The chemical synthesis of γ,γ′-tert.-butyl-γ-carboxyglutamic acid is accompanied by extensive racemization, and very careful resolution is needed to obtain and -γ,γ′-di-tert.-butyl-γ-carboxyglutamic acids in high chiral purity. A novel method was devised for the separation of enantiomers of γ,γ′-di-tert.-butyl-γ-carboxyglutamic acid and γ-carboxyglutamic acid, applying precolumn derivatization with 1-fluoro-2,4-dinitrophenyl-5- -alanine amide and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β- -glucopyranosyl isothiocyanate as chiral reagents, with subsequent reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic separation of diastereomeric compounds. The effects of organic modifiers, of the mobile-phase composition and of the pH on the separation of the diastereomers were investigated.  相似文献

The direct and indirect stereochemical resolution of the enantiomers of ring- and alpha-methyl-substituted phenylalanines and phenylalanine amides was attempted by high-performance liquid chromatographic methods. The direct separation was carried out on two chiral stationary phases, the crown-ether-based Crownpak CR(+), and the teicoplanin-based Chirobiotic T, while the indirect resolution was performed by applying pre-column derivatization with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl isothiocyanate (GITC) and Nalpha-(2,4-dinitro-5-fluorophenyl)-L-alanine amide (Marfey's reagent, FDAA). The Chirobiotic T column was efficient in the separation of ring- and alpha-methyl-substituted phenylalanine analogues, but was ineffective for the amides of these analogues. The Crownpak CR(+) column separated the ring-substituted phenylalanines and amides, whereas the alpha-methylated analogues were coeluted. Of the two indirect methods, GITC derivatization seemed more effective than FDAA derivatization.  相似文献

4,4′-Binaphthyl-1,1′,8,8′-tetracarboxylic dianhydride was synthesized from 4-chloro-1,8-naphthalic anhydride and polymerized with aromatic and pliphatic diamines in m-cresol or N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP). The polyimides, except for two derived from p-phenylenediamine and hydrazine, are soluble in 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane and NMP. Their intrinsic viscosities ranged from 0.36 to 2.20 dL/g. The polymers showed excellent thermal and thermooxidative stabilities and displayed weak glass transition temperatures. Young's moduli of some polymer films were in the range of 2.5 and 5.4 GPa at 30°C. The aliphatic polyimides exhibited a stronger fluorescence than the aromatic polyimides. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Three title compounds 4a—4c have been synthesized by the cyclodehydration of 1’-benzylidine-4’-(3β-substituted-5α-cholestane-6-yl)thiosemicarbazones 2a—2c with thioglycolic acid followed by the treatment with cold conc. H2SO4 in dioxane. The compounds 2a—2c were prepared by condensation of 3β-substituted-5α-cholestan- 6-one-thiosemicarbazones 1a—1c with benzaldehyde. These thiosemicarbazones 1a—1c were obtained by the reaction of corresponding 3β-substituted-5α-cholestan-6-ones with thiosemicarbazide in the presence of few drops of conc. HCl in methanol. The structures of the products have been established on the basis of their elemental, analytical and spectral data.  相似文献

A new chiral stationary phase (CSP) for the liquid chromatographic separation of enantiomers was prepared by bonding a novel enantiopure (diphenyl-substituted 1,1′-binaphthyl) crown ether to 5 μm silica gel. The resulting CSP was applied to the separation of the enantiomers of various natural and unnatural α-amino acids. All α-amino acids tested were resolved very well on the new CSP, with the exception of proline, which does not contain a primary amino group. The resolution of α-amino acid enantiomers on this new CSP was found to be dependent on the type and amounts of organic and acidic modifiers, and on column temperature.  相似文献

The Raman polarized and vibrational Raman optical activity (VROA) backward spectra are simulated for a series of 2,2′‐substituted 1,1′‐binaphthyl compounds presenting a variety of torsion angles between the two naphthalene rings. The substitution prevents free rotation along this torsion angle and the chirality of these compounds is thus called atropisomerism. However, the rotation is not completely frozen so that two different conformations, namely cisoid and transoid, are found and their Raman and VROA signatures are studied. As expected, the Raman spectra are not very sensitive whereas the VROA spectra present more complex patterns, which evolve as a function of the torsion angle between the two naphthalene groups. In particular, our analysis shows that some modes can be used as a probe for the determination of the torsion angle of these molecules in solution. The contributions of both invariants to the VROA backward intensity are also assessed.  相似文献

建立了一种2,6-二异丙基萘液相氧化制备2,6-萘二甲酸反应产物的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。色谱柱为Zorbax eclipse XDBC8,流动相为乙腈(A)和体积分数O.001%三氟乙酸水溶液(B),y(A):V(B)=55:45,流速为O.85mL/min,紫外检测波长为210nm,苯甲酸为内标物。该方法相对标准偏差为0.049%,可用于2,6-萘二甲酸的合成工艺以及2,6-二异丙基萘的氧化动力学研究。  相似文献

A simple and sensitive fluorescent staining method for the detection of proteins in SDS‐PAGE, namely IB (improved 4,4′‐dianilino‐1,1′‐binaphthyl‐5,5′‐disulfonic acid) stain, is described. Non‐covalent hydrophobic probe 4,4′‐dianilino‐1,1′‐binaphthyl‐5,5′‐disulfonic acid was applied as a fluorescent dye, which can bind to hydrophobic sites in proteins non‐specifically. As low as 1 ng of protein band can be detected briefly by 30 min washing followed by 15 min staining without the aiding of stop or destaining step. The sensitivity of the new presented protocol is similar to that of SYPRO Ruby, which has been widely accepted in proteomic research. Comparative analysis of the MS compatibility of IB stain and SYPRO Ruby stain allowed us to address that IB stain is compatible with the downstream of protein identification by PMF.  相似文献

Poly(lactic acid) films consisting of α′‐forms were prepared and uniaxially drawn. The effects of the draw rate at temperatures above the glass transition temperature on chain conformation, degree of crystallinity, and crystalline phase transformation were investigated by a combination of vibrational spectroscopy (infrared and Raman), differential scanning calorimetry, and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD). It was established that the α′‐crystal's phase of poly(lactic acid) films does not transform into either an α or β crystals on uniaxial drawing at a fixed draw ratio of 4. However, the degree of crystallinity was significantly increased on deformation. The structural change as a function of deformation also promotes an increase in the strain‐induced enthalpic relaxation endothermic peak appearing near the glass transition region. While the overall changes in physical properties can be attributed to the changes in the degree of crystallinity as a function of strain rate, polarized Raman spectra, and WAXD clearly illustrated changes and the differences in the amorphous and crystalline orientation as a function of processing conditions. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Poly[(S)‐3‐vinyl‐2,2′‐dihydroxy‐1,1′‐binaphthyl] (L*) was obtained by taking off the protecting groups of poly[(S)‐3‐vinyl‐2,2′‐bis(methoxymethoxy)‐1,1′‐binaphthyl] (poly‐ 1 ). L* was proved to keep a stable helical conformation in solution. The application of helical L* in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to aldehydes has been studied. The catalytic system employing 10 mol% of L* and 150 mol% of Ti(OiPr)4 was found to promote the addition of diethylzinc to a wide range of aromatic aldehydes, giving up to 99% enantiomeric excess (ee) and up to 93% yield of the corresponding secondary alcohol at 0°C. The chiral polymer can be easily recovered and reused without loss of catalytic activity as well as enantioselectivity.  相似文献

Several high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods are described for separation of peptide stereoisomers which are not well resolved by traditional reversed-phase chromatography. These chiral HPLC methods include investigations with a beta-cyclodextrin column, a Pirkle D-Phenyl Glycine column and a Chiral-Pak WH column. A method based on derivatization of dipeptides with a chiral reagent, N-acetyl-L-cysteine and o-phthalaldehyde, is also discussed. A series of linear and cyclic dipeptides and modified amino acids were chromatographed on the four systems. Resolution varied for the four different systems depending on the types of compounds that were chromatographed.  相似文献

Summary A scheme was devised for the identification of 22 common antioxidants and light-stabilisers in polyolefins. The separation of these stabilisers was performed by isocratic reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography on a RP-18 column. Three different separation conditions have been used: the mobile phase composition was 100% acetonitrile (MeCN), 90/10 meCN/H2O and 80/20 MeCN/H2O. The UV254/UV280 ratio and the elution time of each stabiliser were determined for these three mobile phase compositions. The values of UV254/UV280 ratios may be used together with the retention time values for the identification of unknown stabilisers in polyolefin samples.  相似文献

A novel reaction of α-iodo ketone (α-iodocycloalkanone, α-iodo-β-alkoxy ester, and α-iodoacyclicketone) with irradiation under a high-pressure mercury lamp gave the corresponding α-hydroxyketone in good yields. In the case of α,α′-diiodo ketone, α,α′-dihydroxyketone which little has been reported until now was obtained. This reaction affords a new, clean and convenient synthetic method for α-hydroxy- and α,α′-dihydroxyketone.  相似文献
