A protocol for quantum secure direct communication by using entangled qutrits and swapping quantum entanglement is proposed. In this protocol, a set of ordered two-qutrit entangled states is used as quantum information channels for sending secret messages directly. During the process of transmission of particles, the transmitted particles do not carry any secret messages and are transmitted only one time. The protocol has higher source capacity than protocols using usual two-dimensional Bell-basis states as quantum channel. The security is ensured by the unitary operations randomly performed on all checking groups before the particle sequence is transmitted and the application of entanglement swapping.  相似文献

Single-particle entanglement refers to entanglement produced with a single particle. It can be generated by illuminating a beam splitter with a single photon. We describe experimental schemes to realize quantum teleportation and quantum key distribution utilizing single-particle entanglement, and discuss the strengths and drawbacks of the schemes compared with the standard scheme utilizing two-photon polarization states. We show, in particular, that the quantum key distribution scheme based on single-particle entanglement is associated with a relatively high value of the bits of information transferred per particle sent and can thus be cost effective.  相似文献

We present an efficient scheme for sharing an arbitrary two-qubit quantum state with n agents. In this scheme, the sender Alice first prepares an n + 2-particle GHZ state and introduces a Controlled-Not (CNOT) gate operation. Then, she utilizes the n + 2-particle entangled state as the quantum resource. After setting up the quantum channel, she performs one Bell-state measurement and another single-particle measurement, rather than two Bell-state measurements. In addition, except that the designated recover of the quantum secret just keeps two particles, almost all agents only hold one particle in their hands respectively, and thus they only need to perform a single-particle measurement on the respective particle with the basis X. Compared with other schemes based on entanglement swapping, our scheme needs less qubits as the quantum resources and exchanges less classical information, and thus obtains higher communication efficiency.  相似文献

为了解决EPR纠缠通过大气空间在通信终端之间的分发问题,使量子移动用户之间及时建立纠缠,提出了一种新的陆地量子移动通信网络的量子纠缠多址中继方案和分区服务模型.分析比较了基于量子受控非门和极化分束器的两种纠缠纯化方法.结果表明:即使在量子移动终端之间没有共享EPR纠缠对的情况下,通过纠缠纯化和量子多址中继,仍然可以完成量子态的无线传输,并且其传输时延与所经过的链路距离和基站数目无关|因此,从数据传输时延的观点来看,该方案是最优的.本研究对于构建大规模量子移动通信网具有一定的奠基作用.  相似文献

We propose a scheme for long-distance quantum communication where the elementary entanglement is generated through two-photon interference and quantum swapping is performed through one-photon interference. Local “polarization” maximally entangled states of atomic ensembles are generated by absorbing a single photon from on-demand single-photon sources. This scheme is robust against phase fluctuations in the quantum channels, moreover speeds up long-distance high-fidelity entanglement generation rate.  相似文献

Quantum entanglement is one of the key methods in quantum information processing, but it is difficult to prepare quantum entanglement. Quantum walk is widely used in quantum computation and quantum simulation, it can be applied to the preparation of quantum entangled states. In this paper, a controllable quantum network coding scheme based on quantum walk is proposed. With the help of quantum walk, the scheme preliminary realized the entanglement distribution of butterfly network, reduced entanglement resources and enhanced scalability. According to the existing technology, it is feasible to implement the quantum network coding scheme proposed in this paper.

Faithful long-distance quantum teleportation necessitates prior entanglement distribution between two communicated locations. The particle carrying on the unknown quantum information is then combined with one particle of the entangled states for Bell-state measurements, which leads to a transfer of the original quantum information onto the other particle of the entangled states. However in most of the implemented teleportation experiments nowadays, the Bell-state measurements are performed even before successful distribution of entanglement. This leads to an instant collapse of the quantum state for the transmitted particle, which is actually a single-particle transmission thereafter. Thus the true distance for quantum teleportation is, in fact, only in a level of meters. In the present experiment we design a novel scheme which has overcome this limit by utilizing fiber as quantum memory. A complete quantum teleportation is achieved upon successful entanglement distribution over 967 meters in public free space. Active feed-forward control techniques are developed for real-time transfer of quantum information. The overall experimental fidelities for teleported states are better than 89.6%, which signify high-quality teleportation.  相似文献

We report on a scheme for the creation of time-bin entangled states out of two subsequent single photons. Both photons arrive on the same input port of a beamsplitter and the situation in which the photons leave the beamsplitter on different output ports is post-selected. We derive a full quantum mechanical analysis of such time-bin entanglement for emitters subject to uncorrelated dephasing processes and apply this model to sequential single photons emerging from a single semiconductor quantum dot. Our results indicate that the visibility of entanglement is degraded by decoherence effects in the quantum dot, but can be restored by use of CQED effects, namely the Purcell effect.  相似文献

提出了一种基于纠缠态的量子中继通信系统,该系统应用纠缠为基本资源.纠缠为量子隐形传态和绝对安全的量子通信提供了保证.量子中继器用来延长高纠缠度的纠缠光子对的纠缠距离,利用纠缠交换和纠缠纯化在系统的发信者与受信者之间建立光子对的纠缠.应用量子隐形传态的原理传输量子信息.系统分析表明,量子通信系统的吞吐率随着通信双方成功建立纠缠的概率增大而显著增加,量子信号的传输距离取决于量子中继节点的级数.  相似文献

In this paper an efficient quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) scheme with authentication is presented, which is based on quantum entanglement and polarized single photons. The present protocol uses Einstein--Podolsky--Rosen (EPR) pairs and polarized single photons in batches. A particle of the EPR pairs is retained in the sender's station, and the other is transmitted forth and back between the sender and the receiver, similar to the `ping--pong' QSDC protocol. According to the shared information beforehand, these two kinds of quantum states are mixed and then transmitted via a quantum channel. The EPR pairs are used to transmit secret messages and the polarized single photons used for authentication and eavesdropping check. Consequently, because of the dual contributions of the polarized single photons, no classical information is needed. The intrinsic efficiency and total efficiency are both 1 in this scheme as almost all of the instances are useful and each EPR pair can be used to carry two bits of information.  相似文献

The distributed wireless quantum communication network (DWQCN) ha~ a distributed network topology and trans- mits information by quantum states. In this paper, we present the concept of the DWQCN and propose a system scheme to transfer quantum states in the DWQCN. The system scheme for transmitting information between any two nodes in the DWQCN includes a routing protocol and a scheme for transferring quantum states. The routing protocol is on-demand and the routing metric is selected based on the number of entangled particle pairs. After setting up a route, quantum tele- portation and entanglement swapping are used for transferring quantum states. Entanglement swapping is achieved along with the process of routing set up and the acknowledgment packet transmission. The measurement results of each entan- glement swapping are piggybacked with route reply packets or acknowledgment packets. After entanglement swapping, a direct quantum link between source and destination is set up and quantum states are transferred by quantum teleportation. Adopting this scheme, the measurement results of entanglement swapping do not need to be transmitted specially, which decreases the wireless transmission cost and transmission delay.  相似文献

Recently, an innovative two-way scheme for two-bit intrinsic random key distribution has been proposed, although an applicable quantum operation-gate required in this protocol is still missing. In this paper, we present a scheme for two-bit intrinsic random key distribution with entangled photon pairs in a feasible one-way configuration. By consuming one maximally entangled photon pair and one-way trip of one particle of the photon pair, first the generation of a quantum public-key pair is achieved by performing a peculiar positive operator-valued measure which is constructed by the cooperation of two distant authorized parties on one traveling qubit of the entangled pair, then two-bit intrinsic random key can be distributed by projection measurement (taking the former as the prepare stage while the latter as the measure one). Hence it can be regarded as the prepare measure protocol via entanglement resource. And the security of our scheme under various kinds of attacks is also investigated.  相似文献

We explore the entanglement-related features exhibited by the dynamics of a composite quantum system consisting of a particle and an apparatus (here referred to as the “pointer”) that measures the position of the particle. We consider measurements of finite duration, and also the limit case of instantaneous measurements. We investigate the time evolution of the quantum entanglement between the particle and the pointer, with special emphasis on the final entanglement associated with the limit case of an impulsive interaction. We consider entanglement indicators based on the expectation values of an appropriate family of observables, and also an entanglement measure computed on particular exact analytical solutions of the particle–pointer Schrödinger equation. The general behavior exhibited by the entanglement indicators is consistent with that shown by the entanglement measure evaluated on particular analytical solutions of the Schrödinger equation. In the limit of instantaneous measurements the system’s entanglement dynamics corresponds to that of an ideal quantum measurement process. On the contrary, we show that the entanglement evolution corresponding to measurements of finite duration departs in important ways from the behavior associated with ideal measurements. In particular, highly localized initial states of the particle lead to highly entangled final states of the particle–pointer system. This indicates that the above mentioned initial states, in spite of having an arbitrarily small position uncertainty, are not left unchanged by a finite-duration position measurement process.  相似文献

Based on the techniques of the quantum remote state preparation via a deterministic way, this paper proposes a quantum communication scheme to distribute the secret messages in two phases, i.e., the carrier state checking phase and the message state transmitting phase. In the first phase, the secret messages are encoded by the sender using a stabilizer quantum code and then transmitted to the receiver by implementing three CNOT gates. In the second phase, the communicators check the perfectness of the entanglement of the transmitted states. The messages can be distributed to the receiver even if some of the transmitted qubits are destroyed.  相似文献
