2-芳基硫杂脯氨酸结构特征的研究

对12种2-芳基硫杂脯氨酸进行了红外光谱和核磁共振谱测定,对其中两个化合物作了质谱测定。结果表明,这类化合物固态时主要以两性离子形式存在;有较强的分子离子峰,是一类较稳定的化合物。它们还存在一对非对映异构体,芳环上的取代基对芳环电子云密度的影响较大,而对四氢噻唑环的影响较小。

A CONVENIENT SYNTHESIS OF 2-ALKYL-8-QUINOLINE CARBOXYLIC ACIDS

ABSTRACT

2-Methyl-8-quinoline carboxylic acid 1 was readily synthesized by the improved Doebner–Miller reaction using anthranilic acid and crotonaldehyde in a two phase system containing 5 mol% PTC. By alkylation of methyl group in 1, other 2-alkyl-8-quinoline carboxylic acids (2a and 2b) have been easily prepared.     

SYNTHESIS AND SPECTROSCOPIC DIFFERENTIATION OF 2- AND 4-ALKOXYTHIOTETRONIC ACIDS

O-Alkylation of thiotetronic acids gives a mixture of 2- and 4-position enol ether products. Comparison of the physical data revealed that UV spectroscopy was the most reliable method of distinguishing between these related ethers. We have determined that 4-position ethers have a distinct absorption between 235-240 nm, while 2-position ethers have two absorbance peaks, one between 205-220 nm and the other between 305-310 nm. This report describes the synthesis and unambiguous characterization of 2- and 4-methoxy-3,5-dimethylthiotetronic acids. The UV absorption properties of several other pairs of thiotetronic acid ethers confirm that these differences are general features that provide a simple method for distinguishing between 2- and 4-substituted isomers.     

2—（对—十二烷氧基苯基）吡嗪—5—羧酸的合成及其成膜性

在含有吡嗪环的对位双环羧酸化合物中,2-(对-十二烷氧基苯基)吡嗪-5-羧酸具有良好的成膜性。由于引入了推-拉电子的基因,因而分子长轴方向偶极矩较大,分子较舒展、刚直、形成的LB膜取向性较高。这类化合物可能在LB膜等有机功能材料上得到应用。本文报导化合物的合成及其成膜性的初步结果。     

SOLID STATE SYNTHESIS OF SUBSTITUTED COUMARIN-3-CARBOXYLIC ACIDS VIA THE KNOEVENAGEL CONDENSATION UNDER MICROWAVE IRRADIATION

Synthesis of substituted coumarin-3-carboxylic acids using the Knovenagel reaction of malonic acid and O-hydroxyaryl aldehydes supported onto HZSM-5 zeolite under microwave irradiation is described.     

INFLUENCE OF THE REACTION CONDITIONS IN THE N-ALKYLATION OF ACRIDONE-2-CARBOXYLIC ACIDS

The synthesis and a study about the influence of the solvent in the alkylation reaction of 2-Carboxy-6-chloro-9(10H) acridone (3b) and 2-Carboxy-6-chloro-7-nitro-9(10H) acridone (3a) was done, obtaining the N-ethyl ester derivative of the alkylated products. Using the liquid-liquid phase transfer catalysis only the N-alkylated derivative was obtained in both cases with an improved yield.     

肝素化聚甲基丙烯酸的合成及抗凝血性能的研究

本工作采用四价铈盐作引发剂,进行了甲基丙烯酸在肝素上的接枝聚合,合成了肝素化的交联型聚甲基丙烯酸,并对接枝聚合的反应条件及接枝聚合物的抗凝血性能进行了研究.实验结果表明,肝素化的聚甲基丙烯酸具有优良的抗凝血性能,是一种很有应用前景的新型聚合物.

DITHIOPHOSPHORIC ACIDS AND TETRAPHOSPHORUS DECASULFIDE IN THE SYNTHESIS OF BORON DITHIOPHOSPHATES

Abstract

The reactions of O,O-dialkyl dithiophosphoric acids with triisobutyl borate, ammonium O,O-diisobutyl dithiophosphate with fluorodiisobutyl borate, and tetraphosphorus decasulfide with triisobutyl borate were studied. On the basis of these studies, new boron derivatives of dithiophosphoric acids were obtained. Low frequency ultrasonic irradiation (22 kHz, power 130 W) leads to reduction in reaction temperature and time in the reactions studied.     

A NEW EFFICIENT SYNTHESIS OF TRIFLUOROACETYL HALIDES AND MIXED ANHYDRIDES OF PHOSPHORUS AND TRIFLUOROACETIC ACIDS

Abstract

Reaction of trifluoroacetic anhydride with chloroanhydrides of phosphorus acids R₂P(O)CI results in formation of mixed anhydrides R₂P(O) OCOCF₃ and trifluoroacetic acid halides CF₃COX (X=Cl, Br, I) in quantitative yield.     

全氟烷基碘化物的脱碘亚磺化反应和合成全氟磺酸的新方法

我们在工作中发现亚硫酸钾水溶液与1的正常反应产物是2^[1],但加二氧六环于上述反应体系后发生了一个不同的反应,得到另一个产物3,即:3是熔点286℃的无色结晶,IR:1010cm^-1;¹⁹FNMR:δ_CFCl3为82.0,133.4ppm,这两个核磁共振吸收峰均为单峰并强度相等。元素分析与氧化还原滴定也符合3的结构。这一反应条件温和,产率及选择率都高达90%。因为这种反应未见文献报道,我们建议称之为“脱碘亚磺化反应”,它具有自由基反应的性质。     

SYNTHESIS OF THE NOVEL CHIRAL POLYMERS WITH MULTIDENTATE LIGAND AND RESOLUTION OF DL-AMINO ACIDS

A new way for synthesizing styrenic type of chiral resins grafting to multidentate ligand has been found. The synthetic scheme is proved to be practical by means of elemental anaysis, IR spectra and metal adsorbility. The resolving power of the new chiral ligand resins coordinated with copper (Ⅱ) as stationary phases has been discussed based on HPLC, and some points of view about the compositions of mobil phase and mechanism of resolution are presented.     

2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉-丙烯酸-镓(Ⅲ)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的合成与表征

制备了 2 甲基 8 羟基喹啉、丙烯酸与镓 (Ⅲ )的三元配合物 ,将此配合物与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚后得到含镓 (Ⅲ )的共聚物 ,这种共聚物易溶于氯仿、丙酮等普通低沸点溶剂 ,具有良好的成膜性能 .用红外光谱、元素分析、紫外光谱等方法对三元配合物和共聚物的组成进行了表征 .测试三元配合物和共聚物的荧光光谱 ,表明共聚物在 4 96nm处能发出较强的荧光 .DSC和TG分析表明 ,共聚物具有良好的耐热性和热稳定性 .

2-(N-十六烷基氨基甲酰基)-8-羟基喹啉金属配合物的制备及红外光谱研究

合成了新的十一个２－（Ｎ－十六烷基氨基甲酰基）－８－羟基喹啉（Ｃ２６Ｈ３９Ｎ２Ｏ２，简写为ＨＬ）的配合物［ＭＬ２］，（Ｍ＝Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｄ（Ⅱ）、Ｐｄ（Ⅱ）、Ｍｇ（Ⅱ）和Ｃａ（Ⅱ））、［ＭＬ２Ｃｌ（Ｈ２Ｏ）４］（Ｍ＝Ｌａ（Ⅲ）、Ｇａ（Ⅲ））和［ＣｕＬＣｌ］，并经元素分析、摩尔电导、磁性和红外光谱所表征。红外光谱表明：配合物是以三齿形式与金属离子配位。配合物中Ｃ－Ｏ键伸缩振动频率与中心金属离子的相对原子质量或中心离子的电离势呈双线性关系。     

AN IMPROVED SYNTHESIS OF FERROCENYLVINYLPYRIDINE DERIVATIVES USING LEWIS ACIDS/SiO2 SYSTEMS

ABSTRACT

Five ferrocene derivatives with pendant arms containing a terminal 4-pyridyl binding site were prepared in satisfactory yields by reaction of acylferrocene with 4-methylpyridine and followed by dehydration in dry state using p-toluensulfonic acids/SiO₂ systems. The method is very convenient and economical.
