Condensation reactions of the 5-amino-6-(subst. amino)-2,4-dithiouracils 12 and 13 with diacetyl or benzil led to the 6,7,8-trisubstituted 2,4-dithiolumazines 14 – 16 . Methylation of these compounds affected both thio functions forming various types of 2,4-bis(methylthio)lumazine derivatives depending on the nature of the substituents at C(7) and N(8). The 6,7,8-trimethyl-2,4-dithiolumazine ( 14 ) was converted into 7,8-dihydro-6,8-dimethyl–7-methylidene-2,4-bis(methylthio)pteridine ( 17 ), whereas the 8-methyl-6,7-diphenyl-(15) and the 8-(2-hydroxyethyl)-6,7-diphenyl-2,4-dithiolumazine ( 16 ) yielded the corresponding covalent inter- or intramolecular 7,8-adducts 18 – 21 . The unusual structures were proven by spectroscopic means and those of the alcohol adducts 20 and 21 , furthermore, confirmed by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

2,4-Bis(4-methylphenylthio)-1,3,2λ5,4λ5-dithiadiphosphetane-2,4-dithione: A New Reagent for Thiation of N,N-Disubstituted Amides As a new reagent for the thiation of amides, the easily accessible 2,4-bis(4-methylphenylthio)-1,3,2λ5,4λ5-dithiadiphosphetane-2,4-dithione ( 9 ) shows a remarkable selectivity. This selectivity – the preferred thiation of N,N-disubstituted amides – is complementary to the one of the well known Lawesson reagent. Thiation of diamides of type 2 with 9 leads via cyclization of the corresponding dithiodiamides to 1,3-thiazole-5(4H)-thiones 1 (Scheme 3).  相似文献

The acidity function Ho for 1,3,5-trifluorobenzene-2,4-disulfonic acid has been determined using the Hammett bases 4-nitro-, 2-nitro-, 4-chloro-2-nitro-, 2,5-dichloro-4-nitro- and 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroanilin in aqueous media. The experimental determination of the Ho value was possible up to 65 % 1,3,5-trifluorobenzene-2,4-disulfonic acid. Thereafter it was possible by extrapolation to ascertain the Ho values within the concentration range of 65 – 100 % 1,3,5-trifluorobenzene-2,4-disulfonic acid.  相似文献

The anionic cycloaddition of methyl 2,4-dimethoxy-6-methyl-5-pyrimidinecarboxylate has been investigated. The lithium salt of methyl 2,4-dimethoxy-6-methyl-5-pyrimidinecarboxylate, generated by deprotonation with lithium diisopropylamide in ether at – 70°, reacted smoothly with electron deficient acetylenes and olefins to give quinazoline derivatives in a single step.  相似文献

The sorption of β-cyclodextrin polymer (β-CDP) and γ-cyclodextrin polymer (γ-CDP) toward 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) in aqueous solutions was investigated. The influence of sorption conditions including initial 2,4-DCP concentration, contact time and pH on sorption capability were discussed. Their sorption behaviors for 2,4-DCP were conducted and it was found the sorption kinetics followed the Ho and McKay equation and the film diffusion was the rate-determined step. The sorption isotherm can be correlated to Freundlich model and the sorption capacity on β-CDP was much larger than that on γ-CDP. The maximum sorption capacity of 2,4-DCP for β-CDP was measured to be 0.16 mmol/g with the initial concentration at 0.67 mmol/L at 288 K. The CDPs were easily recovered by ethanol as washing solvent and they could be used as a kind of recyclable sorbents.  相似文献

Oxidative transformations by the hydroxyl radical are significant in advanced oxidation processes for the breakdown of organic pollutants, yet mechanistic details of the reactions are lacking. A combination of experimental and computational methods has been employed in this study to elucidate the reactivity of the hydroxyl radical with the widely used herbicide 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid). The experimental data on the reactivity of the hydroxyl radical in the degradation of the herbicide 2,4-D were obtained from gamma-radiolysis experiments with both (18)O-labeled and unlabeled water. These were complemented by computational studies of the (.)OH attack on 2,4-D and 2,4-DCP (2,4-dichlorophenol) in the gas phase and in solution. These studies firmly established the kinetically controlled attack ipso to the ether functionality as the main reaction pathway of (.)OH and 2,4-D, followed by homolytic elimination of the ether side chain. In addition, the majority of the early intermediates in the reaction between the hydroxyl radical and 2,4-DCP, the major intermediate, were identified experimentally. While the hydroxyl radical attacks 2,4-D by (.)OH-addition/elimination on the aromatic ring, the oxidative breakdown of 2,4-DCP occurs through (.)OH addition followed by either elimination of chlorine or formation of the ensuing dichlorophenoxyl radical.  相似文献

实验发现,2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酸(2,4-D)经紫外光转化后与KMnO4在H2SO4介质中反应可产生化学发光。采用液相色谱-质谱联用技术(LC-MS)对2,4-D光降解产物进行分析,推断光降解主要生成了多酚类降解产物,如2-氯对苯二酚(CHQ)和4-氯邻苯二酚等。化学发光光谱研究发现,2,4-D经紫外光转化后,与KMnO4反应的发光波长为690 nm,与2,4-D的典型降解产物CHQ的化学发光光谱一致。此发光现象是氧化还原过程中生成的Mn?吸收反应所释放出的化学能成为激发态,再返回基态时产生的特征辐射峰。该反应体系可用于2,4-D的检测,当2,4-D浓度在0.01~10 mg/L范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系;检出限为3.0μg/L。  相似文献

Polarographic behavior of 2,4-dinitrobenzene and products of its reduction, 2-chloro-5-nitroaniline and 4-chloro-3-nitroaniline, is studied: it is shown that formation of the corresponding chloronitroanilines in the case of polarographic reduction of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene is rather problematic. 0.1 M NaOH is recommended as the supporting solution for analytical control of conversion of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene and a mixture of 2-chloro-5-nitroaniline and 4-chloro-3-nitroaniline in reaction solutions obtained by preparative electroreduction of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene.  相似文献

2,4-二硝基甲苯热解自催化特性鉴别及其热解动力学   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为研究2,4-二硝基甲苯(2,4-DNT)的热危险性及其分解反应的特征, 利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对该物质进行了动态扫描测试, 得到其起始分解温度T0范围为272.4-303.5℃, 分解热ΔHd约为2.22 kJ·g-1. 在此基础上, 采用瑞士安全技术与保障研究所提出的快速鉴别法(瑞士方法)及数值模拟技术, 对其分解反应的特性参数进行了推算, 结果表明其分解具有自催化性. 采用Malek法分析了该物质分解反应的最概然机理函数并得出了相关动力学参数, 表明其分解具有自催化性且符合Sestak-Berggren 双参数自催化模型(SB模型), 这与瑞士方法所得结论一致. 采用等温DSC测试获得了该物质的‘钟形’热解曲线, 从而验证了两种方法的结论.  相似文献

The reactions of a series of anilines with phenyl 2,4‐dinitrophenyl ( 1 ), 4‐nitrophenyl 2,4‐dinitrophenyl ( 2 ), and bis(2,4‐dinitrophenyl) ( 3 ) carbonates are subjected to a kinetic investigation in 44 wt% ethanol–water, at 25.0 ± 0.1°C and an ionic strength of 0.2 M. Under amine excess pseudo‐first‐order rate coefficients (kobs) are obtained. Plots of kobs against free amine concentration at constant pH are linear, with slopes kN. The Brønsted plots (log kN vs. anilinium pKa) for the anilinolysis of 1 – 3 are linear, with slope (β) values of 0.52, 0.61, and 0.63, respectively. The values of these slopes and other considerations suggest that these reactions are ruled by a concerted mechanism. For these reactions, the kN values follow the reactivity sequence: 3 > 2 > 1 . Namely, the reactivity increases as the number of nitro groups attached to the nonleaving group increases. Comparison of the reactions of this work with the stepwise pyridinolysis of carbonates 1 – 3 indicates that the zwitterionic tetrahedral intermediate (T±) formed in the pyridinolysis reactions is destabilized by the change of its pyridino moiety by an isobasic anilino group. This is attributed to the superior leaving ability from the T± intermediate of anilines, relative to isobasic pyridines, which destabilize kinetically this intermediate. The kN values for the anilinolysis of carbonates 1 – 3 are similar to those found in the reactions of these carbonates with secondary alicyclic amines. With the kinetic data for the anilinolysis of the title substrates and 4‐methylphenyl and 4‐chlorophenyl 2,4‐dinitrophenyl carbonates, a multiparametric equation is derived for log kN as a function of the pKa of the conjugate acids of anilines and nonleaving groups. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Cantharidinum is not only considered the active principle of antineoplastic drug in Chinese traditional medicine[1], but also it and its natrii-cantharidas can be used herbicide and defoliant for legume plants. Seen from the structure of nor-cantharidinamine, it is a five-membered ring glutarimide,which is an active group in pesticide.In 1986,Lacova,M. Reported that the cyclic N-(aryloxyacetyl)-O-dicarboximides exhibited herbicide and fungicide activity[2],but as now there is no report that reports the synthesis and pesticide activity of the cyclic N-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetyl)-O-dicarboximides[2].So we base on the derivative of nor-dehydrocantharidin and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyactic acid to make 6 compounds be synthesized,which were characterized elemental analysis, HNMR,MS.Pesticide activities of these compounds are being tested.  相似文献

Aldehydes and ketones readily react with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (2,4-DNPH) to form the corresponding hydrazones. This reaction has been frequently used for the quantification of airborne carbonyl compounds. Since unsymmetrical aldehydes and ketones are known to form isomeric 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones (syn/ anti-isomers), the influence of isomerization on the practicability and accuracy of the 2,4-DNPH-method using 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine-coated solid sorbent samplers has been studied with three ketones (methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), methyl isopropyl ketone (MIPK), and methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK)). With all three ketones the reaction with 2,4-DNPH resulted in mixtures of the isomeric hydrazones which were separated by HPLC and GC and identified by mass spectroscopy and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The isomers show similar chromatographic behaviour in HPLC as well as in GC, thus leading to problems in quantification and interpretation of chromatographic results.  相似文献

New highly selective method is suggested for synthesis of 2,4-dinitrophenol by nitration of phenol with nitric acid in an aqueous-alcoholic medium at the boiling point of the reaction mixture. The yield of 2,4-dinitrophenol is as high as 80%.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法和原位红外光谱技术研究了2,4-二氯苯酚在Pt电极上的电化学氧化降解反应,结合Fukui函数值预测了2,4-二氯苯酚在电化学氧化过程中的反应位点. 结果表明,Pt电极对2,4-二氯苯酚有良好的电催化活性,2,4-二氯苯酚在电极表面反应主要有3个途径:直接通过电化学反应脱去氯离子,生成苯酚;在·OH的进攻下,C—Cl键断裂,4位Cl较2位Cl先脱去,生成苯二酚,并可进一步氧化生成苯醌以及不饱和羧酸;在·OH的进攻下发生苯环开环反应,生成含氯不饱和羧酸. 在1700 mV左右,2,4-二氯苯酚可经电化学氧化生成CO2.  相似文献

Herbicidal ionic liquids (HILs) with a 2,4-D anion were synthesized and characterized. These salts have chemical and thermal stability. HILs exhibited higher biological activity than currently used salts of 2,4-D. HILs are nonvolatile and showed substantially lower water solubility than starting herbicides.  相似文献

An amperometric immunosensor for the determination of the herbicide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) in water has been developed using sequential injection analysis techniques. The system is based on a rapid competitive enzyme immunoassay employing an alkaline phosphatase-labeled monoclonal antibody directed against the herbicide and an immunoreactor with 2,4-D immobilized via bovine serum albumin either to Eupergit in a column or directly to the surface of a glass capillary. The detection limit of the immunosensor at 0.1 μg 2,4-D/l without enrichment of the analyte makes automatic measurements of 2,4-D in drinking and ground water feasible.  相似文献
