Optical imaging is an emerging method for bio-imaging. The advantages of this imaging provide non-ionizing and safe radiation, non-invasive and functional medical imaging. Due to diffusion of photons inside biological tissues, its image processing is complicated. So in spite of these advantages, this imaging method has not been progressed like ultrasound imaging and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Also, the penetration depth of photons inside biological phantom is low. To overcome this problem, the complicated diffusion of photons through tissue must be modeled. The diffuse equation can be applied to simulate photons through turbid media like biological tissues. In this paper, the diffuse equation is used to study propagation of diffuse photons. The green function method is applied to solve this equation, and then the optical properties of abnormalities in breast phantom are estimated. This fast method can be applied for image processing.  相似文献

In diffuse optical tomography, light transport theory is used to describe photon propagation inside turbid medium. A commonly used simplification for the radiative transport equation is the diffusion approximation due to computational feasibility. However, it is known that the diffusion approximation is not valid close to the sources and boundary and in low-scattering regions. Fokker-Planck equation describes light propagation when scattering is forward-peaked. In this article a numerical solution of the Fokker-Planck equation using finite element method is developed. Approach is validated against Monte Carlo simulation and compared with the diffusion approximation. The results show that the Fokker-Planck equation gives equal or better results than the diffusion approximation on the boundary of a homogeneous medium and in turbid medium containing a low-scattering region when scattering is forward-peaked.  相似文献

The coupled radiative transport-diffusion model can be used as light transport model in situations in which the diffusion equation is not a valid approximation everywhere in the domain. In the coupled model, light propagation is modelled with the radiative transport equation in sub-domains in which the approximations of the diffusion equation are not valid, such as within low-scattering regions, and the diffusion approximation is used elsewhere in the domain. In this paper, an image reconstruction method for diffuse optical tomography based on using the coupled radiative transport-diffusion model is developed. In the approach, absorption and scattering distributions are estimated by minimising a regularised least-squares error between the measured data and solution of the coupled model. The approach is tested with simulations. Reconstructions from different cases including domains with low-scattering regions are shown. The results show that the coupled radiative transport-diffusion model can be utilised in image reconstruction problem of diffuse optical tomography and that it produces as good quality reconstructions as the full radiative transport equation also in the presence of low-scattering regions.  相似文献

In the present cosmetic market, the skin image obtained from a hand-held camera is two-dimensional (2-D). Due to insufficient penetration, only the skin surface can be detected, and thus phenomena in the dermis cannot be observed. To take the place of the conventional 2D camera, a new hand-held imaging system is proposed for three-dimensional (3-D) skin imaging. Featuring non-invasiveness, optical coherence tomography (OCT) has become one of the popular medical imaging techniques. The dermal images shown in OCT-related reports were mainly single-colored because of the use of a monotonic light source. With three original-colored beams applied in OCT, a full-colored image can be derived for dermatology. The penetration depth of the system ranges from 0.43 to 0.78 mm, sufficient for imaging of main tissues in the dermis. Colorful and non-invasive perspectives of deep dermal structure help to advance skin science, dermatology and cosmetology.  相似文献

频域光学相干层析系统中扫描机构定位精度、 机械抖动及样品移动会造成A扫描信号幅值和相位发生波动, 影响生物组织成像质量. 利用最小灰度差匹配、Lorentzian曲线极值拟合和谱域光程差补偿等方法对A 扫描信号进行幅值配准. 通过对A扫描信号相位分布特征的匹配实现相位差检测与配准. 通过求已配准的A 扫描复信号之差, 消除静态组织对血流成像的影响. 进行了人眼扫描实验, 有效提取了视网膜三维血流图像. 实验结果表明, 提出的幅值及相位配准方法大大减小了系统扫描精度、人眼跳动等因素对生物组织在体成像质量的影响. 快速、精确的相位配准方法也可广泛应用在多普勒OCT、相位显微等与相位分辨有关的光学成像领域. 关键词: 频域光学相干层析 配准 血流成像 相位分布特征  相似文献

We present the optical coherence tomography (OCT) made to investigate the early dental caries in human teeth and compare its results with those taken by conventional imaging modalities including light illuminating examination (LIE), digital intra-oral radiography (DIOR), and electron probe micro analyzer (EPMA). Morphological features and caries-involved areas of the dental structure were mainly investigated by LIE, DIOR, and OCT to study the infection of the caries lesion in pits and fissures. The biochemical information acquired with EPMA and the morphological features taken with OCT in the early stage of caries were compared and analyzed to present an objective and practical index for the degree of caries. The experimental results allow us to conclude that OCT could be used to provide quantitative analysis of caries based on the reflectivity difference in the specimen.  相似文献

压缩感知以信号的稀疏性或可压缩性为条件,以远低于耐奎斯特采样频率对信号数据进行采样和编码。简要概括了压缩感知的基本理论,它采用非自适应线性投影来保持信号的原始结构, 能通过数值最优化问题精确或高概率地重构原始信号。详细介绍了其在光学成像系统中的应用,主要包括单像素相机、超薄成像、编码孔径成像、多路技术智能成像、多光谱成像和CMOS成像等成像系统。最后对该理论的应用前景进行了阐述。  相似文献

砂泥岩薄互层电阻率准确测量是提高泥质砂岩储层计算的一项重要工作。为了解决薄互层电阻率准确测量问题,该文提出一种三维感应成像测井仪的设计与实现方法。首先,基于感应电磁测量方法,设计由1个三轴发射器、4个单轴接收阵列和3个三轴的接收阵列组成的三维探测器。在此基础上,通过三维线圈系参数与结构创新设计、多频循环发射、高精度多道同步采集、高性能发射接收一体化集成等技术实现,在每一个深度点可获取78个电导率测量值。最后,利用数据校正与处理技术来消除各种环境影响,经过理论模型和实际资料的处理结果均证实,该仪器处理得到5条不同径向探测深度的水平电阻率与垂向电阻率、地层倾角等曲线,实现了对薄互层电阻率的准确测量。  相似文献

We demonstrate the feasibility of a compact single-shot full-field time domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) for imaging dynamic biological sample in real-time. The system is based on a Linnik type polarization Michelson interferometer and a four-quadrature phase-stepper optics, which can simultaneously capture four quadraturely phase-stepped interferograms on a single CCD. Using a superluminescent diode as light source with center wavelength of 842 nm and spectral width of 16.2 nm, the system yields an axial resolution of 19.8 μm, and covers a field of view of 280 × 320 μm2 (220 × 250 pixels) with a transverse resolution of 4.4 μm by using a 10× microscope objective (0.3 NA). Three-dimensional OCT images of biological samples such as an onion slice and a diaptomus were obtained without any image averaging or pixel binning. In addition, in vivo depth resolved dynamic imaging was demonstrated to show the beating internal structure of a diaptomus with a fame rate of 5 fps.  相似文献

The maximum data rate that can be achieved in diffuse indoor optical wireless communication (OWC) is limited due to the effect of intersymbol interference (ISI). The adverse effect of ISI on the system performance can be minimised using a channel equaliser at the receiver. In this study, digital signal detection is formulated as a classification problem and hence a classifier is adopted at the receiver. The bit error performance of classifiers with non-linear decision boundary including a multilayer perceptron (MLP), a support vector machine (SVM), the radial basis function (RBF), and the Bayesian classifier is studied along with traditional equaliser and reported here. The MLP offers the best performance; however there is trade-off between the performance and complexity especially at highly diffuse channel.  相似文献

根据光学综合孔径成像系统的成像质量与点扩散函数和光学传递函数的关系,以G o lay-3阵列结构为例,从空间域和频率域对光学综合孔径成像技术进行理论仿真和实验研究。在空间域从理论上分析光学综合孔径成像系统的点扩散函数,对复杂目标的成像通过目标函数与点扩散函数的卷积求得,点扩散函数决定了成像质量。通过数值仿真和模拟实验取得了点扩散函数强度分布图,两者分布规律一致证明理论分析正确。在频率域研究光学综合孔径调制传递函数,理论仿真和实验取得的调制传递函数表明,空间域和频率域内光学综合孔径成像技术的理论分析与实验结果具有较好的一致性。  相似文献

基于声光可调谐滤波器(AOTF)的成像光谱仪是一种新型的成像光谱仪,它除了具有一般成像光谱仪的二维空间信息与一维光谱信息外,还能获得目标的偏振信息。在实际应用中AOTF可接收的光束孔径角一般不大于5~6,因而受到所采用声光晶体可接收角度的限制,AOTF光谱成像仪的光学系统不能同时兼顾大孔径与大视场。要求AOTF成像光谱仪视场满足128128像元,TeO2晶体尺寸为10 mm10 mm,根据声光可调谐滤波器成像光谱仪光学系统的特点,分析比较了2种光学系统总体方案,最终将系统的孔径光栏放置在晶体上,TeO2晶体尺寸限制了孔径光栏的尺寸,晶体可接收的角度决定了系统的视场角,提高了能量利用率,获得较高的图像信噪比。  相似文献

将成像光学系统同时用作激光发射天线的共口径设计可有效减轻卫星载荷质量和应对各种突发状况。首先根据激光通信的能量计算链路,分析了激光发射天线的设计要求,明确了激光发射天线与成像光学系统的不同;然后根据特定的成像光学系统给出了3种具有普适性的共口径设计方法,并对这3种方法的性能进行了分析和比较,给出了它们的优缺点和适用范围;最后对所设计的共口径系统进行了发射光束仿真,经过对设计系统加工、装调后进行了室内的成像、通信实验,结果显示发射激光的最小束散角可达18.2 μrad,接近系统衍射极限,出射光斑质量良好,接收到的图像与成像系统所成图像肉眼观测无失配。初步证实该共口径设计可实现光学系统的成像和通信任务要求。  相似文献

提出了一种真实场景三维视频采集及彩色显示的方法.设计了一种采用条纹投影的实时三维成像系统及采用液晶空间光调制器的实时全息彩色三维显示系统.在三维成像系统中采用π相移正弦条纹与编码图案结合实现绝对相位测量,从而可以测量孤立物体.同时对采用数字微镜的投影仪进行改造,实现高速投影,并与高速摄像机配合实现三维视频采集.首先利用实时三维成像系统同时获取三维场景的彩色强度像和距离像;然后根据这些三维成像数据, 设计和制作计算菲涅耳全息图;最后在实时全息彩色三维显示系统中再现.三维信息的采集和显示速度达到了60帧每秒.  相似文献

改进和完善宽场光学相干断层成像技术(WFOCT)的主要方法是从光源、系统光路等方面进行改进.研究WFOCT系统的成像状态和环境状态对系统的横向分辨率的影响,借助ZEMAX光学设计软件模拟该系统的干涉效果,在实验中采用八步移相法来解析样品的二维图像信息,将解析出来的样品图像赋值到图像变量中进行存储显示.实验与模拟结果表明:模拟仿真获得的干涉信号含有对比度和平行度很高的干涉条纹,证明了利用ZEMAX软件模拟仿真干涉系统的可行性.  相似文献
