顶空固相微萃取气相色谱法测定水中有机氯农药及类似物   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
用溶胶凝胶聚甲基苯基乙烯基硅氧烷萃取探头,顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱法联用,电子捕获检测器测定湖水中的有机氯化合物,方法检出限小于35.3ng/L,相对标准偏差不大于11.8%(n=3),线性相关系数大于0.990,回收率为71.5%~115.5%。可用于水中痕量有机氯化合物的监测。  相似文献

利用1,3,6,8-四(4-醛基)芘和三聚氰胺为单体合成微孔有机聚合物(MOP),并将其固定在不锈钢丝上,制备成固相微萃取纤维涂层。将其用于顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME),结合气相色谱-电子捕获检测手段,建立了对大米中有机氯农药的在线检测方法。实验考察了4种实验参数对富集能力的影响,得到了最优的实验条件:萃取温度80℃、萃取时间25 min、NaCl质量浓度200 g/L、解吸时间6 min。在此实验条件下,对有机氯农药的富集倍数达到115~318倍。方法在0.05~50μg/kg范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为2.4~11.3 ng/kg。同一纤维及不同纤维富集后测定结果的相对标准偏差范围分别为1.3%~13.1%和2.3%~13.6%。该方法简单、快速,可以实现对实际样品中有机氯农药的痕量分析。  相似文献

以碳纳米管为固相涂层,自制萃取探头,顶空固相微萃取/气相色谱分析山药中有机氯杀虫剂六六六和滴滴涕.对萃取温度、萃取时间、样品的稀释度及离子强度等影响萃取效率的因素进行了优化.方法的线性范围为0.5 ~6.0 μg·L-1,相关系数r>0.992 1,检出限(S/N=3)为1.98 ~12.24 ng·L-1,样品加标回收率为70% ~120%,相对标准偏差为1.76% ~18.15%.  相似文献

应用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定蔬菜及水果中15种农药的残留量。样品用顶空-固相微萃取进行前处理。经优化的试验条件:1采用100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷萃取头;2离子浓度:样品匀浆液中含(w)30%氯化钠;3萃取温度为70℃±1℃;4萃取时间为30min。在气相色谱分离中用HP-5MS色谱柱,在质谱分析中采用全扫描和选择离子监测模式。15种农药的质量浓度均在0.05~1.0mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.02~0.10μg·kg-1之间。以2种果品作基体,在0.05,0.2,0.5mg·kg-1 3个浓度水平进行加标回收试验,测得回收率在71.0%~96.0%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.5%~9.8%之间。  相似文献

建立了顶空液相微萃取/气相色谱-质谱联用测定中药枳壳中有机挥发物的方法.在顶空液相微萃取实验条件优化的基础上,确定了最佳实验条件:以正辛烷作为有机萃取剂,体积为2 μL,样品用量为0.3 g,液滴距离样品表面0.8 cm处,萃取8 min后直接进样.与固相微萃取/气相色谱-质谱法相比,顶空液相微萃取法定性了30种成分,固相微萃取法定性了24种成分,顶空液相微萃取法操作简单、快速,实验结果灵敏度更高,且萃取效率高,重复性好,可用于中药枳壳中有机挥发物的快速分析.  相似文献

应用顶空-固相微萃取分离、富集,气相色谱法测定了水蜜桃中11种有机氯农药。称取匀浆后的果浆样品5.000g,加水15mL稀释。取此样品溶液2.00mL置于12mL安瓿瓶中,加入氯化钠1.0g,放入搅拌子后将瓶盖紧,置于70℃水浴中。将聚二甲基硅氧烷萃取头插入瓶中,置于离试样液面1.0cm的顶空处,在600r·min-1搅拌速率下萃取30min。萃取完成后,将萃取头从瓶中抽出并直接插入色谱仪的进样口,热解吸5min。被测组分随载气进入SE-54石英毛细管柱进行分离,用电子捕获检测器检测。11种有机氯农药在一定浓度范围内与相应峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在1.33~42.3ng·kg-1之间。对方法的回收率和重复性进行试验,测得回收率在90.6%~112%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于10%。  相似文献

采用动态微波辅助顶空固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱法测定芹菜叶中的挥发性和半挥发性化学成分。对水蒸气蒸馏、顶空固相微萃取、微波辅助顶空固相微萃取、动态微波辅助顶空固相微萃取等4种不同的前处理方法进行了比较,通过气相色谱-质谱分析,分别鉴定出20,17,36,41种化学成分,主要化合物为α-月桂烯、柠檬烯、β-顺式罗勒烯、β-芹子烯和(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇等。结果表明:动态微波辅助顶空固相微萃取是一种简单、快速、易操作,无需净化步骤,消耗样品量少,对于沸点较高的半挥发性物质的萃取效果优于微波辅助顶空固相微萃取的方法,可用于分析各类植物中的挥发性和半挥发性化学成分。  相似文献

建立了一种微波辅助萃取-固相萃取净化测定烟草中17种有机氯类农药残留量的新方法. 样品用V(正己烷):V(乙酸乙酯)=1:1提取, 提取液经Florisil固相萃取柱净化后, 采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-μECD)进行检测. 17种有机氯农药的0.01、 0.05 mg/kg和0.5 mg/kg加标回收率均在82%以上, RSD在0.11%~8.2%之间, 能满足当前烟草中有机氯农药残留的检测要求.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
