A series of phosphines featuring a persistent radical were synthesized in two steps by condensation of dialkyl-/diarylchlorophosphines with stable cyclic (alkyl)(amino)carbenes (cAACs) followed by one-electron reduction of the corresponding cationic intermediates. Structural, spectroscopic, and computational data indicate that the spin density in these phosphines is mainly localized on the original carbene carbon from the cAAC fragment; thus, it remains in the α-position with respect to the central phosphorus atom. The potential of these α-radical phosphines to serve as spin-labeled ligands is demonstrated through the preparation of several AuI derivatives, which were also structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Free radical copolymerization of N‐vinyl‐2‐pyrrolidone with 2‐ethoxyethyl methacrylates was carried out with 2,2′‐azobisisobutyronotrile as an initiator in 1,4‐dioxane. The resulting copolymer was characterized by FTIR, H1‐NMR and C13‐NMR spectroscopic techniques thermal properties of copolymer were determined by DSC and TGA. The reactivity ratios of the monomers were computed by the Fineman‐Rose (F‐R), Kelen‐Tudos (K‐T) and extended Kelen‐Tudos (EK‐T) method at lower conversion, using the data obtained from both FTIR and elemental analysis studies; the results are in good agreement with each other. The average reactivity ratio, Alfrey‐Price Q and e values were found to be r 1=0.769, r 2=0.266 and Q 1=0.0859, e 1=0.4508, respectively for NVP/EOEMA copolymer. The distribution of monomer sequence along the copolymer chain was calculated using a statistical method based on obtained reactivity ratio. The number average molecular weight and polydispersity were determined by GPC.  相似文献

The addition of 3‐methylbut‐2‐enoic acid‐3‐bromo‐2‐hydroxypropyl ester 2 and 1‐bromo‐3‐phenylsulfanyl propan‐2‐ol 3, obtained from epichlorohydrin, to aroxy and alkoxysulfonyl isocyanates 1 in anhydrous ether at ambient temperature affords the corresponding N‐sulfonyl bromocarbamates 4. These are treated with triethylamine in refluxing acetone to give exclusively the corresponding polyfunctional oxazolidin‐2‐ones 5 with good yields.  相似文献

Abstract

Heteróllylic anions, as a result of their different modes of coordination (σ and π) have proven to be versatile ligands for d- and f-block metals[1]. In context of our work on 1, 2-diphosphaallylic anions lb and the synthesis of the corresponding vinylogous system, the 2.3,4-triphosphapentadienide 2b[2], we became interested in the homologous systems and succeded in the isolation of the 3-arsa-2,4diphospha-pentadienide 2c in crystalline form.  相似文献

A series of N‐chloroacetyl‐2,6‐diarylpiperidin‐4‐ones (1018) obtained from the corresponding 2,6‐diarylpiperidin‐4‐ones upon base‐catalyzed condensation with morpholine afforded N‐morpholinoacetyl‐2,6‐diarylpiperidin‐4‐ones (1927). Reaction of anhydrous YbCl3 with 1 equiv, of LLi [L=p-ClPhNC(Me)CH(Me)N(C6H3-2,6-i-Pr2)] in THF at room temperature gave the β-diketiminate lanthanide dichloride LYbCl2(THF)2 (1) in good isolated yield. Similarly reaction of anhydrous YbCl3 with 1 equiv, of LLi, then with 1 equiv, of t-BuCpNa in THF yielded the expected mixed-ligand β-diketiminate ytterbium chloride (t-BuCp)YbL(μ-Cl)2Li(THF)2 (2). Both 1 and 2 were well characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, ^1H NMR spectra, and X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

4‐Mercapto‐6‐methyl‐2‐pyrone was alkylated with different allylic and propargylic halides under phase transfer catalyzed condition in the presence of TBAB or BTEAC catalyst in chloroform–aqueous NaOH (1%) at room temperature. The S‐alkylated thiopyran‐2‐ones were then refluxed in quinoline or in chlorobenzene to give 4‐chloromethylthiopyrano[2,3‐b]pyran‐2‐one and 4‐hydroxymethylthiopyrano[2,3‐b]pyran‐2‐one or several thieno[2,3‐b]pyran‐2‐ones.  相似文献

N‐vinylimidazole (VIM), and phenacyl methacrylate (PAMA) copolymerized with different feed ratios using 1,4‐dioxane as a solvent and α,α'‐azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator at 60°C. Structure and composition of copolymers for a wide range of monomer feed were determined by elemental analysis (content of N for VIM‐units) and by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy through recorded analytical absorption bands for VIM (670 cm?1 for C‐N of imidazole ring) and PAMA (1730 cm?1 for C?O of ester group) units, respectively. Monomer reactivity ratios for VIM (M1)‐PAMA (M2) pair were determined by the application of conventional linearization methods such as Fineman‐Ross (F‐R) and Kelen‐Tüdös (KT) and a nonlinear error invariable model method using a computer program RREVM. The molecular weights (w and n) and polydispersity indices of the polymers were determined using gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Thermal behaviors of copolymers with various compositions were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Also, the apparent thermal decomposition activation energies (ΔEd) were calculated by Ozawa method using the SETARAM Labsys TGA thermobalance. The antibacterial and antifungal effects of polymers were also tested on various bacteria, fungi and yeast.  相似文献

A novel, convenient, efficient, three‐step, one‐pot synthesis of 2‐oxazolidinones from phenyl 2‐hydroxyalkyl selenides was developed. Using this methodology, 2‐oxazolidinones are obtained in good yields (76–85%) by reaction of phenyl 2‐hydroxyalkyl selenides with benzoyl isocyanate and subsequent oxidation/cyclization, followed by hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid solution.  相似文献

The copolymerization of 2‐(3‐(6‐tetralino)‐3‐methyl‐1‐cyclobutyl)‐2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (TCHEMA), monomer with acrylonitrile and 4‐vinylpyridine were carried out in 1,4‐dioxane solution at 65°C using AIBN as an initiator. The copolymers were characterized by FTIR, 1H‐NMR, and 13C‐NMR spectroscopic techniques. Thermal properties of the polymers were also studied by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The copolymer compositions were determined by elemental analysis. The monomer reactivity ratios were calculated by the Fineman‐Ross and Kelen‐Tüdös method. Also, the apparent thermal decomposition activation energies were calculated by the Ozawa method with a Shimadzu TGA 50 thermogravimetric analysis thermobalance.  相似文献

A general method for the preparation of 2‐(N‐Substituted)‐2‐imidazolines and 2‐(N‐Substituted)‐1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyrimidines is described. These heterocycles can be synthesized from their respective anilines with 2‐chloro‐2‐imidazoline or 2‐chloro‐1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyrimidine, generated in situ from imidazolidin‐2‐one and tetrahydropyrimidin‐2(1H)‐one activated by dimethyl chlorophosphate, in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

N‐doped TiO2 nanotubes with high photocatalytic activity were prepared by the combination of sol‐gel process with hydrothermal treatment. The prepared materials are characterized with transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), x‐ray diffraction (XRD), x‐ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), and UV‐vis spectra. Photocatalytic performance of the N‐doped TiO2 nanotubes is studied by testing the degradation rate of methyl orange under UV irradiation. Obtained results indicate that N‐doped TiO2 nanotubes have high catalytic activity for photocatalytic oxidation.  相似文献

Abstract

Glucosyl‐1,5‐benzodiazepin‐2,4‐diones were synthesized in order to study the influence of the glucidic moiety on the amphiphilic behaviour. The glucosyl groups include 6‐deoxy‐D‐glucopyranos‐6‐yl and 6‐deoxy‐3‐O‐R‐D‐glucopyranos‐6‐yl (R = n ? C n H 2n+1; n = 1, 8, 10 and 12). Variation in the length of the hydrocarbon chain allowed comparison of such amphiphilic data as water solubility (Sw) and surface tension (γ) values. At 25°C, the glucopyranosyl benzodiazepines with R = H and CH3 show a higher water solubility than the starting 1,5‐benzodiazepin‐2,4‐diones. Some other glucidic benzodiazepine derivatives with an appropriate alkyl chain at C‐3 carbon of the D‐glucopyranose present a variable hydrosolubility and surface tension γ values close to 43 to 46 mN · m?1 at the corresponding saturation. Moreover, according to preliminary tests, these compounds seem to show a better affinity for the blood brain barrier.  相似文献

Targeting the synthesis of rare-earth-metal pentadienyl half-sandwich tetramethylaluminate complexes, homoleptic [Ln(AlMe4)3] (Ln=Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Lu) were treated with equimolar amounts of the potassium salts K(2,4-dmp) (2,4-dmp=2,4-dimethylpentadienyl), K(2,4-dipp) (2,4-dipp=2,4-diisopropylpentadienyl), and K(2,4-dtbp) (2,4-dtbp=2,4-di-tert-butylpentadienyl). The reactions involving the larger rare-earth-metal centers lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, and neodymium gave selectively the desired half-sandwich complexes [(2,4-dmp)La(AlMe4)2], [(2,4-dipp)La(AlMe4)2], and [(2,4-dtbp)Ln(AlMe4)2] (Ln=La, Ce, Pr, Nd) in high crystalline yields. Smaller rare-earth-metal centers yielded preferentially the sandwich complexes [(2,4-dmp)2Ln(AlMe4)] (Ln=Y, Lu) and [(2,4-dipp)2Y(AlMe4)]. Activation with fluorinated borate/borane co-catalysts gave highly active catalyst systems for the fabrication of polyisoprene, displaying molecular weight distributions as low as Mw/Mn=1.09 and a maximum cis-1,4 selectivity of 90.4 %. The equimolar reaction of half-sandwich complex [(2,4-dtbp)La(AlMe4)2] with B(C6F5)3 led to the isolation and full characterization of the single-component catalyst {{(2,4-dtbp)La[(μ-Me)2AlMe(C6F5)]}[Me2Al(C6F5)2]}2. The reaction of the latter complex with 10 equivalents of isoprene could be monitored by 1H NMR spectroscopy. Also, a donor-induced aluminato/gallato exchange was achieved with [(2,4-dtbp)La(AlMe4)2] and GaMe3(OEt2) leading to [(2,4-dtbp)La(GaMe4)2].  相似文献

Several 3‐(4‐arylidene and hetarylidene‐5‐oxopyrazolin‐3‐yl)quinolin‐2‐ones 626 were synthesized in an efficient methodology utilizing both pyrazolinylquinolinone 2 and its chromenylmethylene derivative 10. Compound 2 was derivatized by Knoevenagel condensation with different carbonyl compounds. Nucleophilic ring opening–ring closure (RORC) of the compound 10 furnished the desired 4‐methylenepyarzolinone bearing novel five‐, six‐, and seven‐membered heterocycles, in good yields.  相似文献
