2‐(3H)Benzothiazolethiones (2‐mercaptobenzothiazole) are prepared by an improved method, which utilizes microwave‐assisted cyclization of the corresponding ortho‐haloanlines with potassium O‐ethyl dithiocarbonate. By using microwave irradiation, the relative reactivity of 2‐chloroanilines was greatly improved to the same level as that of 2‐fluoroanilines and 2‐bromoanilines.  相似文献

The synthesis of benzimidazoles has been achieved in a one-pot reaction in excellent yield using a newly developed methodology. 2,5-Disubstituted-3-cyanoacetyl indoles were directly condensed with substituted orthophenylenediamine via microwave irradiation under neat, solid support, and conventional conditions in a short time to afford the corresponding products in good yields. Structures of the products thus obtained were confirmed by their melting points, infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data.

Acyl chlorides reacted with ammonium thiocyanate and carbonic dihydrazide under phase‐transfer catalysis to first afford 2,2′‐bis(acylaminothiocarbonyl)‐carbonic dihydrazides, which further cyclized in the presence of glacial acetic acid to efficiently give 1‐(5′‐acylamino‐1′,3′,4′‐thiadiazol‐2′‐yl)‐4‐acyl‐thiosemicarbazides in high yield.  相似文献

(E) 2‐Cyano‐3‐(3′,4′‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐2‐propenoyl chloride (2) underwent mono‐ and binucleophilic displacement with hydrazines, amines, ureas, and aromatic bifunction amines to give new 2‐propenoyl hydrazines (4 and 5), 2‐propenoylamide (6, 7, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21), and 2‐thiol propenoate (2224). Fifteen 2‐(5‐substituted‐1,3,4‐thiadiazolo‐2‐ylimino)‐4‐thiazolidinones were efficiently synthesized from the reaction of ammonium thiocyanate with 2‐chloro‐N‐(5‐substutited‐1,3,4‐thiadiazolo‐2‐yl)acetamides under microwave irradiation. The target compounds were obtained in better yields (75–98%) and shorter time (5 min) than with conventional heating.  相似文献

Abstract

A new methacrylamide monomer, 4‐methacrylamidophenyl‐2′,3′‐benzostyryl ketone (MPBSK) having a free‐radical polymerizable group and a photocrosslinkable functional group, was synthesized by reacting 4‐(2′,3′‐benzocinnamoyl)aniline with methacryloyl chloride in the presence of triethyl amine. The monomer, MPBSK was polymerized in methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) at 70°C using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as the initiator. The polymer was characterized by UV, IR, 1H‐NMR, and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy. The polymer was found to be soluble in several polar aprotic solvents and in chlorinated solvents but insoluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and in alcohols. The molecular weight data of the polymer as obtained from gel permeation chromatography suggests a higher tendency for chain termination by disproportionation than dimerization. The glass transition temperature of the polymer was determined by differential scanning calorimetry. Thermogravimetric analysis of the polymer carried out in air reveals that it possesses good thermal stability required of a negative photoresist. The photocrosslinking property of the polymer was investigated by irradiating the polymer solution with UV light in the presence and absence of triplet photosensitizers. The effect of the solvent on the rate of photocrosslinking of the polymer was also studied.  相似文献

1,1-diethylthiourea and 4-methylbenzoic acid were condensed to 1-(4′-methylbenzoyl)-3,3-diethylthiourea in open vessels under microwave irradiation using an unmodified domestic microwave oven. The synthesis was carried out in the presence of alumina impregnated with potassium fluoride and catalytic amounts of N,N-dimethylformamide. The yields are noticeably improved in comparison with classical methods.  相似文献

The title compound was synthesized starting from methyl 3,4,6‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐2‐acetamido‐2‐deoxy‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside, oxalyl chloride, and methyl 3,4,6‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐2‐amino‐2‐deoxy‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside. The complexation of copper(II) with 2′,2′-dimethyl-, 2′,2′-dibutyl-, and 2′,2′-diisobutyl-para-tert-butylbenzohydrazide in water-ethanol media was studied. The reagents (HL) formed [Cu(HL)]2+ and [Cu(HL)2]2+ cationic complexes in a weakly acidic medium and uncharged CuL2 complexes in an alkaline medium. logK st was calculated for these complexes. The effect of 2′,2′-alkyl radicals on the stability of the complexes was considered. The obtained results were compared with data on the complexation of copper(II) ions with 2′,2′-dialkylbenzohydrazides.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of 1,4,6‐trideoxy‐1,4,6‐trihalo‐β‐d‐hexulofuranosyl 4‐deoxy‐4‐halo‐α‐d‐hexopyranosides is described. The 4‐chloro‐, 4‐bromo‐ and 4‐iodo‐4‐deoxy‐β‐d‐fructofuranosyl analogues were synthesized from a 3′,4′‐lyxo‐epoxide using the respective alkali metal halides. The corresponding 4‐halodeoxytagatofuranosyl analogues, on the other hand, were obtained by direct halide displacement of the 4′‐O‐trifluoromethanesulfonyl derivative, which was derived by regioselective sulfonylation of 1,6‐di‐O‐trityl‐β‐d‐fructofuranosyl 6‐O‐trityl‐α‐d‐glucopyranoside via its stannylene acetal. The sweetness intensities of these tetrahalodeoxy compounds strongly suggest that both size and configuration of the halogen substituents at C‐4 and C‐4′ are critical for sweetness enhancement.  相似文献

A wide variety of 2′-hydroxypolymethoxyacetophenones and propiophenones, e.g. 1a and 1b are used in the synthesis of flavone and ehromone natural products.1 Repeated attempts to prepare 1a and 1b by reacting 1,2,3,5-tetramethoxybenzene 2 with acetyl or propionyl chlorides and AlCl3 in ether2 gave products which were difficult to purify.3 We traced the problem to ring-ethoxy contaminants which were isolated and tentatively identified as 3a and 3b.  相似文献

A series of novel 2,3-dihydro-2-phenylsulfonylhydrazono-3-(2',3',4',6'-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) thiazoles were designed and synthesized via the reaction of thiosemicarbazide with chloroaldehyde.Their chemical structures were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.The bioassay results indicate that some of these compounds exhibit moderate fungicidal and herbicidal activities.  相似文献

Four homoleptic copper(II) complexes, [Cu(Meophtpy)2](ClO4)2 (Meophtpy = 4′-(4-methoxylphenyl)- 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine) (I), [Cu(Meophtpy)2](ClO4)2 · 2H2O (II), [Cu2(m-Clphtpy)4](ClO4)4 (m-ClPhtpy = 4′-(3-chlorophenyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine) (III), and [Cu2(m-ClPhtpy)4](ClO4)4 (IV) have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 963375 (I), 885457 (II), 963377 (III), and 963376 (IV)). Complex II is a polymorph of I and complex IV is a polymorph of III. All these complexes are obtained with 95% ethanol solution or 50% ethanol solution and the solvent control on the crystallization are obviously found. In all complexes, the face-to-face interactions between pyridyl rings or phenyl rings facilitate the construction of 3D network in the crystal in addition to hydrogen bonds. The fluorescence properties of these complexes have been investigated.  相似文献

A neat and rapid procedure is reported for the synthesis of a variety of 2‐aryloxymethylene‐6‐arylimidazo[2,1‐b]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole (3a3r) by condensation reaction of 2‐amino‐5‐aryloxymethylene‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole (1a1f) with ω‐bromoacetophenone (2a2c) in ethanol solvent under microwave irradiation, which yielded a series of novel compounds. The yields are good to excellent. The procedure is simple and does not need any added catalyst or dehydrating reagent. Moreover, the crystals do not require further purification to give the products.  相似文献

Abstract

The UV spectrum and polarographic behavior of Cu(II)/IpA complex was investigated, in an aqueous solution of Cu(II)/IpA complex, in Britton Robinson buffer solution at a pH from 5.0 to 8.0. At a low concentration of Cu(II)/IpA complex, maximum absorbance was shown to be 532 nm.

Only one polarographic wave was found dependent on a two electron reduction.

The composition ratio of the complex was obtained by both UV spectrum and polarography, it was found that the ratio of Cu(II) to IpA was 1:2. The polarography vas shown by a two-electron reduction wave.  相似文献
