SSC-LINAC中APF型DTL的优化设计 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A linear accelerator as a new injector for the SSC (Separated Sector Cyclotron) of the HIRFL (Heavy Ion Research Facility Lanzhou) is being designed. The DTL (Drift-Tube-Linac) has been designed to accelerate ^238U^34+ from 0.140 MeV/u to 0.97 MeV/u. To the first accelerating tank which accelerates ^238U^34+ to 0.54 MeV/u, the approach of Alternating-Phase-Focusing (APF) is applied. The phase array is obtained by coupling optimization software Dakota and beam optics code LINREV. With the hybrid of Multi- objective Genetic Algorithm (MOGA) and a pattern search method, an optimum array of asynchronous phases is determined. The final growth, both transversely and longitudinally, can meet the design requirements. In this paper, the deign optimization of the APF DTL is presented. 相似文献

The Drift-Tube-Linac (DTL) has been designed to accelerate 238U34+ from 0.140 MeV/u to 0.97 MeV/u [1]. The 3D finite element analysis of thermal behavior is presented in this paper. During operation, the cavity will produce Joule heat. The cavity will not work normally due to the high temperature and thermal deformation will lead to frequency drift. So it is necessary to perform thermal analysis to ensure the correct working temperature is used. The result of the analysis shows that after the water cooling system is put into the cavity the temperature rise is about 20 degrees and the frequency drift is about 0.15%. 相似文献

The DTL tank is a multi-cell cavity.In a fabricated tank,the measured average axial field E0 for each cell may obviously deviate from the designed value.It is generally thought the deviation is due to the errors in fabrication and assembly.But it is not always true.In this paper,it is shown that the deviation may already exist before fabrication in some cases.It is partly due to the imperfection of the current design procedures.A new design method is introduced to reduce the deviation in the design stage. 相似文献

现代智能优化算法粒子群算法\,(Particle Swarm Optimization)\,在加速器设计优化上的应用逐渐增多。交变相位聚焦直线加速器\,(Alternative Phase Focused Drift Tube Linac)\,具有节省空间和造价的优点。将交变相位聚焦直线加速器的初步设计方案作为种子,植入粒子群算法中;以加速器的传输效率和束流能量作为目标,得到该方案的Pareto最优解集;在粒子进化过程中,以前沿解集作为粒子的运动方向,以前沿解集的束流径迹作为粒子的参数来源。最终得到了满足能量增益的高传输效率、大接受度的优化方案。The Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO), one of the modern intelligent optimization algorithms,is increasingly employed in the design and optimization of accelerators. Alternative Phase Focused Drift Tube Linac(APF DTL) has an advantage in cost-effecient fabrication and reduced construction space. The preliminary design of APF DTL is involved in the optimization as the anchor; by taking the acceleration efficiency and the beam energy as two fitness functions, the Pareto optimal set is obtained; the evolutionary direction is determined by the Pareto optimal set and the particles’ parameters in the optimization are derived from the simulations of the randomly selected Pareto optimal solutions. A final optimized design with extracted energy of 5.35 MeV/uand acceleration efficiency greater than 83% is acquired. 相似文献

Design of high-dispersion mirrors (HDMs) using a proposed multi-swarm optimization method is reported. We design HDMs for Yb:YAG disk oscillator at 1030 nm and ultrashort pulse Cr:YAG laser at 1550 nm. The results show that the optimum group delay dispersion and reflectance can be obtained with optimal number of layers. The proposed optimization method has a fast convergence rate and powerful global search ability and can be utilized effectively for the design of a variety of optical thin film filters. 相似文献

The optimization of acoustic absorption by metaporous materials made of complex unit cells with 2D resonant inclusions is realized using genetic algorithm. A nearly total absorption over a wide frequency band can be obtained for thin structures, even for frequencies below the quarter wavelength resonances i.e., in a sub-wavelength regime. The high absorption performances of this material are due to the interplay of usual visco-thermal losses, local resonances and trapped modes. The density of resonant and trapped modes in this dissipative porous layer, is a key parameter for broadband absorption. The best configurations and critical coupling conditions are found by genetic algorithm optimization. Several types of resonators are included gradually in the studied configurations (split-rings, Helmholtz resonators, back cavities) with increasing complexity. The optimization leads to a metaporous structure with a 2-cm sub-wavelength layer thickness, exhibiting a nearly total absorption between 1800 Hz and 7000 Hz. The influence of the incidence angle on the absorption properties is also shown. 相似文献

脉冲形成网络常用于大功率固态调制器、微波驱动源以及激光激励源中,以便获取宽平顶的高压长脉冲输出。针对常用的雷利网络,根据宽平顶低纹波的应用需求,开展了优化设计技术研究,提出了基于单纯形优化法的设计算法。主要针对两种情形进行了优化设计及计算:一是电容值相等,通过优化电感值以获取最优的输出波形;二是约定电容值(电容值不完全相等),通过优化计算不同电容排列下的输出结果,寻求最优的电容排列组合及相应的优化电感值。上述优化算法结果表明,在两种情形下均可以获得较优的准方波脉冲输出,可以为准方波脉冲形成网络的工程实现提供一种新的方法。理论计算和电路仿真结果表明,所提出的方法合理可行。 相似文献

One of the major capacity boosters for 5G networks is the deployment of ultra-dense heterogeneous networks (UDHNs). However, this deployment results in a tremendous increase in the energy consumption of the network due to the large number of base stations (BSs) involved. In addition to enhanced capacity, 5G networks must also be energy efficient for it to be economically viable and environmentally friendly. Dynamic cell switching is a very common way of reducing the total energy consumption of the network, but most of the proposed methods are computationally demanding, which makes them unsuitable for application in ultra-dense network deployment with massive number of BSs. To tackle this problem, we propose a lightweight cell switching scheme also known as Threshold-based Hybrid cEll swItching Scheme (THESIS) for energy optimization in UDHNs. The developed approach combines the benefits of clustering and exhaustive search (ES) algorithm to produce a solution whose optimality is close to that of the ES (which is guaranteed to be optimal), but is computationally more efficient than ES and as such can be applied for cell switching in real networks even when their dimension is large. The performance evaluation shows that THESIS significantly reduces the energy consumption of the UDHN and can reduce the complexity of finding a near-optimal solution from exponential to polynomial complexity. 相似文献

The improved element-free Galerkin(IEFG) method of elasticity is used to solve the topology optimization problems.In this method, the improved moving least-squares approximation is used to form the shape function. In a topology optimization process, the entire structure volume is considered as the constraint. From the solid isotropic microstructures with penalization, we select relative node density as a design variable. Then we choose the minimization of compliance to be an objective function, and compute its sensitivity with the adjoint method. The IEFG method in this paper can overcome the disadvantages of the singular matrices that sometimes appear in conventional element-free Galerkin(EFG) method. The central processing unit(CPU) time of each example is given to show that the IEFG method is more efficient than the EFG method under the same precision, and the advantage that the IEFG method does not form singular matrices is also shown. 相似文献

Coded aperture imaging (CAI) has evolved as a standard technique for imaging high-energy photon sources and has found numerous applications. Coded aperture arrays (CAAs) are the most important devices in the applications of CAI. In recent years, many approaches were presented to design optimum or near-optimum CAAs. Uniformly redundant arrays (URAs) are the most successful CAAs for their cyclic autocorrelation consisting of a sequence of delta functions on a flat sidelobe, which can easily be subtracted when the object has been reconstructed. Unfortunately, the existing methods can only be used to design URAs with limited number of array sizes and fixed autocorrelative sidelobe-to-peak ratio. In this paper, we presented a method to design more flexible URAs by means of a global optimization algorithm named DIRECT. By our approaches, we obtain various types of URAs including the filled URAs which can be constructed by existing methods and the sparse URAs which have never been constructed and mentioned by existing papers as far as we know. 相似文献
