This paper discusses a new energy resource chaotic system. It investigates basically dynamical behaviors of this new system. It also addresses the synchronization problem of two energy resource systems in the presence of different unknown system parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two energy resource systems with different unknown system parameters asymptotically synchronized. Numerical simulations are given to validate the synchronization approach.  相似文献

Recent investigations have shown that with stronger periodic load perturbation power system is experiencing complex chaotic oscillations which threaten the secure and stable operation of power system, even induce the interconnected power system collapse. To control these undesirable chaotic oscillations, a passivity-based adaptive control law is presented in this paper, which transforms the power system into an equivalent passive system. It is proved that the equivalent system can be asymptotically stabilized at different equilibrium points without influence of undeterministic parameters. Simulation results show the proposed control law is very effective and robust against both the uncertainty in system parameters and external noise interference. The research of this paper may help to maintain the power system’s security operation.  相似文献

A novel observer-base output feedback variable universe adaptive fuzzy controller is investigated in this paper. The contraction and expansion factor of variable universe fuzzy controller is on-line tuned and the accuracy of the system is improved. With the state-observer, a novel type of adaptive output feedback control is realized. A supervisory controller is used to force the states to be within the constraint sets. In order to attenuate the effect of both external disturbance and variable parameters on the tracking error and guarantee the states to be within the constraint sets, a robust controller is appended to the variable universe fuzzy controller. Thus, the robustness of system is improved. By Lyapunov method, the observer-controller system is shown to be stable. The overall adaptive control algorithm can guarantee the global stability of the resulting closed-loop system in the sense that all signals involved are uniformly bounded. In the paper, we apply the proposed control algorithms to control the Duffing chaotic system and Chua’s chaotic circuit. Simulation results confirm that the control algorithm is feasible for practical application.  相似文献

With a modulated CO2 laser as a standard model of periodically driven multistable systems, we experimentally demonstrate that a small-amplitude optoelectronic feedback perturbation can efficiently transform a bursting chaotic system to a nonchaotic one. Numerical simulations are in excellent agreement with the experimental results. The control has also been equally effective in the case of a driven FitzHugh-Nagumo model of Neuroscience.  相似文献

A novel self-organizing wavelet cerebellar model articulation controller (CMAC) is proposed. This self-organizing wavelet CMAC (SOWC) can be viewed as a generalization of a self-organizing neural network and of a conventional CMAC, and it has better generalizing, faster learning and faster recall than a self-organizing neural network and a conventional CMAC. The proposed SOWC has the advantages of structure learning and parameter learning simultaneously. The structure learning possesses the ability of on-line generation and elimination of layers to achieve optimal wavelet CMAC structure, and the parameter learning can adjust the interconnection weights of wavelet CMAC to achieve favorable approximation performance. Then a SOWC backstepping (SOWCB) control system is proposed for the nonlinear chaotic systems. This SOWCB control system is composed of a SOWC and a fuzzy compensator. The SOWC is used to mimic an ideal backstepping controller and the fuzzy compensator is designed to dispel the residual of approximation errors between the ideal backstepping controller and the SOWC. Moreover, the parameters of the SAWCB control system are on-line tuned by the derived adaptive laws in the Lyapunov sense, so that the stability of the feedback control system can be guaranteed. Finally, two application examples, a Duffing–Holmes chaotic system and a gyro chaotic system, are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method. The simulation results show that the proposed SAWCB control system can achieve favorable control performance and has better tracking performance than a fuzzy neural network control system and a conventional adaptive CMAC.  相似文献

Synchronization of a four-dimensional energy resource system is investigated. Four linear control schemes are proposed to synchronize energy resource chaotic system via the back-stepping method. We use simpler controllers to realize a global asymptotical synchronization. In the first three schemes, the sufficient conditions for achieving synchronization of two identical energy resource systems using linear feedback control are derived by using Lyapunov stability theorem. In the fourth scheme, the synchronization condition is obtained by numerical method, in which only one state variable controller is contained. Finally, four numerical simulation examples are performed to verify these results.  相似文献

This paper proposes an adaptive feedback controller for a class of chaotic systems. This controller can be used for tracking a smooth orbit that can be a limit cycle or a chaotic orbit of another system. Based on Lyapunov approach, the adaptation law is determined to tune the controller gain vector in order to track a predetermined linearizing feedback control. To demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed scheme, two well-known chaotic systems namely Chua’s circuit and a Lur’e-like system are considered as illustrative examples.  相似文献

Synchronization of an energy resource system is investigated. Three linear control schemes are proposed to synchronize a chaotic energy resource system via the back-stepping method. This can be viewed as an improvement to the existing results of Tian et al. (2006) [14]. Because we use simpler controllers to realize a global asymptotical synchronization. In the first two schemes, the sufficient conditions for achieving synchronization of two identical energy resource systems using linear feedback control are derived by using Lyapunov stability theorem. In the third scheme, the synchronization condition is obtained by numerical method, in which only one state variable controller is contained. This paper presents an adaptive feedback control scheme for the synchronization of the chaotic system consisting of Van der Pol oscillators coupled to linear oscillators with cubic term when the parameters of the master system are unknown and different with the those of the slave system. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two slightly mismatched chaotic systems asymptotically synchronized. This method is efficient and easy to implement. Numerical simulations results confirming the analytical predictions are shown and pspice simulations are also performed to confirm the efficiency of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

We consider the coupling of two uncertain dynamical systems with different orders using an adaptive feedback linearization controller to achieve reduced-order synchronization between the two systems. Reduced-order synchronization is the problem of synchronization of a slave system with projection of a master system. The synchronization scheme is an exponential linearizing-like controller and a state/uncertainty estimator. As an illustrative example, we show that the dynamical evolution of a second-order driven oscillator can be synchronized with the canonical projection of a fourth-order chaotic system. Simulation results indicated that the proposed control scheme can significantly improve the synchronousness performance. These promising results justify the usefulness of the proposed output feedback controller in the application of secure communication.  相似文献

This paper proposes a robust adaptive neural-fuzzy-network control (RANFC) to address the problem of controlled synchronization of a class of uncertain chaotic systems. The proposed RANFC system is comprised of a four-layer neural-fuzzy-network (NFN) identifier and a supervisory controller. The NFN identifier is the principal controller utilized for online estimation of the compound uncertainties. The supervisory controller is used to attenuate the effects of the approximation error so that the perfect tracking and synchronization of chaotic systems are achieved. All the parameter learning algorithms are derived based on Lyapunov stability theorem to ensure network convergence as well as stable synchronization performance. Finally, simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed RANFC methodology.  相似文献

This paper proposes two novel adaptive variable structure tracking controllers for a large class of chaotic systems with unknown dynamics in presence of both external disturbances and input nonlinearities. The pros and cons of each proposed methodology is also represented. In order to eliminate the chattering effect in the former controlled system, two corresponding fuzzy adaptive controllers are presented. Besides, synchronization of two non-identical uncertain chaotic systems is investigated using our proposed methods in both full and reduced-order forms. It can be seen that not only our proposed control schemes can be applied to a wide class of uncertain chaotic systems but also it is simple to implement in practical application. Finally, the proposed methods are applied to some famous chaotic systems to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

Based on the Lyapunov stabilization theory and matrix measure, this paper addresses the strategies of speed feedback control of chaotic system to the unsteadily equilibrium points, illustrated by a unified chaotic system and Rössler chaotic system. This paper proposes two schemes of synchronization of two four-scorll chaotic attractor, a simple global synchronization and adaptive synchronization in the presence of unknown system parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and matrix measure, a simple generic criterion is derived for global synchronization of four-scorll chaotic attractor system with a unidirectional linear error feedback coupling. This methods are applicable to a large class of chaotic systems where only a few algebraic inequalities are involved. This paper suggests three strategies of the dislocated feedback control, so that enhancing feedback control and speed feedback control of the Lorenz chaotic system to its unstable equilibrium points can be enhanced. When the coefficients of enhancing feedback control and speed feedback control are smaller than those of ordinary feedback control, the complexity and cost of the system control are reduced. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are given, revealing the effectiveness of these strategies.  相似文献

The work of Yassen [M.T. Yassen, Chaos control of chaotic dynamical systems using backstepping design, Chaos Soliton Fract. 27 (2006) 537–548] which mainly investigated the stabilization problem for a class of chaotic systems without the parameters perturbation. This paper is concerned with stabilization problem for a class of parameters perturbation chaotic systems via both backstepping design method and adaptive technique. The proposed controllers can guarantee that the parameters perturbation systems will be stabilized at a fixed bounded point. Furthermore, the paper also proposes controllers to stabilize the uncertain chaotic system at equilibrium point with only backstepping design method. Finally, numerical simulations are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed controllers.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to study the problem of controlling chaos in Chen chaotic dynamical system. Two different methods of control, feedback and nonfeedback methods are used to suppress chaos to unstable equilibria or unstable periodic orbits (UPO). The Lyapunov direct method and Routh–Hurwitz criteria are used to study the conditions of the asymptotic stability of the steady states of the controlled system. In this paper, the exponential generalized synchronization for a class of coupled systems with uncertainties is defined. A novel and powerful method is proposed to investigate the generalized synchronization based on the adaptive control technique. According to the Lyapunov stability theory, rigorous proof is given for the exponential stability of error system. In comparison with previous schemes, the presented method shortens the synchronization time and is more applicable in practice. Besides, it is shown that the synchronization effect is robust against the uncertain factors. Some typical chaotic and hyper-chaotic systems are taken as examples to illustrate above approach. The corresponding numerical simulations are demonstrated to verify the effectiveness of proposed method.  相似文献

A novel adaptive complementary variable structure control is proposed in this paper for chaotic synchronization. The bounded parameters of the model approximation error and the external disturbance are all regarded as unknown constants in this paper. Based on Lyapunov’s stability theory and the Babalat’s lemma the proposed controller has been shown to render the synchronous error to zero. The Duffing–Holmes oscillator was used as an illustrative example. Simulation results validated that the proposed scheme in the application of secure communication.  相似文献
