采用种子溶胀乳液聚合法,以水性聚氨酯为种子,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯为单体制备水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯复合乳液,考察了甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯含量对复合乳液的T型剥离、胶膜的硬度、耐水性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯含量的增加,复合乳液的T型剥离强度、胶膜的硬度和拉伸强度增大,胶膜的耐水性先增大后减小,断裂伸长率有所降低,适宜的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯用量为3%。 相似文献

A series of novel aqueous emulsion of siloxane modified polyurethane (PU(PE-PSI)) were synthesized based on poly(propylene glycol) (PPG), polyether-grafted polysiloxane (PE PSI), 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate (TDI), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and 1,4 butanediol (BDO) through a direct water emulsification of triethylamine (TEA). The aqueous emulsion was transparent and had a good stability. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to identify the structure of PU (PE PSI), indicating that the polysiloxane segment had been incorporated with polyurethane chain. Investigation of Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis (ESCA) and the water contact angle demonstrated that the siloxane migrated to the surface of film. The results also showed that PU(PE-PSI) was still a very good elastomer. With increasing the content of PE PSI, the resistance to water improved and tensile strength increased, while the ultimate elongation decreased slightly for the PU(PE-PSI) film. 相似文献

本文以琥珀酸酐与三羟甲基丙烷反应,制得了含有羟基和羧基的酯类亲水性单体,并以此单体与TDI和PPG-1000反应,制得了含有羧基的聚氨酯预聚体,在三乙醇胺水溶液中分散得到了水性聚氨酯(简称WPU)。本文对预聚体的溶剂种类和用量,对乳胶粒的大小及形状的影响进行了研究,确认溶剂的用量越大,乳胶的粒径就越小;以丙酮作溶剂,乳胶粒为棒状或橄榄球状,而以丁酮为溶剂,得到的乳胶粒为圆球状。通过改变亲水单体的用 相似文献

将磺酸型聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)在无有机溶剂参与的情况下进行预缩聚,以硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)作为改性剂,加入双官能团单体甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA),得到含乙烯基和有机硅封端的聚氨酯作为种子乳液,然后与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)混合单体共聚,合成了有机硅改性磺酸型聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯复合乳液。 红外光谱的表征确定了有机硅改性磺酸型聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯复合乳液的化学结构;透射电子显微镜观察证实了此复合乳液具有明显的核壳结构;热重分析表明,经有机硅和丙烯酸酯改性后,胶膜的最大热失重温度提高了20 ℃,X射线衍射分析表明胶膜的结晶度降低,有利于提高膜的韧性。 力学性能测试及吸水率测试结果表明,当有机硅含量为1.9%时,胶膜的拉伸强度最高达到25.03 MPa,断裂伸长率为328%,此时膜的吸水率最低。 相似文献

含氟聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯核壳乳液的制备及性能 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯封端的水性聚氨酯作为大分子单体,与甲基丙烯酸甲酯及甲基丙烯酸全氟烷基乙基酯在乳液中进行自由基共聚合,制得具有核壳结构的水性含氟聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液。通过激光粒度分析、FT-IR、DSC、TGA、表面性能测试、力学性能测试等表征手段,对乳液及其乳胶膜的结构和性能进行了检测,另外,还着重探讨了甲基丙烯酸全氟烷基乙基酯的含量对乳胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:所制得的材料具有预期结构,并且表面能及吸水率低,力学性能优异。氟单体的引入使乳胶膜的表面能大大降低,而力学性能明显提高。 相似文献

The aqueous polyurethane hybrid dispersion modified by the epoxy resin were synthesized using 1,4-butanediol ( BDO ) and dimethylolpropionic(DMPA) as chain extenders. A kind of automobile interior decoration adhesive was made by the modified hybrid dispersions. Effects of the content and the kinds of epoxide resin on the properties of dispersions and dispersion-cast films such as appearance, pot life, viscosity, particle size, molecular mass, hardness, swelling in water, contact angle, strength of stress, elongation at break, and other mechanical properties were studied. At the same time the effect of the E20 content on the peel strength of the adhesive for several automobile interior decoration substrates such as rubber/wood, poly(vinyl chloride)/wood; leather/wood, sponge/wood was investigated. The experimental results show that when the epoxy resin E20 content was 8%, the modified polyurethane hybrid dispersions possess better properties and the adhesive made by the modified dispersions posses better adhesion for automobile interior decoration substrates. The stress-strain curve of the modified aqueous polyurethane hybrid dispersions films shows the modified aqueous cast films possess better rigidity and toughness. 相似文献

将丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)通过溶液自由基聚合,用巯基乙醇作为链转移剂调控合成了一定分子量的端羟基聚丙烯酸酯(PA),再与聚氨酯(PU)预聚体反应,在水中分散得到PA-PU-PA三嵌段共聚复合乳液。 采用FTIR和1HNMR测试技术对共聚物结构进行了表征。 结果表明,随着PU与PA质量比的降低,共聚物中丙烯酸酯含量随之增加;PU软硬链段之间的氢键化作用减弱。 TEM显示,复合乳胶粒子形态均匀规整,并呈现明显的核壳结构。改性后的乳胶膜耐水、耐热性能均随着PU/PA质量比的减小而提高,吸水率由25%降低至5%,最大热失重温度由369 ℃提高至432 ℃。 相似文献

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟基硅油(DHPDMS)、聚酯二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,合成了高固含量(38%)、挥发性有机化合物(VOC)为60g/L的DHPDMS改性水性聚氨酯树脂(SiPU-Ⅰ)。探讨了DHPDMS的质量分数(ω(DHPDMS))、DHPDMS的分子量(Mn)对DHPDMS改性聚氨酯树脂的外观、粘度(η)、附着力、吸水率(Sw)、硬度、拉伸强度(σ)、断裂伸长率(ε)等性能的影响。结果表明,DHPDMS质量分数为2%、分子量为3000时改性树脂的各项性能较优异,附着力为1级,机械性能较好(σ=14.48MPa,ε=521%)。红外光谱分析表明,硅氧键确实引入到聚合物中且聚合物中存在大量氢键;DSC测试表明,聚合物有2个玻璃化转变温度(Tg1=-28.1℃,Tg2=34.4℃),存在微相分离。 相似文献
