An eficient liquid-phase synthesis of isoxazolines through a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition is described.Soluble polymer-supported acrylate reacted with nitrile oxides generated in-situ,followed by cleavage from the support giving corresponding isoxazolines in high yields and excellent purities.  相似文献

Rapid parallel liquid-phase synthesis of pyrazoles has first been developed. The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition between nitrilimines generated in situ and soluble polymer-supported alkynyl or alkenyl dipolarophiles in parallel one-pot fashion gave the corresponding PEG-supported regioisomeric pyrazoles or regiospecific pyrazolines. The latter was assuredly oxidated by DDQ to PEG-supported regiospecific pyrazoles. Cleavage from the support under mild conditions afforded pyrazoles in good yields and high ouritv.  相似文献

N-甲羟胺硫酸盐和芳香族羰基化合物为主要原料合成了一系列不同的1,3-偶极化合物, 并合成了四种不同的单取代苯乙烯. 以该系列1,3-偶极化合物和单取代苯乙烯为主要中间体, 采用1,3-偶极环加成反应合成了一系列异噁唑啉类新化合物. 同时研究了1,3-偶极化合物与单取代烯发生的1,3-偶极环加成反应, 该合成过程为理想的绿色反应, 合成产物是5位取代异噁唑啉. 通过质谱和核磁共振等表征了化合物的化学结构. 同时对系列异噁唑啉类新化合物进行了实验室内植物生物活性的测试, 发现了对植物灰霉病有效的新化合物.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-supported dendrimers have been synthesized using 2.4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine (TCT) as dendrons and tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane as tinkers with high loading capacity, excellent solubility and thermal stability by divergent method. The new synthesized PEG-supported G2.0 dendrimer has 10 times as large functional group loading capacity as commercial PEG3400 with overall yield 44.0%.  相似文献

A practical and efficient liquid-phase synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles using poly(ethylene glycol) as support in aqueous solution was described. The title compounds, 1,2,3-triazoles 5 were obtained by a one-pot three-component 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction in middle yields. A modified poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) has been developed as the soluble polymeric supports for liquid phase synthesis of novel thiourea derivatives.In each step of the sequence,the PEG-bound products were precipitated in cold Et2O and the unreacted materials and by-products were removed by simple filtration.The progress of reaction,purity of the isolation and the structure of the PEG-bound products were easily monitored by TLC,IR and ^1H NMR spectra.Representative thiourea derivatives were obtained in moderate yields with excellent purity from this modified PEG-bound product by the cleavage with 50% TFA/H2O.  相似文献

2-Azido-3,5-dichloropyridine and 2-azido-5-chloro-3-fluoropyridine were given by reaction of sodium azide with 2,3,5-trichloropyridine, 3,5-dichloro-2-fluoropyridine or 5-chloro-2,3-difluoropyridine in ionic liquids. 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition of 2-azido-3,5-dichloropyridine or 2-azido-5-chloro-3-fluoropyridine to alkynes in ionic liquids afforded the corresponding 1,4,5-trisubstituted [1,2,3]-triazoles in good yields and regioselectivities.  相似文献

芳香醛与马尿酸在Erlenmeyer反应条件下缩合得到(Z)-2-苯基4芳亚甲基-5(4H)-噁唑酮,然后在室温下与芳基重氮甲烷通过非对映高立体选择性1,3-偶极环加成反应得到螺环化合物,再经醇解开环、水解去保护合成出反式2,3-二芳基-1-氨基取代环丙烷羧酸.通过元素分析,IR,^1H NMR,^13C NMR,MS和X射线晶体测定,确认了它们的化学结构和立体构型.实验结果表明,通过选择适当的芳香醛和芳基重氮甲烷,可以得到不同立体构型的反式2,3-二芳基取代-1-氨基环丙烷羧酸.  相似文献
