A series of 5‐benzylidenerhodamine derivatives were synthesized by the cross‐aldol condensation of an aromatic aldehyde with rhodamine or rhodamine acetic acid in sodium acetate/acetic acid under microwave irradiation. The reaction was completed in 8–20 min with 63–94% yields and was environmentally benign with easy workup.  相似文献

New derivatives of the spiro type of pyridazines have been synthesized by 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of N‐aryl‐C‐ethoxycarbonylnitrile imines with pyridazin‐3(2H)‐thiones. When the nitrile oxide was used, the corresponding pyridazin‐3(2H)‐one was obtained from the intermediate spirooxathiazole by elimination of isothiocyanate group. The peri‐ and regioselectivity of the reaction were ascertained by X‐ray analysis and 13C NMR spectroscopy of the cycloadducts 3–9.  相似文献

A novel synthetic method was developed for the preparation of indole-based conjugated derivatives with satisfied yields. By applying this strategy, a series of new compounds were prepared conveniently. All the obtained new indole derivatives were characterized by spectroscopic analyses, giving satisfactory data corresponding to their expected molecular structures.  相似文献

Rapid and efficient condensation reactions of 2‐aminothiophenol and 2‐aminophenol with various aldehydes were carried out using I2 in solvent‐free conditions with or without microwave irradiation to afford the corresponding 2‐substituted benzothiazole and benzoxazole derivatives in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

An efficient two‐step synthesis of 3,6‐diaminopyridazine from 3,6‐dichloropyridazine is reported. In this synthetic procedure, 4‐methoxybenzylamine was used as a nitrogen source to substitute the chloro groups of 3,6‐dichloropyridazine to form N,N′‐bis‐(4‐methoxybenzyl)‐pyridazine‐3,6‐diamine. The 4‐methoxybenzyl groups were then removed by treatment with hydrochloric acid to provide the target 3,6‐diaminopyridazine with an overall yield of 78%.  相似文献

A simple and convenient one‐pot synthesis of 4‐(4‐chlorophenylazo)‐5‐methyl‐2‐aryl‐1,2‐dihydro‐pyrazol‐3‐ones (4a–j) has been carried out from 3‐arylsydnones (3a–j) by reaction with 2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐hydrazono‐3‐oxo‐butyric acid ethyl ester (2b). The 3‐arylsydnones are used as masked hydrazines in this reaction. Similarly, the 4‐arylazo‐2‐(7‐hydroxy‐4‐methyl‐2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐8‐ylmethyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,2‐dihydro‐pyrazol‐3‐ones (7a–j) were synthesized from 3‐[(7‐acetoxy‐4‐methyl‐8‐methylene)coumaryl]sydnone (5). All the newly synthesized compounds exhibited antimicrobial activity greater than the reference drugs used.  相似文献

1-8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene(DBU)‐catalyzed Michael addition of nitroalkanes to dicyclopentadienone (1) followed by flash vacuum pyrolysis (FVP) provided a high‐yielding synthesis of extremely pure 4‐nitroalkyl cyclopentenones (3). The optimized Nef reaction of the nitro adducts (2) provided 4‐ketoalkyl cyclopentenones (5) in the similar way.  相似文献

The synthesis of 1,1‐dimethyl‐4‐indanols (3a,b) has been achieved by intramolecular Friedel–Crafts cyclization of 2‐(3‐methyl‐2‐butenyl)phenols (5a,b) or 1‐methoxy‐2‐(3‐methyl‐2‐butenyl)benzenes (6a,b) followed by demethylation, respectively.It was found that the solvent was critical for the formation of different products in the intramolecular Friedel–Crafts reactions of 6. The unexpected product 4‐methoxy‐1,1,6,6‐tetramethyl‐as‐hydrindacene (11) was obtained from the Friedel–Crafts reactions of 6a, and its structure was confirmed by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The key intermediates 5a,b were prepared by ortho‐alkenylation of phenols with 1‐bromo‐3‐methyl‐2‐butene, and the reaction temperature exerted an obvious impact on the yield of 2‐(3‐methyl‐2‐butenyl)phenol (5a).  相似文献

Five novel nitroxyl spin‐labeled ester derivatives of podophyllotoxin have been prepared by reacting the corresponding N‐(1‐oxyl‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethyl‐4‐piperidinyloxycarbonyl) amino acids with the hydroxy group of podophyllotoxin in the presence of dimethylaminopyridine and N,N‐dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and evaluated as potential antitumor agents. All of the target compounds showed more significant cytotoxicity against P‐388 murine leukemia and A‐549 human lung carcinoma in vitro than etoposide.  相似文献

The synthesis of new 1,2,4‐ and 1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives as potential nonpeptide angiotensin II receptor antagonists is described. 2‐Aza‐1,3‐butadienes have been synthesized from carbonyl compounds and 1,1,1,3,3,3‐hexamethyl‐disilazane in the presence of cobalt‐containing catalysts. The best yields (up to 95%) were achieved in the case of aldehydes branched in the α-position and 2-methylcyclohexanone. In the case of two α,β‐unsaturated ketones, pyridine derivatives were found as the main products.  相似文献

2‐Phenyl‐1,1,3‐tricyano‐3‐bromopropene 1 reacts with the aromatic amines 2af and 6ac to afford the N‐substituted pyrroles 4ad, the pyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinazoline derivatives 5a, b, and the diaza‐as‐indacene derivatives 7ac and 8ac, presumably via elimination of hydrogen bromide followed by cyclization of the formed acyclic intermediates. The direct preparation of various aromatic poly(urea‐imide)s (5a1 5b4 ) from N‐[3,5‐bis(trimellitimido)phenyl]phthalimide (1) using diphenylphosphoryl azide (DPPA) was investigated. The polymers were obtained by the conversion of imide ring‐containing diacid 1 to corresponding di(carbonyl azide) 2 with DPPA and then to diisocyanate 3 through the Curtius rearrangement of compound 2. This was followed by polyaddition of 3 with two aromatic diamines (4a and 4b). In order to compensate the diisocyanate shortage against the diamines, some excess amounts of the initial triimide‐dicarboxylic acid 1 were used. The molecular weights of the resulting poly(urea‐imide)s were evaluated viscometrically. The poly(urea‐imide)s exhibited an excellent solubility in a variety of polar solvents. The crystallinity nature of the polymers was estimated by means of WXRD. The glass transition temperatures and the 10% wt loss temperatures of the polymers 5a3 and 5b3 were determined by DSC and TGA/DTG methods in nitrogen atmosphere, respectively. The transparent films of the resulting polymers were also prepared by casting the solution.  相似文献

A facile approach for the preparation of cis‐3‐methyl‐4‐aminopiperidine derivatives is described. The synthesis was carried out via regioselective ring opening of N‐benzyl‐3‐methyl‐3,4‐epoxi‐piperidine (8), which can be easily obtained in two steps from the corresponding N‐benzyl‐pyridinium salt (5). Seven new cis‐3‐methyl‐4‐amino and amido piperidines compounds were obtained.  相似文献
