生物质衍生羧酸化合物的加氢反应是生产生物质化学品的重要过程之一.我们从羧酸分子加氢反应机理与加氢催化剂两个方面进行概述,着重介绍了第VIII族金属,尤其贵金属作为活性金属的羧酸加氢反应机理,以及不同催化剂对羧酸加氢反应途径的影响.此外,还介绍了羧酸水相加氢反应中Ru基催化剂的研究进展.  相似文献

研究了4-甲基二苯并噻吩(4-MDBT)和二苯并噻吩(DBT)在CoMo/γ-Al2O3上的加氢脱硫反应产物分布及其可能的反应网络,通过反应压力和温度对产物分布影响的研究,揭示了加氢脱硫反应的可能机理。研究发现4-MDBT在CoMo/γ-Al2O3上的加氢脱硫反应主要通过直接氢解路径和加氢路径进行,且两者反应速率相当;DBT在 CoMo/γ-Al2O3上的加氢脱硫反应主要通过直接氢解路径进行。4-MDBT分子位于4位的甲基阻碍其在催化剂表面通过硫原子的端连吸附,从而降低了其直接氢解脱硫路径的反应速率,因而也降低了其总的加氢脱硫转化率。反应压力降低,DBT和4-MDBT加氢脱硫反应中加氢路径反应速率明显下降,而其对氢解路径影响较小,但效果却与加氢路径相反,反应压力对4-MDBT转化率的影响大于DBT。反应温度对DBT和4-MDBT加氢脱硫反应中加氢路径和氢解路径都有明显影响,但是对DBT加氢脱硫反应中氢解路径的影响小于加氢路径,而对4-MDBT加氢脱硫反应中氢解路径的影响稍高于加氢路径,4-MDBT分子中甲基的供电子作用有利于相连苯环的加氢反应。  相似文献

以脱硫选择性不同的2组催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫催化剂为研究对象, 采用CO吸附原位红外光谱表征了2组催化剂的活性相特征, 并通过分子模拟计算方法比较了助剂Co加入前后噻吩和1-己烯在催化剂表面的电荷分布、吸附能及其加氢反应的活化能等, 探讨了助剂Co的加入对选择性加氢脱硫催化剂脱硫选择性的作用机理. 结果表明, 加氢脱硫催化剂CoMoS活性相的增加有利于提高催化剂的加氢脱硫/加氢降烯烃(HDS/HYD)选择性. 与1-己烯加氢位相比, Co的加入显著提高了噻吩分子加氢位的缺电子性, 噻吩在催化剂表面的吸附度增强, 显著降低噻吩加氢反应的能垒, 从而使噻吩加氢反应更易进行. 这也表明CoMoS为高HDS活性、高HDS/HYD选择性的活性相.  相似文献

采用Raney Ni为催化剂,考察了反应温度、压力、时间和溶剂对二亚糠基丙酮加氢制取长链烷烃前驱体催化性能的影响。结果表明,Raney Ni对二亚糠基丙酮具有很好的低温加氢性能,升高反应温度和压力均有利于加氢反应的进行,但过高的温度反而不利于加氢反应。在50℃和2.5 MPa下反应2 h,二亚糠基丙酮转化率达99.5%以上,饱和加氢产物的总选择性达到80.8%。此外,加氢中间产物的变化结果表明,二亚糠基丙酮的双键加氢容易程度为,烯键>呋喃环双键>C=O双键。Raney Ni 在甲醇溶剂中的加氢性能明显高于在四氢呋喃、环己烷或水溶剂中的加氢性能。  相似文献

本文综述了分子筛对加氢脱硫催化剂深度脱硫性能的影响,对分子筛基加氢脱硫催化剂上涉及含硫大分子4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)加氢脱硫反应的研究进展作了总结。主要介绍了微孔分子筛、介孔分子筛、微介孔复合分子筛和纳米分子筛在加氢脱硫催化剂针对4,6-DMDBT加氢脱硫反应方面的应用进展。简要介绍了分子筛基加氢脱硫催化剂上4,6-DMDBT加氢脱硫反应的反应途径、反应机理及抑制过度裂化反应的措施。最后展望了该研究领域的发展前景。  相似文献

采用水蒸汽脱铝获得了超稳Y载体, 并用离子交换法制备了金属含量约为0.8 wt%的双贵金属催化剂. 用NH3程序升温脱附、X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附等方法表征了载体和催化剂. 以萘、蒽、芘加氢为模型反应, 在高压反应釜中研究了催化剂的加氢活性以及它们之间竞争加氢的反应. 结果表明, 催化剂具有深度加氢的能力. 萘与蒽竞争加氢的结果表明, 蒽的加氢活性高于萘加氢活性, 并且蒽抑制萘加氢, 萘抑制了八氢蒽向全氢蒽的转化. 说明对于分子动力学直径相当的混合体系中, 多环物质抑制少环物质的加氢. 分子动力学直径不同的萘与芘加氢结果表明, 萘的转化率始终高于芘的转化率, 并且单和混合体系中萘和芘的转化率变化程度不大, 说明分子能否扩散进入分子筛孔道内也是影响加氢活性的重要因素.  相似文献

采用以表面具有贯穿大孔的二氧化硅空心微球为载体制备的负载型钯催化剂(Pd/SHMs),对聚苯乙烯(PS)在非均相加氢催化剂上的吸附及加氢反应行为进行了系统研究,得到了吸附和反应动力学模型,并对部分加氢产物进行了详细分析.结果表明随着温度的升高,PS吸附量逐渐增加,且达到饱和吸附时间也随之增长,确定了PS非均相加氢为1级反应,活化能为58.3 kJ·mol-1.将不同加氢度的样品进行分离提纯分析,结果显示PS的部分加氢产物都是由较高加氢转化率(85%左右)和较低加氢转化率(25%左右)的PS组成,证明PS非均相加氢存在二次吸附和竞争吸附加氢的现象,即服从“Blocky”机理.此工作为PS催化加氢吸附及反应过程的研究奠定基础,也为理解其他聚合物在非均相催化剂上的吸附及反应行为提供帮助.  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
