the presence of sulfuric acid or sulfuric anhydride at 20°C in 20 min attained 83%. A general mechanism was proposed for the reactions under study. Acetyl group behaved for the first time as departing group in the synthesis 1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-dioxides, and [1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-e][1,2,3,4]tetrazine 4,6-dioxide was obtained in 47% yield from N-[4-(acetyl-NNO-azoxy)-1,2,5-oxadiazol-3-yl]acetamide.  相似文献

A new efficient and versatile synthesis to obtain different substituted 5,6-dihydro-8H-[1,2,4]thiadiazino[6,5,4-de]phenanthridine 4,4-dioxide and 5,6-dihydro-8H-[1,2,4]-thiadiazino[6,5,4-ij]thieno[2,3-c]quinolone 4,4-dioxide was developed. The four cyclic systems are achieved by a three-step synthesis proceeding under mild conditions in high yields.  相似文献

3-Methyl-6H-[1,2,4]triazolo[4′,3′: 4,5] [1,3,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-6-one (6) has been synthesized by the condensation of isatoic anhydride (1) with 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-methyl-[1,2,4]triazole (2) and final cyclisation of the intermediate3 with POCl3 and PCl3. Alternatively6 could also be synthesized by the condensation of 3-amino-2-mercapto-3H-quinazolin-4-one (7) withN-carbethoxy hydrazine in presence of hydrochloric acid and final cyclisation of the intermediate8 with acetic acid. The condensation of 1-acyl-2-(morpholin-4-yl)cycloalkenes with 3-amino-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-ones gave the corresponding 2,3,6,7,8,9-hexahydropyrazolo[3,4-c]isoquinoline and 3,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydrocyclohepta[ d]pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivatives. Alkylation of 2,3,6,7,8,9-hexahydropyrazolo[3,4-c]-isoquinolines with alkyl halides occurred at the nitrogen atom in the 3-position. The structure of 7-methyl-2,5-diphenyl-2,3,6,7,8,9-hexahydro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]isoquinolin-1-one was proved by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-aminothiazoles with ethyl acetoacetate in acetic or polyphosphoric acid gave a series of 5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one derivatives which were nitrated with a mixture of nitric and sulfuric acid to 6-nitro-5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-ones, and the latter were reduced to the corresponding amines.  相似文献

Benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-a]phthalazines have been obtained from various o-nitrophenylhydrazines through different 2-(2-nitrophenyl)-1,2-dihydro-1-phthalazinones as intermediates using an elaborated advanced procedure. An activated chlorine atom in 2-nitrophenyl moiety of the latter is able to undergo nucleophilic substitution for secondary alicyclic amines yielding novel substituted phthalazinones. Their one-pot reduction and cyclodehydration yield a series of novel substituted benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-a]phthalazines.  相似文献

Derivatives of 1H-[1]Benzothieno[3,2?c]pyrazole were synthesized by a new method: 1.3-dipolar cycloaddition of substituted benzo[b]thiophene-1.1-dioxides with C-methyl-N-phenyl and C,N-diaryl-nitrilimines, resp., gave the corresponding title compounds. Several new pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine, pyrazolo[3,4-e][1,4]diazepine, pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,3]triazine and pyrolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine derivatives were prepared by the reaction of the corresponding 5-amino-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile derivative with different organic reagents under different reaction conditions. The synthesis of two unsymmetrically linked oxacalix[2]benzene[2]pyrazines (1 and 2) is described. X-ray single crystal structure analysis revealed a highly distorted 1,3-alternate conformation of compound 1 (containing ortho- and meta-diphenol components) and a distorted boat conformation of compound 2 (containing meta- and para-diphenol components). Oxacalix[2]benzene[2]pyrazine containing both ortho- and para-diphenol components was not obtained via similar synthetic strategy.  相似文献

TypesIII andIV were prepared from 2-methylthio-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-[1]-benzothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one via the corresponding 2-benzylamino derivatives, followed by ring closure.  相似文献

Here we use nor-seco-cucurbit[10]uril (ns-CB[10]) based ternary complexation to construct [5]rotaxane, linear supramolecular dynamic rotaxane polymers and cubic 3D supramolecular organic framework. A [5]rotaxane is constructed by ns-CB[10], TMeCB[6] and short linear derivatives of 4,4′-bipyridinium (M2). ns-CB[10], CB[7] and long linear derivatives of 4,4′-bipyridinium (M3) self-assemble into a linear supramolecular dynamic rotaxane polymer. ns-CB[10] and tetracationic tetrahedral monomer self-assemble and form a three-dimensional supramolecular organic framework. The above results demonstrate that ns-CB[10]-based ternary complexation is a versatile platform to build various supramolecular systems.  相似文献
