The crystal structure of tin selenide SnSe has been studied under quasihydrostatic compression at pressures up to 205 GPa created in diamond anvil cells at room temperature. Two structural phase transitions have been detected at and P ≈ 2.5 32 GPa. The former phase transition is continuous from the GeS-type structure (space group Pbnm) to the TlI-type structure (space group Cmcm). The phase transition to the CsCl-type cubic structure (space group Pm\(\bar 3\)m) occurs at 32 GPa and is accompanied by a stepwise decrease in the volume of the unit cell by 7%. The pressure dependence of the specific volume of the unit cell at room temperature has been constructed up to 205 GPa. 相似文献

We present calculations of Hydrogen plasma pressure including local field correction (LFC) effects modelled in the Singwi Tosi Land and Sjölander model extended to arbitrary temperature (ATSTLS), neutrals contributions are not included. We show that LFC induces thermodynamic instabilities (phase transition) in the vicinity of the maximum electron coupling parameter which corresponds to maximum departure of the ATSTLS electron polarizability from the Random Phase Approximation one. Comparison of our results to Monte‐Carlo calculations induced us to think that free electron coupling plays a dominant role in plasma phase transition. 采用原位高压同步辐射X射线衍射技术,利用金刚石对顶砧(DAC)装置产生高压,选用高纯NaCl粉末作为传压介质与标压物质,在室温下、21.5 GPa的压力范围内,测定了铝的等温状态方程。利用Murnaghan方程对实验结果进行了数值拟合,得到铝的零压体弹模量及其一级压力导数分别为B0=(77±2) GPa,B0′=4.8±0.3。该结果同相关文献资料报导的值在误差范围内符合得很好,略显得较大,这是由于传压介质NaCl的非静水压效应所致。在实验所达到的压力范围内,未发现明显的相变迹象。 相似文献

多数材料是应变率正敏感的,其屈服应力随着应变率的增加而提高;但是在应变率相关的动力学实验中,发现铝锂合金是应变率负敏感的,具有明显的冲击韧性特征。为了全面认识该种材料的动态力学行为,有必要进一步研究其在较高压力下的冲击压缩性能。通过轻气炮实验,测量了靶板自由面质点速度时程曲线等相关参量,得到了材料的D-u型Hugoniot线。实验揭示了在突加载荷作用之下,在应变率负敏感的铝锂合金材料中可出现类似于弹塑性材料中的双波结构,从而证明了所提出的“极限应变率负敏感粘塑性材料”这一概念的合理性。最后,在弱激波假设的前提下,推导了材料Hugoniot方程与Murnagham状态方程之间的关系,并以实验数据为基础得到了材料的状态方程参数。 相似文献

By means of the EOS of QCD at zero temperature and finite quark chemical potential we proposed [Phys. Rev. D 78 (2008) 054001] in the framework of rainbow-ladder approximation of Dyson-Schwinger approach, we investigate the structure of quark star and its property. It is found that the mass-radius relation in our model is very different from that of usual quark star models, but similar to neutron star models. The obtained mass of quark star is about 1.75M⊙- 2.2M⊙. The obtained radius of quark star is 22 - 26 km, which is obviously larger than the results in other models. The reason for this discrepancy is analyzed. 相似文献

Geometric phase of mixed state is investigated for three-level system obeying a high-temperature master equation. The results show the Berry phase of mixed phase is strongly dependent on the initial condition. For the different initial angle, the turning region is different. Within the spin-dependent Brueckner-Hatree-Fock framework, the equation of state of the spin-polarized neutron matter has been investigated by adopting the realistic nucleon-nucleon interaction AV18 supplemented with a microscopic three-body force. The related physical quantities such as spin-symmetry energy, magnetic susceptibility and the Landau parameter G0 in spin channel, have been extracted. The three-body force effects have been studied and discussed with a special attention. It is shown that in the whole range of spin-polarization, the energy per particle of spin-polarized neutron matter fulfills a quadratic relation versus the spin-polarization parameter δ= (p-p )/p . The predicted spin-symmetry energy is positive in the density region up to ρ = 0.8fm-3 and increase monotonically as increasing density so that no any evidence is found for a spontaneous transition to a ferromagnetic state in neutron matter. The three-body force effect is to strongly increase the spin-symmetry energy and reduce the magnetic susceptibility at high densities, as a consequence , to make neutron matter become more stable against spin fluctuation. The obtained Landau parameter G0 and its density dependence may serve as a constraint on the spin-spin parts of the phenomenological Skyrme and Skyrme-like interactions . 相似文献
