In this paper, we investigate exponential stability for stochastic BAM networks with mixed delays. The mixed delays include discrete and distributed time-delays. The purpose of this paper is to establish some criteria to ensure the delayed stochastic BAM neural networks are exponential stable in the mean square. A sufficient condition is established by consructing suitable Lyapunov functionals. The condition is expressed in terms of the feasibility to a couple LMIs. Therefore, the exponential stability of the stochastic BAM networks with discrete and distributed delays can be easily checked by using the numerically efficient Matlab LMI toobox. A simple example is given to demonstrate the usefulness of the derived LMI-based stability conditions.  相似文献

Convergence dynamics of reaction–diffusion recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with continuously distributed delays and stochastic influence are considered. Some sufficient conditions to guarantee the almost sure exponential stability, mean value exponential stability and mean square exponential stability of an equilibrium solution are obtained, respectively. Lyapunov functional method, M-matrix properties, some inequality technique and nonnegative semimartingale convergence theorem are used in our approach. These criteria ensuring the different exponential stability show that diffusion and delays are harmless, but random fluctuations are important, in the stochastic continuously distributed delayed reaction–diffusion RNNs with the structure satisfying the criteria. Two examples are also given to demonstrate our results.  相似文献

In this paper, the global stability and almost periodicity are investigated for Hopfield neural networks with continuously distributed neutral delays. Some sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence and globally exponential stability of almost periodic solution by employing fixed point theorem and differential inequality techniques. The results of this paper are new and they complement the previously known ones. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of our results.  相似文献

In this paper, by using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method, we investigate the global robust stability for stochastic interval neural networks with continuously distributed delays of neutral type. Some new stability criteria are presented in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Two numerical examples are also given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results using LMI control toolbox in MATLAB.  相似文献

In this paper we study the stability for a class of stochastic bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with reaction-diffusion and mixed delays. The mixed delays considered in this paper are time-varying and distributed delays. Based on a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the Poincaré inequality as well as stochastic analysis theory, a set of novel sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the stochastically exponential stability of the trivial solution or zero solution. The obtained results show that the reaction-diffusion term does contribute to the exponentially stabilization of the considered system. Moreover, two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, an impulsive controller is designed to achieve the exponential synchronization of chaotic delayed neural networks with stochastic perturbation. By using the impulsive delay differential inequality technique that was established in recent publications, several sufficient conditions ensuring the exponential synchronization of chaotic delayed networks are derived, which can be easily checked by LMI Control Toolbox in Matlab. A numerical example and its simulation is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and advantage of the theory results.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of stochastic stability criterion of Markovian jumping neural networks with mode-dependent time-varying delays and partially known transition rates is considered. Some new delay-dependent stability criteria are derived by choosing a new class of Lyapunov functional. The obtained criteria are less conservative because free-weighting matrices method and a convex optimization approach are considered. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, dynamical behaviors of Hopfield neural networks system with distributed delays were studied. By using contraction mapping principle and differential inequality technique, a sufficient condition was obtained to ensure the existence uniqueness and global exponential stability of the equilibrium point for the model. Here we point out that our methods, which are different from previous known results, base on the contraction mapping principle and inequality technique. Two remarks were also worked out to demonstrate the advantage of our results.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type bi-directional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with distributed delays is investigated. By establishing an integro-differential inequality with impulsive initial conditions and employing the homeomorphism theory, the M-matrix theory and inequality technique, some new general sufficient conditions ensuring the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with distributed delays are obtained. In particular, the estimate of the exponential convergence rate is also provided, which depends on the system parameters and impulsive disturbed intension. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the results obtained here.  相似文献

Robust stability for stochastic Hopfield neural networks with time delays   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
In this paper, the asymptotic stability analysis problem is considered for a class of uncertain stochastic neural networks with time delays and parameter uncertainties. The delays are time-invariant, and the uncertainties are norm-bounded that enter into all the network parameters. The aim of this paper is to establish easily verifiable conditions under which the delayed neural network is robustly asymptotically stable in the mean square for all admissible parameter uncertainties. By employing a Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and conducting the stochastic analysis, a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is developed to derive the stability criteria. The proposed criteria can be checked readily by using some standard numerical packages, and no tuning of parameters is required. Examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed criteria.  相似文献

This paper considers the global exponential stability and exponential convergence rate of impulsive neural networks with continuously distributed delays in which the state variables on the impulses are related to the unbounded distributed delays. By establishing a new impulsive delay differential inequality, a new criterion concerning global exponential stability for these networks is derived, and the estimated exponential convergence rate is also obtained. The result extends and improves on earlier publications. In addition, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the applicability of the result. In general, a proportional function is obviously not antiperiodic, yet a very interesting fact in this paper shows that it is possible there is an antiperiodic solution for some proportional delayed dynamical systems. We deal with the issue of antiperiodic solutions for RNNs (recurrent neural networks) incorporating multiproportional delays. Employing Lyapunov method, inequality techniques and concise mathematical analysis proof, sufficient criteria on the existence of antiperiodic solutions including its uniqueness and exponential stability are built up. The obtained results provide us some lights for designing a stable RNNs and complement some earlier publications. In addition, simulations show that the theoretical antiperiodic dynamics are in excellent agreement with the numerically observed behavior.  相似文献

In this paper, the dynamic analysis problem is considered for a new class of Markovian jumping impulsive stochastic Cohen–Grossberg neural networks (CGNNs) with discrete interval and distributed delays. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded and the discrete delay is assumed to be time-varying and belonging to a given interval, which means that the lower and upper bounds of interval time-varying delays are available. Based on the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and stochastic stability theory, delay-interval dependent stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Some asymptotic stability criteria are formulated by means of the feasibility of a linear matrix inequality (LMI), which can be easily calculated by LMI Toolbox in Matlab. A numerical example is provided to show that the proposed results significantly improve the allowable upper bounds of delays over some existing results in the literature.  相似文献

In this paper, the asymptotic property of a class of neutral-type BAM neural networks with time-varying and infinite distributed delays is discussed. By developing a new integral inequality and applying the properties of nonnegative matrix, some sufficient conditions for the Lagrange stability and the existence of the global attracting set of the considering model are obtained. Meanwhile, the estimation of the global attractive set is also given out. The results derived here generalize and improve the earlier publications. Finally, two numerical examples are given and analyzed to demonstrate our results.  相似文献

This article addresses stability analysis of a general class of memristor‐based complex‐valued recurrent neural networks (MCVNNs) with time delays. Some sufficient conditions to guarantee the boundedness on a compact set that globally attracts all trajectories of the MCVNNs are obtained by utilizing local inhibition. Moreover, some sufficient conditions for exponential stability and the global stability of the MCVNNs are established with the help of local invariant sets and linear matrix inequalities using Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional. The analysis results in the article, based on the results from the theory of differential equations with discontinuous right‐hand sides as introduced by Filippov. Finally, two numerical examples are also presented to show the effectiveness and usefulness of our theoretical results. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 14–39, 2016  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of stochastic stability for a class of time-delay Hopfield neural networks with Markovian jump parameters is investigated. The jumping parameters are modeled as a continuous-time, discrete-state Markov process. Without assuming the boundedness, monotonicity and differentiability of the activation functions, some results for delay-dependent stochastic stability criteria for the Markovian jumping Hopfield neural networks (MJDHNNs) with time-delay are developed. We establish that the sufficient conditions can be essentially solved in terms of linear matrix inequalities.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the stochastic Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with mixed delays. By utilizing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, some sufficient LMI-based conditions are obtained to guarantee the global asymptotic stability of stochastic Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with mixed delays. These conditions can be easily checked via the MATLAB LMI toolbox. Moreover, the obtained results extend and improve the earlier publications. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the low conservatism and effectiveness of the proposed LMI conditions.  相似文献
