“分子梳”是DNA被可移动的气-液界的均匀拉直,该技术涉及两个过程:DNA分子末端与基底表面的特异性结合和移动的气-液界面对DNA分子的均匀拉直。该技术在构建纳米材料/结构,研究DNA转录和复制,绘制基因物理图谱等方面得到了应用。预计“分子梳”技术将在以下方面取得进展:以拉直的DNA为模板构建纳米器件和纳米材料;用于基因突变的临床检测;结合原子力显微术(AFM),建立“原子力显微术原位杂交”技术以替代荧光原位杂交。  相似文献

Manganese(II ) complexes of imidazolyl-substituted chelating nitronylnitroxides are characterized by a stereoselective arrangement of the metal centers and the ligands to give a honeycomblike layer structure (shown on the right). The magnetic properties at high temperature indicate the presence of a ferrimagnetic structure within the layers. At low temperatures, ferromagnetic ordering is observed.  相似文献

 Density functional theory, in combination with a) a careful choice of the exchange-correlation part of the total energy and b) localized basis sets for the electronic orbitals, has become the method of choice for calculating the exchange-couplings in magnetic molecular complexes. Orbital expansion on plane waves can be seen as an alternative basis set especially suited to allow optimization of newly synthesized materials of unknown geometries. However, little is known on the predictive power of this scheme to yield quantitative values for exchange coupling constants J as small as a few hundredths of eV (50–300 cm−1). We have used density functional theory and a plane waves basis set to calculate the exchange couplings J of three homodinuclear Cu-based molecular complexes with experimental values ranging from +40 cm−1 to −300 cm−1. The plane waves basis set proves as accurate as the localized basis set, thereby suggesting that this approach can be reliably employed to predict and rationalize the magnetic properties of molecular-based materials. Taking Ni(2‐mpac)2(H2O)2 as molecular building block, two novel coordination polymers with the formula of [Ni(2‐mpac)2(4,4′‐bpy)·(4,4′‐bpy)]n ( 1 ) and [Ni(2‐mpac)2(py)·4H2O]n ( 2 ) (2‐mpac = 5‐methyl‐2‐pyrazinecarboxylic acid; 4,4′‐bpy = 4,4′‐bipyridine; py = pyrazine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X‐ray single crystal diffraction method. 自研究者证实外泌体承担了细胞外RNA等物质的运输功能以来, 关于外泌体来源与功能的研究一直备受关注. 近年来外泌体被发现具有作为疾病生物标志物的潜力, 使得拥有特定表面蛋白以及特定装载物的外泌体成为分析化学领域有价值的检测对象. 从化学本质角度来说, 外泌体的获取与分析需要依赖特异性的分子识别过程. 核酸适体作为分子识别单元, 因其特异性强、 亲和力高、 生物活性稳定、 易于合成和保存、 而且其序列和结构上具有可编程性, 易于设计和修饰, 已成功地用在外泌体相关的生物传感体系中. 本文从外泌体的化学组成及其具有生理、 病理意义的组分出发, 从外泌体通用生物标志物识别、癌细胞来源外泌体的检测及外泌体蛋白谱的分析这3个方面综述了以核酸适体作为分子识别单元在外泌体分析领域的代表性工作, 总结了现有的靶向外泌体的核酸适体序列信息以及应用场景, 阐述了利用化学合成与修饰以及DNA自组装等化学调控手段增强核酸适体分子识别性能的最新进展, 并从适用于外泌体分子识别的核酸适体的筛选以及化学修饰的角度, 对未来的研究方向进行了展望.  相似文献

Self‐assembly reaction between hydrated rare‐earth (RE) nitrates RE(NO3)3 · 6H2O with K3Fe(CN)6 in H2O/DMF solution by employing the tridentate ligand 2, 2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine (terpy) as a capping ligand has yielded three cyanide‐bridged compounds [RE(terpy)(DMF)(H2O)2][Fe(CN)6] · 6H2O [RE = Y ( 1 ), Tb ( 2 ), Dy ( 3 )]. FT‐IR spectra confirmed the presence of terpy ligands and cyanide groups in compounds 1 – 3 . Single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis indicated that these compounds are isomorphous and adopt neutral [RE2Fe2] molecular squares, which are further linked through hydrogen bonding interactions to generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular network. Magnetic susceptibility measurements revealed that significant single ion magnetic anisotropy dominates the properties of these compounds.  相似文献

Based on the first principle,electrical properties of a molecular junction consisting of pyrene-1,8-dithiol molecule and gold surface have been investigated. The cluster of three gold atoms is used to simulate the gold surface. Density functional theory is employed to obtain the electronic structures of the molecule and the extended molecule. Then the frontier orbital theory and the perturbation theory are used to determine the interaction energy between the molecule and the gold surface quantitatively. The elastic Green function method is applied to study the current-voltage properties of the molecular junction. Numerical results show that the sulfur atoms can be chemically absorbed on the gold surface and the bonding between the molecule and gold is mainly covalent-typed. The fermienergy of the extended molecular system lies between the HOMO and the LUMO and closer to the HOMO of the system. When the external applied bias is lower than 1 V,there is a current gap for the molecular junction. With the increasing of the bias,the conductance of the junction exhibits plateaus. These electrical properties are closely related with the electronic structures of the molecular junction. The extended molecular orbits have great contribution to the charge transport. Localized molecular orbits give little contribution to the current while charge transport is taken place by tunneling.  相似文献

Magnets composed of molecular species or polymers and prepared by relatively low-temperature organic synthetic methodologies are a focus of contemporary materials science research. The anticipated properties of such molecular-species-based magnetic materials, particularly in combination with other properties associated with molecules and polymers, may enable their use in future generations of electronic, magnetic, and/or photonic/photronic devices ranging from information storage and magnetic imaging to static and low-frequency magnetic shielding. A tutorial of typical magnetic behavior of molecular materials is presented. The three distinct models (intramolecular spin coupling through orthogonal orbitals in the same spatial region within a molecule/ion, intermolecular spin coupling through pairwise “configuration interaction” between spin-containing moieties, and dipole—dipole, through-space interactions) which enable the design of new molecular-based magnetic materials are discussed. To achieve the required spin couplings for bulk ferro- or ferrimagnetic behavior it is crucial to prepare materials with the necessary primary, secondary, and tertiary structures akin to proteins. Selected results from the worldwide effort aimed at preparing molecular-based magnetic materials by these mechanisms are described. Some organometallic solids comprised of linear chains of alternating metallocenium donors (D) and cyanocarbon acceptors (A) that is, …?D?+ A?? D?+ A??…?, exhibit cooperative magnetic phenomena. Bulk ferromagnetic behavior was first observed below the critical (Curie) temperature Tc of 4.8 K for [FeIII(C5Me5)2]?+ [TCNE]?? (Me = methyl; TCNE = tetracyanoethylene). Replacement of FeIII with MnIII leads to a ferromagnet with a Tc of 8.8 K in agreement with mean-field models developed for this class of materials. Replacement with CrIII, however, leads to a ferromagnet with a Tc lowered to 3.65 K which is at variance with this model. Extension to the reaction of a vanadium(o) complex with TCNE leads to the isolation of a magnet with a Tc ≈ 400 K, which exceeds the thermal decomposition temperature of the material. This demonstrates that a magnetic material with a Tc substantially above room temperature is achievable in a molecule/organic/polymeric material. Finally, a new class of one-dimensional ferrimagnetic materials based on metalloporphins is discussed.  相似文献

Behaviour of electrolytes confined in cylindrical and slit pores are studied by computer simulations at the molecular level. Previous equilibrium and structural properties obtained by Monte Carlo techniques using the restrictive primitive model are discussed. Transport properties are calculated by the canonical molecular dynamics technique for ions with Lennard–Jones cores. Assuming an external electric potential, the chemical potential of individual ions can be balanced without the need for a grand canonical procedure. The mobility of the counterion is affected by the surface charge density. At a high surface charge, the mean square axial displacement of the counterion calculated is lower than the bulk value due to its high concentration near the charged wall.  相似文献

A progress report is given on recent advances in the magnetic analysis techniques for atomic and molecular beams. The cases of halogen atoms and of oxygen molecules are considered in detail. 含有顺磁性金属钆离子及钆团簇的内嵌金属富勒烯(如Gd@C82,Gd@C60和Gd3 N@C80)及其衍生物是一类高效的MRI分子影像探针,其造影效率远优于传统钆基螯合物造影剂.重要的是,碳笼的高度稳定性保护了内嵌团簇,使之免受体内代谢物质的进攻和防止了外泄,从而大大提高了其生物安全性.同时,碳笼还是其它生物活性物质或分子影像探针的有效载体,易赋予其多功能性,从而提高疾病检测的灵敏度和准确性.本文介绍了多种钆内嵌金属富勒烯分子影像探针的研究进展,讨论了内嵌金属团簇和笼外化学修饰对其弛豫性能的影响,以及不同的功能基团对其生物相容性和动物体内分布的影响,并展望了其兼具多功能分子影像探针载体的应用前景.  相似文献

Two manganese complexes, [Mn2(tptz)2Cl4] · CH3CN (1) and [Mn(tptz(ac)(N3)(H2O)] · H2O (2) (where tptz = 2,4,6-tri(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine, ac = acetate anion), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectra, and UV–Vis absorption spectral analyses. The structures of both the complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 is binuclear with chloro-bridged manganese ions at the Mn–Mn separation of 3.777(27) Å. Each manganese center in 1 is six coordinate with three nitrogens from a tridentate tptz, three chlorides (one terminal and two bridging), adopting a centrosymmetric distorted octahedral geometry. Various hydrogen bonds form 2-D spiral structures in 1 with Mn–Mn separation of 7.421(2) Å along a-axis and 9.121(2) Å along b-axis. Complex 2 is seven coordinate with pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The metal center coordinates to three nitrogens from tptz, two oxygens from acetate, one nitrogen from azide, and one oxygen from water. It has a 1-D layered structure, where three independent molecules are linked by uncoordinated water present in the lattice. Magnetic susceptibility in the temperature range 5–300 K for 1 shows the presence of antiferromagnetic interaction between the local high-spin manganese(II) ions with J = ?0.17 cm?1.  相似文献

用磁场控制碳包镍纳米颗粒在环氧树脂中的排列,制备了具有优异电学性能的一维有序的纳米复合材料.在添加质量分数为3%-10%的镍纳米颗粒时,导电率提高了3个数量级,介电常数增大了2-3倍.对纳米颗粒的磁致排列进行了分子模拟,结果表明,偶极强相互作用是导致纳米粒子排列的主要原因,排列过程经历了聚合、成链和粗化等阶段,成链的时间尺度在秒数量级.模拟结构与实验观察结果基本一致.  相似文献

In the context of designing an efficient thermoelectric energy-conversion device at nanoscale level, we suggest several important tuning parameters to enhance the performance of thermoelectric converters. We consider a simple molecular junction, which is always helpful to understand the basic mechanisms in a deeper way, where a benzene molecule is coupled to two external baths having unequal temperatures. The key component responsible for achieving better performance is associated with the asymmetric nature of transmission function, and in the present work, we show that it can be implemented in different ways by regulating the physical parameters involving the system. Employing a tight-binding framework we calculate electrical and thermal conductances, thermopower, and figure of merit (FOM) by using Landauer integrals, and thoroughly examine the critical roles played by molecule-to-lead (ML) interface geometry, magnetic field, chemical substituent group, ML coupling, and the direct coupling between the two leads. Our results show that a reasonably large FOM (≫1) can be obtained and lead to a possibility of regulating the efficiency by selectively tuning the physical parameters. We believe that the present analysis will enhance the understanding of designing efficient thermoelectric devices, and can be verified in a laboratory.  相似文献

In this paper, according to the molecular fragment principle, a series of eight ternary luminescent lanthanide complex systems were assembled, and whose compositions were determined with elemental analysis and infrared spectrum: Ln(MA)3(L)·H2O, where Ln = Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy; HMA = α‐methylacrylic acid; L = 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy). The photophysical properties of these functional molecular systems were studied with ultraviolet‐visible absorption spectrum, and fluorescence excitation and emission spectrum. It was found that the heterocylic compounds (phen and bipy) act as the main energy donor and luminescence sensitizer for their suitable energy match and effective energy transfer to the emission energy level of Ln3+ ions. MMA ligand was only used as the terminal structural ligand to influence the luminescence. Especially terbium complex systems show the strongest luminescence for the optimum energy match and transfer between phen (bipy) and Tb3+ ion.  相似文献

Polyetherketoneketone(PEKK)is a new evolving polymeric material,and is considered as another important member of the polyaryletherketone(PAEK)family in addition to polyetheretherketone(PEEK).Hot compression molding can be used to compact and consolidate the PEKK products,where the temperature and pressure play key roles to affect the molecular mobility,entanglement and crystallization,and thus the mechanical properties of PEKKs.In this study,a preheating treatment was introduced in the compression molding,and it is found that such preheating is very essential to avoid the formation of crystal FormⅡ,based on the increased chain entanglement.Molecular dynamics simulations revealed that the molecular mobility is always suppressed when a compression is applied.Therefore,by increasing the entanglement via the preheating and maintaining such entanglement in the consequent compression molding,strong and tough PEKK materials were obtained,with a negligible fraction of crystal FormⅡ.  相似文献
