The main purpose of this paper is to characterize the Lipschitz space by the boundedness of commutators on Lebesgue spaces and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces with variable exponent.Based on this main purpose, we first characterize the Triebel-Lizorkin spaces with variable exponent by two families of operators. Immediately after, applying the characterizations of TriebelLizorkin space with variable exponent, we obtain that b ∈■β if and only if the commutator of Calderón-Zygmund singular integral operator is bounded, respectively, from■ to■,from■ to■ with■. Moreover, we prove that the commutator of Riesz potential operator also has corresponding results.

On the Boundedness of Singular Integrals in Morrey Spaces and its Preduals

We reduce the boundedness of operators in Morrey spaces \(L_p^r\left( {\mathbb R}^n\right) \), its preduals, \(H^{\varrho }L_p ({\mathbb R}^n)\), and their preduals \(\overset{\circ }{L}{}^r_{p}\left( \mathbb {R}^n\right) \) to the boundedness of the appropriate operators in Lebesgue spaces, \(L_p({\mathbb R}^n)\). Hereby, we need a weak condition with respect to the operators which is satisfied for a large set of classical operators of harmonic analysis including singular integral operators and the Hardy-Littlewood maximal function. The given vector-valued consideration of these issues is a key ingredient for various applications in harmonic analysis.     

The Weiss conjecture and weak norms

In this note, we show that for analytic semigroups the so-called Weiss condition of uniform boundedness of the operators $$Re(\lambda)^{1/2}C(\lambda+A)^{-1}, \quad Re(\lambda) > 0$$ on the complex right half plane and weak Lebesgue L ^2,∞ admissibility are equivalent. Moreover, we show that the weak Lebesgue norm is best possible in the sense that it is the endpoint for the ’Weiss conjecture’ within the scale of Lorentz spaces L ^p,q .

Estimates for imaginary powers of Laplace operator in variable Lebesgue spaces and applications

In this paper we study some estimates of norms in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces for singular integral operators that are imaginary powers of the Laplace operator in ? ⁿ . Using the Mellin transform argument, fromthese estimates we obtain the boundedness for a family of maximal operators in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces, which are closely related to the (weak) solution of the wave equation.     

Boundedness and compactness of Volterra type integral operators

We introduce some nested classes of Volterra type integral operators. For the operators of these classes we establish criteria for boundedness and compactness in Lebesgue spaces.

On exposed functions in Bernstein spaces

For σ > 0, the Bernstein space {ie427-01} consists of those L ¹(ℝ) functions whose Fourier transforms are supported by [−σ, σ]. Since {ie427-02} is separable and dual to some Banach space, the closed unit ball {ie427-03} of {ie427-04} has sufficiently large sets of both exposed and strongly exposed points: {ie427-05} coincides with the closed convex hull of its strongly exposed points. We investigate some properties of exposed points, construct several examples, and obtain as corollaries relations between the sets of exposed, strongly exposed, weak* exposed, and weak* strongly exposed points of {ie427-06}.     

Boundedness of Riesz Potentials in Nonhomogeneous Spaces

For a class of linear operators including Riesz potentials on R^d with a nonnegative Radon measure μ, which only satisfies some growth condition, the authors prove that their boundedness in Lebesgue spaces is equivalent to their boundedness in the Hardy space or certain weak type endpoint estimates, respectively. As an application, the authors obtain several new end estimates.

Multilinear singular integral operators with generalized kernels and their multilinear commutators

In this paper, the authors study a class of multilinear singular integral operators with generalized kernels and their multilinear commutators with BMO functions. By establishing the sharp maximal estimates, the boundedness on product of weighted Lebesgue spaces and product of variable exponent Lebesgue spaces is obtained, respectively. Moreover, the endpoint estimate of this class of mutilinear singular integral operators is also established. These results can improve the corresponding known results of classical multilinear Calderón–Zygmund operators and multilinear Calder′on–Zygmund operators with Dini type kernels.
