Abstract

The reactions of either PhPCl2 or PCl3 with (Me3Si)2NLi followed by H2C[dbnd]CHMgBr were used to prepare the new P-vinyl substituted [bis(trimethylsilyl)amino]phosphines, (Me3Si)2NP(R)CH[dbnd]CH2 [1: R=Ph, 2: CH[dbnd]CH2, 3: R=Me, and 4: R=N(SiMe3)2]. Oxidative bromination of phosphines 3–1 afforded the P-bromo-P-vinyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)phosphoranimines, Me3SiN[dbnd]P(CH[dbnd]CH2)(R)Br [5: R=Ph, 6: R=CH[dbnd]CH2, 7: R=Me], which, upon treatment with CF3CH2OH/Et3N, were subsequently converted to the P-trifluoroethoxy derivatives, Me3SiN[dbnd]P(CH[dbnd]CH2)(R)OCH2CF3 [8: R=Ph, 9: R=CH[dbnd]CH2, 10: R=Me]. Compounds 1–10, which are of interest as potential precursors to P-vinyl substituted poly(phosphazenes), were fully characterized by elemental analyses (except for the thermally unstable P-Br derivatives 5–7) and NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, and 31P) including complete analysis of the vinylic proton splitting patterns via HOM2DJ experiments.  相似文献

The reaction of pyrazolone bearing a β-ketoester moiety with aliphatic dibasic functional reagents in ethanol afforded the binary ring heterocycles 2, 6, and 10. Whereas, when using an excess of the dibasic reagent, the dipyrazolo [3,4-c: 3′, 4′-f] [1,2]diazepine derivative 5 was, obtained. On the other hand, when compound 1 reacted with hydrazine hydrate in acetic acid, it furnished the pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 7 in which the hydrazine hydrate acts as a monofunctional reagent. Also, the reaction of 1 with m-anisidine according to Knorr synthesis gave the α,β-unsaturated ketone derivative 9 in lieu of the anticipated quinolone derivative 8. Furthermore, treatment of compound 1 with aromatic dibasic functional reagents afforded 11 and 13. Eventually, compound 11 was annelated through its reaction with ammonium carbonate to give pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyrido[6,5-b]benzodiazepin 12.  相似文献

Abstract

Condensation of isonicotinaldehyde with 4-aminodiphenyl sulfides 1 and/or sulfones II gave 4-[N-[p-(diaryl/thio)]formimidoyl]-pyridine III and/or 4-[N-[p-(diarylsulfonyl)]-formimidoyl]pyridine IV. Cyclocondensation of mercaptoacetic acid on III and IV gave 3-[p-(diarylthio)]-2-(4-pyridyl)-4-thiazolidinones V and 3-[p-(diarylsulfonyl)]-2-(4-pyridyl)-4-thiazolidinones VI respectively. (Hetero/arylthio)-N-(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)-acetamides VIII have been synthesised via interaction of 6-methyl-2-chloroacetamido-pyridine VII with heterocyclic and/or aromatic mercaptans. Reaction of VII with piperidine and/or morpholine affords (IX). Biological activities of these compounds were tested.  相似文献

Abstract

α-Trimethylsilyl-substituted sulfonamides RCH(SiMe3)SO2N(CH3)2 (3), (R[dbnd]H, CH3 and C6H5) are synthetized in almost quantitative yields. Their lithium derivatives 4 undergo a smooth Peterson olefination reaction with nonenolisable carbonyl compounds to give good to excellent yields of vinylsulfonamides 6. With R[dbnd]H, the reaction is highly E-stereoselective. Moderate stereoselectivity is obtained in the cases of R[dbnd]CH3 and R[dbnd]C6H5.  相似文献

Abstract

Reaction of 4-isopropyl-2H-1,4-thiazin-3-one 1 (R [dbnd] i-Pr) with N-chloro- and N-bromosuccinimide occurred exclusively at the 6-position to give 6-chloro and 6-bromo derivatives of 1 (R [dbnd] i-Pr), respectively, in high yield, in sharp contrast to the 2-aroyloxylation by benzoyl peroxide or m-chloroperbenzoic acid reported earlier.2 Reaction of 1 (R [dbnd] i-Pr) with methanesulfonyl chloride in the presence of aluminum chloride afforded an addition compound, 4-isopropyl-5,6-dichloro-1,4-tetrahydrothiazin-3-one. The 2-chloro derivative 6 of 1 (R [dbnd] i-Pr) was successfully prepared by hydrolysis of the 2-m-chloroben-zoyloxy derivative of 1 (R [dbnd] i-Pr) followed by treatment with thionyl chloride. Derivative 6 reacted readily under mild conditions with water, alcohols, thiols, ammonia and amines to give various 2-substituted compounds of 1 (R [dbnd] i-Pr). With phenol as a nucleophile, 1 (R [dbnd] i-Pr) reacted exclusively at the para position. Reaction at carbon atoms also occurred with N,N-dimethylaniline and 2,6-xylidine.  相似文献

Abstract

Derivatives of the novel dibenzo[b,f]phosphepin system are prepared from 10,11-dihydro-5-phenyl-5H-bibenzo[b,f]phosphepin 5-oxide (2). New members in the 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[b,f]phosphepin series, including phosphorus analogues (7, 10) of the andidepressant drug imipramine (30), are also reported. Products of nucleophilic substitution at tetrahedral phosphorus in 2 appear to be determined by the relative apicophilicity of the nucleophile. Conformational analysis based on 1H NMR data suggests folded (“butterfly”) conformation for the tricyclic compounds. The twisted boat conformation of the central ring in the 10,11-dihydro compounds bears a pseudo-equatorial P[dbnd]O oxygen or a P[dbnd]S sulfur, in solution. Symmetric AA‘BB’ spin systems are found in 4,5 and 7, and their solution conformations appear to be similar to those of analogous 10,11-dihydrodibenzo[b,f]azepine derivatives. The interaction of some compounds with NMR shift reagents and their mass spectral fragmentations are discussed.  相似文献

3-amino-4,5-diphenylthieno[2,3-c]pyridazine-2-arylcarboxamide 2 underwent cyclization with triethyl orthoformate and with nitrous acid to give the pyrimidothienopyridazines 3a-c, 4b respectively. 3-amino-4,5-diphenylthieno[2,3-c] pyridazine-2-carbohydrazide 6 reacted with aromatic aldehydes to give the corresponding carbohydrazones 7a-c. Compound 7 reacts with triethyl orthoformate, acetic anhydride or with CS2/pyridine to produce pyrimidothienopyridazines 8,9 and pyridazothienothiazine 11.  相似文献

1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-l-aryl-3,9-dioxo-2,4-diazafluorenes (2) and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-aryl-9-oxo-3-thi-oxo-2,4-diazafluorenes (3) were newly synthesized. Compounds 3 reacted with chloroacetic acid, α-bromopropanoic acid, or B-bromopropanoic acid in the presence of fused sodium acetate and acetic anhydride to give 2,3-dihydro-5-aryl-5H,6H-thiazolo[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-3,6-diones (4), 2-methyl-2,3-dihydro-5-aryl-5H,6H-thiazolo[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-3,6-diones (5) and 2,3-dihydro-6-aryl-6H,7H-thiazino[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-4,7-diones (6), respectively.

2,3-Dihydro-2-arylmethylene-5-aryl-5H,6H-thiazolo[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-3,6-diones (7) were prepared by the reaction of compounds (3) with chloroacetic acid and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of fused sodium acetate and acetic anhydride or by the reactions of (4) with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of acetic anhydride.

2-(Arylhydroazono)-5-aryl-2,3-dihydro-5H,6H-thiazolo[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-3,6-diones (8) were synthesized by coupling (4) with aryldiazonium salts in the presence of pyridine.  相似文献

A series of [N-(un)alkylated-2-arylindol-3-yl]thiocarboxamides(6) have been synthesized by the condensation of alkyl [N-(un)alkylated-2-arylindol-3-yl]dithiocarboxylates (5) with appropriate secondary amines in absolute alcohol. Compound 5 was prepared by the reaction of N-(un)alkylated-2-arylindoles with carbon disulphide in the presence of potassium-t-butoxide followed by alkyl iodide under nitrogen atmosphere. All of the compounds have been characterized on the basis of their elemental and spectral data and have been screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. Some of the synthesized compounds have shown promising activity.  相似文献

4,5-Diaryl-2,3-dihydro-2-mercaptoimidazoles (2a–e) were synthesized. They reacted with chloroacetic acid in gl. acetic acid/Ac 2 O in presence of anhyd. sodium acetate afforded 5,6-diaryl-2,3-dihydro-imidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-3-ones (3a–d). Also these compounds were prepared by the action of chloroacetyl chloride on compounds (2) in pyridine. Compounds (3a–d) on condensation with aromatic aldehydes yield 2-arylmethylene-5,6-diaryl-2,3-dihydroimidazo[2,1-b]-thiazol-3-ones (4a–q). The latter compounds were prepared directly by the reaction of (2) with chloroacetic acid and the aromatic aldehydes. Compounds (3a–d) coupled with aryldiazonium salts in pyridine to give 2-arylhydrazono-5,6-diaryl-2,3-dihydroimidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-3-ones (5a–r). Also compounds (2) when reacted with 2 or 3-bromopropionic acid afford 2,3-di-hydro-5,6-diaryl-2-methylimidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-3-ones (6a–d) and 2,3-di-hydro-6,7-diaryl imidazo-[2,1-b]-1,3-thiazin-4-ones (7a–d), respectively. Compounds (3, 6, and 7) have been cleaved by aromatic amines to give the corresponding 2-(4′,5′-diaryl-2′,3′-dihydroimidazol-2′-yl)thioacetanilide (8a–f), 2-(2′,3′-dihydro-4′,5′-diaryl imidazol-2′-yl)thiopropionamide (9a–c), and 3-(2′,3′-dihydro-4′,5′-diaryl-imidazol-2′-yl)thiopropionamide (10a–d) respectively. All the prepared compounds show considerable antimicrobial activity against bacteria, yeast, and fungi.  相似文献

The synthesis of some novel sulfur-containing spiroindole derivatives is reported, 2,3-Dihydrospiro [cycloalka[3,4][1,5] benzothiazepine-2,3′-[3H]indole]-2′-(1′H)-ones (V) were prepared by the reaction of 1,3-dihydro-3-(2-oxocycloalkylidene)indole-2(1H)-one (II) with 2-aminothiophenol in dry toluene. The reactions of overcrowded platinum(0) complexes [Pt{P(Ar)Me2}2] (Ar = 2,4,6-tris[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phenyl (Tbt), 2,6-bis[bis- (trimethylsilyl)methyl]-4-[tris(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phenyl (Bbt)) with elemental sulfur and selenium resulted in the formation of the first platinum disulfur and diselenium complexes, [Pt(S2){P(Ar)Me2}2] (4a (Ar = Tbt), 4b (Ar = Bbt) and [Pt(Se2){P(Ar)Me2}2] (5a (Ar = Tbt), 5b (Ar = Bbt)) respectively. The x-ray crystallographic analyses of 4b and 5b showed a novel three-membered PtE2 (E = S, Se) ring structure with a square planar geometry around the platinum center. The oxidation of 4b and 5b with an equimolar amount of m-chloroperbenzoic acid or tert-butyl hydroperoxide in dichloromethane yielded the corresponding disulfur and diselenium monoxide complexes [Pt(E2O){P(Bbt)Me2}2] (6 (E = S), 7 (E = Se)). The further reactions of 6 and 7 with an excess of oxidants gave the corresponding O,S-coordinated thiosulfato complex [Pt(S2 O3){P(Bbt)Me2}2] (8) and the O,O-coordinated selenito complex [Pt(SeO3){P(Bbt)Me2}2] (11), respectively. The dynamic behavior in solution was revealed by the variable-temperature NMR spectroscopy for 4b, 5b, 8, and 11, which indicates the existence of the intramolecular CH···E (E = O, S, Se) interactions between the methine hydrogens of the o-bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl groups and the Pt-bonded chalcogen atoms.  相似文献

Some novel [1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazolylisoindole-1,3-dione 2a–c were prepared by heating 4-amino-5-aryl-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones 1a–c with different (1,3-dioxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-yl) carboxylic acids in POCl3. Compounds 2a, b were hydrolyzed using HCl to yield [1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazolyl-alkylamines 3a, b. Coupling 1a, c with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranosyl bromide (ABG) afforded the corresponding S-glucosides 4a, b, which on oxidation with KMnO4 gave the corresponding sulfone 5. Treatment 1b, c with diphenyl diazomethane afforded benzhydrylsulfanyltriazolylamines 7a, b. 1,8-Bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-bis[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-c-,4′,3′-e][1,2,4,5]dithiadiazine 8 was formed by oxidation of 1b with lead tetracetate.
