An in situ heating system was built for the Auger electron spectroscopy to investigate the thermal effect of Auger lines. A GaN sample was studied in this system. The kinetic energy of Ga LMM and MVV Auger lines were observed to shift negatively with temperature increasing. By using ab initio calculation, the theoretical Ga MVV Auger line shape was fit, which well reflects the inner property of the line. The Auger shift with heating is related with the valence electron rearrangement in the thermal expansion of the local bonds.  相似文献

以十八烷基三氯硅烷对超支化聚(胺-酯)进行改性,合成了改性的超支化聚(胺-酯)。将改性前后的超支化聚合物用于吸附二甲基亚硝胺和二苯基亚硝胺。吸附结果表明,聚合物对二甲基亚硝胺和二苯基亚硝胺的吸附率分别为51.3%和11.9%,而改性后的超支化聚合物对二甲基亚硝胺和二苯基亚硝胺的吸附率分别为67.3%和37.2%。  相似文献

从制备层柱磷酸盐的要求出发考察了烷基胺和醇胺在层状α-Zr(HPO4)2·H2O(α-ZrP)中的嵌入及其对该层状磷酸盐结构和性质的影响。发现层板剥离度与有机胺种类及加入量有关;HPO4^2-的水解程度主要取决于胺分子的碱性和层板剥离状况;已剥离的层板是介稳定的,放置后会重新有序化并发生相变。XRD及结构模型近似计算结果表明,在饱和嵌入量时,烷基胺和醇胺在α-ZrP层间呈双层排列。样品在空气中长时  相似文献

本文用交流阻抗法在长光程薄层光谱电解池中研究了溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPyBr)在玻碳电极上的吸附过程。在复数平面图的高频区获得了与电解池结构电容有关的半圆,低频区获得了与CPyBr吸附有关的阻抗及Warburg阻抗,建立了CPyBr的单分子层吸附模型及电极过程的交流阻抗等效电路。理论预测与实验数据吻合较好。  相似文献

本文制备了一系列不同碘含量的板状碘溴化银微晶(微晶大小约为3微米)。运用扫描透射电镜和X射线能谱仪(EDS)对单个微晶进行了分析和研究,半定量地测定了碘离子在板状微晶中的面分布;运用扫描俄歇微区棵针(SAM)和二次电子像、离子溅射剥层技术对微晶进行了表面及其纵深的碘离子的点分析,根据EDS和SAM的结果,可以得到板状碘溴化银微晶中的碘离子的空间分布。实验结果表明在板状缺溴化银微晶中,在其中心部位的碘含量最高;越靠近横向边缘的位置,碘含量越低。且在制备碘溴化银微晶时,如果pAg值较高,将会使在制备早期加入的碘离子通过不断的重结晶向微晶表面扩散,得到的微晶不是夹心结构的碘溴化银微晶。  相似文献

The influences of temperature and CO2 pressure on the corrosion of nickel-based alloy G30 in the stratum water containing H2S/CO2 were investigated with the aid Mott-Schottky analysis and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS), The results indicate that alloy G30 is in the passive state in the stratum water, which is related to the formation of the passive film on its surface. This passive film can significantly protect the substrate from further corrosion. And the film protection is enhanced with decreasing temperature and CO2 pressure. Auger electron spectrometry(AES) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry(XPS) results reveal that the passive film shows the double-layer structure, i.e. the inner chromium oxide and the outer iron/nickel spinel oxides or hydroxides with Mo oxides dispersing throughout the inner and outer scale.  相似文献

用动电位伏安法对含镍量10%、30%和50%的铜镍合金以及含钴量5.1%、9.7%、15 %、25%和40%的铜钴合金电极在硼砂-硼酸缓冲溶液(pH 8.5)中的光电化学行为进行了 研究.铜镍合金和铜钴合金均显示p-型光响应,铜镍合金的光响应来自Cu2O,铜钴合金的光 响应来自Cu2O和氧化钴.含镍量10%和30%的铜镍合金电极以及含钴量5.1%铜钴合金电极的 最大光电流iph,max均大于纯铜电极,含钴量15%、25%和40%的铜钴合金电极以及含镍量 50%的铜镍合金电极由于电极表面相当一部分面积分别被氧化钴和氧化镍所占有,iph,max 小于纯铜电极.铜镍合金电极的φv值(电位负向扫描过程中电极表面完全还原为Cu时的电位 )负于纯铜电极,而铜钴合金电极的φv值与纯铜电极大致相等, NiO的存在致使铜镍合金 表面Cu2O膜具有更大的稳定性.从光电化学角度通过φv和iph,max反映铜合金的耐腐蚀性能 与交流阻抗法测得的结果相符.  相似文献

EPR研究表明,全氟酰基过氧化物在室温下可将脂肪族仲胺氧化成相应的稳定双烷基氮氧自由基。它们与RNH2的氧化反应是单电子转移过程,生成烷基-全氟酰氧基氮氧自由基RN(O·)OCORF;当R为叔烷基时,还生成RN(O·)R、RN(O·)H、RN(O·)RF和RN(O·)RF′(RF′=RF-CF2)等4种稳定性差别很大的氮氧自由基。EPR研究结果揭示了该反应机理的重要信息。  相似文献

通过SEM观察,X射线光电子能谱分析,电化学阻抗谱测定和阳极极化曲线的测试,探讨激光熔凝处理对纯铁渗稀土层组织与耐蚀性能的影响,结果表明,在一定条件下,激光熔凝处理可进一步提高纯铁渗稀土层组织的致密性与均匀性,显著提高稀土渗层的耐蚀性。  相似文献

利用叠加交流伏安法、线性电位扫描法、交流阻抗技术和XPS研究了铅铈合金和铅钙锡合金在阳极1.28 V, 4.5 mol/L的硫酸溶液中所形成的阳极腐蚀膜. 结果表明: 稀土铈能抑制阳极膜中高阻抗的Pb(II)化合物的生长, 降低腐蚀膜的阻抗, 并增加膜的孔隙率. 同时可以提高合金的析氢过电位, 有利于电池免维护性能的提高.  相似文献

用自组装技术在铜电极表面上制备了纯烯丙基硫服自组装膜,并以十二烷基硫 醇进一步修饰得到混合自组装膜。最后,将混合膜覆盖的铜电极浸入NaCl溶液中, 进行交流电处理,电化学交流阻抗谱和极化曲线测定表明,经过交流电处理后,在 0.5mol·dm^-3 NaCl溶液中,电荷传递电阻增大,腐蚀电流密度下降,膜的最大 覆盖度为98.6%,对金属铜腐蚀的续蚀效率为98.5%。而且,不论交流电处理与 否,混合自组装膜在较宽的电极电位范围内均表现出很强的稳定性。  相似文献

The corrosion of printed circuit boards can be effectively prevented with a polyurethane conformal coating. In this study, the protective performance of PU coating was investigated systematically through electrochemical measurements and simulated exposure/immersion tests. Some fungi tests were also included. All experimental results show that a polyurethane coating effectively inhibits corrosion on printed circuit boards. The optimal thickness of the coating film should be about 60 μm. Long-term exposure tests showed that this coating material could preserve the reliability of the investigated printed circuit boards for more than 400 days in a 90% relative humidity environment at 25°C.  相似文献

半胱氨酸在碳钢与硫酸界面的缓蚀行为   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
Interfacial behavior of cysteine (Cys) between mild steel and sulfuric acid solution as a corrosion inhibitor has been studied with electrochemical AC (alternating current) and DC (direct current) techniques at (25.0±0.1) ℃. The AC impedance results were evaluated using equivalent circuits in which a constant phase element (CPE) has been replaced with double layer capacitance (Cdl) to represent the frequency distribution of experimental data. Changes in impedance parameters (charge transfer resistance and double layer capacitance) indicated that cysteine molecules acted by accumulating at the metal/solution interface. The fractional coverage of the metal surface (θ) was determined using AC impedance results and it was found that the adsorption of cysteine on the mild steel surface followed a Langmuir isothermmodel with a standard free energy of adsorption (⊿G0ads) of -35.1 kJ·mol-1.  To clarify the type of interaction between mild steel surface and cysteine molecules with a molecular orbital approach, electronic properties, such as, the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy, the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy, and the frontier molecular orbital coefficients have been calculated. Energy gaps for the interaction of mild steel surface and cysteine molecules (ELUMOFe-EHOMOCys and ELUMOCys-EHOMOFe) were used to determine whether cysteine molecules acted as electron donors or electron acceptors when they interacted with the mild steel surface. The local reactivity was evaluated through the condensed Fukui indices. Theoretical calculations were carried out using the density functional theory (DFT) at B3LYP level with the 6-311++G(d,p) basis set for all atoms by Gaussian 03W program.  相似文献

Additional kinetic-theory analytical results are presented concerning the thermophoretic force acting on a spherical nonmetallic or metallic, nonevaporating or evaporating particle suspended in a plasma for the extreme case of free-molecule regime and thin plasma sheath. A combined specular and diffuse reflection of the atoms incident on or formed in the ion–electron recombination process at the particle surface has been taken into account in this analysis as an extension of the previous paper (Xi Chen, J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys. 30, 826–841, 1997). It has been shown that the specular reflection fraction of gas particles at the surface does not affect the thermophoretic force acting on a nonevaporating, metallic or nonmetallic, spherical particle, but they affect significantly the evaporation-added thermophoretic force. The evaporation-added thermophoretic force decreases linearly with the increase of the specular reflection fraction, and the decreasing rate for a nonmetallic evaporating particle is much greater than that for a metallic one at high plasma temperatures.  相似文献
