he morphology and properties of highly oriented films of blends ofHDPE/ UHMWPE were investigated by electron microscope, DSC and mechnicalproperty measurements. The as-drawn films of HDPE consist of highly oriented lamellar structure.The lamellar growing direchon is vertical to the drawing direction. AddingUHMWPE into HDPE results in formation of fibrous crystals with their fibrousaxis directions parallel to the drawing direction. The number of the fibers in thefilms of the blends increases with the increase of the content of UHMWPE. The presence of ultra - high molecular weight component in as - drawn blends films results in the increase of tensile modulus considerably. 相似文献

Abstract— Several high energy ketone triplet sensitizers, e.g. carvone, camphor, 3-methylcyclohexanone, benzoin and 3-methylindanone, were studied as photosensitizers for the splitting of dimethylthymine dimers. The absence of splitting in all cases and the lack of quenching of benzoin and 3-methylindanone triplets by the trans-anti dimer of dimethylthymine strongly suggests that cleavage of dimethylthymine dimers cannot be achieved by a triplet mechanism on irradiation at Λ> 300 nm. The absence of optical rotation in the recovered chiral cis-anti dimethylthymine dimer after sensitized photolysis (12% splitting) in the presence of (—)-tryptophan suggests that. in highly polar solvents, such as methanol, where reaction probably takes place according to an electron transfer mechanism involving ion-pair intermediates, close approach of the sensitizer and substrate does not occur. To the extent that these results can be extrapolated to sensitized cleavage of cis-syn pyrimidine dimers in DNA brought about by action of photoreactivating enzyme or conventional photosensitizers, a mechanism involving dimer triplet states appears highly unlikely. 相似文献

5-Geranoxypsoralen, commonly called bergamottin, a major furocoumarin contained in bergamot oil, is reported in vitro as a highly photoreactive psoralen. In ethanol, it exhibits quite a high triplet state quantum yield (approximately 0.37). The triplet state is involved in subsequent photochemistry which depends on the initial concentration and on the presence of oxygen. In contrast to most psoralens, absorption and fluorescence data suggest that 5-geranoxypsoralen does not interact with DNA in the dark. No UVA-induced interstrand cross-links in DNA were shown. 相似文献

应用XPS(X射线光电子能谱)法研究了兖州煤显微组有机硫的存在形态。按密度不同分离出的兖州煤中各显微且分内的有机硫存在形态是有差异的。据XPS分析,稳定组中含有大量的硫砜、硫醚含硫化合物,噻吩型硫闪之;镜质组中硫、硫醚与脂肪族硫化物含量相当;惰性组中噻吩型硫与硫醚和硫醇型硫各占有机硫的一半。噻吩型硫在充州煤各显微组分中,随密度增加。含量有所减少,硫醚、硫醇及二硫化物的含量也有类似的趋势。这些结果将 相似文献

Abstract— Aggregation of fluorescein, eosin and rose bengal in aqueous solutions has been studied. Mathematical expressions are derived to calculate the monomer mole fractions in moderately and highly concentrated solutions. The average values of the dimer dissociation constant, Kd , for fluorescein, eosin and rose bengal in aqueous solutions at pH 12 are 0.20, 9.0×10-3 and 40 × 10-3 moles/l respectively. A method is developed here to isolate the dimer spectrum from the composite spectrum. The uniqueness of this method is established by comparison with other known methods. The dimer spectra of all the three dyes are reported. 相似文献
