将超材料设计思想与微电机系统(micro-electro-mechanical system,MEMS)技术相结合,提出了一种宽带可重构反射型极化旋转表面.该结构由上层方形金属贴片、中间介质层、金属底板以及连接贴片与底板的金属通孔构成,通过在电流短路点处加载MEMS开关,使其具有电可调特性.仿真结果表明,当MEMS开关导通时,该结构能在7.78 GHz–14.10 GHz频带内将入射的线极化波转化为正交极化波并反射;当MEMS开关断开时,入射波则以同极化全反射.加工了实际的样品并进行了测试,结果与仿真符合较好.该结构具有结构简单易加工、器件个数少、工作频带宽、损耗低等优点,在电磁波动态调控中具有潜在应用价值. 相似文献

针对板载芯片封装结构中由于各层材料热膨胀系数的差异引起的热失配现象,利用数字图像相关方法对板载芯片封装结构在热载荷下的表面热变形分布进行实验测量,并比较了不同封装配置对结构热变形的影响.建立了适于求解结构表面热变形分布的理论模型,利用实验结果和有限元模拟验证了理论模型.同时表明了实验方法的有效性和可行性,为微机电系统器件设计提供了有益的参考. 相似文献

The phase transition of a simple local gauge model is investigated in terms
of the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio mechanism and it is pointed out that the
physical vacuum of QCD is bound state of quark-antiquark pairs which can be
viewed, generally, as a nearly perfect color dia-electric medium. An
important relation between the vacuum expectation value of gauge fields and
scalar fields is also derived by solving the Euler equation for the gauge
fields. Based on this relation the
SUC(3) gauge potential is given which can be used to explain the asymptotic behavior and confinement of quarks in a hadron, and at the same time the Yukawa potential of strong interaction can be given too. 相似文献

An important relation between the vacuum expectation value of gauge fields and scalar fields is derived by solving the Euler equation for the gauge fields. Based on this relation the SU(3) gauge potential is given which can be used to explain the asymptotic freedom and confinement of quarks in a hadron. It is shown that the Lehnert field equations in vacuum, with concomitant space charge and current, can be derived straightforwardly from standard gauge theory applied in vacuum, using the concept of covariant derivative and Feynman's universal influence. The Lehnert and Proca field equations are shown to be inter-related through the well-known de Broglie theorem, in which the photon mass can be interpreted as finite. These ideas go some way towards addressing the inconsistency inherent in Maxwell's famous displacement current, which has no concomitant vacuum space charge. 相似文献

The role that the auxiliary scalar field φ plays in Brans–Dicke cosmology is discussed. If a constant vacuum energy is assumed
to be the origin of dark energy, then the corresponding density parameter would be a quantity varying with φ; and almost all
of the fundamental components of our universe can be unified into the dynamical equation for φ. As a generalization of Brans–Dicke
theory, we propose a new gravity theory with a complex scalar field ϕ which is coupled to the cosmological curvature scalar.
Through such a coupling, the Higgs mechanism is naturally incorporated into the evolution of the universe, and a running density
of the field vacuum energy is obtained which may release the particle standard model from the rigorous cosmological constant
problem in some sense. Our model predicts a running mass scale of the fundamental particles in which the gauge symmetry breaks
spontaneously. The running speed of the mass scale in our case could survive all existing experiments. 相似文献
