研究了在表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,新试剂3,5-二溴-4-偶氮变色酸苯基荧光酮与锆(Ⅳ)显色反应条件和光度性质。在0.5mol/L盐酸介质中,形成红色胶束配合物,最大吸收波长为539nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.74×105L·mol-1·cm-1,锆含量在每25mL0~10μg范围内服从比尔定律。拟定方法用于直接测定铝合金中微量锆,结果满意。  相似文献

2a,4-Disubstituted 2,2a,3,4-tetrahydro-2-phenyl-1H-azeto[2,1-d][ 1,5]benzothiazepin-1-ones, as well as 2-substi-tuted 2,3-dihydro-3-phenylacetyl-2-styryl-benzothiazoles and 4a,6-disubstituted 3- .benzyl-4a,5-d/hydro-2-phenyl-1H,6H-[1,3]oxazino[2,3-d][1,5]benzothiazepin-1-ones, were obtained from the reaction of 2,4-disubstituted 2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepines with phenylacetyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine. The mechanism for the formation of 4a,5-dihydro-1H,6H-[1,3]oxazino[2,3-d][1,5]benzothiazepin-1-ones, 2,3-dihydro-1,3-oxazin-4-one derivatives, was suggested.  相似文献

This account covers our work related to the development of various synthetic methodologies since 1994. We summarized our strategies and their application to design various functional molecules. In this regard, we also report the utility of our methodologies in others research work. These methods we report here are simple and efficient for the synthesis of a wide variety of intricate molecules such as heterocycles, polycycles, unusual α‐amino acids, star‐shaped molecules, and modified peptides. For this purpose, we used various transition metal‐based reagents and catalysts. Various popular reactions such as metathesis, Suzuki coupling, [2+2+2] cyclotrimerization were used to assemble these targets. Moreover, rongalite has been used to expand the Diels‐Alder chemistry.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel benzo[b]pyrimido[4',5':5,4]thieno[2,3e]-[1,6]naphthyridine-8-one derivatives via Pictet–Spengler cyclization is reported. The reaction of 4-(3-aminopyrimido[4,5-d]thieno-2-yl)quinoline-2-ones, which could be obtained from Thorpe–Ziegler isomerization of 4-bromomethylquinoline-2-ones and 5-cyano-1,6-dihydro-4-methyl-2-phenyl-6-thioxopyrimidine,with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of BF_3·OEt_2 gives pyrimidothieno[1,6]naphthyridines in good yields.  相似文献

5-Nitropentan-2-one reacts with methylamine and formaldehyde according to the Mannich reaction pattern to give 5-hexahydropyrimidinylcarbonyl-substituted 1-nitro-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane in one experimental stage. When methyl 3-R-4-nitrobutanoates are used, the reaction stops after the formation of substituted 5-nitrohexahydropyrimidines in 40–98% yields. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 报道了以对叔丁基杯[6]芳烃为原料,室温时,在三氯化铝催化下选择性脱去叔丁基的工艺.探讨了在合成去叔丁基杯[6]芳烃实验中催化剂用量对反应结果的影响,并对反应机理进行了讨论.结果表明,当n(AlCl3)∶n(p-tert-calix[6]arene)=8~9.5∶1时,分离得到了两种去叔丁基杯[6]芳烃:5-叔丁基-37,38,39,40,41,42-六羟基杯[6]芳烃和37,38,39,40,41,42-六羟基杯[6]芳烃,当n(AlCl3)∶n(p-tert-calix[6]arene)=10.5∶1时,得到37,38,39,40,41,42-六羟基杯[6]芳烃,产率90.8%.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel pyrido[3',2':4',5']thieno[3',2':2,3]pyrido [4,5:d][1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine-4-one derivatives (5) has been developed using a Pictet-Spengler reaction between 2-(3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl)thiazolo[3,2-a] pyrimidin-5-one (3), which could be obtained from the condensation of 7-(chloromethyl)-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one (1) with 3-cyanopyridine-2-thione (2) via Thorpe-Ziegler isomerization, and aromatic aldehydes under NH2SO3H as catalysis in good yields.  相似文献

Pyrazines and pyridazines fused to 1,2,3-triazoles comprise a set of heterocycles obtained through a variety of synthetic routes. Two typical modes of constructing these heterocyclic ring systems are cyclizing a heterocyclic diamine with a nitrite or reacting hydrazine hydrate with dicarbonyl 1,2,3-triazoles. Several unique methods are known, particularly for the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrazines and their benzo-fused quinoxaline and quinoxalinone-containing analogs. Recent applications detail the use of these heterocycles in medicinal chemistry (c-Met inhibition or GABAA modulating activity) as fluorescent probes and as structural units of polymers.  相似文献

Cancer therapy is one of the most important challenges of modern medical and chemical sciences. Among the many methods of combating cancer, chemotherapy plays a special role. Imperfect modern chemotherapy justifies continuing the search for new, more effective, and safe drugs. Sulfonamides are the classic group of chemotherapeutic drugs with a broad spectrum of pharmacological activity. Recent literature reports show that sulfonamide derivatives have anti-tumor activity in vitro and in vivo. The aim of the study was to synthesize a novel 1,2,4-triazine sulfonamide derivative and check its anticancer potential in DLD-1 and HT-29 colon cancer cells. The biological studies included MTT assay, DNA biosynthesis, cell cycle analysis, Annexin V binding assay, ethidium bromide/acridine orange staining, and caspase-8, -9, and -3/7 activity. The concentrations of important molecules (sICAM-1, mTOR, Beclin-1, cathepsin B) involved in the pathogenesis and poor prognosis of colorectal cancer were also evaluated by ELISA. We demonstrated that the novel compound was able to induce apoptosis through intrinsic and extrinsic pathways and was capable of decreasing sICAM-1, mTOR, cathepsin B concentrations, whereas increased Beclin-1 concentration was detected in both colon cancer cell lines. The novel compound represents promising multi-targeted potential in colorectal cancer, but further in vivo examinations are needed to confirm the claim.  相似文献

以多聚磷酸(PPA)为催化剂, 对取代6-苄硫基嘧啶与羧酸的反应进行了研究. 当羧酸为脂肪酸时, 在60-80 ℃下反应, 可选择性地得到6-苄硫基嘌呤衍生物; 改用芳香酸时, 则得到硫上的苄基被脱除的6-巯基嘌呤和嘧啶并[5,4-d]噻唑; 如果将嘧啶4-位上伯胺取代基变成仲胺取代基, 只得到嘧啶并[5,4-d]噻唑. 通过双途径反应机理对上述现象进行了解释.  相似文献

以芳亚甲基丙二腈和4-羟基喹啉-2-酮为原料,在六氢吡啶催化下以乙醇为溶剂,80℃合成了一系列新的2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基5,6-二氢化-4H-吡喃并[3,2-c]喹啉-5-酮衍生物,反应条件温和,产率较高,并通过单晶X射线衍射分析确证产物的结构.  相似文献
