Zeolite [B,Al, Ga, Fe]-ZSM-5, containing several heteroatoms, was synthesized for the first time under. hydrothermal conditions. Characterization of the sample using various techniques such as XRD, IR, ESR, TG-DTA, SEM and XRF indicates that the heteroatoms are located in the framework, similar to the situations of the heteroatoms present in the zeolites [B]-, [Al]-, [Ga]- and [Fe]-ZSM-5. The study of the catalytic properties for reactions of cracking and dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene reveals that the heteroatoms function independently and there are no mutual interactions between the heteroatoms. 相似文献

The concept of introducing n-conjugated but anti-aromatic repeating units into conjugated polymers has been explored. The thermal stability, optical and electrochemical properties of dithieno[a,e]pentalenes (DTP) based polymers have been studied. The effect of introducing electron withdrawing repeating units into DTP based poly- mer on the physical properties of polymer has also been investigated. This paper summarizes selected results obtained during a two-year research project in the framework of the focus program Cellulose and cellulose derivatives (SPP 1011), sponsored by the German Science Foundation (DFG). New synthesis paths for the preparation of the most important cellulose ester, cellulose acetate, were investigated. In contrast to conventional methods, cellulose was converted in a homogeneous phase reaction with acetyl chloride in the presence of different bases, including polyvinyl pyridine and cross-linked polyvinyl pyridine. Moreover, results of the conversion in the new solvent dimethyl sulfoxide/tetrabutylammonium fluoride trihydrate are discussed. The structures obtained were analyzed both on the level of the anhydroglucose unit (AGU) and along the polymer chain. It was found that the addition of a base can significantly change the selectivity of the reaction and thereby the properties of the products (e.g., solubility). No signs of a non-statistical distribution of the acetyl groups along the polymer chains were observed. Furthermore, reactivity and selectivity of the acylation reactions, using in situ activation with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride (Tos-Cl), were studied for different long-chain carboxylic acids (capric-, caprylic-, decanoic-, lauric-, palmitic-, stearic acid). The thermogravimetric analysis of these derivatives showed that the decomposition temperature increased with an increasing number of carbon atoms, starting from 292 °C (cellulose caprate) to 318 °C (cellulose stearate). New cellulose derivatives were synthesized, for example, cellulose adamantoyl ester. For this purpose cellulose was converted homogeneously in N,N-dimethylacetamide/LiCl with free acids in the presence of activating reagents, for example, Tos-Cl or 1,1-carbonyldiimidazol. 相似文献

We achieved a two-type synthesis of quinoxaline-fused polyaza[5]- and [7]helicenes through consecutive N−H/C−H coupling with a hypervalent iodine reagent as a key reaction. By fusing electron-deficient quinoxaline, these polyazahelicenes constitute an efficient donor-acceptor type of molecule with absorption edges that reach up to approximately 650 nm. Evaluating the chiroptical properties reveals that the polyazahelicene exhibits a rare orange circularly polarized glow with a luminescence dissymmetry factor (glum value) of 0.003. 相似文献

Tiara[5]arenes (T[5]s), a new class of five-fold symmetric oligophenolic macrocycles that are not accessible from the addition of formaldehyde to phenol, were synthesized for the first time. These pillar[5]arene-derived structures display both unique conformational freedom, differing from that of pillararenes, with a rich blend of solid-state conformations and excellent host–guest interactions in solution. Finally we show how this novel macrocyclic scaffold can be functionalized in a variety of ways and used as functional crystalline materials to distinguish uniquely between benzene and cyclohexane. 相似文献

Possible approaches to the synthesis of functionalized, pyrimido[5′,4′:4,5]thieno [3,2-c]pyridazines 2-18 , pyridazino[3′,4′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]triazines 19, 20a,b and pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-c]pyridazines 22a,b are described. The sequence involves the heterocyclization of 6-amino-1,3-diphenyl-1,4-dihydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridazine-7-carboxamide (1) with appropriate reagents. A series of 3-chloro-1-(aryl)-4-(2-(2-chloroquinolin-3-yl)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-3(2H)-yl)-4-ethyl-azetidin-2-ones (5a–l) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and13C NMR. Synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity against different strains of bacteria (E. coli, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, S. pyogenes, C. albicans, A. niger, and A. clavatus). Thieno[2,3-b]pyridines were synthesized from 6-benzofuran-2-yl-4-phenyl-2-sulfanylpyridine-3-carbonitrile and each of chloro acetone, ethyl chloroacetate, ω -bromoacetophenone, and chloroacetonitrile. These compounds were conveniently converted into novel pyrido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidines. Also, 2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazole was synthesized from hydrazonoyl halides and 2-benzofuran-2-yl-3-(phenylamino)-3-thioxopropanenitrile. The structures of the products have been elucidated by elemental analyses, spectral data studies, and alternative syntheses whenever possible. When grown on wheat bran as the only carbon source, the filamentous fungus Talaromyces thermophilus produces large amounts of beta-xylosidase activity. The presence of glucose drastically decreases the beta-xylosidase production level. The beta-xylosidase of T. thermophilus was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-cellulose chromatography, and gel filtration (high-performance liquid chromatography). The molecular mass of the enzyme was estimated to be 97 kDa by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and gel filtration. The enzyme activity was optimum at 50 degrees C and pH 7. The apparent Michaelis constant K(m) of the beta-xylosidase was 2.37 mM for p-nitrophenyl-beta-D-xylopyranoside, with a V(max) of 0.049 micromol min(-1) per milligram protein. Enzyme activity was inhibited by Cu(2+), Hg(2+), and Zn(2+) and activated by Ca(2+), Mn(2+), and Co(+) at a concentration of 5 mM. At high xylose concentration, this enzyme catalyses the condensation reaction leading to xylobiose production. 相似文献
