Oxidation of acetone-4-p-bromophenylsemicarbazone with lead tetraacetate yields only one isomer of 5,5-dimethyl-2-p-bromophenylimino-3-1,3,4-oxadiazoline, C10H10BrN3O. Crystals of this compound are triclinic, space groupP¯1,a = 5·91(1),b = 9·52(1),c = 11·59(2) Å, =114·1(1) °, = 93·5(1) ° and = 108·8(1) °;z = 2 and the chemical composition is C10H10BrN3O. Of 2306 independent reflexions examined, 877 were strong enough to be measured with integrated precession photographs using MoK radiation. The structure was refined using a full-matrix least-squares program to a finalR value of 0·064. The structure consists of planar phenyl and oxadiazoline rings, with a van der Waals interaction between a phenyl hydrogen atom and oxygen atom of the five member ring preventing the two rings from being co-planar; the H(13)-O(1) separation is 2·47 Å. TheZ-configuration of the product suggests a specific mechanism for the ring closure involving an organolead intermediate.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of two isomeric 3,4- and 4,3-chloro-(methylthio)quinolines have been determined. For 3-chloro-4-(methylthio)-quinoline (3-Cl–4-MeS–Q); triclinic, space group ,a=7.199(3),b=7.919(3),c=8.921(3) Å, =89.74(3), =74.29(3), =78.55(3)°. For 4-chloro-3-(methylthio)quinoline (4-Cl–3-MeS–Q): monoclinic, space group P21/n,a=12.860(4),b=5.424(2),c=13.434(4) Å, =90.84(3)°. The values of the Cl...S distance as well as those for the Cl–C–C(S) and (Cl)C–C–S angles indicate the attractive interaction between ortho-situated heteroatoms in isomer 4-Cl–3-MeS–Q contrary to the effects observed in the case of 3-Cl–4-MeS–Q. The conclusions were confirmed by calculations of atomic charges withab initio method 4-31G basis set, which show positively charged sulfur atom in 4-Cl–3-MeS–Q and negatively charged sulfur in 3-Cl–4-MeS–Q.Part XXX in the series of Azinyl Sulfides.  相似文献

Methyl 4-((E)-2-{3-[(3-{(E)-2-[4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-1-diazenyl}-5, 5-dimethyl hexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl)methyl]-5, 5- dimethylhexahydro-1- pyrimidinyl}-1- diazenyl) benzoate (1) has been synthesized by reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine with p-methoxycarbonylbenzenediazonium chloride. The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of 1 displayed problems of disorder; the asymmetric unit is built up by two independent molecules, which display disorder within a methoxycarbonyl group. The two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit are very similar, differing only slightly about the mutual orientation of the aryltriazenyl groups. With respect to the N–C–N bridge between the hexahydropyrimidinyl rings, the two equivalent fragments containing the triazene moieties are in a cis orientation. The N–N single bonds, in the range 1.319(4)–1.348(4) Å, and the N=N double bonds, in the range 1.255(5)–1.275(4) Å, indicate significant conjugations within the triazene moieties. All the hexahydropyrimidine six-membered rings adopt a chair conformation as shown by their puckering parameters. The crystal packing is determined only by simple van der Waals interactions. The crystal structure of 1 is compared with the previously reported structure of the unbranched hexahydropyrimidine analogue 2. The synthesis and structural characterization of Methyl 6-chloro-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-5-formyl-2-methyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylate is described. The structure was refined to R1 = 0.0470 for 2665 reflections (with I > 2(I)). Crystal data: C15H13C12NO3, monoclinic,space group P21/c, a = 11.163(9), b = 14.484(8), c = 9.422(7) Å, V = 1512.9(19) Å3, Z = 4. The results of crystallographic and molecular modeling (AM1) were compared. The Cl atom attached to the phenyl group has two possible orientations, having 75% (sp) and 25% (ap) occupancy, respectively. The molecules in the crystal are held together by means of intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type N=H...O and by C=H...O interactions.  相似文献

Abstract  

The crystal structures of the compounds 1-phenyl-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazolo-yl)-3-phenyl-propen-1-one (2), and 2,4-diphenyl-3-(1,2,4-triazolo-yl)-1H,4H-1,5-benzothiazepine (3) were obtained by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P − 1, a = 8.5553(17) ?, b = 9.6229(19) ?, c = 9.924(2) ?, α = 106.16(3)°, β = 108.03(3)°, γ = 105.14(3)°, V = 690.1(2) ?3, Z = 2. The compound 3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with space group Pbca, a = 12.904(3) ?, b = 15.864(3) ?, c = 19.140(4) ?, α = 90°, β = 90°, γ = 90°, V = 3918.3(14) ?3, Z = 8. H-bonds and π–π stacking are the main non-bonding interactions in the molecular structure. Details of the synthesis, structures, and spectroscopic properties of the two compounds are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract  

The crystal structure of the title compound C22H30N4O2·H2O (L), has been determined using X-ray diffraction at 293 K. The crystal of 1,2-bis[4-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-oxobutyl]benzene is in triclinic crystal system with space group P(−1) (Z = 2), lattice parameters a = 8.225(6) ?, b = 10.967(6) ?, c = 12.903(6) ?, V = 1119.1(11) ?3. Analyses of single crystals of L, crystallized from dichloromethane/diethyl ether (1:1), revealed that the molecules are arranged in couples, which adopt a pseudo chair conformation, by means of intermolecular O–H···N hydrogen bonding interactions. Moreover, the extended structure revealed a 1D chain caused by several C–H···N intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

Abstract  A new compound, [Cd(mipit)4][PF6]2 has been synthesized and characterized via standard solid and solution state methods including single crystal X-ray crystallography (mipit = 1-methyl-3-(2-propyl)-2(3H)-imidazolethione). The title compound crystallizes in tetragonal space group I4 1 /a with a = 12.478(2) ?, b = 12.478(2) ?, c = 28.806(6) ?, and Z = 4. The complex is a high melting, colorless solid that has a distorted tetrahedral CdS4 coordination geometry. Thermogravimetric analysis results for the title compound as well as for another potential CdS synthon and two potential CdSe synthons are reported. Graphical Abstract  The synthesis and characterization of the title compound, a new ionic homoleptic cadmium complex, tetrakis[1-methyl-3-(2-propyl)-2(3H)-imidazolethione]cadmium(II) hexafluorophosphate is reported. The results of a single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveal a distorted tetrahedral CdS4 coordination sphere about the cadmium. The crystal structures of two new-adrenergic antagonists, derivatives of propranolol containing 2-methylalanine fragment are described in this paper. The space groups and unit-cell parameters are: compound1 (C17H21NO4): monoclinic, space groupP21/n,a=5.787(1),b=18.703(4),c=23.526(5)Å,=96.49(2)°; compound2 (C17H22N2O3): triclinic, space groupP¯1,a=8.321(1),b=10.121(1),c=10.368(1)Å,=109.49(1)°,=90.49(1)°, =103.48(1)°. The structures were solved by direct methods and refined with full matrix least-squares techniques toR indices of 0.055 and 0.049, respectively. The molecules of compound1 exist in the crystal as dual ions. The new chalcone compound namely (E)-1-(4-Bromophenyl)-3-(2,3,4-trimethoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one (C18H17BrO4) is crystallized in the monoclinic crystal system of P21/c space group. The unit cell dimensions are: a = 8.0753 (10) Å, b = 21.873 (3) Å, c = 9.3362 (12) Å, α = 90°, β = 99.369 (2), γ = 90° and Z = 4. The single crystal was grown using slow evaporation solution growth technique. The newly synthesized compound was characterized by using IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, UV-Vis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Quantum chemical method of Density Functional Theory (DFT) with B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) has been employed to study the structural and spectral properties of the compound. The electronic absorption spectrum was calculated using the time dependent functional theory (TDDFT) method. The most stable conformer of the title chalcone is identified from the computational results. Hirshfeld surface analysis with fingerprint plots has been used as a graphical tool for visualization and understanding of intermolecular interactions. Intermolecular C?H····O interaction observed stabilize the crystal structure, forming an infinite one dimensional column. The effect of this intermolecular interaction in the solid state can be seen in the difference between the experimental and the theoretically optimized geometrical parameters. The crystal is transparent in the entire visible region and absorptive in the UV region. Information about the size, shape, charge density distribution and site of chemical reactivity of the molecule has been obtained by mapping electron potential (MEP). The other molecular properties like charge transfer are explain using Mulliken population analysis. The antioxidant test indicated that the 2,3,4-trimethoxy substitution on the bromide chalcone to be one of the favorable modification to enhance its metal chelating activity.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the product (Z)-2-((Z)-((Z)-1,3-diphenyl-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)allylidene)amino)phenyl N-hydroxybenzimidothioate (4) was obtained by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound, C30H23N5OS (4), crystallizes in the triclinic space group, P-1, with unit cell parameters a = 8.3306(17) ?, b = 11.394(2) ?, c = 14.560(3) ?, α = 78.75(3)o, β = 89.96(3)o, γ = 70.56(3)o, Z = 2. In the crystal structure, adjacent molecules are linked by O–H···N hydrogen bonds. H-bonds and π–π stacking are the main non-bonding interactions in the molecular structure and give support to molecular packing stability. In addition, the structure is supported by a weak intermolecular C–H···Cg π-ring interaction. Detail of the synthesis, structures, and spectroscopic properties of the title compound is discussed.  相似文献

The title molecule, (Z)-2-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-1-(3-methyl-3-mesitylcyclo-butyl)ethanone oxime (C19 H25 N3 O), was prepared and characterized by1H-Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C-NMR, infrared spectroscopic methods, and X-ray single-crystal determination. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P c c n with a = 31.4660(17) Å, b = 11.2140(7) Å, and c = 10.0710(8) Å. In addition to molecular geometry from X-ray determination, vibrational frequencies and gauge, including atomic orbital, 1H- and 13C-NMR chemical shift values of the title compound in the ground state, were calculated using the density functional method with the 6-31G(d) basis set. The calculated results show that the optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structure. Besides, the theoretical vibrational frequencies and chemical shift values show good agreement with experimental values. The predicted nonlinear optical properties of the title compound are greater than those of urea. Density functional theory calculations of molecular electrostatic potentials, frontier molecular orbitals, and thermodynamic properties of the title compound were carried out at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level of theory.  相似文献

Abstract  

In this study, the title compound, C18H17N3O (M r = 291.35), was synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-amino-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenylpyrazole-3-one and benzaldehyde. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction data revealed that this compound adopts a trans configuration around the central C=N double bond. It crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 12.9236(17) ?, b = 6.8349(9) ?, c = 17.072(2) ?, β = 90.316(3)°, V = 1508.0(3) ?3, Z = 4, D c = 1.283 Mg/m3, F(000) = 616, μ = 0.082 mm−1, R = 0.0442, and wR = 0.0936. Two different planes exist within the molecule; e.g. the pyrazolone and benzylidene groups attached to C9 of the pyrazolone ring are almost coplanar, whereas the phenyl group attached to the N1 of the pyrazolone ring is in another plane. Density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT calculations were performed to predict the electronic structure and absorption spectra of (E)-4-[benzylideneamino]-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3(2H)-one, a schiff base ligand of 4-aminoantipyrine using B3LYP/6-311G basis set on the AM1 optimized geometry. The predicted vibrational frequencies using the B3LYP/6-311G method were in strong agreement with the experimental IR spectra. The time dependent DFT calculations were used to evaluate the electronic absorption spectrum and three electron transition bands, which were mainly derived from the contribution of n → π* and π → π* transitions, were observed in both the experimental and predicted UV–Vis spectra. A maximum emission band at 370 nm was observed in the fluorescence spectra of the title compound. In addition, the title compound showed good DPPH antioxidant activity.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal and molecular structure of the title compound is reported. It belongs to the monoclinic space groupP21/a witha=29.3990 (20),b=7.1150 (6),c=8.3140 (9) Å,=98.060 (9)° andZ=4.
