The imidazolium salts 1,1′-dibenzyl-3,3′-propylenediimidazolium dichloride and 1,1′-bis(1-naphthalenemethyl)-3,3′-propylenediimidazolium dichloride have been synthesized and transformed into the corresponding bis(NHC) ligands 1,1′-dibenzyl-3,3′-propylenediimidazol-2-ylidene (L1) and 1,1′-bis(1-naphthalenemethyl)-3,3′-propylenediimidazol-2-ylidene (L2) that have been employed to stabilize the PdII complexes PdCl22-C,C-L1) (2a) and PdCl22-C,C-L2) (2b). Both latter complexes together with their known homologous counterparts PdCl22-C,C-L3) (1a) (L3 = 1,1′-dibenzyl-3,3′-ethylenediimidazol-2-ylidene) and PdCl22-C,C-L4) (1b) (L4 = 1,1′-bis(1-naphthalenemethyl)-3,3′-ethylenediimidazol-2-ylidene) have been straightforwardly converted into the corresponding palladium acetate compounds Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-C,C-L3) (3a) (OAc = acetate), Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-C,C-L4) (3b), Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-C,C-L1) (4a), and Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-C,C-L2) (4b). In addition, the phosphanyl-NHC-modified palladium acetate complex Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-P,C-L5) (6) (L5 = 1-((2-diphenylphosphanyl)methylphenyl)-3-methyl-imidazol-2-ylidene) has been synthesized from corresponding palladium iodide complex PdI22-P,C-L5) (5). The reaction of the former complex with p-toluenesulfonic acid (p-TsOH) gave the corresponding bis-tosylate complex Pd(OTs)22-P,C-L5) (7). All new complexes have been characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. In addition the solid-state structures of 1b·DMF, 2b·2DMF, 3a, 3b·DMF, 4a, 4b, and 6·CHCl3·2H2O have been determined by single crystal X-ray structure analyses. The palladium acetate complexes 3a/b, 4a/b, and 6 have been employed to catalyze the oxidative homocoupling reaction of terminal alkynes in acetonitrile chemoselectively yielding the corresponding 1,4-di-substituted 1,3-diyne in the presence of p-benzoquinone (BQ). The highest catalytic activity in the presence of BQ has been obtained with 6, while within the series of palladium-bis(NHC) complexes, 4b, featured with a n-propylene-bridge and the bulky N-1-naphthalenemethyl substituents, revealed as the most active compound. Hence, this latter precursor has been employed for analogous coupling reaction carried out in the presence of air pressure instead of BQ, yielding lower substrate conversion when compared to reaction performed in the presence of BQ. The important role of the ancillary ligand acetate in the course of the catalytic coupling reaction has been proved by variable-temperature NMR studies carried out with 6 and 7′ under catalytic reaction conditions.  相似文献

[2′,3′,5′,6′-2H4]-2-Hydroxynaringenin is synthesised and incubated with commercially available UDP-glucose and the crude protein extract from Desmoduim uncinatum leaves. The organic extract produces isotopically labelled [2′,3′,5′,6′-2H4]-vitexin and [2′,3′,5′,6′-2H4]-isovitexin. Repeating the experiment with denatured protein or replacing the 2-hydroxynaringenin with [2′,3′,5′,6′-2H4]-apigenin or [2′,3′,5′,6′-2H4]-naringenin results in no observable incorporation. 2-Hydroxynaringenin is therefore the substrate for C-glucosylflavonoid biosynthesis in D. uncinatum.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of a series of cobalt(III) complexes of the general type [Co(N2O2)(L2)]+ are described. The N2O2 Schiff base ligands used are Me-salpn (H2Me-salpn = N,N′-bis(methylsalicylidene)-1,3-propylenediamine) (13) and Me-salbn (H2Me-salbn = N,N′-bis(methylsalicylidene)-1,4-butylenediamine) (45). The two ancillary ligands L include: pyridine (py) 1, 3-metheylpyridine (3-Mepy) 2, 1-methylimidazole (1-MeIm) 3, 4-methylpyridine (4-Mepy) 4 and pyridine (py) 5. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of trans-[CoIII(Me-salpn)(py)2]PF6, 1, and cis-α-[CoIII(Me-salbn)(4-Mepy)2]BPh4 · 4-Mepy, 4, have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Examination of the solution and crystalline structures revealed that the outer coordination sphere of the complexes exerts a noticeable influence on the inner coordination sphere of the Co(III) ion. The electrochemical reduction of these complexes at a glassy carbon electrode in acetonitrile solution indicates that the first reduction process corresponding to CoIII–CoII is electrochemically irreversible, which is accompanied by the dissociation of the axial (R-py)–cobalt bonds. It has also been observed that the Co(III) state is stabilized with increasing the flexibility of the ligand environment.  相似文献

Lithiation of O-functionalized alkyl phenyl sulfides PhSCH2CH2CH2OR (R = Me, 1a; i-Pr, 1b; t-Bu, 1c; CPh3, 1d) with n-BuLi/tmeda in n-pentane resulted in the formation of α- and ortho-lithiated compounds [Li{CH(SPh)CH2CH2OR}(tmeda)] (α-2ad) and [Li{o-C6H4SCH2CH2CH2OR)(tmeda)] (o-2ad), respectively, which has been proved by subsequent reaction with n-Bu3SnCl yielding the requisite stannylated γ-OR-functionalized propyl phenyl sulfides n-Bu3SnCH(SPh)CH2CH2OR (α-3ad) and n-Bu3Sn(o-C6H4SCH2CH2CH2OR) (o-3ad). The α/ortho ratios were found to be dependent on the sterical demand of the substituent R. Stannylated alkyl phenyl sulfides α-3ac were found to react with n-BuLi/tmeda and n-BuLi yielding the pure α-lithiated compounds α-2ac and [Li{CH(SPh)CH2CH2OR}] (α-4ab), respectively, as white to yellowish powders. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of [Li{CH(SPh)CH2CH2Ot-Bu}(tmeda)] (α-2c) exhibited a distorted tetrahedral coordination of lithium having a chelating tmeda ligand and a C,O coordinated organyl ligand. Thus, α-2c is a typical organolithium inner complex.Lithiation of O-functionalized alkyl phenyl sulfones PhSO2CH2CH2CH2OR (R = Me, 5a; i-Pr, 5b; CPh3, 5c) with n-BuLi resulted in the exclusive formation of the α-lithiated products Li[CH(SO2Ph)CH2CH2OR] (6ac) that were found to react with n-Bu3SnCl yielding the requisite α-stannylated compounds n-Bu3SnCH(SO2Ph)CH2CH2OR (7ac). The identities of all lithium and tin compounds have been unambiguously proved by NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 119Sn).  相似文献

Assembly of 5-sulfosalicylic acid (H3L) and d10 transition metal ions (CdII, AgI) with the neutral N-donor ligands produces five new complexes: [Cd2(HL)2(4,4′-bipy)3]n·2nH2O (1), {[Cd2(μ2-HCO2)2(4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)4][Cd(HL)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2]}n (2), {[Cd(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4][HL]·H2O}n (3), [Cd(HL)(dpp)2(H2O)]n·4nH2O (4), {[Ag(4,4′-bipy)][Hhbs]}n (5) (4,4′-bipy=4,4′-bipyridine, dpp=1,3-di(pyridin-4-yl)propane, H2hbs=4-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid, the decarboxylation product of H3L). Complex 1 adopts a 5-connected 3D bilayer topology. Complex 2 has the herring-bone and ladder chain, which are extended to a 3D network via hydrogen bonding. In 3–4 complexes, 3 is a 3D supermolecular structure formed by polymeric chains and 2D network of HL2−, while 4 gives the double-stranded chains. In 5, ladder arrays are stacked with the 2D networks of Hhbs anions in an –ABAB– sequence. Complexes 1–4 display green luminescences in solid state at room temperature, while emission spectra of 3 and 4 show obvious blue-shifts at low temperature.  相似文献

Two new coordination complexes, viz. [Co(tmb)2(4,4′-bpy)2(H2O)2](Htmb)2 (1) and {[Ni(tmb)2(μ-4,4′-bpy)2(H2O)2](4,4′-bpy)}n (2), have been hydrothermally synthesized by reaction of the corresponding metal acetate with 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid (Htmb) and 4,4′-bipyridyl (4,4′-bpy). X-ray single-crystal diffraction suggests that complex 1 represents a discrete mononuclear species in which the central metal ion is coordinated by the terminal carboxylate moiety and the 4,4′-bipyridyl ligand. The crystal structure of complex 2 reveals a 1D chain coordination polymer in which the Ni(II) ions are connected by the bridging 4,4′-bipyridyl ligands. In both cases, the coordination arrays are further extended via hydrogen bonding interactions to generate 3D supramolecular networks. Complexes 1 and 2 have also been characterized by spectroscopic (IR and UV/Vis), thermal (TGA) and magnetic susceptibility measurements. In addition, both complexes exhibit antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Reaction of cis-[Mo(NCMe)2(CO)2(η5-L)][BF4] (L=C5H5 or C5Me5) with 1-acetoxybuta-1,3-diene gives the cationic complexes [Mo{η4-syn-s-cis-CH2CHCHCH(OAc)}(CO)2(η5-L)][BF4], which, on reaction with aqueous NaHCO3/CH2Cl2, afford good yields of the anti-aldehyde substituted complexes [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCH(CHO)}(CO)2(η5-L)] 2 (L=C5Me5), 4 (L=C5H5)]. The corresponding η5-indenyl substituted complex 5 was prepared by protonation (HBF4·OEt2) of [Mo(η3-C3H5)(CO)2(η5-C9H7)] followed by addition of CH2=CHCH=CH(OAc) and hydrolysis (aq. NaHCO3/CH2Cl2). An X-ray crystallographic study of complex 2 confirmed the structure and showed that there is a contribution from a zwitterionic form involving donation of electron density from the molybdenum to the aldehyde carbonyl group. Treatment of 2 and 4, in methanol solution, with NaBH4 afforded the alcohols [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCHCH2(OH)}(CO)2(η5-L)] [6 (L=C5H5), 8 (L=C5Me5)]; however, prolonged (30 h) reaction with NaBH4/MeOH surprisingly gave good yields of the methoxy-substituted complexes [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCHCH2(OMe)}(CO)2(η5-L)] [7 (L=C5H5), 9 (L=C5Me5)], the structure of 7 being confirmed by single crystal X-ray crystallography. This methoxylation reaction can be explained by coordination of the hydroxyl group present in 6 and 8 onto B2H6 to form the potential leaving group HOBH3, which on ionisation affords [Mo(η4-exo-buta-1-3-diene)(CO)2(η5-L)]+ which is captured by reaction with OMe. Complex 8 is also formed in good yield on reaction of 2 with HBF4·OEt2 followed by treatment of the resulting cation [Mo{η4-exo-s-cis-syn-CH2CHCHCH(OH)}(CO)2(η5-C5Me5)][BF4] with Na[BH3CN]. Reaction of 4 with the Grignard reagents MeMgI, EtMgBr or PhMgCl afforded moderate yields of the alcohols [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCHCH(OH)R}(CO)2(η5-C5H5)] [11 (R=Me), 12 (R=Et), 13 (R=Ph)]. Similarly, treatment of 2 with MeLi gave the corresponding alcohol 14. An attempt to carry out the Oppenauer oxidation [Al(OPr′)3/Me2CO] of 11 resulted in an elimination reaction and the formation of the η3-s-pentadienyl complex [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCH(CHCH2)}(CO)2(η5-C5H5)], which was structurally identified by X-ray crystallography. Interestingly, oxidation of 6 with [Bu4nN][RuO4]/morpholine-N-oxide affords the aldehyde complex, 4 in good yield. Finally, reaction of 11 with [NO][BF4] followed by addition of Na2CO3 affords the fur-3-ene complex [Mo{η2-
(H)Me}(CO)(NO)(η5-C5H5)].  相似文献

The article describes the synthesis and single-crystal X-ray analysis of two sulfato and one thiocyanato copper(II) complex with 2-acetylpyridine S-methylisothiosemicarbazone (HL) of the formulae [Cu(HL)SO4(H2O)]·H2O (1), [Cu2(HL)2(μ-SO4)2]·2H2O (2) and [Cu(HL)(NCS)(SCN)] (3), as well as the structure of the protonated ligand H2L+I. Complexes 1 and 2 were obtained from the reaction of aqueous/methanolic CuSO4·5H2O and ethanolic/methanolic H2L+I solutions, respectively. Complex 3 was synthesized by the reaction of methanolic solutions of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O, the ligand and NH4SCN, with the addition of triethyl orthoformate. All three complexes have a slightly deformed square-pyramidal structure (τav = 0.15) with the tridentate NNN neutral ligand in the basal plane. In complexes 1 and 3 the apical position is occupied by the oxygen atom of the monodentate SO4 group, or the sulfur atom of the SCN group. Thanks to the hydrogen bonds, complex 3 may be thought of as having a pseudo-dimeric structure. In the authentic centrosymmetric dimer 2, the oxygen atoms of both SO4 groups occupy also the apical position of both coordination polyhedra, as well as an equatorial position. Complexes 1 and 3 have μeff values characteristic of magnetically isolated mononuclear Cu(II) complexes. In contrast to them, complex 2 has a μeff value of 1.57 BM, which is in agreement with its dinuclear structure. All the complexes, in addition to the X-ray analysis and magnetic measurements, were characterized by IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy and by thermal analysis.  相似文献

Reaction of N-(4-R-phenyl)picolinamide (R = OCH3, CH3, H, Cl and NO2) with [Ir(PPh3)3Cl] in refluxing ethanol in the presence of a base (NEt3) affords two yellow complexes (1-R and 2-R). The 1-R complexes contain an amide ligand coordinated to the metal center as a monoanionic bidentate N,N donor along with two triphenylphosphines, a chloride and a hydride. The 2-R complexes contain an amide ligand coordinated to the metal center as a monoanionic bidentate N,N donor along with two triphenylphosphines and two hydrides. Similar reaction of N-(naphthyl)picolinamide with [Ir(PPh3)3Cl] affords two organometallic complexes, 3 and 4. In complex 3 the amide ligand is coordinated to the metal center, via C–H activation of the naphthyl ring at the 8-position, as a dianionic tridentate N,N,C donor, along with two triphenylphosphines and one chloride. Complex 4 is similar to complex 3, except a hydride is bonded to iridium instead of the chloride. Structures of the 1-OCH3, 2-Cl and 4 complexes have been determined by X-ray crystallography. All the complexes are diamagnetic, and show characteristic 1H NMR signals and intense MLCT transitions in the visible region. Cyclic voltammetry on all the complexes shows a IrIII–IrIV oxidation within 0.50–1.16 V vs. SCE and a reduction of the coordinated amide ligand within −1.02 to −1.25 V vs. SCE.  相似文献

We wish to report the synthesis and characterization of Group 9 metal complexes with the novel P,P′-diphenyl-1,4-diphospha-cyclohexane (dpdpc) ligand. The complexes are readily prepared by direct ligand substitution reactions from the dichloro-bridged binuclear complexes, [{η5-Cp*M(Cl)2}2]. The complexes include: [η5-Cp*Rh(Cl)2]2(μ-dpdpc) (1), [η5-Cp*Ir(Cl)2]2(μ-dpdpc) (2), and [η5-Cp*Rh(Cl)(dpdpc)]PF6 (3). The structures for all three complexes are supported by 1H, 13C{1H}, and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis. The molecular structures of 1 and 3 have also been established by single-crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

The use of salicylaldehyde oxime (H2salox) in manganese(III) carboxylate chemistry has yielded new members of the family of hexanuclear compounds presenting the [Mn63-O)22-OR)2]12+ core, complexes [MnIII63-O)2(O2CPh)2(salox)6(L1)2(L2)2] (L1 = py, L2 = H2O (1); L1 = Me2CO, L2 = H2O (2); L1 = L2 = MeOH (3)). Addition of NaOMe to the acetonitrile reaction mixture, afforded the 1D complex [MnIII3Na(μ3-O)(O2CPh)2(salox)3(MeCN)]n (4), whereas addition of NaClO4 to the acetone reaction mixture afforded an analogous 1D complex [MnIII3Na(μ3-O)(O2CPh)2(salox)3(Me2CO)]n (5). The structures of 1–3 present the [Mn63-O)22-OR)2]12+ core and can be described as two [Mn33-O)]7+ triangular subunits linked by two μ2-oximato oxygen atoms of the salox2− ligands, which show the less common μ32OO′:κN coordination mode. The benzoato ligands are coordinated through the usual syn,syn2OO′ mode. The 1D polymeric structures of 4 and 5 consist of alternating [Mn33-O)]7+ subunits and Na+ atoms linked through two μ32OO′:κN and one μ42O2O′:κN salox2− ligands as well as one syn,anti2OO′ benzoato ligand. DC and AC magnetic susceptibility studies on 1 revealed the stabilization of an S = 4 ground state, and indications of single-molecule magnetism behavior, whereas the DC experimental data from polycrystalline sample of 5 are indicative of antiferromagnetic interactions within the [Mn3] subunit. Solid state 1H NMR data of 1 were used to probe the spin-lattice relaxation of the system.  相似文献

The monomeric cis-dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes [MoO2(oep-saldpen)] and [MoO2Cl2(oep-H2saldpen)], with a tetradentate [N2(imine)O2] and bidentate [N2(imine)] salen-type ligand functionalised with two pyrrole derivative pendant arms [oep-H2saldpen = 1,2-diphenylethylenebis(3-oxyethylpyrrole)salicylideneimine], were synthesised and characterised by 1H NMR, IR and Raman spectroscopy. The solid-state structure of the free ligand oep-H2saldpen was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Assignment of the vibrational spectra of the molybdenum complexes was supported by carrying out ab initio calculations for the possible isomers using [MoO2(salen)] and [MoO2Cl2(H2salen)] as model compounds [H2salen = N,N′-ethylenebis(salicylideneimine)]. The oep-saldpen complexes were examined as catalysts for the epoxidation of cyclooctene, (R)-(+)-limonene, styrene, α-pinene, and cis and trans-β-methylstyrene, with tert-butyl hydroperoxide as the oxidant. Both complexes exhibited high selectivity for the epoxidation reaction, with the bis(chloro) complex being always the more active of the two.  相似文献

Eight S-glycosylated 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(tetrafluorophenyl)porphyrins (1a′, 1b′, 1a and 1b (a: S-glucosylated, b: S-galactosylated)) and their 1,3-dipolar cycloadducts, i.e. chlorins 2a′, 2b′, 2a and 2b were prepared by nucleophilic substitution of the pentafluorophenyl groups with S-glycoside. These photosensitizers were characterized by 1H, 13C and 19F NMR spectroscopies and elemental analysis. The photocytotoxicity of the S-glycosylated photosensitizers and the parent porphyrin (1) and chlorin (2) was examined in HeLa cells. Photosensitizers 1, 2, 1a′, 1b′, 2a′ and 2b′ showed no significant photocytotoxicity at the concentration of 0.5 μM, while the deprotected photosensitizers 1a, 1b, 2a and 2b were photocytotoxic. The strong inhibition by sodium azide of the photocytotoxicity of these photosensitizers suggested that 1O2 is the main mediator. The S-glucosylated photosensitizers 1a and 2a showed higher photocytotoxicity than S-galactosylated 1b and 2b, respectively. The cellular uptake of 1a and 2a increased up to 24 h, while that of 1b and 2b was saturated by 12 h.  相似文献

A new tetradentate N2O2 donor Schiff base ligand [OHC6H4CHNCH2CH2CH(CH2CH3)NCHC6H4OH = H2L ] was obtained by 1:2 condensation of 1,3-diaminopentane with salicylaldehyde and has been used to synthesise an unusual copper(II) complex whose asymmetric unit presents two structurally different almost linear trinuclear units [Cu3(μ-L)2(ClO4)2] [Cu3(μ-L)2(H2O)(ClO4)2] (1). The ligand and the complex were characterised by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR and UV–Vis spectroscopy in addition electrochemical and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies were performed for the complex. The magnetic properties of 1 reveal the presence of strong intra-trimer (J1 = −202(3) cm−1 and J2 = −233(3) cm−1) as well as very weak inter-trimer (zJ′ = −0.11(1) cm−1) antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

Chlorodiphenylphosphine and 2,2′-biphenylylenephosphorochloridite react with 2-hydroxy-2′-(1,4-bisoxo-6-hexanol)-1,1′-biphenyl to yield the new α,ω-bis(phosphorus-donor)-polyether ligands, 2-Ph2PO(CH2CH2O)2–C12H8-2′-OPPh2 (1) and 2-(2,2′-O2C12H8)P(CH2CH2O)2–C12H8-2′-P(2,2′-O2C12H8) (2). These ligands react with Mo(CO)4(nbd) to form the monomeric metallacrown ethers, cis-Mo(CO)4{2-Ph2PO(CH2CH2O)2–C12H8-2′-OPPh2} (cis-3) and cis-Mo(CO)4{2-(2,2′-O2C12H8)P(CH2CH2O)2–C12H8-2′-P(2,2′-O2C12H8)} (cis-4), in good yields. The X-ray crystal structures of cis-3 and cis-4 are significantly different, especially in the conformation of the metal center and the adjacent ethylene group. The very different 13C-NMR coordination chemical shifts of this ethylene group in cis-3 and cis-4 suggest that the solution conformations of these metallacrown ethers are also quite different. Both metallacrown ethers undergo cistrans isomerization in the presence of HgCl2. Although the cistrans equilibrium constants for the isomerization reactions are nearly identical, the isomerization of cis-3 is more rapid. Phenyl lithium reacts with cis-3 to form the corresponding benzoyl complexes but does not react with either trans-3 or cis-4. Both the slower rate of cistrans isomerization of cis-4 and its lack of reaction with PhLi are consistent with weaker interactions between the hard metal cations and the carbonyl oxygens in both trans-3 and cis-4.  相似文献

This report presents a comparative study on the influence of various N-donor ligands coordinated to methyltrioxorhenium (MTO) on the catalytic activity of olefin epoxidation. A monodentate (4-tert-butylpyridine), a bidentate (4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine) and a Schiff-base ligand were chosen for the coordination to MTO. This report is supposed to act as a benchmark for past and future results in this type of catalysis. Until now, unfortunately, the results are often difficult to compare due to varying sets of reaction conditions. In the present examination, identical reaction conditions were applied to find the optimum in performance. Accordingly, (i) ligand concentration, (ii) reaction temperature, (iii) catalyst concentration, (iv) olefin and (v) the solvent were varied. For labile olefins such as trans-β-methylstyrene, both the monodentate and the bidentate pyridine derivates show very good selectivities and activities with a MTO/ligand ratio of 1:5 at 25 °C. The Schiff-base is only a useful additive for the epoxidation of cyclooctene. Due to phase transfer effects it is difficult to compare two-phase systems (solvent dichloromethane (DCM)) to one-phase systems (solvent tert-butanol). A correlation between rotation speed of the stirrer and the turnover frequency was observed.  相似文献

The combined use of 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy) and 2-benzothiazolylthioacetic acid (HBTTAA) as ligands with Mn(II), Cd(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) ions afforded six polymeric complexes, namely {[Mn3(BTTAA)4(4,4′-bipy)4](ClO4)2 · 2H2O}n (1), [Mn(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)2]n (2), [Cd(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)2]n (3), [Cd(BTTAA)(4,4′-bipy)(NO3)(H2O)]n (4), [Co(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2]n (5) and [Cu(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)]n (6). All these complexes have been characterized by a combination of analytical, spectroscopic and crystallographic methods. Complex 1 is a novel 2D network formed by two different 44 grid networks, whereas isomorphous complexes 2 and 3 exhibit a 2Dl coordination architecture formed by the same 44 grid network. In 46, extended 1D chains are formed, with the 4,4′-bipy molecules acting as rigid rod-like links between adjacent metal centers. The carboxylato groups of BTTAA in these complexes exhibit four different coordination modes, namely monodentate, chelating, bridging and bridging-chelating modes. The magnetic properties of 1, 2, 5 and 6 were investigated in the temperature range 2.0–300.0 K. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements show weak antiferromagnetic interactions in these complexes.  相似文献

The rotational barriers between the configurational isomers of two structurally related push–pull 4-oxothiazolidines, differing in the number of exocyclic CC bonds, have been determined by dynamic 1H NMR spectroscopy. The equilibrium mixture of (5-ethoxycarbonylmethyl-4-oxothiazolidin-2-ylidene)-1-phenylethanone (1a) in CDCl3 at room temperature to 333 K consists of the E- and Z-isomers which are separated by an energy barrier ΔG# 98.5 kJ/mol (at 298 K). The variable-temperature 1H NMR data for the isomerization of ethyl (5-ethoxycarbonylmethylidene-4-oxothiazolidin-2-ylidene)ethanoate (2b) in DMSO-d6, possessing the two exocyclic CC bonds at the C(2)- and C(5)-positions, indicate that the rotational barrier ΔG# separating the (2E,5Z)-2b and (2Z,5Z)-2b isomers is 100.2 kJ/mol (at 298 K). In a polar solvent-dependent equilibrium the major (2Z,5Z)-form (>90%) is stabilized by the intermolecular resonance-assisted hydrogen bonding and strong 1,5-type S · · · O interactions within the SCCCO entity. The 13C NMR ΔδC(2)C(2′) values, ranging from 58 to 69 ppm in 1ad and 49-58 ppm in 2ad, correlate with the degree of the push-pull character of the exocyclic C(2)C(2′) bond, which increases with the electron withdrawing ability of the substituents at the vinylic C(2′) position in the following order: COPh COEt > CONHPh > CONHCH2CH2Ph. The decrease of the ΔδC(2)C(2′) values in 2ad has been discussed for the first time in terms of an estimation of the electron donor capacity of the S fragment on the polarization of the CC bonds.  相似文献

The lanthanide coordination chemistry of the new ligand 2-hydroxy-2-(1-oxy-pyridin-2-yl)-N,N-diphenyl acetamide (5) has been examined. X-ray crystal structure determinations for the free ligand 5 and for one complex, [La(5)6] (NO3)3·7H2O, have been completed and the latter reveals an unexpected bidentate chelation mode for 5 that involves the amide carbonyl oxygen atom and the 2-hydroxy oxygen atom of each ligand. The six bidentate ligands generate an icosohedral inner coordination sphere. The N-oxide oxygen atom of each ligand also hydrogen bonds with a 2-hydroxyl hydrogen atom in a neighboring ligand molecule in the same molecular unit.  相似文献
