超声波合成磁性4A沸石分子筛   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解决微细粉末状沸石产品应用中与所处理溶液难以分离的问题, 在传统水热合成法合成4A沸石的晶化原料液中, 加入磁性Fe3O4微粒, 经过70 ℃, 功率为100 W的超声波晶化6 h, 合成了一系列Fe3O4含量不同的磁性4A沸石,并对其进行了XRD、SEM、IR、TG/DTA、EDX、磁化率及吸附性能等表征测试. 结果表明, 磁性4A沸石具有良好的磁稳定性, 其磁化率随Fe3O4含量的增加而增大; 磁性4A沸石对水中氟离子和六价铬的吸附与纯4A沸石性能相同, 其吸附速率可以用拟二级动力学方程来描述.  相似文献

Magnetic seed enhancement has been practicing as a promising tool to improve germination and seedling growth of low vigor seeds stored under suboptimal conditions, but there is still ambiguity regarding the prospects for magnetism in oilseeds. Present study elucidates the potential of magnetic seed stimulation to improve sunflower germination, growth and yield. Germination and emergence tests were performed to optimize the strength of the magnetic field to sunflower seed enhancement. The seeds were directly exposed to magnetic field strengths of 50, 100 and 150 millitesla (mT) for 5, 10 and 15 min (min) and then standard germination tests were performed. Secondly, the emergence potential of untreated seeds was compared with seed exposed to hydropriming, priming with 3% moringa leaf extract (MLE), priming with magnetically treated water (MTW) for 10 min and priming with 3% MLE solution prepared in magnetically treated water (MTW + MLE). Germination, emergence, seedling growth and seed biochemical properties were used to select the best treatment for field evaluation. The results of the study revealed that magnetic seed treatment with 100 mT for 10 min and seed priming with 3% MLE solution in magnetically treated water (MTW + MLE) significantly improved emergence, crop growth rate and sunflower yield.  相似文献

将所制备的磁性Fe3O4颗粒先后分别在乙醇和水介质中与3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APS)和10%(体积分数)戊二醛溶液反应使Fe3O4颗粒的表面形成醛基功能化,最后在pH 6.8的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中与8-羟基喹啉(Ox)反应,生成了8-羟基喹啉功能化的磁性Fe3O4颗粒。试验表明经Ox修饰的Fe3O4颗粒对Pb2+有很强的络合作用,据此将其作为痕量铅的富集试剂应用于阳极溶出伏安法测定水样中铅含量。取水样50.0mL,加入Fe3O4/Ox颗粒在pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的悬浮液1.5mL,充分搅拌20min后,用磁铁在反应烧杯底部吸着磁性颗粒使与水溶液分离。于磁性颗粒中加入1mol·L^-1盐酸溶液1mL,将其表面吸着的Pb^2+溶解,用水将溶液稀释至5.0mL。以玻碳电极为工作电极,Ag/AgCl为参比电极,铂电极为对电极进行阴极电沉积50s,然后进行阳极溶出伏安测定。用铅标准溶液绘制标准曲线,Pb^2+的质量浓度在0.50 mg·L^-1以内与所测得的对应氧化电流导数值之间呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.7μg·L^-1。应用此方法分析了6个环境水样,测定值与已知值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.48%~3.5%。按标准加入法进行回收试验,测得回收率为91.0%~138%。  相似文献

以工业级水玻璃、NaAlO2、NaOH和去离子水为原料,采用水热法先合成4A分子筛,然后在二价和三价铁离子混合溶液中用氨水调节负载铁的氧化物及真空干燥等步骤,制得了一系列磁化率不同的磁性分子筛,并对其进行了XRD、SEM、IR及TG等表征分析.结果表明,合成磁性4A沸石晶形完整,表面负载的四氧化三铁分布均匀,磁化率随所负载四氧化三铁量的增加而增大,粒度比纯4A沸石大.磁性4A沸石对钙、镁、铅和氯乙酸的吸附性能与纯4A沸石相当,利用磁性4A沸石可以方便地用磁场分离的特性,其粉末状产品不用成型就可以直接在溶剂或溶液中使用.  相似文献

为探讨蛋白质在磁化水中的水合作用,首先利用粘度测定及氧17核磁共振(17O-NMR)对经静磁场(MF)处理不同有效时间(teff)后的纯水进行了分析,进一步又利用差示扫描热量计(DSC)及NMR对溶解于磁化水的β-乳球蛋白(β-Lg)的水合特性进行了分析.随teff的增加,水分子的内能不断减小,处于氢键结合状态的水分子的比例不断增加.结果表明MF处理促进了水分子缔合结构的形成,这一点可能与氢键的形成有关.随teff的增加,β-Lg表面水分子的运动性没有明显变化,但β-Lg溶液中非自由结合水的含量不断增加.说明β-Lg的水合作用与水分子的缔合分布有关,该分布依存于水分子的氢键状态并可通过磁场处理加以改变.  相似文献

A simple procedure based on magnetic nanoparticles has been developed for analytical purposes. In this method, 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN)-modified magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were used for separation and pre-concentration of manganese(II) ions from aqueous samples. This method combines the use of a solution solvent with separation of magnetic nanoparticles from sample solution using a magnet. The influence of different parameters, such as amount of extractant (PAN) loaded on the nanoparticles, pH of solution, adsorption time, amount of modified nanoparticle, type and amount of eluents for desorption of manganese from magnetic nanoparticles were evaluated. The effect of various cationic and anionic interferences on the percentage recovery of manganese was also studied. Manganese ions were adsorped from a solution at pH 9.5 and desorbed from nanoparticles with 10?mL of DMSO?:?HNO3 (1?:?1, v/v). The detection limit of the proposed method was found to be 0.11?µg?L?1. The method was employed to recover and determine the level of manganese in different water samples.  相似文献

In this article, C(18)/NH(2) mixed group modified Fe(3)O(4)/SiO(2) magnetic nanoparticles (Fe(3)O(4)/SiO(2)/C(18)+NH(2) MNPs) were successfully synthesized and used for the extraction of perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) from large volume of water solution. The Fe(3)O(4)/SiO(2)/C(18)+NH(2) MNPs, about 25 nm in diameter, possess high extraction ability to the anionic organic pollutants due to the dual function of hydrophobic octadecyl group and cationic aminopropyl groups at low pH. More than 90% of the targets can be extracted from 500 mL of water solution with 0.1g of the MNP sorbent at pH 3. Twenty min is sufficient to reach adsorption equilibrium, and the targets can be desorbed from the sorbent readily with 12 mL of alkalized methanol after magnetic separation. Simplified extraction procedure could be achieved because of the superparamagnetism and high saturation magnetization of the sorbent (44 emu g(-1)). Therefore, preconcentration of trace level of PFCs from water solution can be performed by using this Fe(3)O(4)/SiO(2)/C(18)+NH(2) MNP sorbent which are stable for multiple reuses.  相似文献

This paper discusses the mechanism for magnetic water treatment, which has been used practically for over a century but is still not completely understood. Modified crystallization and agglomeration, which produce a less tenacious scale, retain this property for hours following treatment. It is considered to be a result of magnetically modified hydration and Lorentz force effects of magnetic devices. In treated water, as a complex solution/dispersion system, they affect the kinetics of processes at solution/solid interfaces. Which effect prevails depends on the treatment regime and water composition.  相似文献

Monodisperse magnetic nanoparticles conjugated with complementary oligonucleotide sequences self-assemble into stable magnetic nanoassemblies resulting in a decrease of the spin-spin relaxation times (T2) of neighboring water protons. When these nanoassemblies are treated with a DNA cleaving agent, the nanoparticles become dispersed, switching the T2 of the solution back to original values. These qualities render the developed nanoparticles and their nanoassemblies as magnetic relaxation switches capable of screening for DNA-cleaving compounds by magnetic resonance methods such as MRI and NMR.  相似文献

采用失重法、腐蚀电化学方法研究了NaOH、NH4OH、单宁酸和苯并三氮唑等缓蚀剂对金属钆在水介质中腐蚀行为的影响。在没有缓蚀剂的情况下,钆在水中发生明显的点蚀,腐蚀速度为0.152g.m-2.h-1。NaOH能有效地控制金属钆在水介质中的腐蚀,经8880h的长时间浸泡,钆表面依然呈现明显的金属光泽,没有失重与点蚀发生。当采用NaOH调节苯并三氮唑(BTA)溶液的pH值接近中性时,钆在其中长时间浸泡,同样没有失重发生,表观没有发现点蚀发生。选择合适的缓蚀剂,使得钆能够在水介质中不发生腐蚀,保证了磁制冷机的长时间正常运转。  相似文献

以石墨粉为原料,采用改良Hummers方法合成石墨烯,然后通过液相还原法制备出石墨烯负载纳米铁材料(Graphene-supported nanoscale zero-valent iron,G-nZVI),借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)进行表征,并以G-nZVI为反应材料,研究其对水体中Cr(VI)的去除效率,结果显示:室温下,当G-nZVI投加量为0.4g/L,Cr(VI)的初始浓度为20 mg/L,初始pH值为3.0时,Cr(VI)的去除率在2h内可以达到95%以上。G-nZVI具有磁性,使用后可通过外加磁力除去,以防对水体的二次污染,具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

The biologically active alkaloid muscimol is present in fly agaric mushroom (Amanita muscaria), and its structure and action is related to human neurotransmitter γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA). The current study reports on determination of muscimol form present in water solution using multinuclear 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments supported by density functional theory molecular modeling. The structures of three forms of free muscimol molecule both in the gas phase and in the presence of water solvent, modeled by polarized continuous model, and nuclear magnetic isotropic shieldings, the corresponding chemical shifts, and indirect spin–spin coupling constants were calculated. Several J-couplings observed in proton and carbon NMR spectra, not available before, are reported. The obtained experimental spectra, supported by theoretical calculations, favor the zwitterion form of muscimol in water. This structure differs from NH isomer, previously determined in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution. In addition, positions of signals C3 and C5 are reversed in both solvents.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备表面修饰了十八烷基三甲基溴化铵的磁性粒子作为萃取剂,研制了一种在线磁性固相萃取(on-line MSPE)装置,建立了on-line MSPE与高效液相色谱联用测定水样中两种磺酰脲类农药(氯磺隆、苄嘧磺隆)的方法。实验优化了在线磁性固相萃取条件并进行方法学考察,证明该方法具有良好的线性关系(两种目标物的线性相关系数均≥ 0.9997)和较低的检出限(两种目标物的检出限分别为0.32和1.12 μg/L)。将此法用于3种环境水样中两种磺酰脲类农药的检测,水样中均检出氯磺隆,均未检出苄嘧磺隆。两种目标物加标回收率为70.0%~113.4%。该方法高效、简便,在分离富集环境水样中磺酰脲类农药方面有一定的应用前景。  相似文献

[structure: see text] In consideration of competition between cation-pi and hydrogen bond interaction forces, we designed a novel receptor, 1,3,5-tris(pyrrolyl)benzene, which shows high selectivity for acetylcholine (ACh). The selectivity of the receptor for ACh over other ammonium cations is demonstrated by the ion-selective electrode (ISE) method in buffer solution. The binding free energy of the receptor with ACh in chloroform solution is measured to be 3.65 kcal/mol in the presence of chloride anion by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and that in water is estimated to be much greater ( approximately 6 kcal/mol).  相似文献

Magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers have attracted significant interest because of their multifunctionality of selective recognition of target molecules and rapid magnetic response. In this contribution, magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized via surface‐initiated reversible addition addition‐fragmentation chain transfer polymerization using diethylstilbestrol as the template for the enrichment of synthetic estrogens. The uniform imprinted surface layer and the magnetic property of the magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers favored a fast binding kinetics and rapid analysis of target molecules. The static and selective binding experiments demonstrated a desirable adsorption capacity and good selectivity of the magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers in comparison to magnetic non‐molecularly imprinted polymers. Accordingly, a corresponding analytical method was developed in which magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers were employed as magnetic solid‐phase extraction materials for the concentration and determination of four synthetic estrogens (diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol, dienestrol, and bisphenol A) in fish pond water. The recoveries of these synthetic estrogens in spiked fish pond water samples ranged from 61.2 to 99.1% with a relative standard deviation of lower than 6.3%. This study provides a versatile approach to prepare well‐defined magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers sorbents for the analysis of synthetic estrogens in water solution.  相似文献

The solution enthalpies of ten polar nonelectrolytes in water preliminarily exposed to a weak magnetic field were measured and compared with thermodynamic data for water and heavy water.
