The nonlinear dynamics of magnetization precession in perpendicular-magnetized (111) garnet ferrite films is studied by numerically solving the equations of motion of magnetization. Bifurcational changes in the magnetization precession and dynamic-bistability states are detected. The conditions are found under which both regular and stochastic large-amplitude dynamic regimes arise.  相似文献

The equation of motion of magnetization of a garnet ferrite (111) film is solved numerically. It is shown that different regimes of the resonance precession of magnetization are realized depending on the bias and microwave fields; the regimes differ in amplitude and in the shape of their magnetization precession trajectories. In addition, bifurcations occur which lead to an abrupt change in amplitude, to bistability, and to precession with a period that is a multiple of the microwave-field period.  相似文献

The magnetization dynamics in (100) single-crystal films with a cubic anisotropy has been studied by numerical simulation. It has been shown that the additional (bifurcation) resonance caused by the bistability, i.e., two closely spaced equilibrium magnetization states, appears upon in-plane magnetization along the hard axis. The change in the resonance region and the corresponding dynamic regimes with a variation in the RF field or with a small detuning of the magnetizing field has been investigated. The regular and chaotic precession regimes near the bifurcation resonance have been revealed. The states of dynamic bistability have been found.  相似文献

Based on a numerical solution of the equations of motion found over a wide range of frequencies of an alternating magnetic field, the nonlinear precession dynamics of magnetization are studied in thin-film structures of the (100) type with a stripe domain structure in a perpendicular bias field. The conditions are determined under which high-amplitude regular and chaotic dynamic regimes occur. Bifurcational variations in the precession of coupled magnetic moments and dynamic-bistability states are detected. The specific features of the spectrum of Lyapunov exponents and of time analogs of Poincaré cross sections of trajectories in chaotic regimes are considered.  相似文献

The special features of precessional motion under ferromagnetic resonance conditions with perpen-dicular magnetization of the film are investigated on the basis of a numerical solution of the equations of motion of magnetization in a (111) type iron garnet film. Several nonlinear magnetization precession regimes exist for fixed values of the crystallographic and induced anisotropies. Depending on the value of the magnetizing field and the amplitude of the microwave field, precession occurs around the normal to the film with the third harmonic of the fundamental frequency making a small or large contribution to the nutation motion and with a small or large amplitude of the precession angle. Precession regimes around one of three symmetric directions different from the direction of the normal are possible. Narrow ranges of the static field, where dynamical bistability and regimes with a period which is a multiple of the period of the microwave field are realized, exist.  相似文献

The dynamics of the magnetization of a single-crystal film under the conditions of dynamic bistability has been investigated using numerical simulation. It has been shown that the use of an additional alternating magnetic field has made it possible to suppress the dynamic bistability of magnetization and to implement one of the two precession regimes depending on the field frequency. Multiple switching between magnetization precessions with different amplitudes can be performed directly from one regime to the other regime due to the corresponding change in the frequency of the additional magnetic field.  相似文献

The average transient time of regular regimes corresponding to the dynamic bistability state is studied using analysis of uniform precession of magnetization of a thin magnetic film. The possibility of controlling the transient process parameter by an additional ac magnetic field in the form of a harmonic of noise signal is established. A new type of stochastic resonance is detected, which corresponds to the probability of high-amplitude precession and is manifested during a short noise action.  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of the magnetization under a transverse microwave field is investigated in a system of magnetic layers with cubic crystallographic anisotropy coupled through interlayer antiferromagnetic exchange interaction. An orientational phase transition is found to occur as the microwave field frequency and amplitude are varied. It is established that there is a frequency range in which several steady-state regimes of precession of magnetic moments exist. The limits of this range can be efficiently controlled both by varying the strength of the bias magnetic field and the amplitude of the microwave field.  相似文献

We study low-frequency ferromagnetic resonance in a thin film magnetized along the hard magnetization axis performing an analysis of magnetization precession dynamics equations and numerical simulation. Two types of films are considered: polycrystalline uniaxial films and single-crystal films with cubic magnetic anisotropy. An additional (bifurcation) resonance initiated by the bistability, i.e. appearance of two closely spaced equilibrium magnetization states is registered. The modification of dynamic modes provoked by variation of the frequency, amplitude, and magnetic bias value of the ac field is studied. Both steady and chaotic magnetization precession modes are registered in the bifurcation resonance range.  相似文献

The static and dynamic equilibrium states of spins in a thin layer of a conducting nanosized column containing two magnetic layers are analyzed theoretically. The magnetization of one of the layers is assumed to be fixed. The analysis is performed in terms of a macrospin model with allowance for the Slonczewski-Berger torque transfer. Bifurcation diagrams are constructed describing the change of spin states in the current-field plane. The relation of the specific features of varying magnetization and the spin precession frequency to bifurcations in the dynamic system under study is discussed. It is shown that the soft creation of cycles with a zero amplitude is accompanied by precession at a finite frequency and that the precession frequency becomes zero when a cycle with a finite amplitude disappears or arises in a jump. Comparative analysis is performed for two orientations of a magnetic field (parallel and perpendicular to the easy magnetization axis in the layer plane) in the presence of a current with a given spin orientation.  相似文献

The dynamics of steady-state resonant magnetization precession setting in under a transverse magnetic bias field in a garnet ferrite film of the (100) type is investigated on the basis of numerical solution of the equation describing the motion of magnetization. The existence of a steady-state dynamic mode in which the magnetization performs undamped spiral motion, as well as of large-amplitude nutation with a period being a multiple of the period of precession, is discovered.  相似文献

The precession motion of magnetization in a longitudinal alternating magnetic field for a system of two antiferromagnetically coupled magnetoactive layers is studied. New dynamic modes characterized by large precession amplitudes and doubling of the period are found. The modes can be efficiently controlled using an external magnetic bias field. 本文对稀磁半导体(Ga, Mn)As薄膜中超快激光诱导磁化动力学响应信号的不同拟合方法进行了对比分析. 通过Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert(LLG)方程的数值拟合发现, 由于薄膜平面内和平面外磁光响应强度不同, 磁矢量三维进动的叠加可以导致多个频率振动模式的假象. 当使用高于(Ga, Mn)As带边的能量激发时, 磁化进动的磁光响应信号中叠加着来自光极化载流子的响应, 此时单纯利用LLG方程对薄膜整体磁化动力学过程拟合应谨慎使用. 本工作为正确分析和理解脉冲激光对(Ga, Mn)As铁磁性的超快调控提供了拟合方法上的指导.  相似文献

本文在理论上研究了铁磁/重金属双层薄膜结构中自旋霍尔效应自旋矩驱动的磁动力学. 通过线性稳定性分析, 获得了以电流和磁场为控制参数的磁性状态相图. 发现通过调节电流密度和外磁场, 可以获得不同的磁性状态, 例如: 平面内的进动态、平面内的稳定态以及双稳态. 当外磁场的方向在一定的范围时, 通过调节电流密度可以实现磁矩的翻转和进动. 同时, 通过数值求解微分方程, 给出了这些磁性状态磁矩的演化轨迹.  相似文献

Bistable states in the precession dynamics of thin magnetic films with the stripe-domain structure have been investigated on the basis of a numerical solution of the equation of motion for magnetization. It has been found that weak additional perturbation due to chaotic and low-frequency harmonic oscillations of the magnetic field can substantially change the probability of the dynamical bistability regime and lead to the elimination of bistability establishing only one of the regimes.  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of a domain wall with cross-ties is analyzed on the basis of micromagnetic simulation with exact allowance for all main (exchange, magnetoanisotropic, and magnetostatic) interactions in thin magnetically uniaxial ferromagnetic films with planar anisotropy. It is found that the peculiarities of motion of such domain walls are closely related to the behavior of topological defects in the magnetization distribution (generation, motion, and annihilation of vortex–antivortex pairs on the film surface and Bloch points). We observe three different regimes of motion (stationary, periodic, and turbulent regimes), each of which is realized in a certain range of fields oriented along the easy magnetization axis. It is shown that the experimentally observed dynamic bends of the walls with cross-ties are determined by the type of motion of vortices and antivortices. The velocities of domain walls in different regimes are calculated, and the dynamic configurations of the magnetization and existing dynamic transitions between them are investigated.  相似文献

A new type of stochastic resonance that arises between two precession modes under dynamic bistability conditions and is excited by an alternating magnetic field, including a harmonic signal and a white noise, has been studied using a numerical analysis of the uniform magnetization precession in a thin film. The spectrum of the steady-state dynamics of the system at stochastic resonance has been investigated, and its distinctive features have been revealed for the longitudinal and transverse orientations of the additional alternating field.  相似文献

The critical conditions for the Bose–Einstein condensation of quasi equilibrium nuclear magnons in the easy-plane antiferromagnets CsMnF3 and MnCO3 are theoretically derived. Both systems possess the dynamic frequency shift, the dependence of the precession frequency on the magnetization deflection angle and one is able to observe the magnetic resonance signals in very non-equilibrium conditions when the frequency of pumping is higher than precession frequency. The frequency difference in this case can be compensated by increasing the deflection angle.  相似文献

在理论上研究了垂直自由层和倾斜极化层自旋阀结构中自旋转移矩驱动的磁矩翻转和进动.通过线性展开包括自旋转移矩项的Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert方程并使用稳定性分析方法,得到了包括准平行稳定态、准反平行稳定态、伸出膜面进动态以及双稳态的磁性状态相图.发现通过调节电流密度和外磁场的大小可以实现磁矩从稳定态到进动态之间的转化以及在两个稳定态之间的翻转.翻转电流随外磁场的增加而增加,并且受自旋极化方向的影响.当自旋极化方向和自由层易磁化轴方向平行时,翻转电流最小;当自旋极化方向和自由层易磁化轴方向垂直时,翻转电流最大.通过数值求解微分方程,给出了不同磁性状态磁矩随时间的演化轨迹并验证了相图的正确性.  相似文献

We report the detection of a magnetic resonance mode in multiferroic Ba0.6Sr1.4Zn2Fe12O22 using time-domain pump-probe reflectance spectroscopy. Magnetic sublattice precession is coherently excited via picosecond thermal modification of the exchange energy. Importantly, this precession is recorded as a change in reflectance caused by the dynamic magnetoelectric effect. Thus, transient reflectance provides a sensitive probe of magnetization dynamics in materials with strong magnetoelectric coupling, such as multiferroics, revealing new possibilities for application in spintronics and ultrafast manipulation of magnetic moments.  相似文献
