采用固定床流动反应器和XRD、TPR等技术对添加了La2O3助剂的Ni/αAl2O3催化剂进行了研究。结果表明,经La2O3改性后,催化剂的活性和稳定性得到提高,La2O3的最佳含量为2%(wt)。脉冲试验结果表明,添加2%(wt)的La2O3助剂,能够有效抑制甲烷脱氢性能,增加二氧化碳消碳活性。TPR结果表明,添加La2O3助剂,能够改变活性组分和载体之间的相互作用,增加镍的分散度,降低氧化镍的还原温度,提高重整反应的活性。  相似文献

The regeneration conditions of the deactivated catalyst 18wt%NiO/a-A12O3 used in methane reforming with carbon dioxide were studied by using a fix-bed flow reactor and TPR technique. When the deactivated catalyst was reduced at 1 123 K in a conventional regeneration process, the activity increased a little, but was still much lower than that of the fresh catalyst. When the deactivated catalyst was reduced, then treated in site With an activity-rejuvenating agent of 5-10 vo1% C (aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution) and reduced again at 1123K, the activity was renewed to approach that of the fresh one.  相似文献

An Ni-RE_2O_3/Al_2O_3 catalyst was used for CH_4 reforming with CO_2.Theinfluence of reaction conditions,such as temperature,space velocity,pressure,CO_2/CH_4 and H_2O/(CO_2+CH_4)ratios on the activity of catalyst was investigated.The re-sults show that CO/H_2 ratio was adjustable and the maximum content of CO reached50% in products which conformed with the composition of thermodynamical equilib-rium.In addition,the effect of carbon deposition on the catalyst upon the activitywas discussed.  相似文献

This paper reports the results of our experiments on the activity and stability of La2O3 promoted Ni/|á-Al2O3 catalysts used in reforming natural gas (or methane) with carbon dioxide under atmospheric pressure by using a fixed bed flow reactor and XRD and TPR techniques. The diffusion and mass transfer, reaction, integration and growth processes of the metalions on the activated carbon fibers (ACFs) are discussed. Based on the diffusion film theory, thediiffusion and the integration model are developed to describe the deposition processes of metal ionsfrom the solution to ACFs in the fiuidized beds. 将一种新型的CuMn催化剂用于由合成气合成甲酸甲酯和甲醇,该催化剂表现出良好的反应活性和甲酸甲酯选择性。考察了反应温度、合成气压力及催化剂制备方法等对合成甲酸甲酯和甲醇的反应活性及选择性的影响。在反应条件下,产物收率最高达60.10g/(L·h),产物甲酸甲酯的选择性很高。用BET、XRD及XPSAuger等测试方法对催化剂的比表面、晶相组成以及铜、锰在催化剂中的价态进行了表征,并探讨了催化剂失活的原因。  相似文献
