Unusual syntheses of vinyl substituted ferrocenylstibines viz. diphenyl(2-vinylferrocenyl) stibine (2) and iodo-(N,N-dimethylaminoethylferrocenyl)(2-vinylferrocenyl)stibine (4) involving β-elimination, are reported. Stibines Ph2SbFc (1) or Fc2SbCl (3) containing dimethylaminoethyl-pendant arm on a ferrocenyl ring on reaction with MeI gives vinyl substituted ferrocenylstibines. All the new stibines were characterized by IR, mass, 1H, 13C, COSY, HETCOR NMR spectroscopy. The structures of all of these 1,2-disubstituted ferrocenylstibines were determined by X-ray diffraction analyses. The compounds 3 and 4 show hypervalent bonding between the antimony and nitrogen atoms giving 6 and 5 coordinated antimony, respectively. This is the first report on ferrocenylstibines containing a vinyl group in their framework.  相似文献

The solvent-free reactions of fullerenes and N-alkylglycines with and without aldehydes (RCHO) 2a-e under high-speed vibration milling (HSVM) conditions have been investigated. Fulleropyrrolidines 4a-e (C60(CH2N(CH3)CHR), R=H (4a), C6H5 (4b), p-NO2-C6H4 (4c), p-CH3O-C6H4 (4d), p-(CH3)2N-C6H4 (4e)) were obtained in moderate yields from reactions of C60 with aldehydes 2a-e and N-methylglycine (Prato reaction). In all these solvent-free reactions, 4a was found to be formed besides 4b-e, indicating that fullerenes can react with N-substituted glycines in the absence of aldehyde to give fulleropyrrolidines. For this novel reaction, a possible reaction mechanism involving an electron transfer process has been proposed. Intrigued by this observation, the dependence of the yield on the reagent ratio for the reaction of C60 with paraformaldehyde and/or N-methylglycine was examined to search the optimal conditions. The reaction of C70 with paraformaldehyde and/or N-methylglycine under HSVM conditions was also studied and was found to give the positional isomers of [70]fulleropyrrolidines.  相似文献

A new tertiary stibine ligand (1) containing acetal group at the ortho-position has been synthesized. This new stibine was then complexed with to obtain trans-PtCl2L2 (2) where stibine acts as a monodentate ligand. The acetal was hydrolyzed in a slightly acidic medium and forms a very new stibine (3) containing formyl group at the ortho-position. When (3) was reduced with NaBH4 an unusual oxastibol (4) derivative was obtained under the experimental conditions used. All the compounds were characterized by IR, mass, 1H, 13C, COSY and HETCOR NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of (2), (3) and (4) were determined. Compound (3) crystallizes in two different polymorphs (3a) and (3b) and both the polymorphs show hypervalent antimony with three Sb?O interactions and the molecule exists in O-cis-exo configuration. Compound (4) shows intramolecular Sb?O interactions. To the best of our knowledge this is the first report on organoantimony compounds containing carbonyl groups though their phosphorus and bismuth analogues are well known. Compound (2) shows helicoidal chirality, which is a very new concept in antimony chemistry  相似文献

The syntheses and characterization of two novel ferrocene derivatives containing 3,5-diphenylpyrazole units of general formula [1-R-3,5-Ph2-(C3N2)-CH2-Fc] {Fc = (η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4) and R = H (2) or Me (3)} together with a study of their reactivity with palladium(II) and platinum(II) salts or complexes under different experimental conditions is described. These studies have allowed us to isolate and characterize trans-[Pd{1-Me-3,5-Ph2-(C3N2)-CH2-Fc]}2Cl2] (4a) and three different types of heterodimetallic complexes: cis-[M{1-Me-3,5-Ph2-(C3N2)-CH2-Fc]}Cl2(dmso)] {M = Pd (5a) or Pt (5b)}, the cyclometallated products [M{κ2-C,N-[3-(C6H4)-1-Me-5-Ph-(C3N2)]-CH2-Fc}Cl(L)] with L = PPh3 and M = Pd (6a) or Pt (6b) or L = dmso and M = Pt (8b) and the trans-isomer of [Pt{1-Me-3,5-Ph2-(C3N2)-CH2-Fc]}Cl2(dmso)] (7b). In compounds 4a, 5a, 5b and 7b, the ligand behaves as a neutral N-donor group; while in 6a, 6b and 8b it acts as a bidentate [C(sp2,phenyl),N(pyrazole)] group. A comparative study of the spectroscopic properties of the compounds, based on NMR, IR and UV-Visible experiments, is also reported.  相似文献

The novel bidentate ligand, C5H4CPh2CH2-(1-Me-C3H4N2) (3), has been prepared and characterized as its lithium salt LiC5H4CPh2CH2-(1-Me-C3H4N2) (3-Li). Cyclopentadiene HC5H4CPh2CH2-(1-Me-C3H4N2) (3-H) has been obtained from 6,6-diphenylfulvene and 1,2-dimethylimidazoline (1). In THF-d8 solution in the presence of 1, (1-methylimidazoline-2-yl)methyllithium (2) has been proved to undergo gradual conversion into a dilithium derivative of N1-methyl-N2-[(1E,2E)-1-methyl-2-(1-methylimidazolidine-2-idene)ethylidene]ethane-1,2-diamine (2a). In a solution, cyclopentadiene 3-H has been shown to undergo isomerization into 3-{N-[2-(N-methylamino)ethyl]amino}-1,1-diphenyl-1,2-dihydropentalene (4) and, further, into a mixture of 4 and two rotameric 3-[N-(2-aminoethyl)-N-methylamino]-1,1-diphenyl-1,2-dihydropentalenes (5a) and (5b). Treatment of the lithium salt 3-Li with Me3SiCl has lead to 3-{N-[2-(N-trimethylsilylamino)ethyl]amino}-1,1-diphenyl-1,2-dihydropentalene (6) as the dominant component in the reaction mixture. In the latter case the expected Me3Si-C5H4CPh2CH2-(1-Me-C3H4N2) (3-Si) was not observed. Stannylation of 3-Li with 1 equiv. of Me3SnCl has resulted in formation of a mixture of Me3Sn-C5H4CPh2CH2-(1-Me-C3H4N2) (3-Sn), (Me3Sn)2-C5H3CPh2CH2-(1-Me-C3H4N2) (3-Sn2), and cyclopentadiene 3-H in a ca. 2:1:1 molar ratio. Monocyclopentadienyl complexes {[η51N-C5H4CPh2CH2-(1-Me-C3H4N2)]MCl3 (M = Ti (7), Zr (8)) have been prepared starting from the organotin and organolithium compounds 3-Sn and 3-Li, respectively. The dynamic behavior of complexes 7 and 8 has been investigated by means of variable-temperature NMR spectroscopy in solutions. The molecular structures of the dihydropentalene 4, binuclear complex {[η51N-C5H4CPh2CH2-(1-Me-C3H4N2)]ZrCl2}2(μ-Cl)28, and a coordination dimer of the dilithium salt 2a have been established by X-ray diffraction analysis. In the crystal structure of the 2a-dimer, the shortest known Li-Li contact has been found.  相似文献

The neutral complexes [Rh(I)(NBD)((1S)-10-camphorsulfonate)] (2) and [Rh(I)((R)-N-acetylphenylalanate)] (4) reacted with bis-(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) to form the cationic Rh(I)(NBD)(dppe) complexes, 5 and 6, respectively, accompanied by their corresponding chiral counteranions. Analogously, 4 reacted with 4,4-dimethylbipyridine to yield complex 7. Complexes 5 and 6 disproportionated in aprotic solvents to form the corresponding bis-diphosphine complexes 8 and 9, respectively. 8 was characterized by an X-ray crystal structure analysis. In order to form achiral Rh(I) complexes bearing chiral countercations new sulfonated monophosphines 13-16 with chiral ammonium cations were synthesized. Tris-triphenylphosphinosulfonic acid (H3TPPS, 11) was used to protonate chiral amines to yield chiral ammonium phosphines 14-16. Thallium-tris-triphenylphosphinosulfonate (Tl3TPPS, 12) underwent metathesis with a chiral quartenary ammonium iodide to yield the proton free chiral ammonium phosphine 13. Phosphines 15 and 16 reacted with [Rh(NBD)2]BF4 to afford the highly charged chiral zwitterionic complexes [Rh(NBD)(TPPS)2][(R)-N,N-dimethyl-1-(naphtyl)ethylammonium]5 (17) and [Rh(NBD)(TPPS)2][BF4][(R)-N,N-dimethyl-phenethylammonium]6 (18), respectively. Complexes 5, 6, and 18 were tested as precatalysts for the hydrogenation of de-hydro-N-acetylphenylalanine (19) and methyl-(Z)-(α)-acetoamidocinnamate (MAC, 20) under homogeneous and heterogeneous (silica-supported and self-supported) conditions. None of the reactions was enantioselective.  相似文献

N-Butadienylsuccinimide (1), iso-propyl N-butadienyl-(S)-pyroglutamate (5) and N-butadienyl-(R)-4-phenyloxazolidin-2-one (6) reacted with vinylphosphonates, vicinally-substituted (2) by electronwithdrawing groups (CO2Me, CN, COMe), to furnish [4+2] cycloadducts (3-4,7-10, and 11-14) in moderate to good yields (40-88%). The reactions were highly selective: regioselectivity of 95-100%, endoselectivity of 75-92% and facial selectivity of 80-95%. The major diastereoisomers were fully characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

[2 + 3] Cycloaddition reactions of the di(azido)-PdII complex trans-[Pd(N3)2(PPh3)2] (1) with an organonitrile RCN (2), under heating for 12 h, give the bis(tetrazolato) complexes trans-[Pd(N4CR)2(PPh3)2] (3) [R = Me (3a), Ph (3b), 4-ClC6H4 (3c), 4-FC6H4 (3d), 2-NC5H4 (3e), 3-NC5H4 (3f), 4-NC5H4 (3g)]. The reaction of trans-[Pd(N3)2(PPh3)2] (1) with propionitrile (2h) also affords, apart from trans-[Pd(N4CEt)2(PPh3)2] (3h), the unexpected mixed cyano-tetrazolato complex trans-[Pd(CN)(N4CEt)(PPh3)2] (3h′) which is derived from the reaction of the bis(tetrazolato) 3h with propionitrile, with concomitant formation of 5-ethyl-1H-tetrazole, via a suggested unusual oxidative addition of the nitrile to PdII. The [2 + 3] cycloadditions of [Pd(N3)2(PTA)2] (4) (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) with RCN (2), under heating for 12 h, give the bis(tetrazolato) complexes trans-[Pd(N4CR)2(PTA)2] (5) [R = Ph (5a), 2-NC5H4 (5b), 3-NC5H4 (5c), 4-NC5H4 (5d)]. All these reactions are greatly accelerated by microwave irradiation (1 h, 125 °C, 300 W). Taking advantage of the hydro-solubility of PTA, a simple liberation of 5-phenyl-1H-tetrazole from the coordination sphere of trans-[Pd(N4CPh)2(PTA)2] (5a) was achieved. The complexes were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C{1H} and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopies, ESI+-MS, elemental analyses and, for 3b, also by X-ray structure analysis. Weak agostic interactions between the CH groups of the triphenylphosphines and the palladium(II) centre were found.  相似文献

Two new phlegmarane-type alkaloids, cermizines A (1) and B (2), three new quinolizidine alkaloids, cermizine C (3) and senepodines G (4) and H (5), and a new C16N2 type alkaloid consisting of a quinolizidine and a piperidine ring, cermizine D (6), as well as two new cernuane-type alkaloids, cernuine N-oxide (7) and lycocernuine N-oxide (8), have been isolated together with cernuine (9) and lycocernuine (10) from the club moss Lycopodium cernuum and L. chinense. The relative stereochemistry of 1-4 and 6, and the absolute stereochemistry of 5, 7, and 8 were elucidated by combination of NOESY correlations, modified Mosher's method, chemical transformations, and computational methods. Cermizine D (6) might be a biosynthetic intermediate of cernuane-type alkaloids such as 7-10.  相似文献

A new series of titanium(IV) and zirconium(IV) amides have been prepared from the reaction between M(NMe2)4 (M = Ti, Zr) and C2-symmetric ligands, (R)-2,2′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethylamino)-6,6′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl (2H2), (R)-2,2′-bis(pyrrol-2-ylmethyleneamino)-6,6′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl (3H2), (R)-2,2′-bis(diphenylphosphinoylamino)-6,6′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl (4H2), (R)-2,2′-bis(methanesulphonylamino)-6,6′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl (5H2), (R)-2,2′-bis(p-toluenesulphonylamino)-6,6′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl (6H2), and C1-symmetric ligands, (R)-2-(diphenylthiophosphoramino)-2′-(dimethylamino)-6,6′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl (7H) and (R)-2-(pyridin-2-ylamino)-2′-(dimethylamino)-6,6′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl (8H), which are derived from (R)-2,2′-diamino-6,6′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl. Treatment of M(NMe2)4 with 1 equiv. of N4-ligand, 2H2 or 3H2 gives, after recrystallization from an n-hexane solution, the chiral zirconium amides (2)Zr(NMe2)2 (9), (3)Zr(NMe2)2 (11), and titanium amide (3)Ti(NMe2)2 (10), respectively, in good yields. Reaction of Zr(NMe2)4 with 1 equiv of diphenylphosphoramide 4H2 affords the chiral zirconium amide (4)Zr(NMe2)2 (12) in 85% yield. Under similar reaction conditions, treatment of Ti(NMe2)4 with 1 equiv. of sulphonylamide ligand, 5H2 or 6H2 gives, after recrystallization from a toluene solution, the chiral titanium amides (5)Ti(NMe2)2·0.5C7H8 (13·0.5C7H8) and (6)Ti(NMe2)2 (15), respectively, in good yields, while reaction of Zr(NMe2)4 with 1 equiv. of 5H2 or 6H2 gives the bis-ligated complexes, (5)2Zr (14) and (6)2Zr (16). Treatment of M(NMe2)4 with 2 equiv. of diphenylthiophosphoramide ligand 7H or N3-ligand 8H gives, after recrystallization from a benzene solution, the bis-ligated chiral zirconium amides (7)2Zr(NMe2)2 (17) and (8)2Zr(NMe2)2 (19), and bis-ligated chiral titanium amide (8)2Ti(NMe2)2 (18), respectively, in good yields. All new compounds have been characterized by various spectroscopic techniques, and elemental analyses. The solid-state structures of complexes 10, 12, 13, and 17-19 have further been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analyses. The zirconium amides are active catalysts for the asymmetric hydroamination/cyclization of aminoalkenes, affording cyclic amines in good to excellent yields with moderate ee values, while the titanium amides are not.  相似文献

The N-methylation of aliphatic amines [XC6H4(CH2)nNH2; n=1, X=H (1a), o-MeO (1b), p-MeO (1c); n=2, X=H (2a), o-MeO (2b); 1d: PhCH(Me)NH2] with dimethyl carbonate (DMC) is efficiently catalysed by NaY faujasite: on condition that CO2 (a co-product of the reaction) is carefully removed, N-methyl- and N,N-dimethyl-amines (RNHMe and RNMe2) are obtained in good overall yields (70-90%). Otherwise, in the presence of CO2, carbamates (RNHCO2Me) form competitively to a large extent. The reaction probably proceeds through a BAl2 displacement of the amine on DMC.  相似文献

The reactions of 1,2-bis(tetrazol-5-yl)benzene (1), 1,3-bis(tetrazol-5-yl)benzene (2), 1,4-bis(tetrazol-5-yl)benzene (3), 1,2-(Bu3SnN4C)2C6H4 (4), 1,3-(Bu3SnN4C)2C6H4 (5) and 1,4-(Bu3SnN4C)2C6H4 (6) with 1,2-dibromoethane were carried out by two different methods in order to synthesise pendant alkyl halide derivatives of the parent bis-tetrazoles. This lead to the formation of several alkyl halide derivatives, substituted at either N1 or N2 on the tetrazole ring, as well as the surprising formation of several vinyl derivatives. The crystal structures of both 1,2-[(2-vinyl)tetrazol-5-yl)]benzene (1-N,2-N′) (1b) and 1,3-bis[(2-bromoethyl)tetrazol-5-yl]benzene (2-N,2-N′) (5d) are discussed.  相似文献

Two polar phosphinoferrocene ligands, 1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-1-carboxamide (1) and 1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-1-carbohydrazide (2), were synthesized in good yields from 1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-1-carboxylic acid (Hdpf) via the reactive benzotriazole derivative, 1-[1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-1-carbonyl]-1H-1,2,3-benzotriazole (3). Alternatively, the hydrazide was prepared by the conventional reaction of methyl 1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-1-carboxylate with hydrazine hydrate, and was further converted via standard condensation reactions to three phosphinoferrocene heterocycles, viz 2-[1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocen-1-yl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole (4), 1-[1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocen-1-carbonyl]-3,5-dimethyl-1,2-pyrazole (5), and 1-[1′-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-1-carboxamido]-3,5-dimethylpyrrole (6). Compounds 1 and 2 react with [PdCl2(cod)] (cod = η22-cycloocta-1,5-diene) to afford the respective bis-phosphine complexes trans-[PdCl2(L-κP)2] (7, L = 1; 8, L = 2). The dimeric precursor [(LNC)PdCl]2 (LNC = 2-[(dimethylamino-κN)methyl]phenyl-κC1) is cleaved with 1 to give the neutral phosphine complex [(LNC)PdCl(1P)] (9), which is readily transformed into a ionic bis-chelate complex [(LNC)PdCl(12O,P)][SbF6] (10) upon removal of the chloride ligand with Ag[SbF6]. Pyrazole 5 behaves similarly affording the related complexes [(LNC)PdCl(5P)] (12) and [(LNC)PdCl(52O,P)][SbF6] (13), in which the ferrocene ligand coordinates as a simple phosphine and an O,P-chelate respectively, while oxadiazole 4 affords the phosphine complex [(LNC)PdCl(4P)] (11) and a P,N-chelate [(LNC)PdCl(42N3,P)][SbF6] (14) under similar conditions. All compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic methods (multinuclear NMR, IR and MS). The solid-state structures of 1⋅½AcOEt, 2, 7⋅3CH3CN, 8⋅2CHCl3, 9⋅½CH2Cl2⋅0.375C6H14, 10, and 14 were determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The interaction of di(2-picolyl)amine (1) and its secondary N-substituted derivatives, N-(4-pyridylmethyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (2), N-(4-carboxymethyl-benzyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (3), N-(4-carboxybenzyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (4), N-(1-naphthylmethyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (5), N-(9-anthracenylmethyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (6), 1,4-bis[di(2-picolyl)aminomethyl]benzene (7), 1,3-bis[di(2-picolyl)aminomethyl]benzene (8) and 2,4,6-tris[di(2-picolyl)amino]triazine (9) with Ni(II) and/or Zn(II) nitrate has resulted in the isolation of [Ni(1)(NO3)2], [Ni(2)(NO3)2], [Ni(3)(NO3)2], [Ni(4)(NO3)2]·CH3CN, [Ni(5)(NO3)2], [Ni(6)(NO3)2], [Ni2(7)(NO3)4], [Ni2(8)(NO3)4], [Ni3(9)(NO3)6]·3H2O, [Zn(3)(NO3)2]·0.5CH3OH, [Zn(5)(NO3)2], [Zn(6)(NO3)2], [Zn(8)(NO3)2] and [Zn2(9)(NO3)4]·0.5H2O. X-ray structures of [Ni(4)(NO3)2]·CH3CN, [Ni(6)(NO3)2] and [Zn(5)(NO3)2] have been obtained. Both nickel complexes exhibit related distorted octahedral coordination geometries in which 4 and 6 are tridentate and bound meridionally via their respective N3-donor sets, with the remaining coordination positions in each complex occupied by a monodentate and a bidentate nitrato ligand. For [Ni(4)(NO3)2]·CH3CN, intramolecular hydrogen bond interactions are present between the carboxylic OH group on one complex and the oxygen of a monodentate nitrate on an adjacent complex such that the complexes are linked in chains which are in turn crosslinked by intermolecular offset π-π stacking between pyridyl rings in adjacent chains. In the case of [Ni(6)(NO3)2], two weak CH?O hydrogen bonds are present between the axial methylene hydrogen atoms on one complex and the oxygen of a monodentate nitrate ligand on a second unit such that four hydrogen bonds link pairs of complexes; in addition, an extensive series of π-π stacking interactions link individual complex units throughout the crystal lattice. The X-ray structure of [Zn(5)(NO3)2] shows that the metal centre once again has a distorted six-coordinated geometry, with the N3-donor set of N-(1-naphthylmethyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (5) coordinating in a meridional fashion and the remaining coordination positions occupied by a monodentate and a bidentate nitrato ligand. The crystal lattice is stabilized by weak intermolecular interactions between oxygens on the bound nitrato ligands and aromatic CH hydrogens on adjacent complexes; intermolecular π-π stacking between aromatic rings is also present.  相似文献

Four zinc(II)-bis(trithiocarbimato) complexes with the general formula A2[Zn(RSO2NCS3)2] [A = Ph4P+: R = CH3 (1), 4-CH3C6H4 (2); A = Bu4N+: R = CH3 (3), 4-CH3C6H4 (4)] were obtained by the reaction of sulfur with the correspondent zinc(II)-bis(dithiocarbimato) complexes. Additionally, the compound (Ph4P)2[(CH3SO2NCS2)2S)] (5) was prepared from the potassium methylsulfonildithiocarbimate by oxidation with iodine. The compounds were characterized by elemental analyses and IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopies. The compounds 4 and 5 were also characterized by X-ray diffraction techniques. The compound 4 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group C2/c of the monoclinic system. The Zn(II) is in a distorted tetrahedral environment (ZnS4) in compound 4, and differ from the coordination mode observed in compound 1, which involves one sulfur and one nitrogen atom of each trithiocarbimate ligand. Compound 5 is the first example of a compound containing a bis(N-alkylsulfonyldithiocarbimate)-sulfide dianion and crystallises in the non-centrosymmetric space group P41212 of the tetragonal system.  相似文献

l-(N-Cbz)-7-azaisotryptophan, l-(N-Cbz)-1a, a new isostere of tryptophan, was synthesized by reacting Li2-(N-Boc)-2-amino-3-picoline, Li2-(N-Boc)-2a, with appropriately protected l-aspartic acid followed by simple functional group manipulation. This synthetic success led us to access a set of analogs of azaisotryptophan (4ac; 6ac) as well as a new class of chiral amines (7ac; 8ac) for future application in asymmetric synthesis and design of homochiral ligands. Further, we have generalized the method substantiating a variety of new azaindol-2-yl derivatives (10aa10lc) with functionalized substituents. In a preliminary luminescence characterization, l-(N-Cbz)-1a has exhibited about 30 nm bathochromic shifted fluorescence emission compared to tryptophan and (N-Cbz)-tryptophan.  相似文献

Three new compounds of aryl thiourea derivatives, namely N-2-(4-picolyl)-N′-(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea (L1), N-2-(6-picolyl)-N′-(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea (L2) and N-2-(4-picolyl)-N′-(4-nitrophenyl)thiourea (L3), and the new copper(II) complex [Cu(4PicTz4OMePh)(OAC)(EtOH)] (C1), as a result of oxidative cyclization of the ligand (L1), were synthesized. In addition, pure precursor (P1), as the product of the oxidative cyclization of N-(2-pyridyl)-N′-(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea (L4), was isolated and characterized. Ligands (L1) and (L2) were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR and single crystal X-ray analysis. 1H NMR spectroscopy showed strong hydrogen bonding interactions between N′H-functionalities and the pyridine nitrogen atoms as well as weak intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the thione sulfur and the NH hydrogen. Structural studies of complex (C1) showed that the copper ion is five-coordinated with a square-pyramidal environment. The oxidative cyclization of ligand (L1) results in an anionic bidentate ligand in complex (C1). Both ligand (L1) and precursor (P1) crystallize as centrosymmetric dimers.  相似文献

The PtCl2-catalyzed cyclization reaction of ortho-alkynylphenyl acetals 1 in the presence of COD (1,5-cyclooctadiene) produces 3-(α-alkoxyalkyl)benzofurans 2 in good to high yields. For example, the reaction of acetaldehyde ethyl 2-(1-octynyl)phenyl acetal (1a), acetaldehyde ethyl 2-(cyclohexylethynyl)phenyl acetal (1c), and acetaldehyde ethyl 2-(phenylethynyl)phenyl acetal (1f) in the presence of 2 mol % of platinum(II) chloride and 8 mol % of 1,5-cycloocatadiene in toluene at 30 °C gave the corresponding 2,3-disubstituted benzofurans 2a, 2c, and 2f in 91, 94, and 88% yields, respectively. Moreover, the reaction of N-methoxymethyl-2-alkynylanilines 3 was catalyzed by PdBr2, affording the corresponding 2,3-disubstituted indoles 4 in moderate yields. For example, the reaction of N-methoxymethyl-2-(1-pentynyl)-N-tosylaniline (3a) and N-methoxymethyl-2-(phenylethynyl)-N-tosylaniline (3b) in the presence of 10 mol % of PdBr2 in toluene at 80 °C gave 3-methoxymethyl-2-propyl-1-tosylindole (4a) and 3-methoxymethyl-2-phenyl-1-tosylindole (4b) in 33 and 33% yields, respectively.  相似文献

The synthesis of tricyclic compounds on functionalized cyclam core is described. The addition of four methyl acrylate molecules and consecutive condensation of this derivative with ethylenediamine resulted in formation of 1,4,8,11-tetrakis(2-(N-(2-aminoethyl)carbamoyl)ethyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (3). Compound 3 was the substrate for further condensation with dialdehydes: iso-phthaldialdehyde and 2,6-pyridinedicarbaldehyde, resulting in spontaneous macrocycle ring closure to give tricyclic derivatives: 1,11:4,8-bis(benzene-1,3-diyl-bis(2-(N-(2-formidoylethylene)carbamoyl)ethylene))-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (4) in the reaction of 3 with iso-phthaldialdehyde and three isomers: 1,4:8,11-bis(pyridine-2,6-diyl-bis(2-(N-(2-formidoylethylene)carbamoyl)ethylene))-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (5A), 1,11:4,8-bis(pyridine-2,6-diyl-bis(2-(N-(2-formidoylethylene)carbamoyl)ethylene))-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (5B), and 1,8:4,11-bis(pyridine-2,6-diyl-bis(2-(N-(2-formidoylethylene)carbamoyl)ethylene))-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (5C) when 2,6-pyridinedicarbaldehyde was used. The compounds 4, 5B, and 5C were identified crystallographically. The isolated 5A converted in solution into the mixture of 5B and 5C as monitored by the 1H NMR spectroscopy. The tricycle 5 is able to accept two manganese(II) metal ions by reacting with manganese(II) dichloride with simultaneous diprotonation of 5. Structure of the resulting Mn2(5BH2)Cl6·(CH3OH)2(H2O)2 was determined crystallographically.  相似文献

Three diruthenium(III) compounds Ru2(L)4Cl2, where L is mMeODMBA (N,N′-dimethyl-3-methoxybenzamidinate, 1a), DiMeODMBA (N,N′-dimethyl-3,5-dimethoxy benzamidinate, 1b), or DEBA (N,N′-diethylbenzamidinate, 1c), were prepared from the reactions between Ru2(OAc)4Cl and respective HL under reflux conditions. Metathesis reactions between 1 and LiC2Y resulted in bis-alkynyl derivatives Ru2(L)4(C2Y)2 [Y=Ph (2), SiMe3 (3), SiiPr3 (4) and C2SiMe3 (5)]. The parent compounds 1 are paramagnetic (S=1), while bis-alkynyl derivatives 2-5 are diamagnetic and display well-solved 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra. Molecular structures of compounds 1b, 1c, 2c, 3c and 4b were established through single crystal X-ray diffraction studies, which revealed RuRu bond lengths of ca. 2.32 Å for parent compounds 1 and 2.45 Å for bis-alkynyl derivatives. Cyclic voltammograms of all compounds feature three one-electron couples: an oxidation and two reductions, while the reversibility of observed couples depends on the nature of axial ligands.  相似文献
