Well-dispersed iridium(0) nanoparticles stabilized with the ionic liquid, trihexyltetradecylphosphonium methylsulfonate, [THTdP][MS], have been successfully prepared by reduction of the precursor hydridoiridium carborane, (Ph 3P) 2Ir(H)(7,8- nido-C 2B 9H 11). The iridium nanoparticles were found to be active catalysts for arylborylation, forming boric acids. The activity of the catalyst has been investigated as a function of the activating base, and reaction conditions. The highest yield of 91% was achieved in a microwave reactor using the base, tetra-2-pyridinylpyrazine, in the presence of [THTdP][MS]. The catalytic system could be recycled at least six times with less than a 0.5% loss of activity.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) nitrosyl complexes with polypyrazolylmethanes, [(Bpm)Ru(NO)Cl3] [Bpm = bis(1-pyrazolyl)methane, 1], [(Bpm)Ru(NO)Cl3] [Bpm = bis(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane, 2], [(Tpm)Ru(NO)Cl2][PF6] [Tpm = tris(1-pyrazolyl)methane, 3], and [(Tpm)Ru(NO)Cl2][PF6] [Tpm = tris(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane, 4], have been synthesized and characterized. The solid-state structures of [(Bpm)Ru(NO)Cl3] (2) and [(Tpm)Ru(NO)Cl2][PF6] (4) were determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallographic analyses. These complexes have been tested as catalysts in the transfer hydrogenation of several ketones under mild conditions.  相似文献

Treatment of [Cp∗Ir(ppy)Cl] (Cp∗ = η5-C5Me5, ppyH = 2-(2-pyridyl)phenyl) with Ag(OTf) (OTf− = triflate) in MeOH and MeCN gave the solvento complexes [Cp∗Ir(ppy)(solv)][OTf] (solv = MeOH (1) and MeCN (2)). Complex 1 is capable of catalyzing oxidation and azirdination of styrene with PhIO and PhINTs (Ts = tosyl), respectively. Treatment of 2 with a stoichiometric amount of PhINTs resulted in the insertion of the NTs group into the Ir-C(ppy) bond and formation of [Cp∗Ir(η2-ppy-NTs)(MeCN)][OTf] (3). Treatment of 1 with R2E2 afforded [Cp∗Ir(ppy)(η1-R2E2)][OTf] (E = S (4), Se (5), Te (6)). Reactions of 4 and 5 with Ag(OTf) resulted in cleavage of the E-E bond and insertion of an ER group into the Ir-C(ppy) bond. The crystal structures of complexes 2-6 and [Cp∗Ir(η2-ppy-S-p-tol)(H2O)][OTf]2 have been determined.  相似文献

The early-late heterometallic complexes [TiCp((OCH2)2Py)(μ-O)M(COD)] (M = Rh, Ir) behave as four-electron donor ligands yielding the polynuclear cationic complexes [TiCp(OCH2)2 Py(μ-O){M(COD)}2]OTf (M = Rh (1), Ir (2)). The molecular structure of complex 1 has been established through an X-ray diffraction study.  相似文献

Reactions of [M(Cp)Cl(μ-Cl)]2 (M = Ir(1a); M = Rh(1b)) with tridentate ligands tpt (tpt = 2,4,6-tripyridyl-1,3,5-triazine) gave the corresponding trinuclear complexes [M3(Cp)33-4-tpt-κN)Cl6] (M = Ir(2a); M = Rh(2b)), which can be converted into hexanuclear complexes [M6(Cp)63-4-tpt-κN)2(μ-Cl)6](O3SCF3)6 (M = Ir(3a); M = Rh(3b)) by treatment with AgO3SCF3, respectively. X-ray of 3b revealed that each of six pentamethylcyclopentadienyl metal moieties was connected by two μ-Cl-bridged atoms and a tridentate ligand to construct a cation triangular metallo-prism cavity with the volume of about 273 Å3 based on the distance of the two triazine moieties is 3.62 Å.  相似文献

The reaction of [CpRu(PPh3)2Cl] and [CpOs(PPh3)2Br] with chelating 2-(2′-pyridyl)imidazole (N ∩ N) ligands and NH4PF6 yields cationic complexes of the type [CpM(N ∩ N)(PPh3)]+ (1: M = Ru, N ∩ N = 2-(2′-pyridyl)imidazole; 2: M = Ru, N ∩ N = 2-(2′-pyridyl)benzimidazole; 3: M = Ru, N ∩ N = 2-(2′-pyridyl)-4,5-dimethylimidazole; 4: M = Ru, N ∩ N = 2-(2′-pyridyl)-4,5-diphenylimidazole; 5: M = Os, N ∩ N = 2-(2′-pyridyl)imidazole; 6: M = Os, N ∩ N = 2-(2′-pyridyl)benzimidazole). They have been isolated and characterized as their hexafluorophosphate salts. Similarly, in the presence of NH4PF6, [Cp∗Ir(μ-Cl)Cl]2 reacts in dry methanol with N ∩ N chelating ligands to afford in excellent yield [Cp∗Ir(N ∩ N)Cl]PF6 (7: N ∩ N = 2-(2′-pyridyl)imidazole; 8: N ∩ N = 2-(2′-pyridyl)benzimidazole). All the compounds have been characterized by infrared and NMR spectroscopy and the molecular structure of [1]PF6, [2]PF6 and [7]PF6 by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis.  相似文献

Coordinatively unsaturated rhodium and iridium complexes having a bulky thiolate, [Cp∗M(PMe3)(SDmp)](BArF4) (1a: M = Rh; 1b: M = Ir; Dmp = 2,6-(mesityl)2C6H3, ArF = 3,5-(CF3)2C6H3), catalyzed the hydrogenation of benzaldehyde, N-benzylideneaniline, and cyclohexanone, under 1 atm of H2 at low temperatures. In these catalytic reactions, the M-H/S-H complexes [Cp∗M(PMe3)(H)(HSDmp)](BArF4) (2a: M = Rh; 2b: M = Ir) generated via H2 heterolysis by 1a or 1b were suggested to transfer both M-H hydride and S-H proton to substrates. The catalytic reactions were terminated by the dissociation of H-SDmp from the metal centers of 2a and 2b that occurs at ambient temperature under H2 atmosphere.  相似文献

Reactions of a sulfido- and thiolato-bridged diiridium complex [(CpIr)2(μ-S)(μ-SCH2CH2CN)2] (Cp = η5-C5Me5) with [(CpMCl)2(μ-Cl)2] (M = Ir, Rh) afforded the sulfido- and thiolato-bridged trinuclear clusters [(CpM)(CpIr)23-S)(μ2-SCH2CH2CN)22-Cl)]Cl (4: M = Ir, 5: M = Rh). Upon treatment with XyNC (Xy = 2,6-Me2C6H3) in the presence of KPF6 at 60 °C, 4 was converted into a mixture of a mononuclear XyNC complex [CpIr(SCH2CH2CN)(CNXy)2][PF6] (6) and a dinuclear XyNC complex [{CpIr(CNXy)}2(μ-S)(μ-SCH2CH2CN)][PF6] (7). On the other hand, reactions of 4 and 5 with methyl propiolate in the presence of KPF6 at 60 °C resulted in the formation of a cyclic trimer of the alkyne 1,3,5-C6H3(COOMe)3 as the sole detectable organic product. The reactions proceeded catalytically with retention of the cluster cores of 4 and 5, whereby the activity of the former was much higher than that of the latter.  相似文献

Reactions of 0.5 eq. of the dinuclear complexes [(η6-arene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (arene = η6-C6H6, η6-p-iPrC6H4Me) and [(Cp∗)M(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (M = Rh, Ir; Cp∗ = η5-C5Me5) with 4,6-disubstituted pyrazolyl-pyrimidine ligands (L) viz. 4,6-bis(pyrazolyl)pyrimidine (L1), 4,6-bis(3-methyl-pyrazolyl)pyrimidine (L2), 4,6-bis(3,5-dimethyl-pyrazolyl)pyrimidine (L3) lead to the formation of the cationic mononuclear complexes [(η6-C6H6)Ru(L)Cl]+ (L = L1, 1; L2, 2; L3, 3), [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)Ru(L)Cl]+ (L = L1, 4; L2, 5; L3, 6), [(Cp∗)Rh(L)Cl]+ (L = L1, 7; L2, 8; L3, 9) and [(Cp∗)Ir(L)Cl]+ (L = L1, 10; L2, 11; L3, 12), while reactions with 1.0 eq. of the dinuclear complexes [(η6-arene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 and [(Cp∗)M(μ-Cl)Cl]2 give rise to the dicationic dinuclear complexes [{(η6-C6H6)RuCl}2(L)]2+ (L = L1, 13; L2, 14; L3, 15), [{(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)RuCl}2(L)]2+ (L = L1, 16; L2, 17; L3, 18), [{(Cp∗)RhCl}2(L)]2+ (L = L1, 19; L2, 20; L3, 21) and [{(Cp∗)IrCl}2(L)]2+ (L = L1 22; L2, 23; L3 24). Hydrogenation of cyclohexene with 0.1 mol% of the (nitrosyl)ruthenium catalyst [CpRu(NO)(C6H5)2] (1; Cp = η5-C5(CH3)5) under 1.0 MPa of H2 in water at 90 °C for 13 h afforded cyclohexane in 94% yield. The nitrosyl-bridged dinuclear complex [CpRu(μ2-NO)2RuCp] (2) and the mononuclear cyclohexene complex [CpRu(NO)(η2-C6H10)] (3), which also serve as catalyst precursors, have been obtained from the reaction mixture. X-ray crystallographic analyses of 2 and 3 have revealed that the bridging nitrosyl ligands in 2 form an almost planar Ru2N2 four-membered ring with the Ru–Ru distance of 2.5366(5) Å, whereas the nitrosyl ligand in 3 is linear. On the other hand, a ruthenium complex without a nitrosyl ligand [CpRu(CH3CN)3][OSO2CF3] proved to be less effective for this hydrogenation.  相似文献

New atom-economical catalytic systems consisting of [CpIrCl2]2/NaOAc (Cp=pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) for the N-alkylation of carbamates and amides using alcohols as alkylating agents under solvent-free conditions have been developed. For example, the reaction of n-butyl carbamate with benzyl alcohol in the presence of [CpIrCl2]2 (5.0 mol % Ir) and NaOAc (5.0 mol %) at 130 °C under the absence of solvent gives n-butyl N-benzylcarbamate in the yield of 94%. The present catalytic system is applicable to not only carbamates but also amides, and only harmless water is produced as co-product.  相似文献

Reaction of 3,4-dimethylphospholylthallium (Tl-1) with [CpMCl2]2 (M = Rh, Ir) leads to the formation of the dimeric species [(CpM)2(Me2C4H2P)3]+2 and 3 with bridging μ-η11-phospholyl ligands. The phosphametallocenium sandwich complexes [CpM(Me2C4(SiMe3)2P)]+7 (M = Rh) and 8 (M = Ir) could be obtained from the reaction of [CpMCl2]2 and the 2,5-bis(trimethylsilyl)-1-trimethylstannylphosphole 6, with the bulky trimethylsilyl groups preventing the phosphole from η1- and enforcing a η5-coordination. The structures of phospharhodocenium cation 7 and a byproduct 9 containing a phosphairidocenium moiety could be determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Reactions of [CpIr(CO)(TeTol)2] (1; Tol = p-tolyl) with certain organometallic Pd(II), Pt(II), Ir(III), Rh(III), and Ru(II) species afforded IrPd, IrPt, IrPt2, Ir2, IrRh, IrRu3, and IrRu complexes having tellurolato-bridged dinuclear or trinuclear cores. This finding demonstrates that 1 is a versatile precursor to synthesize a variety of multinuclear homo- and heterometallic μ-tellurolato complexes, whose chemistry is still less advanced as compared with that of μ-thiolato complexes.  相似文献

A versatile and highly atom economical catalytic system consisting of [CpIrCl2]2/NaHCO3 (Cp=pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) for the N-alkylation of amines with primary and secondary alcohols as alkylating reagents has been developed. For example, the reaction of equimolar amounts of aniline and benzyl alcohol in the presence of [CpIrCl2]2 (1.0 mol % Ir) and NaHCO3 (1.0 mol %) in toluene at 110 °C gives N-benzylaniline in 94% yield. The present catalytic system is applicable to the N-alkylation of both primary and secondary amines, and only harmless water is produced as co-product. A wide variety of secondary and tertiary amines can be synthesized with high atom economy under mild and less-toxic conditions. One-pot sequential N-alkylation leading to tertiary amines bearing three different substituents is also described.  相似文献

The 16-electron half-sandwich complexes CpRh[E2C2(B10H10)] (E = S, 1a; Se, 1b) react with [Ru(COD)Cl2]x under different conditions to give different types of heterometallic complexes. When the reactions were carried out in THF for 24 h, the binuclear Rh/Ru complexes [CpRh(μ-Cl)2(COD)Ru][E2C2(B10H10)] (E = S, 2a; Se, 2b) bridged by two Cl atoms and the binuclear Rh/Rh complexes (CpRh)2[E2C2(B10H10)] (E = S, 3a; Se, 3b) with direct Rh-Rh bond can be isolated in moderate yields. [Ru(COD)Cl2] fragments in 2a and 2b have inserted into the Rh-E bond. If the [Ru(COD)Cl2]x was reacted with 1a in the presence of K2CO3 in methanol solution, the product [CpRh(COD)]Ru[S2C2(B10H10]] (4a), K[(μ-Cl)(μ-OCH3)Ru(COD)]4 (5a) and 3a were obtained. The B(3)-H activation in complex 4a was found. However, when the reaction between 1b and [Ru(COD)Cl2]x was carried out in excessive NaHCO3, the carborane cage opened products {CpRh[S2C2(B9H10)]}Ru(COD) (6b), {CpRh[S2C2(B9H9)]}Ru(COD)(OCH3) (7b) and 3b were obtained. All complexes were fully characterized by their IR, 1H NMR and elemental analyses. The molecular structures of 2a, 2b, 3b, 4a, 5a, and 7b have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The electronic structures and spectroscopic properties of a series of mixed bis-cyclometalated iridium(III) complexes [Ir(ppy)2X2] (X = CN, 1; X = NCS, 2; X = NCO, 3; ppy = 2-phenylpyridl) were investigated at the B3LYP/LANL2DZ and CIS/LANL2DZ levels. The calculated geometry parameters in the ground state are well consistent with the corresponding experimental values. The HOMO of 1 is dominantly localized on Ir atom and ppy ligand, but the HOMO of 2 and 3 have significant X ligand composition. Under the TD-DFT level with PCM model, the absorption and phosphorescence in CH2Cl2 media were calculated based on the optimized geometries in the ground and excited states, respectively. The lowest-lying absorption of 1 at 403 nm is attributed to {[dx2-y2(Ir)+dxy(Ir)+π(ppy)]→[π(ppy)]} transition with metal-to-ligand and intraligand charge transfer (MLCT/ILCT) transition characters, whereas those of 2 (449 nm) and 3 (475 nm) are related to {[dx2-y2(Ir)+dxy(Ir)+π(ppy)+π(NCS/NCO)]→[π(ppy)]} transition with MLCT/ILCT and ligand-to-ligand charge transfer (LLCT) transition characters. The phosphorescence of 1 at 466 nm can be described as originating from 3{[dx2-y2(Ir)+dxy(Ir)+π(ppy)][π(ppy)]} excited state, while those of 2 (487 nm) and 3 (516 nm) originate from 3{[dx2-y2(Ir)+dxy(Ir)+π(ppy)+π(NCS/NCO)][π(ppy)]} excited states. The calculated results showed that the transition character of the absorption and emission can be changed by adjusting the π electron-accepting abilities of the X ligands and the phosphorescent color can be tuned by altering the X ligands.  相似文献

Several (azido)iridium(III) complexes having a pentamethylcyclopentadienyl (Cp∗) group, [Cp∗Ir(N3)2(Ph2Ppy-κP)] (1: Ph2Ppy = 2-diphenylphosphinopyridine), [Cp∗Ir(N3)(Ph2Ppy-κP,κN)]CF3SO3 (2), [Cp∗Ir(N3)(dmpm)]PF6 (3: dmpm = bis(dimethylphosphino)methane), [Cp∗Ir(N3)(Ph2Pqn)]PF6··CH3OH (4··CH3OH: Ph2Pqn = 8-diphenylphosphinoquinoline), and [Cp∗Ir(N3)(pybim)] (5: Hpybim = 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole) have been prepared and their crystal structures have been analyzed by X-ray diffraction. In complex 1, the Ph2Ppy ligand is only coordinated via the P atom (-κP), while in 2 it acts as a bidentate ligand through the P and N atoms (-κP,κN) to form a four-membered chelate ring. Comparing the structural parameters of the chelate ring in 2 with those of a similar five-membered chelate ring formed by Ph2Pqn in 4, it became apparent that the angular distortion in the Ph2Ppy-κP,κN ring was remarkable, although the Ir–P and Ir–N bonds in the Ph2Ppy-κP,κN ring were not elongated very much from the corresponding bonds in the Ph2Pqn-κP,κN ring. In the pybim complex 5, the five-membered chelate ring was coplanar with the pyridine and benzimidazolyl rings. With the related (azido)iridium(III) complexes analyzed previously, comparison of the structural parameters of the Ir–N3 moiety in [Cp∗IrIII(N3)(L–L′)]+/0 complexes reveals an anomalous feature of the 2,2′-bipyridyl (bpy) complex, [Cp∗Ir(N3)(bpy)]PF6.  相似文献

Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) and electrochemistry are reported for a heterometallic soft salt, [Ru(dtbubpy)3][Ir(ppy)2(CN)2]2 ( [Ir][Ru][Ir] ), consisting of a 2:1 ratio of complementary charged Ru and Ir complexes possessing two different emission colors. The [Ru]2+ and [Ir]? moieties in the [Ir][Ru][Ir] greatly reduce the energy required to produce ECL. Though ECL intensity in the annihilation path was enhanced 18× relative to that of [Ru(bpy)3]2+, ECL in the co‐reactant path with tri‐n‐propylamine was enhanced a further 4×. Spooling spectroscopy gives insight into ECL mechanisms: the unique light emission at 634 nm is due to the [Ru]2+* excited state and no [Ir]?* was generated in either route. Overall, the soft salt system is anticipated to be attractive and suitable for the development of efficient and low‐energy‐cost ECL detection systems.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and chemistry of novel η3-allyl metal complexes (M = Ir, Rh) are described. The structures of compounds (C5Me4H)Ir(PPh3)Cl2 (1), (C5Me4H)Ir(PPh3)(η3-1-methylallyl)Br (3a), (C5Me4H)Ir(η4-1,3,5-hexatriene) (8), and (C5Me5)Rh(η3-1-ethylallyl)Br (5d) have been determined by X-ray crystallography. Structural comparisons among these complexes are discussed. It is found that the neutral metal allylic complex [CpIrCl(η3-methylallyl)] (5) ionizes in polar solvents to give [CpIr(η3-methylallyl)]+Cl (6) and reaches equilibrium (5 ? 6) at room temperature. Addition of tertiary phosphine ligands to neutral complexes such as [CpIr(η3-methylallyl)Cl], results in the formation of stable ionic phosphine adducts. Factors such as solvent, length of carbon chain, temperature and light are discussed with respect to the formation, stability and structure of the allyl complexes.  相似文献

The synthesis of half-sandwich binuclear transition-metal complexes containing the CabC,C chelate ligands (CabC,C = C2B10H10 (1)) is described. 1Li2 was reacted with chloride-bridged dimers [Cp∗RhCl(μ-Cl)]2 (Cp∗ = η5-C5(CH3)5), [Cp′RhCl(μ-Cl)]2 (Cp′ = η5-1,3-tBu2C5H3), [Cp∗IrCl(μ-Cl)]2 and [(p-cymene)RuCl(μ-Cl)]2 to give half-sandwich binuclear complexes [Cp∗Rh(μ-Cl)]2(CabC,C) (2), [Cp′Rh(μ-Cl)]2(CabC,C) [3),[Cp∗Ir(μ-Cl)]2(CabC,C) (4) and [(p-cymene)Ru(μ-Cl)]2(CabC,C) (5), respectively. Addition reactions of the ruthenium complex 5 with air gave [(p-cymene)2Ru2(μ-OH)(μ-Cl)](CabC,C) (6), rhodium complex 2 with LiSPh gave [Cp∗Rh(μ-SPh)]2(CabC,C) (7). The complexes were characterized by IR, NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. In addition, X-ray structure analysis were performed on complexes 2-7 where the potential C,C-chelate ligand was found to coordinate in a bidentate mode as a bridge.  相似文献
