For a container terminal system, efficient berth and quay crane (QC) schedules have great impact on the improvement of both operation efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this paper we address berth and quay crane scheduling problems in a simultaneous way, with uncertainties of vessel arrival time and container handling time. The berths are of discrete type and vessels arrive dynamically with different service priorities. QCs are allowed to move to other berths before finishing processing on currently assigned vessels, adding more flexibility to the terminal system. A mixed integer programming model is proposed, and a simulation based Genetic Algorithm (GA) search procedure is applied to generate robust berth and QC schedule proactively. Computational experiment shows the satisfied performance of our developed algorithm under uncertainty.  相似文献

In this paper, a new and simple approach whereby we derive several sufficient conditions on robust stabilizability for a class of uncertain dynamical systems with time delay is presented. Some analytical methods and the Bellman-Gronwall inequality are employed to investigate these sufficient conditions. The notable features of the results obtained are their simplicity in testing the stability of uncertain dynamical systems with time delay and their clarity in giving insight into system analysis. Finally, several numerical examples are given to demonstrate the utilization of the results.The authors would like to acknowledge the many helpful comments provided by the reviewer. This paper investigates the problem of robust reliable control for a class of switched nonlinear systems with time delay and actuator failures under asynchronous switching. When the switching instants of the controller experience delays with respect to those of the system, a kind of reliable controller design method is proposed, and the dwell time approach is utilized for the stability analysis. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the reliable controller are formulated in terms of a set of LMIs. Then the proposed approach is extended to take into account switched delay systems with Lipschitz nonlinearities and structured uncertainties. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of the robust stabilization for a class of uncertain linear dynamical systems with time-varying delay is considered. By making use of an algebraic Riccati equation, we derive some sufficient conditions for robust stability of time-varying delay dynamical systems with unstructured or structured uncertainties. In our approach, the only restriction on the delay functionh(t) is the knowledge of its upper boundh . Some analytical methods are employed to investigate these stability conditions. Since these conditions are independent of the delay, our results are also applicable to systems with perturbed time delay. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the use of the sufficient conditions developed in this paper.  相似文献

实际节目彩排调度中,节目的表演时长受内外因素影响,具有不确定性。为了合理调度所有节目,控制演员的空闲时间,使得演员的总等待成本最小,采用了鲁棒优化方法进行研究。首先,建立了节目彩排调度的确定型模型;进一步,考虑节目表演时长的不确定性,采用有界区间描述节目表演时长并考虑决策者风险偏好,在确定型模型的基础上构建区间型两阶段鲁棒优化模型;接着,将鲁棒优化模型转化为0-1混合线性规划模型;最后,采用Matlab进行数值实验,结果表明决策者越偏好规避风险,演员的总等待成本越大。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the robust exponential stability of discrete‐time uncertain impulsive neural networks with time‐varying delay. By using Lyapunov functions together with Razumikhin technique, some new robust exponential stability criteria are presented. The obtained results show that the robust stability can be retained under certain impulsive perturbations for the neural network, which has the robust stability property. The obtained results also show that impulses can robustly stabilize the neural network, which does not have the robust stability property. Some examples, together with their simulations, are also given to show the effectiveness and the advantage of the presented results. It should be noted that the impulsive robust exponential stabilization result for discrete‐time neural network with time‐varying delay is given for the first time. In this paper, a robust adaptive neural network synchronization controller is proposed for two chaotic systems with input time delay and uncertainty. The studied chaotic system may possess a wide class of nonlinear time-delayed input uncertainty. The radial basis function (RBF) neural network is used to approximate the unknown continuous bounded function item of the time delay uncertainty via appropriate weight value updated law. With the output of RBF neural network, a robust adaptive synchronization control scheme is presented for the time delay uncertain chaotic system. Finally, a simulation example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization control scheme.  相似文献

In this work, by using the maximum modulus principle and the spectral radii of matrices, a new robust D-stability (i.e., robust eigenvalue clustering in a specified circular region) condition is proposed to ensure that, for all admissible structured parameter uncertainties, the linear discrete singular system with state delay is regular, causal and D-stable. This paper is concerned with stability analysis for uncertain systems. The systems are based on a new time-delay model proposed recently, which contains multiple successive delay components in the state. The relationship between the time-varying delay and its upper bound is taken into account when estimating the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional. As a result, some less conservative stability criteria are established for systems with two successive delay components and parameter uncertainties. Numerical examples show that the proposed criteria are effective and are an improvement over some existing results in the literature.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of robust exponential stability and delayed-state-feedback stabilization of uncertain impulsive stochastic systems with time-varying delay. The state variables on the impulses are assumed dependent on the present state variables as well as delayed state variables. Based on the Razumikhin techniques and Lyapunov functions, some robust mean-square exponential stability criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The results show that the system will stable if the impulses’ frequency and amplitude are suitably related to the increase or decrease of the continuous flows. Furthermore, the robust delayed-state-feedback controllers that mean-square exponentially stabilize the uncertain impulsive stochastic systems are proposed. Finally, several numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the results.  相似文献

This article presents the simulation and experimental studies for the nonlinear time-delayed dynamical systems with uncertainties. A rotary flexible joint made by Quanser is chosen as the model system to investigate the method for sliding mode control design. We considered the geometric nonlinearity of the flexible joint consisting of two linear springs. The system is assumed to have constant delay time and uncertain parameters with known upper and lower bounds. We also design an optimal sliding surface for the sliding mode control. Simulations and experiments are carried out to demonstrate the utility of the control method. Finally, the results from the simulations and experiments are in excellent agreement.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the problem of delay-dependent robust stability of a class of uncertain discrete-time systems with time-varying delay using Lyapunov functional approach. Two categories of time-varying uncertainties are considered for the robust stability analysis: viz., (i) nonlinear perturbations and (ii) norm-bounded uncertainties. In the proposed stability analysis, by exploiting a candidate Lyapunov functional, and using minimal number of slack matrix variables, less conservative stability criteria are developed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) for computing the maximum allowable bound of the delay-range, within which, the uncertain system under consideration remains asymptotically stable in the sense of Lyapunov. The effectiveness of the proposed stability criteria is demonstrated using standard numerical examples.  相似文献

This article proposes a novel adaptive sliding mode control (SMC) scheme to realize the problem of robust tracking and model following for a class of uncertain time‐delay systems with input nonlinearity. It is shown that the proposed robust tracking controller guarantees the stability of overall closed‐loop system and achieves zero‐tracking error in the presence of input nonlinearity, time‐delays, time‐varying parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. The selection of sliding surface and the existence of sliding mode are two important issues, which have been addressed. This scheme assures robustness against input nonlinearity, time‐delays, parameter uncertainties, and external disturbances. Moreover, the knowledge of the upper bound of uncertainties is not required and chattering phenomenon is eliminated. This paper studies the scheduling problem in hybrid flow shop (HFS) environment. The sequence dependent family setup time (SDFST) is concerned with minimization of makespan and total tardiness. Production environments in real world include innumerable cases of uncertainty and stochasticity of events and a suitable scheduling model should consider them. Hence, in this paper, due date is assumed to be uncertain and its data follow a normal distribution. Since the proposed problem is NP-hard, two metaheuristic algorithms are presented based on genetic algorithm, namely: Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGAII) and Multi Objective Genetic Algorithm (MOGA). The quantitative and qualitative results of these two algorithms have been compared in different dimensions with multi phase genetic algorithm (MPGA) used in literature review. Experimental results indicate that the NSGAII performs very well when compared against MOGA and MPGA in a considerably shorter time.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of robust H state feedback stabilization for uncertain switched linear systems with state delay. The system under consideration involves time delay in the state, parameter uncertainties and nonlinear uncertainties. The parameter uncertainties are norm-bounded time-varying uncertainties which enter all the state matrices. The nonlinear uncertainties meet with the linear growth condition. In addition, the impulsive behavior is introduced into the given switched system, which results a novel class of hybrid and switched systems called switched impulsive control systems. Using the switched Lyapunov function approach, some sufficient conditions are developed to ensure the globally robust asymptotic stability and robust H disturbance attenuation performance in terms of certain linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Not only the robustly stabilizing state feedback H controller and impulsive controller, but also the stabilizing switching law can be constructed by using the corresponding feasible solution to the LMIs. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithms is illustrated with an example.  相似文献

This paper deals with the robust stability analysis for uncertain systems with time-varying delay. New delay-dependent robust stability criteria of uncertain time-delay systems are proposed by exploiting appropriate Lyapunov functional candidate. These developed results have advantages over some previous ones in that they have fewer matrix variables yet less conservatism, due to the introduction of a method to estimate the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional candidate without ignoring the additional useful terms. This article focuses on the robust sampled‐data control for a class of uncertain switched neutral systems based on the average dwell‐time approach. In particular, the system is considered with probabilistic input delay using sampled state vectors, which are described by the stochastic variables with a Bernoulli distributed white sequence and time‐varying norm‐bounded uncertainties. By constructing a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional which involves the lower and upper bounds of the delay, a new set of sufficient conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities for ensuring the robust exponential stability of the uncertain switched neutral system about its equilibrium point. Moreover, based on the stability criteria, a state feedback sampled‐data control law is designed for the considered system. Finally, a numerical example based on the water‐quality dynamic model for the Nile River is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design technique. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
