The synthesis of three key intermediates of the hydrogenation pathway in the hydrodesulfurization of 4,6‐dimethyldibenzothiophene (4,6‐DM‐DBT; 1 ) is described. The hydrogenated derivatives 1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐4,6‐dimethyldibenzothiophene (= 4,6‐dimethyl‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydrodibenzothiophene; 4,6‐DM‐TH‐DBT; 2 ), 1,2,3,4,4a,9b‐hexahydro‐4,6‐dimethyldibenzothiophene (= 4,6‐dimethyl‐1,2,3,4,4a,9b‐hexahydrodibenzothiophene; 4,6‐DM‐HH‐DBT; 3 ), and dodecahydro‐4,6‐dimethyldibenzothiophene (= 4,6‐dimethylperhydrodibenzothiophene; 4,6‐DM‐PH‐DBT; 4 ) were prepared by direct hydrogenation of 1 . The reactions were carried out in continuous and batch reactors by using metal sulfide as well as noble‐metal catalysts. The influence of the reaction conditions on the formation of the products and the distribution of their stereoisomers was studied in detail. The isomers of the main products were isolated and characterized by NMR, GC/MS/MS, and X‐ray crystal‐structure diffractometry.  相似文献

Simple and effective separation of isomeric organic molecules is an important but challenging task. Herein, we successfully developed a selective crystallization strategy to separate the mixtures of isomeric dicarboxylic acids (DCAs) for the first time. The target DCAs could be preferably combined with crystallization inducer of Zr4+ ions to form a pre‐designed metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) crystal structure whereas the entry of non‐target isomeric DACs into the MOFs lattice could be exclusively inhibited. Several isomeric pairs were exemplified to verify the extensibility and validity of the developed strategy.  相似文献

By condensation of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde, cyanothioacetamide, and 2-phenacylbenzothiazole in the presence of piperidine, we have synthesized piperidinium 5-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-cyano-6-hydroxy-6-phenyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2-thiolate, based on which the corresponding partially hydrogenated 2-alkylthiopyridines have been obtained.  相似文献

In this study, we fabricate a series of water-soluble anionic macrocyclic arenes, including pillar[5]arene (WP5), pillar[6]arene (WP6), leaning pillar[6]arene (WLT6), and biphenyl-extended pillar[6]arene (WBpP6), which show different separation capabilities toward low-molecular-weight organics, such as short chain haloalkanes, cyclic aliphatics, and aromatics, in water. The liquid–liquid distribution experiments are carried out at room temperature. The separation factor for low-molecular-weight organics is evaluated in the extraction of equimolar mixtures. WP6 demonstrates a high extraction efficiency of up to 89% in separating toluene/methylcyclohexane mixtures. These adsorbents also have the advantages of rapid adsorption, high separation efficiency, remarkable selectivity, and good recyclability. This work not only expands the application scope of macrocyclic chemistry, but also has practical research value for organics separation and water purification.  相似文献

A novel selective receptor for SO2 containing pyridine-2,6-dimethylamine and pyrene units was investigated. This sensor exhibits remarkably photoluminescent quenching in the presence of SO2 and is highly inert towards HCl and O2, which typically affect the detection of SO2 in industrial exhausts with common methods. Additionally, this SO2 sensor can work in solid film as well, which is more relevant to materials applications in practice.  相似文献

应用高速逆流色谱法对同分异构体的分离纯化进行研究。实验结果表明,以正己烷-乙酸乙酯-水(体积比为1∶10∶10)为两相溶剂系统,上相为固定相,下相为流动相,进行二次高速逆流色谱分离,可从茶多酚中分离出g级的儿茶素同分异构体——(-)-表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)和(-)-没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(GCG),其高效液相色谱纯度均在98%以上。选择四氯化碳-氯仿-甲醇-水(体积比为7∶3∶7∶3)为溶剂系统,下相为固定相,上相为流动相,经一次高速逆流色谱即可将药物中间体溴代苯胺同分异构体进行有效的分离。  相似文献

The novel separation of a 3-hydroxyproline containing a semi-synthetic macrocyclic antifungal agent from its structurally related 4-hydroxyproline isomer using capillary electrochromatography (CEC) is described. The molecular weight of the two compounds is 1093 Daltons and they differ only in the placement of a proline -OH group. The separation is achieved using capillaries packed or coated with ODS particles (C18) or with glycerol bound to silica through a carbon chain linker. The presence of a transition metal (Ni(II), Ag(I), Zn(II), or Cu(II)) as buffer additive in the phosphate buffer (pH=2.5):CH3CN (75:25, v/v) is essential to achieve a baseline separation. HPLC columns packed with similar ODS particles showed no selectivity. Capillaries packed or coated with C18 material under similar conditions showed partial selectivity compared to the glycerol capillaries. Some fundamental aspects of CEC, such as capillary temperature, applied voltage, and buffer composition were varied in order to study the mechanism of the separation. This mechanistic study included the testing of first and second row transition metal ions (individually or in combination), the use of organic solvents, the use of an ion pair reagent, and the use of β- and γ-cyclodextrin to assess the impact on the separation. The resolution was dependent on the metal ion concentration and is consistent with a mechanism of metal-oxygen complexation through the hydroxyl groups of the two isomers and glycerol.  相似文献

Abstract

A simple, reliable HPTLC method has been developed for analysis of poly(ethyleneamine)s (PEAs). Ethylenediamine and all dimeric, trimeric, and tetrameric PEAs are separated without prior derivatization. Treatment with fluorescamine and visualization under ultraviolet light detects each PEA in quantities as low as 100 ng.  相似文献

分子印迹技术(Molecular Imprinting Technology,MIT)因其预定性、专一性和适用性而被广泛应用于色谱分离、固相萃取、药物分析以及手性识别等领域。近些年来,研究者们将大环化合物引入MIT中,在增加识别位点的同时,有效改善了印迹聚合物材料的结构和性能,提高了对模板分子的选择性识别能力。本文重点综述了近10年来环糊精、杯芳烃、柱芳烃、冠醚和葫芦脲等大环化合物在分子印迹技术中的研究进展及应用,并对该领域的发展前景进行了展望。  相似文献
