Cyclocondensation of 2-cyanomethyl-4-thiazolidinone (1) with tetracyanoethylene (2) furnished pyrano[2,3-d]thiazole derivative (4) . Benzo[e]pyrano[2,3-d]thiazole derivative (6) was obtained by cyclization of compound (1) with salicylaldehyde. In a similar manner, condensation of compound (1) with 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde in refluxing ethanol yielded naphtho[e]pyrano[2,3-d]thiazole derivative (7) . Interaction of compound (9) with benzylidenemalononitriles (10) (1 : 1 molar ratio) at reflux temperature in ethanol in the presence of piperidine afforded thiazolo[3,2-a]pyridines (12a-c) . Treatment of compound (12a) with hydrazines furnished pyrazolo[3′,4′:4,5] thiazolo[3,2-a]pyridines (14a,b) . The reaction of compound (1) with benzyli-denecyanoacetate (16) yielded 5-hydroxythiazolo[3,2-a]pyridine derivative (21) . Cyclization of bis(thiazolinone) (23) with benzylidenemalononitriles (10) produced bis(thiazolopyridine) derivatives (25a,b) .  相似文献

Two novel ferrocenylphenyl-containing amides have been synthesized by reaction of ferrocenylbencarboxylchloride and 1, 2-di-(o_aminophenoxy)ethane. A single crystal X-ray analysis shows that compound 3 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P-1, and compound 4 crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pca21. There are intramolecular H-bonds in both the compounds, two H-bonds in compound 3 and one in compound 4. The dihedral angels of Cp-ring and phenyl ring range from 3.8° to 20.8°. 报道了9-(β-D-2'-脱氧核糖基)-6-甲基嘌呤合成的新方法. 以肌苷1为原料, 经酯化、氯化、氨解得6-氯嘌呤核苷(4), 再经过羟基保护、6-位甲基化反应及脱保护反应得到关键中间体6-甲基嘌呤核苷7, 用1,3-二氯-1,1,3,3-四异丙基二硅氧烷保护7核糖上的3,5-二羟基, 2-羟基与苯氧基硫代甲酰氯反应后得到9, 然后与氢化三正丁基锡[HSn(Bu-n)3]还原脱氧, 最后脱保护得到目标化合物11. 产物结构经MS, 1H NMR, 元素分析等鉴定.  相似文献

The conformational behavior of 1,2-difluoroethane (1), 1,2-dichloroethane (2), 1,2-dibromoethane (3), and 1,2-diiodoethane (4) have been analyzed by means of complete basis set CBS-QB3, hybrid-density functional theory (B3LYP/Def2-TZVPP) based methods and natural bond orbital (NBO) interpretation. Both methods showed the expected greater stability of the gauche conformation of compound 1 compared to its anti conformation. Contrary to compound 1, the anti conformations of compounds 24 are more stable than their gauche conformation. The stability of the anti conformation compared to the gauche conformation increases from compound 1 to compound 4. The NBO analysis of donor–acceptor (σ → σ*) interactions showed that the generalized anomeric effect (GAE) is in favor of the gauche conformation of compound 1. Contrary to compound 1, GAE is in favor of the anti conformations of compounds 24. The GAE values calculated (i.e., GAEanti − GAEgauche) increase from compound 1 to compound 4. On the other hand, the calculated dipole moment values for the gauche conformations decrease from compound 1 to compound 4. In the conflict between the GAE and dipole moments, the former succeeded in accounting for the increase of the anti conformation stability from compound 1 to compound 4. There is a direct correlation between the calculated GAE, ∆[r c–c(G) − r c–c(A)] and ∆[r c–x(A) − r c–x(G)] parameters. The correlations between the GAE, bond orders, total steric exchange energies (TSEEs), ΔG Anti–Gauche, ΔG (Gauche → Gauche′, C 2v), ΔG (Anti → Gauche, C 2), dipole–dipole interactions, structural parameters, and conformational behaviors of compounds 14 have been investigated.  相似文献

天然黄酮碳糖苷化合物特有的稳定性和显著的生物活性, 使其化学合成成为当今糖化学领域的研究热点之一. 本工作立体专一性地全合成了天然黄酮碳苷Parkinsonin B. 通过控制物质的量比, 首先高选择性合成了2-羟基-4,6-二甲氧基苯乙酮(3), 并与糖给体O-(2,3,4,6-四-O-苄基-α-D-葡萄糖基)三氯乙酰亚胺酯(7)发生立体专一性糖基化反应得到碳糖苷化合物8, 化合物8经查耳酮路线进而合成黄酮碳苷Parkinsonin B (1). 经IR, MS, 1H NMR及元素分析证实了产物及中间体的结构, 同时讨论了全合成反应的主要影响因素, 并对其1H NMR解析进行了探讨.  相似文献

A new lactone ficusine D (1), together with six known compounds (27) were isolated from the stems of the Ficus auriculata. The new compound 1 was a rare 12-membered lactone containing a quinone ring skeleton. The structure of the 1 was elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic data. The relative and absolute configurations of 1 were elucidated by the ROESY analysis and biogenesis pathway. All compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activities against six pathogenic bacteria in vitro. Compounds 6 and 7 exhibited potent antibacterial activities against Bacillus cereus with the MIC values of 2.5 and 5 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Synthesis of indenopyridine-2-thione derivatives 6a-e via reaction of compound 1 with thioamides 2a-e in good yields. Several thieno[2,3-b]indeno[2,1-e]pyridine 9a-e have been synthesized. A new compound 1 was isolated from the methanolic extract of the stems of the Caesalpinia pulcherrima Linn. along with a reported compound (2) 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester. The new compound 1 has m.p. 272–274°C, m.f. C46H74O17, [M]+ m/z 898. It was characterised as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D- xylopyranosyl ester by various colour reactions, chemical degradations and spectral analyses. Antibacterial activity of compound 1 was screened against various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and showed significant results.  相似文献

New compounds of trimethoprim heterocyclic derivatives were synthesized. These compounds were synthesized through the condensation reaction between trimethoprim with bromoacetic acid to yield compound 1. Several Schiff bases 27 have been synthesized by the condensation different aromatic aldehydes with compound 1. Compound 8 were formed from the reaction of sodium nitrite and acetyl acetone in presence of conc. hydrogen chloride to obtain the hydrazono derivative; then, Cyclocondensation of compound 8 with hydrazine hydrate, phenyl hydrazine and dinitrophenyl hydrazine respectively to yield compounds 911 in ethanol affording the pyrazoline derivatives. This work involves the synthesis of some 1,2,3-Triazoles derived from compound 1 by the action of sodium azide on the diazonium chloride salt to yield 5-azido-8-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-3(2H)-one 12. Finally, by reaction of 12 with acetyl acetone and ethyacetoacetate; respectively in sodium ethoxide/ethanol as a solvent to form compounds 13, 14. The structures of the compounds 114 were characterized by elemental analysis, spectral data and antimicrobial evaluation of the some newly synthesized compounds and found that the synthesized compounds are active against tested Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Proteus.  相似文献

Abstract

As part of our continuing efforts to explore bioactive compounds from natural resources, a new iridoid glycoside, adoxosidic acid-6′-oleuroperic ester (1), together with one known phenylethanoid glycoside (2) and two known flavonoid glycosides (3–4) were isolated from the fruit of Forsythia suspensa. The structure of the new compound (1) was elucidated through 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data and HR-ESIMS. Interestingly, compound 1 was a monoterpene ester of one iridoid glycoside. Compounds 2–4 were identified as calceolarioside A (2), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (3), kampferol-3-O-robinobioside (4) on the basis of NMR spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with the data reported in the literature. The antiviral activity aganisist influenza A (H5N1) virus of compound 1 was studied as well.  相似文献

A new benzopyran derivative, malloapeltic acid (1), along with seven known compounds, was isolated from the roots of Mallotus apelta. The structure of the new compound 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis. The known compounds 2–8 were identified by comparison of their spectroscopic data with reported values in the literature. Compound 1 showed strong anti-HIV activity in vitro.  相似文献

1,3-Dihydro-4-phenyl-1,5-benzodiazepin-2-one 1 a was treated with some ylidenecyanothioacetamides to give the corresponding pyrido(2,3-b)benzodiazepines 36. Treatment of compound 1 a with a mixture of thiophen-2-aldehyde and thiourea or guanidine gave the corresponding 1,3-thiazino- and pyrimido(4,5-b)benzodiazepines 7 and 8. 3-Arylidene derivatives 9 a–e and 10 were synthesized. Compound 10 was subject to react with 2-(1-methylthio-1′-anilinomethylidene)malononitrile to give oxazino-benzodiazepine 11. Thieno(3,2-b)benzodiazepines 12 a,b and 13 were synthesized via the reaction of compound 1 b with sulfur and some active nitriles. [1,3-Dihydro-4-phenyl(1,5)-benzodiazepin-2-ylidene]malononitrile 15was used as synthon to obtain novel pyrido-, pyrano-, benzo-, and thienobenzodiazepines 16–20, respectively. The reaction of compound 1 b with CS 2 or PhNCS along with 1,1,3-tricyano-2-aminoprop-1-ene, 2-(1-methylthio-1′-anilinomethylidene)malononitrile, or 1,3-dibromopropane gave the corresponding polyfused benzodiazepines 2123, respectively.  相似文献

A new bibenzyl derivative (4), together with two glycosylated flavonoids (1 and 2), batatasin III (3) and the phenanthrene isohircinol (5) were isolated from the aerial parts of Gavilea lutea. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies including 1D and 2D NMR, UV, IR and HRESIMS. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antifungal activity towards Candida albicans. The new compound 4 showed inhibitory activity with a MIQ of 50 μg. In addition, compound 4 exhibited a selective activity (IC50 = 2.3 μg/mL) against Leishmania donovani.  相似文献

Abstract

Phytochemical studies led to the isolation of a new phenylpropanoid glucoside, named purpuroside (1), along with eight known compounds (2–9) from the bark of Bauhinia purpurea. The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of its spectroscopic data. The absolute configuration of compound 2 was verified by X-ray diffraction analysis. Compounds 1, 2, 7, 8, and 9 inhibited NO production in mouse peritoneal macrophages with IC50 values from 35.5 to 63.0?μM.  相似文献

Male adults of the Chinese windmill Byasa alcinous alcinous (Papilionidae) are well known to have a strong musk-like odor, in which two oxygenated himachalene compounds, together with six sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, were newly discovered. γ-Himachalen-4-yl acetate (1) was the predominant compound isolated from the solvent extract of the males. The structure of 1 was determined using MS and NMR, and its relative configuration was established as 1S*,4R*,6R* by NOE analysis with the help of quantum mechanical computation. Interestingly, the amount of 1 in males increased until 7 days after eclosion, suggesting that this compound is involved in sexual maturation for mating. Another new compound was identified as γ-himachalen-4-ol (2) by comparison with the retention time and mass spectrum of the hydrolysate of 1. Since males of other papilionid species have general volatiles omnipresent in plants and insects, the presence of species-specific volatiles in males is characteristic of B. alcinous alcinous.  相似文献

A new furan derivative named 5-acetoxymethylfuran-3-carboxylic acid (2), together with a known furan compound, 5-hydroxymethylfuran-3-carboxylic acid (1), were isolated from the fermentation of Aspergillus flavus, endophytic fungi in Cephalotaxus fortunei. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by NMR, IR, UV and MS data, as well as compared with literature data. The compounds 1 and 2 exhibited potent antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus with MIC values of 31.3 and 15.6 μg/mL, respectively. Abstract

Alkylation of 4-anilino-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol (1) with some halo compounds yielded the corresponding sulfides 2af. Some sulfides 2e,f were cyclized to give triazolothiadiazines 3 and 4. Triazolothiadiazoles 5 and 6 were prepared through the reaction of compound 1 with carbon disulfide or ethyl orthoformate, respectively. Treatment of compound 1 with ethyl chloroformate or phenyl isothiocyanate yielded triazolo-thiadiazole and triazole 9 and 10, respectively. Reaction of compound 1 with Lawesson's reagent gave triazolothiadiazaphosphole derivative 11. Also, compound 1 underwent cyclocondensation reactions with some bidentate reagents to give triazolothiazines 4, 12, and 13. Triazolo-thiazepines and triaziepine 1416 were synthesized via the reaction of compound 1 with β-ketoesters or ethyl cyanoacetate. Tricyclic systems 19 and 20 were prepared through the reaction of compound 4 with the appropriate reagent. Some synthesized compounds were tested for antibacterial activity.
