The structure of ethyl α-(tetrahydro-2-pyrrolidinylidene) and α-(hexahydro-2-azepinylidene) acetates has been determined from the X-ray crystallographic analysis. The results show that, in a solid state, these compounds exist as β-enaminoesters which have a Z configuration. They also show the presence of intra and intermolecular hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

Thirty-two sterols are identified in the sponge Hyrtios sp. In addition to fourteen monohydroxylated compounds, the sterol fraction contains eight functionalized sidechain sterols, three of them new: 3 β-hydroxy-24-norchol-5-en-23-al (19) , (22-trans)-3 β-hydroxycholest-5, 22-dien-24-one (20) and (22R, 23R, 24S) or (22S, 23S, 24S)- 22,23-epoxy-24-methylchoest-5-en-3 β-ol (24). The probable biological origin, rather than artifact production, of these undescribed components is discussed.  相似文献

Further examples of O-isopropylidenaldehydosugars in the furanose series Formyl-bearing furanose derivatives 1–3 (α-D -xylo or α-D -erythro configurations) and 5–8 (configurations α-D -ribo, α-D -lyxo, β-L -threo and D -arabino) have been prepared by classical synthetic steps and their properties mainly spectroscopic, reported. The coupling constant between the formyl and the vicinal proton is always small. Like other members of the series, these new aldehydosugars constitute very useful and flexible synthetic intermediates.  相似文献

Synthesis of two phenolic amino acids containing the 1,2,4-oxadiazole ring The synthesis of α-amino-β [3-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2,4, oxadiazol-5-yl]propionic acid (9) and its β-amino isomer (10) (see scheme 3) is reported. By condensation of p-benzyloxy-benzamide oxime and N-benzyloxycarbonyl asparagine the derivatives 4 and 5 (see scheme 1) are obtained leading after deprotection to 9 and 10 . The synthesis of N-carboxyanhydride of 4 (6) and its corresponding amino acid (7) and amide (8) is also described.  相似文献

Several sugars with conjugated unsaturation (dienes or α, β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds) have been synthesised by use of Wittig reactions. Keto-sugars bearing a carbonyl group α to a furanose ring are prone to undergo an elimination leading to conjugated unsaturated systems. This constitutes a novel kind of side-reaction in the application of Wittig reactions to carbonyl sugars. The synthesis of a new kind of acetylenic sugar is also described.  相似文献

Z α-Cyano-β-nitrostyrenes were prepared by nitration with dinitrogentetroxide of the corresponding α-cyanostyrenes. Elsomers were obtained by photoirradiation of Z isomers. The electrochemical reduction of these cyanonitro compounds generates the α-cyanooximes which lead, according to the experimental conditions(ring closure or hydrolysis), either to 5-aminoisoxazoles or to β-ketonitriles.  相似文献

1-Alkyl-2-(N-methylidenealkylamino)aziridines are obtained by the reaction of primary amines with either α-chloroacraldehyde or α-chlorocrotonaldehyde. The present paper describes the preparation by conventional methods (when not available commercially) and the pKa-determination of the α-, β- and γ-isomers of pyridylethanamide, 3-pyridylpropanamide. 4-pyridylbutanamide, 5-pyridyl-pentanamide, pyridylmethanol, 2-pyridylethanol, 3-pyridylpropanol, 4-pyridyl-butanol, 5-pyridylpentanol, pyridylmethylamine, 2-pyridylethylamine, 3-pyridyl-propylamine, 4-pyridylbutylamine, and 5-pyridylpentylamine. While a field effect accounts for many variations in pKa as a function of chain length, marked inductive effects are operative in some methyl and ethyl homologs. The pKa-decreasing influence of an intramolecular H-bond is also apparent in some lower homologs belonging to the α-series.  相似文献

α-Zeacarotene, isolated from corn gluten, has been shown to have the same absolute configuration at C(6) as natural (+)-α-carotene. Chiroptical comparison was made with the derived α-apo-8-carotenole. The same chirality has been found with δ-, ε-carotene, lutein, semi-α-carotenone, zeinoxanthin, crocoxanthin and β,ε-carotene-2-ol. Therefore, biological cyclisation of the acyclic precursor to the α-ionone ring seems to be stereospecific and is probably different (enantiomeric) to that leading to β-ionone derivatives. Cotton effects of carotenoids have for the first time been measured in the visible region. All carotenoids examined with C(6)-R-chirality show a positive effect at their longest absorption band.  相似文献

Steric factors influencing Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement of pinanyl carboniumions. The course of the Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement of ions obtained by protonation of substituted α- or β-pinenes is strongly dependent on the configuration of the substituents. A total analysis of the NMR spectra of 6-deoxy-L -hexopyranoses in the α-configuration and of the corresponding β-anomers was carried out. The parameters obtained are characteristic of a 1C (L ) chair conformation, having the anomeric substituent in an axial orientation for the methyl α-fuco-, α-rhamno- and α-chinovopyranosides and for the α-fuco- and α-rhamnopyranosyl chlorides. The structure is also of a 1C (L ) chair type for the methyl β-fuco- and β-chinovopyranosides; the geometry is the same for the β-fuco- and β-rhamnopyranosyl chlorides despite the anomeric effect of a chlorine atom. However, the NMR parameters of the β-chinovopyranosyl chloride are not explicable on the basis of a chair conformation with an equatorial chlorine or a boat structure.  相似文献

A gas-chromatographic investigation of black tea aroma has revealed, besides 19 known components, the presence of 4 new substances: 1-penten-3-ol, trans-2-hexen-1-ol, α-terpineol and β-ionone. C -Glycosylic derivatives XXXII. Synthesis of spiro-C -glycosylidenic derivatives via nucleophilic cyclization. On treatment with compounds bearing two nucleophilic groups as ethylenediamine, o-phenylenediamine or their monooxa or monothia analogues, 1,2:5, 6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D -ribo-hexofuranos-3-ulose gave with excellent yields the corresponding spiro-C-glycosylidenic derivative; for example, when using o-phenylenediamine, a spirobenzimidazoline ( 5 ) was obtained. The latter compound underwent, on oxidation, a ring expansion to a morpholinobenzimidazole ( 8 ). Spirobenzodiazepines, spirobenzooxazepines and spirobenzothiazepines were formed when applying the same type of cyclization reaction to 3-C-acetylmethylene-3-deoxy-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D -ribo- and α-D -xylo-hexofuranoses.  相似文献

Benzimidazole and benzothiazole sugar derivatives Simple aldehydosugars such as 1 or 2 , by reaction with o-phenylenediamine, gave the corresponding benzimidazoles 3 and 4 . Whereas the unperturbed α, β-unsaturated aldehydosugar D gave the benzodiazepine E upon treatment with o-phenylenediamine, the formyl-bearing alkenyl acetals 5 and 8 led, in the same conditions, to the benzimidazoles 6 and 9 respectively or, on reaction with o-aminothiophenol, to the benzothiazoles 7 and 10 respectively. This difference in reactivity is explained by the electrondonor ability of the oxygen atom of the alkenyl acetal function as shown by the 13C-RMN. spectra.  相似文献

α- and β-Amyrins are naturally occurring triterpenes with a wide range of biological activities. In this study, a reliable GC-MS method was developed and validated for the quantification of α- and β-amyrins in rat plasma. The calibration curves were linear (R(2) > 0.996) with a limit of quantification of 1.0 ng ml(-1) for both α- and β-amyrins. The precision and repeatability of this method was good as the relative standard deviation were 12% or less. The absolute recovery ranged from 71% to 89%, while the analytical recovery ranged from 95% to 99%. The pharmacokinetic profiles of α- and β-amyrins in rats were subsequently investigated in Sprague-Dawley rats. β-Amyrin was administered intravenously and also orally in two forms, namely, as a suspension of the pure compound and the crude plant extract. α-Amyrin was administered orally as a suspension of the crude plant extract. β-Amyrin had a very long terminal elimination half-life (t(1/2λz) = 610 ± 179 min) and extremely slow clearance (Cl = 2.04 ± 0.24 ml min(-1) kg(-1)). The absolute oral bioavailability of β-amyrin in the crude plant extract was about fourfold higher than that in the suspension of pure form (3.83% vs 0.86%). When given in crude plant extract, both α- and β-amyrins had a similar dose normalized C(max). This reliable GC-MS method will enable further pharmacokinetic investigations of α- and β-amyrins.  相似文献

When treated with acetyl chloride and ferric chloride in methylene chloride, at 0°, monosubstituted β-nitrostyrene derivatives such as 2,3 or 4-methyl, -chloro or -fluoro and 3-nitro-β-nitrostyrenes cyclize into the new corresponding 3-chloro-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one. Reaction with other metal chlorides such as aluminum chloride and titanium tetrachloride does not lead to these heterocyclic derivatives but only produces N-acetyl-N-hydroxy-α-chlorobenzeneacetamides and/or N-(acetyloxy)-α-chlorobenzeneethanimidoyl chlorides.  相似文献
