在Triton X-100存在下,pH9.0-10.0时,新试剂苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯与镉形成3:1的橙红色络合物,最大吸收波长位于530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.91×10^-5L.mol^-1;cm^-1,镉量在0-12μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。在混合掩蔽剂存在下,显色反应具有良好的选择性,直接应用于工业废水中微量镉的测定,获得了满意的结果。  相似文献

报道了新显色剂1-偶氮苯-3-(5-氰基-2-吡啶)-三氮烯的合成及其与镉的显色反应。在表面活性剂OP存在下,pH 11.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂与镉发生显色反应,生成4∶1型的红色配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于525 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.02×105L.mol-1.cm-1。Cd2+的线性范围为1~0.6μg/mL。用拟定方法测定废水中微量镉,结果令人满意。  相似文献

研究了新显色试剂6-硝基-苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯与Hg(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在乳化剂OP存在下,于pH10.0的缓冲溶液中,Hg(Ⅱ)与显色剂形成1:2的稳定红色络合物。络合物的λmax=515nm,其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.53×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,Hg(Ⅱ)含量在0 ̄5μg/10mL范围符合比尔定律,样品分析结果令人满意。  相似文献

A new reagent system, MgBr2-Ac2O-NaOAc, was investigated for the selective rearrangement reaction of bicyclic ketal compounds. Mono- and diacetylated products were isolated in low yield using MgBr2-Ac2O system, but the single mono-acetylated isomer was obtained selectively by the addition of NaOAc in the reaction conditions.  相似文献

对于有一定级数的反应,不论反应级数是几,建立反应速率方程时都可以用非线性拟合法来完成。该方法分为两步。第一步,初次对实验数据进行非线性拟合,从而得到反应级数;第二步,借助已得到的反应级数再次对实验数据进行非线性拟合,从而得到反应速率常数。与传统建立反应速率方程的方法相比较,非线性拟合法不仅简单易操作,而且处理结果准确、图线美观大方。  相似文献

The asymmetric reaction of the chiron 2(5H )-furanones (4a-4c) with the Horner-Emmons reagents (5a-5b) has been investigated. The newly chirai organophosphorus derivatives 6 and 7 were obtained using the phosphoryl-stabilized carbanion as a building block in DMSO under mild conditions. Through the asymmetric introduction, the Horner-Emmons reagent could be transformed to a chiral building block to afford the novel functionalized phosphorus derivatives. The structures of the synthesized compounds 6 and 7 were identified on the basis of their elementary and spectroscopic data, such as IR,^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS and X-ray crystallography. These resuits provided a valuable approach to the synthesis of potentially interesting chirai organophosphorus derivatives and probing their biological activities.  相似文献

Piperazine supported on amorphous silica (KG-60-piperazine) as a basic catalyst acts in the Gewald three-component reaction of some aldehydes and ketones with malononitrile as well as ethyl cyanoacetate. The catalyst shows general utility with a variety of starting carbonyl compounds. Moreover, the catalyst can be reused for four additional cycles without significant loss of the activity.
