A new abietane diterpenoid glycoside, ajugaside B (1), along with three known compounds (2–4), were isolated from the whole plants of Ajuga ovalifolia var. calantha. The structure of the new compound (1) was elucidated by means of spectroscopic analyses (HRESIMS, IR, NMR and ECD). All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for their antitumor activities against MGC803, MCF-7, A549, HT29 and HepG2 cell lines. Compounds 3–4 showed moderate cytotoxicity against all tested cell lines with IC50 values of 1.8–7.3?μM.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the roots of Salvia chloroleuca led to the isolation and identification of a new rearranged abietane diterpenoid (1). Its structure was elucidated by interpretation of the 1D and 2D NMR spectra and completed by the analysis of the HR-ESI-MS data. Compound 1 is the secondly reported compound on a rearranged tricyclic abietane (4,5-seco-5,10-friedo-abietane) diterpenoid with a ketal functionality between C-2 and C-11. A plausible biosynthetic pathway of 1 was also proposed.  相似文献

Four new diterpenoid alkaloids,nagaconitines A-D(1-4),were isolated from the roots of Aconitum nagarum var.heterotrichum.Their structures were elucidated as 8-(4'-hydroxylbutyryl) aconitine(1),15-oxo-13-deoxyludaconitine(2),15-hydroxyldelphisine(3),and 14-hydroxyl-2- acetoxyspiradine C(4)based on extensive UV,IR,MS,1D NMR and 2D NMR analyses.Compounds 3-4 showed inhibition of cancer cell line SK-OV-3 with 31%(IC_(50) 43.78 μmol/L) and 24%(IC_(50) 32.14 μmol/L),respectively.  相似文献

A new macrocyclic diterpenoid, 4β,5β-dihydroxyovatodiolide (1), together with twenty-two known compounds (2-23) were isolated from the MeOH extract of the dried aerial parts of Anisomeles indica (L.) O. Kuntze (Labiatae). The structure of 1 was established on the basis of spectral evidence. Phenylethanoids, acteoside (5) and isoacteoside (6) showed significant inhibitory to IL-2 secretion of with respect to phorbol myristate acetate and anti-CD28 monoclonal antibody co-stimulated activation of human peripheral blood T cells.  相似文献

Abstract

A new C19-diterpenoid alkaloid named hemsleyaline (1), along with fourteen known alkaloids (2-15), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum hemsleyanum Pritz. (Ranunculaceae), a herbal medicine in southwest China. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. Compound 1 showed mild cholinesterase inhibitory effect with IC50 value of 471?±?9?μM.  相似文献

A new guaiane-type diterpenoid, (1alpha,5beta,7alpha)-3,10(18),11-dictytriene-19-acid, was obtained from the roots of Euphorbia wallichii. This is the first isolation of guaiane diterpene from this genus of Euphorbia. The structure was elucidated by spectral methods. A novel 18-nor-clerodane diterpenoid named sagitone (1) was isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of dry roots of Tinospora sagittata var. yunnanensis together with the five known diterpenoids columbin (2), palmatoside C (3), fibleucin (4), tinophylloloside (5) and epitinophylloloside (6). The structure of the new compound 1 was determined based on MS, IR, 1D and 2D NMR spectral data.
