Hexadecanoyl, dihexadecanoyl, dioctadecaneoyl, di-10-undecenoyl, and dicis-9-octadecenoyl derivatives of benzo[18]crown-6, dibenzo[18]crown-6 and dibenzo[24]-8 were synthesized by the condensation of carboxylic acids (palmitic, stearic, oleic and undecenoic acid) with benzo and dibenzo crown ethers in the presence of zinc chloride. The extraction equilibrium constants of such macrocyclic ethers with long side chains were estimated using chloroform/water and dichloromethane/water membranes transfer of Na-PAR (4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol mono sodium monohydrate) with UV–Vis spectroscopy. It was found that they were in the range of 10.88–11.71 in dichloromethane and 8.04–11.77 in chloroform. These results actually show that the Na+ binding effect of macrocyclic ethers depends on the type and the length of side chains. The geometrical properties of the molecules were studied employing semi-empirical calculations by simulated annealing technique. The frontier molecular orbital energies and dipole moments were also examined. The biological activity results showed that the synthesized crown ethers have no activity against the studied microorganisms. 相似文献

A new compound, dibenzo-18-crown-6 diaqua(dibenzo-18-crown-6)potassium triiodide [K(Db18C6)(H2O)2)+ · I3− · Db18C6 (I), is synthesized and studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of compound I are orthorhombic: a = 22.065 ?, b = 22.140 ?, c = 9.433 ?, Z = 4, space group Pccn. Structure I is solved by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation
to R = 0.098 for all 5974 unique reflections. Specific features of the synthesis of polycyclic crown ethers dibenzo-18-crown-6 and dibenzo-24-crown-8 and their dinitro and diamino derivatives have been studied. A mixture of isomers of dibenzocrown ether derivatives was obtained and separated. 光敏离子载体丹磺酰基-单氮杂-18-冠-6的阳离子识别性质研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以DNS-MAC(O5)为主体,利用其荧光性质研究了该物质在乙腈和水溶液中对阳离子Li^ ,Na^ ,K^ ,Mg^2 ,Ba^2 和Pb^2 的识别性质,由改进的B-H方程计算了主-客体配合物的稳定常数和识别敏感因子,结果表明,阳离子的电荷密度和阳离子与冠醚环空间的匹配程度是影响其识别性质的最重要的两个因素,DNS-MAC(O5)与阳离子配位时荧光光谱的变化主要受迭于阳离子的电荷密度,阳离子与DNS-MAC(O5)配位时不仅使这种离子载体的偶极矩增大,而且更有利于其实现光谱导分子内的电荷转移,所以激发态稳定性增加,荧光光谱红移,同时测定也该发光离子载体在乙腈和水中的荧光量子产率。 相似文献

by the reaction of dibenzo-18-crown-6 complexes with metal acetates in polyphosphoric acid.

Dibenzo-18-crown-6 reacts with potassium hydroxide in methanol to give the C20H24O6 ⋅ KOH ⋅ MeOH complex which was characterized by the 1H NMR, UV, and IR spectra. The products of the reactions between potassium hexachloroplatinate {K2PtCl6} and 18-crown-6 or dibenzo-18-crown-6 in acetonitrile were studied. Pure crystalline compounds [2K·2(18-crown-6)· 2CH3CN]2+·[PtCl6]2-·2H2O, [2K·dibenzo-18-crown-6·CH3CN]2
+·[PtCl6]2
-, and [2K·dibenzo-18-crown-6·CH3CN]2
+·[Pt2Cl10]2
- were obtained. Physicochemical properties of these compounds were studied, and their near- and far-IR IR spectra and thermogravimetric curves were considered. Photocured polymer electrolytes, applied onto a porous polypropylene separator, with conduction by lithium cations (1 × 10−4 S cm−1 at 20°C) are designed. The polymer is formed from a 1 : 1 mixture of oligourethane dimethacrylate and polypropylene glycol monomethacrylate, which are capable of undergoing polymerization via double bonds in a liquid organic electrolyte (0.5 M LiClO4) in a 1 : 1 mixture of propylene carbonate and dimethoxyethane. The polymer electrolyte comprises a polymer composition (20 wt %), a liquid electrolyte (78 wt %), and a photoinducer (2 wt %). Effect of insertion of dibenzo-18-crown-6 into the electrolyte on its electrochemical characteristics (on the electrolyte/Li interface) is investigated. Ca2+ permeable channels have been registered in bilayer membranes formed from phospholipids of sarcoma-45 and sarcocarcinoma Walker-256. On the basis of data obtained, it is supposed that the channels are proteins located in the plasmalemmal membrane of tumor cells. Diacetyl-dibenzo-18-crown-6 was found to suppress Ca2+ currents through the channels. In in vivo experiments diacetyl-dibenzo-18-crown-6 inhibited the sarcoma-45 and carcinosarcoma Walker-256 tumors growth, whereas divaleril-dibenzo-18-crown-6, which is known to be a Ca2+ ionophore, acted as a growth-stimulating agent. The mechanism of the tumor growth inhibition by diacetyl-dibenzo-18-crown-6 is supposed to consist in cytostatic action of the compound, presumably, by blocking Ca2+ channels of tumor cells. 相似文献
