Summary The reaction of 3-iodo-4-methoxy-2(1H)-quinolinone (1) and 3-iodo-4,6,8-trimethoxy-2(1H)-quinolinone (2) with 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol under modified Heck-conditions gave the 2-substituted derivatives 2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-4-methoxyfuro[2,3-b]-quinoline (3) and 2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl-4,6,8-trimethoxyfuro[2,3-b]-quinoline (4). By a subsequent hydrogenation-reaction with a homogeneous catalyst (PtO2/Rh2O3), the furoquinoline-derivatives yielded the dihydrofuro-[2,3-b]quinolines, identified as 2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl-4-methoxy-2,3-dihydrofuro[2,3-b]quinoline (5) (racemic platydesmine) and 2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-4,6,8-trimethoxy-2,3-dihydrofuro-[2,3-b]quinoline (6) (racemic precursor of O4-methylptelefolonium salt).

Summary The crystal structure of (–)-diphenylethanediammonium-(R,R)-tartrate was determined. From this structure determination, the (S,S) configuration was assigned to the (–)-diphenylethanediamine. The asymmetric unit of the crystal structure contains two units of the title compound plus one molecule of ethanol and one water molecule, which form an intricate network of 19 hydrogen bonds.
Die Kristallstruktur von (S,S)-Diphenylethandiammonium-(R,R)-tartrat
Zusammenfassung Es wurde die Kristallstruktur von (–)-Diphenylethandiammonium-(R,R)-tartrat bestimmt. Aus dieser Strukturbestimmung ergab sich die Zuordnung der (S,S)-Konfiguration zum (–)-Diphenylethandiamin. Die asymmetrische Einheit der Kristallstruktur besteht aus zwei Formeleinheiten der Titelverbindung sowie einem Molekül Ethanol und einem Wassermolekül, welche ein komplexes Netzwerk von insgesamt 19 Wasserstoffbrücken bilden.

Summary Reduction of 6-azidouracils2 with hydrogen palladium or sodium dithionite afforded the corresponding 6-aminouracils5 which could also be obtained by reaction of2 with triphenylphosphanevia phosphazenes and subsequent hydrolysis (Staudinger reaction). The use of trimethylphosphite instead of phosphanes yields with2b the expected trimethoxyphosphazene3c, whereas2a reacts to the phosphonoaminopyrimidine4. The syntheses of 5-hydroxy pyrido[2,3-d]pryimidine-2,4,7-triones6, pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4,5-triones8, cyclopenta[e]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2,4,5-triones7a,c, and tetrahydro-pyrimido[4,5-b]quinolin-2,4,5-triones7b,d by condensation of 6-aminouracils5 with malonates, ethylaceto/benzoylacetate, ethyl 2-oxocyclopentanecarboxylate and ethyl 2-oxocyclohexanecarboxylate, respectively, are described.

Zusammenfassung Reduktion der 6-Azidouracile2 mit Wasserstoff/Palladium oder Natriumdithionit ergibt die entsprechenden 6-Aminouracile5, die auch durch Reaktion von2 mit Triphenylphosphin und anschließende Hydrolyse erhalten werden können (Staudinger-Reaktion). Die Verwendung von Trimethylphosphit anstelle von von Trimethylphosphin ergibt mit2b das erwartete Trimethoxyphosphazin3c, während2a zum Phosphonoaminopyrimidin4 reagiert. Die Synthesen der 5-Hydroxy-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2,4,7-trione6, der Pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2,4,5-trione8, der Cyclopenta[e]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2,4,5-trione7a,c und der Tetrahydro-pyrimido[4,5-b]chinolin-2,4,5-trione7b,d durch Kondensation der 6-Aminouracile5 mit Malonat, Acetat, Ethyl-2-oxocyclopentancarboxylat und Ethylcyclohexancarboxylat werden beschrieben.

The intramolecular electrophilic substitution in 6-functionalized 1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-2,4(3H,6H)-diones was used for the synthesis of pyrimido[4′,5′:3,4]-pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline-8,10(7H,9H)-dione, pyrimido[4′,5′:3,4]pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,2,4]benzo-triazine-8,10(7H,9H)-dione, and 2H-pyrimido[4′,5′:3,4]pyrrolo[1,2-a]indole-2,4,11(1H, 3H)-trione derivatives. The reaction of (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediol with glutaraldehyde has been studied. It has been established on the basis of AM1 and PM3 calculations and 1H NMR spectra recorded in the presence of the shift reagent Eu(fod)3 that (1S,3S,4S,7R,11R)-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-11-aza-2,6-dioxatricyclo[5,3,1,04,11]undecane is formed as the result of the reaction.  相似文献

Oxidative amination of 3-chloro-6,8-dimethylpyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazine-5,7(6H,8H)-dione with primary alkylamines and potassium amide in liquid ammonia gives rise to the corresponding 4-amino derivatives as the major products. The reactions with acyclic secondary amines are accompanied by annelation of the pyrrole moiety to the starting heterosystem to form 1-R-3-R"-6,8-dimethylpyrrolo[2",3";3,4]pyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazine-7,9(6H,8H)-diones. The reaction with piperidine as the aminating agent occurs exclusively as aminodehalogenation. The Sonogashira cross-coupling of 4-amino-3-chloro-6,8-dimethylpyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazine-5,7(6H,8H)-diones with terminal alkynes affords 1-R-2-R"-6,8-dimethylpyrrolo[3",2";3,4]pyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazine-7,9(6H,8H)-diones.  相似文献

Oxidation of (+)-sabinol, (1S,3R,5S)-1-isopropyl-4-methylidenebicyclo[3.1.0]hexan-3-ol, by active MnO2 afforded not the expected sabinone but only its [4+2]-cyclodimer. The molecular structure of the latter was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of this cyclodimer were interpreted using 2D NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

We have synthesized a series of (1R,2R,4S,5S,8S)-2,8-diaryl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-aza-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octanes as a result of reaction of (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediol with aromatic aldehydes. Sonogashira cross-coupling of 3-chloro-6,8-dimethylpyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazine-5,7(6H,8H)-dione with terminal alkynes afforded the corresponding 3-(alkyn-1-yl) derivatives. Oxidative amination of the latter compounds with primary alkylamines was accompanied by heterocyclization to give 6,8-dimethylpyrrolo[3",2":3,4]pyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazine-7,9(6H,8H)-diones.  相似文献

A series of new bis[p-(phenylethynyi)phenyl]hetarylenes was obtained by cross-coupling between heteroaromatic dibromides and phenylacetylene catalyzed by phosphine complexes of palladium in the presence of Cul and an organic base. In a search for environmentally friendly metal chelating ligands for industrial applications, the protonation and complex formation equilibria of [S,S,S]- and [R,S,R]-isomers of N-bis[2-(1,2-dicarboxyethoxy)ethyl] aspartic acid (BCA6) with Mg(II), Ca(II), Mn(II), Fe(III), Cu(II) and Zn(II) ions in aqueous 0.1 M NaCl solution were studied at 25°C by potentiometric titration. The model for complexation and the stability constants of the different complexes were determined for each metal ion using the computer program SUPERQUAD. With all metal ions (M n+), stable ML n?6 complexes dominated complex formation for both isomers. Differences in complexation models were found for binuclear species.  相似文献

Summary Prompted by the remarkable pharmacological activity shown by the corresponding carboxylic acids and other analogues, a series of 2-phenylimidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine-3-acetic acids has been prepared. Zusammenfassung Aufgrund ihres Enamincharakters reagieren die Methylen-N-heterocyclen1–5 mit cyclischen 2-Ethoxymethylen-1,3-dicarbonylverbindungen6 zu den 2-[2-(Hetaryliden)ethyliden]-1,3-dicarbonylverbindungen7–14. Das Ergebnis der Reaktionen zwischen 1,2-Dihydro-1-methyl-2-methylen-chinolin (1a) und cyclischen 1,3-Dicarbonylverbindungen hängt von der Natur der zwischenzeitlich entstehenden DihydroverbindungenA/B ab. Die Intermediat-KetoneA gehen durch Dehydrierung während der Reaktion in die 2-(1,2-Dimethyl-4(1H)chinolyliden)-1,3-dicarbonylverbindungen17–21 über. Die Intermediat-EnoleB mit sechsgliedrigem Dicarbonylring bilden in intramolekularer Reaktion die 6,12-Methano-dibenz[d,g][1,3]oxazocinone22–25, deren Struktur am Beispiel der Verbindung23 durch1H-NMR sowie durch Röntgenkristallstrukturanalyse bewiesen wird.

Recyclization of thieno[3,2-e][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-c]pyrimidines was studied experimentally and theoretically by B3LYP/6-31G** calculations in the gas phase and in solution (EtOH). The experimentally observed characteristic features of the isomerization (the possibility of the Dimroth rearrangement occurring by the ANRORC mechanism and high energy barriers in acid-catalyzed reactions) were confirmed by quantum chemical calculations. The treatment of 5-aryl-4′,6′-dioxo-2,3,3a,4,5,6-hexahydrospiro-[benzothiophene-4,5′-1,3-dioxane] 1,1-dioxides with boron trifluoride etherate in dichloroethane leads to the formation of products of intramolecular acylation, namely, the corresponding 10-oxo-1H-5,5a,10a,10b-tetrahydrofluoreno-[2,1-b]thiophene dioxides. In all cases, 5-aryl-4-carboxyhexahydrobenzo[b]thiophene 1,1-dioxides were also isolated. The product ratio depends on the structure of the aromatic substituent at C(5) of the spiro- adducts. The structure of 4-carboxy-5-(2-methoxyphenyl)-7-methyl -2,3,3a,4,5,6-hexahydro-benzo[b]thiophene 1,1-dioxide was confirmed by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. *For Communication 9 see [1]. *2Dedicated to Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences B.
